现有的电子烟或电子雾化设备,通常使用的烟液或药液都是在常温下流动性较好、粘度较低的液体,因此现有包括雾化组件和电池组件的电子烟,其雾化组件的注液口都比较小,在生产中可通过注液器插入该注液口进行烟液或药液的添加。现有的电子烟雾化组件,不需要较大的注液口,故其可在结构上将雾化座固定封装在烟液杯或储液腔的一端。然而,当电子烟或电子雾化设备,需要使用流动性不好、粘稠度较高、或在低温时流动性变差、甚至使用蜡状的的烟液或药液时,则此种结构难以在生产、组装时将烟液或药液添加进烟液杯。另外,现有的电子烟雾化组件,没有对较稠的、粘度较大的烟液或药液进行预热的结构,故现有的电子烟雾化组件无法对较稠的、粘度较大的烟液或药液高效及顺畅地进行雾化。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,该电子烟通过对雾化座结构的改进,使其可以克服现有技术的不足,可以方便、顺利地加入和使用较稠的、粘度较大的待雾化液体。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:包括相互连接的吸嘴组件和电池组件,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴、烟液杯和金属套管,所述吸嘴包括开口端和封闭端,所述吸嘴的封闭端设有吸烟通孔,所述烟液杯也包括开口端和封闭端,所述烟液杯套装于所述吸嘴的上部内壁,所述烟液杯的开口端朝向吸嘴的开口端,所述烟液杯与所述吸嘴之间设有与所述吸烟通孔连通的烟雾通道,所述金属套管的一段插接于所述吸嘴的下部内壁构成插接段,另一段则露出于吸嘴构成连接段,所述电池组件包括电池管、电池支架、电池、方案板、雾化座和设于雾化座上的雾化单元,所述雾化座内设有雾化腔,所述电池管一端为开口端而另一端为封闭端,所述电池和方案板固定于所述电池支架上,所述电池支架套装于所述电池管内,所述雾化座固定于所述电池支架的一端且露出于所述电池管的开口端,所述连接段插接于所述电池管的开口端内壁,所述雾化座的外壁紧密插接于所述烟液杯的开口端内壁。
优选地,所述烟液杯部分外壁轴向向内缩进构成缩进外壁,烟液杯的封闭端靠近吸嘴的封闭端且两者之间留有与所述吸烟通孔连通的吸气间隙,所述烟液杯的缩进外壁与吸嘴的内壁之间构成所述烟雾通道,所述烟雾通道与所述吸气间隙连通。
优选地,所述雾化座的侧壁还设有将烟雾从所述雾化腔排出至所述烟雾通道的烟雾排出孔。
优选地,所述雾化单元包括电热丝和部分缠绕了电热丝的导液条,所述导液条缠绕电热丝的部分设于所述雾化腔内,所述导液条未缠绕电热丝的部分伸出至所述烟液杯的内腔用于吸收储存于烟液杯的内腔的烟液。
优选地,所述导液条呈U字形架设于所述雾化腔内,所述导液条的两端伸出至烟液杯内。
优选地,所述雾化座的上端端面上设有分隔片,所述分隔片将所述雾化腔与所述烟液杯的内腔进行密封分隔,仅供所述导液条穿过。
优选地,所述分隔片两侧设有垂直弯边,所述垂直弯边用于插入所述雾化座的上端端面上设有的凹槽进行固定。
优选地,所述分隔片由不锈钢材料或陶瓷材料制成。
优选地,所述电池支架的上端设有环形座,所述雾化座套设于所述环形座上,所述环形座的外壁插接于所述吸嘴内壁。
优选地,所述雾化座外壁与烟液杯内壁插接的部位设有第一密封圈,所述环形座的外壁与吸嘴内壁插接的部位设有第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈与所述第二密封圈之间的雾化座外壁及环形座外壁均设有烟雾排出孔,所述烟雾排出孔将所述雾化腔与烟雾通道连通。
优选地,所述雾化座的下部设有一体成型的咪头座,所述咪头座用于安装检测气流的咪头,所述咪头座上设有咪头气道,所述咪头气道上下贯通并通过所述咪头,且向上连通所述雾化座的雾化腔,向下连通所述电池管与电池支架、电池之间的空隙构成的电池管气道,所述电池管气道与外界大气连通。
优选地,所述烟液杯的开口端外壁与所述吸嘴的内壁之间设有插接缝隙,所述金属套管的插接段伸入到所述插接缝隙内。
优选地,所述电池管由金属材料制成,所述方案板设于电池管的开口端一侧,所述金属套管的中部设有横向缺口,所述横向缺口位于所述吸嘴内,所述横向缺口用于所述方案板的无线通讯信号通过。
优选地,所述金属套管的连接段设有轴向缺口以避开电池支架与电池管的连接部位。
优选地,所述金属套管的插接段外壁与所述吸嘴内壁通过卡扣进行固定。
优选地,所述金属套管由不锈钢材料制成。
优选地,所述电池管封闭端的端面上设有用于开关电源的按键开关。
优选地,所述按键开关包括按键底盖、透明盖、开关和LED指示灯,所述按键底盖设在电池管封闭端的最外侧,所述透明盖通过卡扣连接扣合设在所述按键底盖的内侧,所述透明盖的直径稍大于按键底盖的直径,所述开关和LED指示灯设在透明盖内侧的方案板上。
有益效果
本发明的烟液杯与雾化座做成分离结构,将雾化座固定于电池组件上,使吸嘴组件的整体下端是大开口设计,这样在组装时可以很方便地先行加入电子烟的烟液或药液,特别是可以添加粘度较大、不易流动的烟液,或蜡状烟液,或含有药物而较为粘稠的液体,加注烟液或药液后,再将电池组件上端对准吸嘴组件的下端,使得雾化座插入烟液杯完成安装连接。另外,本发明在雾化座的端面上设有不锈钢分隔片与烟液杯内腔的烟液接触,在使用过程中可将多余的热量传导给烟液,可以对较稠的、粘度较大的待雾化液体包括烟液或药液进行预热,从而可以高效及顺畅地进行雾化。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,为便于以下行文描述,如图所示将该雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟的吸烟通孔朝上竖直放置,本文对如有相关各部件的“上、下、上部、下部、上端、下端、左右”等描述,均是指在该雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟的吸烟通孔朝上竖直放置时各组件的位置关系。
实施例:
如图1-图3所示,本发明雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,由相互连接的吸嘴组件001和电池组件002组成。
如图4所示,吸嘴组件001由杯状的吸嘴1、烟液杯2和金属套管3组成,烟液杯2套装于吸嘴1的上部内壁,吸嘴组件001的整体在下端是大开口的结构设计,这样在组装时可以很方便地先行加入电子烟的烟液或药液,特别是可以添加粘度较大、不易流动的烟液,或蜡状烟液,或含有药物而较为粘稠的液体,加注烟液或药液后,再将电池组件002上端对准吸嘴组件001的下端插入连接。加注烟液前后,吸嘴组件001、电池组件002均应上下倒置后进行组装。
如图5所示,电池组件002包括电池管4、电池支架5、电池6、方案板7、雾化座8和设于雾化座8上的雾化单元,电池管6一端为开口端而另一端为封闭端,电池6和方案板7固定于电池支架5上,电池支架5固定于电池管4内,雾化座上8的雾化单元包括电热丝81和部分缠绕了电热丝81的导液条82。导液条82用于吸收烟液杯2中存储的烟液或烟液并将其引导至电热丝81的部位,以便与电热丝81接触而被其加热雾化成烟雾状的气溶胶。
如图6所示,吸嘴1为杯状体,其下端为开口端10,其上端为封闭端11,吸嘴封闭端11设有吸烟通孔110,用户通过吸烟通孔110吸食电子烟烟雾。
如图7所示,烟液杯2亦为杯状体,其下端为开口端20,其上端为封闭端21,烟液杯2部分外壁轴向向内缩进构成缩进外壁23,缩进外壁23自上而下宽度一致。
如图8所示,金属套管3包括插接段31和连接段32。金属套管3的一段插接于所述吸嘴1的下部内壁构成插接段,另一段则露出于吸嘴1构成连接32,连接段32用于连接电池组件002。
如图9、图10所示,烟液杯2完全紧密套接于吸嘴1内部,烟液杯2的开口端20朝向吸嘴的开口端10,即开口端的方向是相同的。烟液杯的封闭端21靠近吸嘴的封闭端11且两者之间留有与吸烟通孔110连通的吸气间隙111,烟液杯2的缩进外壁23与吸嘴1的内壁之间构成烟雾通道112,烟雾通道112与吸气间隙111连通,金属套管3的插接段31通过吸嘴的开口端10向内插接于吸嘴1的内壁,连接段32露出于吸嘴1,连接段32用于插入到电池管4的开口端的内壁以便与电池组件002进行连接。
如图1、图2、图5所示,电池管4的一端为开口端40而另一端为封闭端41,雾化座8固定于电池支架5的上端且露出于电池管的开口端40,金属套管3的连接段32紧密插接电池管的开口端40内壁。
如图12、图13所示,雾化座8的上端外壁自烟液杯的开口端20向内紧密插接于烟液杯的开口端20内壁,雾化座8内设有雾化腔80,导液条82缠绕电热丝81的部分设于雾化腔80内,导液条82未缠绕电热丝的部分伸出至烟液杯的内腔22用于吸收储存于烟液杯内腔22的烟液,雾化座8的侧壁上还设有将烟雾从雾化腔80排出至烟雾通道112的烟雾排出孔83。导液条82呈U字形架设于雾化腔80内,导液条82的两端伸出至烟液杯2内。
如图3、图11-图14所示,雾化座8的上端即与烟液杯内的烟液接触的端面上设有分隔片84,分隔片84将雾化腔80与烟液杯的内腔22进行密封分隔,仅供导液条82穿过,为此,分隔片84两侧设有圆弧形缺口842。分隔片84两侧设有垂直弯边841,用于插入雾化座8的上端端面上设有的凹槽85进行固定。本实施例的分隔片84由不锈钢材料或陶瓷材料制成,这样可以保证分隔片的强度以便支撑雾化座8的端面,保持雾化腔80不变形,同时不锈钢材料或陶瓷材料与烟液或药液接触,不易发生化学反应生锈而影响烟液或药液发生变质,另外,不锈钢的金属热传导特性或陶瓷材料的热传导特性可以将雾化座8上雾化单元的多余热量传导给烟液杯2内腔中的烟液或药液,这样电子烟使用中可以对烟液或药液进行预热,有助于粘度较大、不易流动的烟液在预热后增加流动性,使得烟液更容易流动至雾化单元的导液条82,烟液雾化效率得以提高。
如图2、图3、图5、图15所示,电池支架5的上端设有环形座50,雾化座8套设于环形座50上,环形座50的外壁插接于吸嘴1的内壁。雾化座8外壁与烟液杯2内壁插接的部位设有第一密封圈86,环形座50的外壁与吸嘴1内壁插接的部位设有第二密封圈87,第一密封圈86与第二密封圈87之间的雾化座8外壁及环形座50的外壁均设有相连通的烟雾排出孔83。第一密封圈86将烟液杯内腔22与烟雾排出孔83进行密封隔离,防止烟液泄露到雾化腔80、烟雾通道112等气道,第二密封圈87将烟雾通道112与电池管4内的容腔进行密封隔离防止气体烟雾或气溶胶泄露,也保证吸烟时的外界空气先行流经咪头气道881。
雾化座8的下部设有一体成型的咪头座88,咪头座88用于安装检测气流的咪头880,咪头座88上设有咪头气道881,咪头气道881上下贯通并通过咪头880,且向上连通雾化座的雾化腔80,向下连通电池管4与电池支架5、电池6之间的空隙构成的电池管气道45,电池管4的下端设有进气小孔450,电池管气道45通过进气小孔450与外界大气连通。雾化座8、咪头座88一般由硅橡胶材料制成,具有柔软易安装、耐高温不易变形等优点。雾化座8与咪头座88设计为一体成型,将雾化腔的进气设在与咪头气道同一气道,可以迅速感应到吸烟时产生的气流,以便咪头迅速动作触发电源供电给雾化单元。
如图9所示,烟液杯2的开口端20外壁与吸嘴1的内壁之间设有插接缝隙201,金属套管3的插接段31伸入到插接缝隙201内。设有插接缝隙201以便金属套管3的插接更加牢固,且密封性能更好,防止漏液、漏气。
电池管4由金属材料制成,方案板7设于电池管的开口端40一侧,金属套管3的中部设有横向缺口33,横向缺口33位于吸嘴1内,横向缺口33用于方案板7的无线通讯信号通过。当电池管4由金属材料制成时,具有较强的抗压性能和强度,电池管4不易因受到挤压、碰撞而发生变形,可以更好地保护电池管4内的电池6和方案板7,但带来的问题是,方案板7上设有的无线通信单元包括蓝牙通信单元等的无线通信信号被金属材料屏蔽,造成无线通信受阻,而金属套管3会使其进一步受阻。此时,开设横向缺口33即可解决这一技术问题。
如图6、图8、图9所示,金属套管3的插接段31外壁与吸嘴1内壁通过卡扣结构34进行固定。卡扣结构34包括金属套管3上设有凸起的扣位341、吸嘴1内壁上设有凹进的卡位101,扣位341与卡位101相互对应卡接。
金属套管3的插接段31上设有观察孔310,通过观察孔310可以观察烟液杯2内的烟液存量。此种情况下,吸嘴1和烟液杯2均为透明材料制成,以便观察烟液杯2内的烟液存量。
如图10所示,金属套管3的连接段32设有轴向缺口35以避开电池支架5与电池管4的连接部位,这样连接段32可以更长、面积更多地与电池管4的内壁进行插接,且设有轴向缺口35后,连接段32具有开合弹性和张力,与吸嘴1内壁的连接就更加牢固。
金属套管3由不锈钢金属材料制成,不锈钢具有不生锈的优良特性,防止烟雾或气溶胶对其进行腐蚀。
如图2、图3、图16、图17所示,电池管封闭端41的端面上设有用于开关电源的按键开关42。按键开关42包括按键底盖421、透明盖422、开关423和LED指示灯424。按键底盖421设在外侧,透明盖422通过卡扣连接扣合设在按键底盖421的内侧,透明盖422直径稍大于按键421的直径,以便将设在透明盖422内侧的LED指示灯的灯光传导显示出来。
如图2、图3所示,本发明的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,工作原理是,当其工作即用户吸烟时,雾化腔中产生负压,外界大气通过进气小孔450、电池管气道45、咪头气道881进入到雾化腔80,此时咪头880触发电源供电给电热丝81,电热丝81发热加热导液条82吸收的烟液,烟液被加热后在雾化腔80中雾化,产生的烟雾或气溶胶经雾化腔80、烟雾排出孔83、烟雾通道112、吸气间隙111、吸烟通孔110,被吸入用户口中。图2、图3的连续箭头指示了气体和烟雾的流动路径和方向。
工业实用性
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:包括相互连接的吸嘴组件和电池组件,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴、烟液杯和金属套管,所述吸嘴包括开口端和封闭端,所述吸嘴的封闭端设有吸烟通孔,所述烟液杯也包括开口端和封闭端,所述烟液杯套装于所述吸嘴的上部内壁,所述烟液杯的开口端朝向吸嘴的开口端,所述烟液杯与所述吸嘴之间设有与所述吸烟通孔连通的烟雾通道,所述金属套管的一段插接于所述吸嘴的下部内壁构成插接段,另一段则露出于吸嘴构成连接段,所述电池组件包括电池管、电池支架、电池、方案板、雾化座和设于雾化座上的雾化单元,所述雾化座内设有雾化腔,所述电池管一端为开口端而另一端为封闭端,所述电池和方案板固定于所述电池支架上,所述电池支架套装于所述电池管内,所述雾化座固定于所述电池支架的一端且露出于所述电池管的开口端,所述连接段插接于所述电池管的开口端内壁,所述雾化座的外壁紧密插接于所述烟液杯的开口端内壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟液杯部分外壁轴向向内缩进构成缩进外壁,烟液杯的封闭端靠近吸嘴的封闭端且两者之间留有与所述吸烟通孔连通的吸气间隙,所述烟液杯的缩进外壁与吸嘴的内壁之间构成所述烟雾通道,所述烟雾通道与所述吸气间隙连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座的侧壁还设有将烟雾从所述雾化腔排出至所述烟雾通道的烟雾排出孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化单元包括电热丝和部分缠绕了电热丝的导液条,所述导液条缠绕电热丝的部分设于所述雾化腔内,所述导液条未缠绕电热丝的部分伸出至所述烟液杯的内腔用于吸收储存于烟液杯的内腔的烟液。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述导液条呈U字形架设于所述雾化腔内,所述导液条的两端伸出至烟液杯内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座的上端端面上设有分隔片,所述分隔片将所述雾化腔与所述烟液杯的内腔进行密封分隔,仅供所述导液条穿过。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述分隔片两侧设有垂直弯边,所述垂直弯边用于插入所述雾化座的上端端面上设有的凹槽进行固定。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述分隔片由不锈钢材料或陶瓷材料制成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池支架的上端设有环形座,所述雾化座套设于所述环形座上,所述环形座的外壁插接于所述吸嘴内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座外壁与烟液杯内壁插接的部位设有第一密封圈,所述环形座的外壁与吸嘴内壁插接的部位设有第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈与所述第二密封圈之间的雾化座外壁及环形座外壁均设有烟雾排出孔,所述烟雾排出孔将所述雾化腔与烟雾通道连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座的下部设有一体成型的咪头座,所述咪头座用于安装检测气流的咪头,所述咪头座上设有咪头气道,所述咪头气道上下贯通并通过所述咪头,且向上连通所述雾化座的雾化腔,向下连通所述电池管与电池支架、电池之间的空隙构成的电池管气道,所述电池管气道与外界大气连通。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟液杯的开口端外壁与所述吸嘴的内壁之间设有插接缝隙,所述金属套管的插接段伸入到所述插接缝隙内。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池管由金属材料制成,所述方案板设于电池管的开口端一侧,所述金属套管的中部设有横向缺口,所述横向缺口位于所述吸嘴内,所述横向缺口用于所述方案板的无线通讯信号通过。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述金属套管的连接段设有轴向缺口以避开电池支架与电池管的连接部位。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述金属套管的插接段外壁与所述吸嘴内壁通过卡扣进行固定。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述金属套管由不锈钢材料制成。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池管封闭端的端面上设有用于开关电源的按键开关。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的雾化座固定于电池组件上的电子烟,其特征在于:所述按键开关包括按键底盖、透明盖、开关和LED指示灯,所述按键底盖设在电池管封闭端的最外侧,所述透明盖通过卡扣连接扣合设在所述按键底盖的内侧,所述透明盖的直径稍大于按键底盖的直径,所述开关和LED指示灯设在透明盖内侧的方案板上。
