如图1所示,本发明一次性电子雾化设备,由雾化器壳1、电池杆2、电池3、电池支架4、雾化座5、雾化单元6、雾化罩7和气流传感器8组成。雾化座5、雾化单元6和雾化罩7设于雾化器壳1内,构成雾化器10;电池3安装在电池支架4上,电池3、电池支架4和气流传感器8设于电池杆2内。
如图2所示雾化器壳1包括吸嘴段11和插接段12,吸嘴段11的上端设有吸口110,吸口110向内一体成型地连接设有出雾管111,插接段12的下部设有第一开口端120,插接段12在其第一开口端120的壁部两侧设有第一扣孔121,插接段12上还设有第二凸扣122。
如图3所示,雾化器壳1的插接段12位于第一扣孔121上部的内壁套接设有雾化座5,雾化座5的上部连接设有雾化罩7,雾化罩7的上部与出雾管111连接,雾化座5的下部中间设有进气孔52,雾化座5位于进气孔52的两侧设有注液孔53。雾化器壳1的内壁与出雾管111的外壁、雾化罩7的外壁、雾化座5之间围合成的空间构成储液腔112,储液腔112内存储待雾化的液体,注液孔53与储液腔112连通,需要注液时,待雾化的液体自注液孔53注入储液腔112。雾化座5与雾化罩7的连接处内部设有中空的雾化腔70,雾化腔70内设有雾化单元6,雾化腔70与进气孔51和出雾管111连通。出雾管111连接吸口110处的一段设为内径向外扩张的喇叭口结构1110,该喇叭口结构1110具有减压和减缓气流速度的作用,避免用户吸雾时汽雾的流速过快并容易携带冷凝液进入口腔,造成不好的使用体验。
如图4所示,电池支架4的上端端部设有柱塞41,电池支架4的上部两侧设有第一凸扣42,电池支架4的上部还设有气流传感器安装槽43,电池支架4的下部两侧设有LED装饰灯44。
如图5、图6所示,在生产装配中,当待雾化的液体通过注液孔53注入储液腔112后,将电池支架4安装到雾化器10上,此时,电池支架上的柱塞41封堵于雾化座的注液孔53内,电池支架4通过第一凸扣42扣接于第一扣孔121内与雾化器壳1连接。本实施例中,电池支架4安装到雾化器10上时,雾化单元6的连接电线(图中未示)也需连接到电池3的正负电极。
如图1、图5、图6所示,电池支架4的上部设有气流传感器安装槽43,气流传感器安装槽43上安装由气流传感器8,气流传感器8用于检测吸气气流,在感应到有吸气气流时,气流传感器8可启动雾化单元6开始工作。气流传感器安装槽43上下连接气流通道,使气流传感器8可感应到流经气流传感器安装槽43的气流。在其它实施例中,气流传感器8也可以用气压传感器或咪头替代。气流传感器8和气流传感器安装槽43之间还设有气流传感器密封硅胶81,气流传感器密封硅胶81具有密封作用,防止漏气,保证足够气流流经气流传感器8。
如图5所示,本发明的一次性电子雾化设备的工作原理是,用户吸雾时,气流自外界进入电池杆2内,经气流传感器8、进气孔51进入到雾化腔70,雾化单元6的两端直接从储液腔112中吸收并传导待雾化的液体到雾化单元中部,液体被加热后在雾化腔70中蒸发成汽雾,汽雾经出雾管111、吸口110后被用户吸入口中。其中,进气和出雾的气流流动方向如图5中向上的连续箭头所示。
如图1、图5、图6所示,雾化器壳1和电池杆2由透光材料制成,电池支架上4设有LED装饰灯44,LED装饰灯44通电时可发光并通过雾化器壳1和电池杆2透射出来,给人感觉为雾化设备工作时整体在发光。
如图7、图8所示,电池杆2设有封闭端21和第二开口端20,电池杆2的第二开口端20的内壁上设有第二扣槽22。
如图5-图8所示,在生产装配中,电池支架4安装到雾化器10上后,电池杆2自第二开口端20装入电池3及电池支架4,安装到位后,雾化器壳1的第二凸扣122扣接于第二扣槽22内,因此,电池杆2通过第二开口端20不可拆卸地套接于雾化器壳1的插接段12上,不可拆卸的连接方式即成为一次性使用的电子雾化设备。
本发明的实施例,利用雾化座开设注液孔53进行注液,利用电池支架4设有柱塞41堵塞注液孔53,注液方便,可直接在注液后将电池支架4安装固定到雾化器10内壁,然后套装电池杆2完成安装,这样使得电子雾化设备的结构及工艺都较为简单,对电池3的充放电要求比较低,甚至可以使用无需充电的一次性电池,简化了制造工艺,使造价成本较低。
如图9-图11所示,雾化座5的上部中间设有向上凸起的环形的围壁50,围壁50的内部设有雾化单元6。围壁50在相对的两侧设有第一缺口51,雾化单元6架设于第一缺口51上,雾化单元6的下方,位于围壁50与进气孔52之间设有用于收集冷凝液的环形的集液槽54,雾化座5的下部外壁设有一体成型的密封凸环55。雾化座5通常由耐高温的硅胶制成,密封凸环55与雾化器壳1的内壁紧密套接,具有密封防漏液的作用。集液槽54用于收集雾化腔70中未被雾化的小液滴或凝结滴落的冷凝液,避免小液滴或冷凝液经进气孔52掉落到电池支架4上腐蚀控制电路。
如图12、图13所示,雾化罩7的下部相对的两侧设有第二缺口71,第二缺口71与雾化座的第一缺口51的位置相对应,雾化单元6的两端自第二缺口71与第一缺口51重叠的部位伸出至储液腔112。雾化单元6包括导液条61和发热丝62,导液条61两端伸出至储液腔112,发热丝62将导液条61上的待雾化液体进行加热后雾化成汽雾。其它实施例中,雾化单元6也可以由陶瓷体的导液元件和发热丝构成,或其它形式的雾化结构,并不限于本实施例的结构。雾化罩7的下部套接于雾化座的围壁50上,雾化罩7的上部设有圆管形的连接部72,连接部72的内壁套接于出雾管111的下端。本实施例中,连接部72与出雾管111之间还设有用硅胶制成的密封套9,密封套9具有密封作用,防止储液腔112的待雾化液体向雾化腔70或出雾管112漏液。连接部72的内部下方还设有内径缩小的内管73,内管73与雾化罩7的外壁之间构成环形倒槽74,环形倒槽74可以阻挡并收集雾化腔70中未被雾化的小液滴或凝结于雾化罩7的内壁的冷凝液,避免小液滴或冷凝液被吸入用户口中,给用户造成不良的使用体验。

以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种一次性电子雾化设备,包括雾化器壳、电池杆、电池及电池支架,所述雾化器壳包括吸嘴段和插接段,所述吸嘴段的上端设有吸口,所述吸口向内一体成型地连接设有出雾管,所述插接段的下部设有第一开口端,其特征在于,所述插接段在其第一开口端的壁部两侧设有第一扣孔,所述插接段位于所述第一扣孔上部的内壁套接设有雾化座,所述雾化座的上部连接设有雾化罩,所述雾化罩的上部与所述出雾管连接,所述雾化座与所述雾化罩的连接处内部设有中空的雾化腔,所述雾化腔内设有雾化单元,所述雾化座的下部中间设有进气孔,所述雾化腔与所述进气孔及出雾管连通,所述雾化器壳的内壁与所述出雾管的外壁、雾化罩的外壁、雾化座之间围合成的空间构成储液腔,所述雾化座位于所述进气孔的两侧设有与所述储液腔连通的注液孔,注液时,待雾化的液体自所述注液孔注入所述储液腔;
    所述电池安装在所述电池支架上,所述电池支架的上端端部设有柱塞,所述电池支架的上部两侧设有第一凸扣,注液后,所述电池支架通过所述第一凸扣扣接于所述第一扣孔内与所述雾化器壳连接,同时所述电池支架的柱塞封堵于所述注液孔内;
    所述电池杆设有封闭端和第二开口端,所述电池杆自所述第二开口端套入所述电池及电池支架,所述电池杆的上部内壁套接于所述雾化器壳的插接段上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述插接段上设有第二凸扣,所述电池杆的第二开口端的内壁设有第二扣槽,所述第二凸扣不可拆卸地扣接于所述第二扣槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化座在与所述插接段的内壁连接处的外壁上设有密封凸环。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化座的上部中间设有向上凸起的环形的围壁,所述雾化单元设于所述围壁的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述围壁在相对的两侧设有第一缺口,所述雾化单元架设于所述第一缺口上,所述雾化罩的下部套接于所述围壁上,所述雾化罩的下部相对的两侧设有第二缺口,所述第二缺口与所述第一缺口位置相对应,所述雾化单元的两端自所述第二缺口与所述第一缺口重叠的部位伸出。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化单元的下方,位于所述围壁与所述进气孔之间设有用于收集冷凝液的环形的集液槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述出雾管连接吸口处的一段设为内径向外扩张的喇叭口结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化罩的上部设有圆管形的连接部,所述连接部的内壁套接于所述出雾管的下端,所述连接部的内部下方还设有内径缩小的内管,所述内管与雾化罩的外壁之间构成环形倒槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述电池支架的上部设有气流传感器和气流传感器安装槽,所述气流传感器安装槽上下连接气流通道,所述气流传感器可感应到流经所述气流传感器安装槽的气流。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子雾化设备,其特征在于,所述雾化器壳和电池杆由透光材料制成,所述电池支架上设有LED装饰灯,所述LED装饰灯通电时可发光并通过所述雾化器壳和电池杆透射出来。
