现有技术的电子烟包括雾化组件及电池组件,雾化组件的一端作为供吸烟者吸食烟雾的吸烟端,用于存储烟油的储油棉装在与电池组件同轴设置的雾化组件内,形成储油棉与电池组件上下串行连接放置形式,储油器与电池组件的上下串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,烟油容易因重力或毛细作用渗入到所述电池组件内而使电池组件内的电路容易短路;此外,现有技术的电子烟中用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道穿过所述储油棉,容易造成烟油渗入到烟雾通道上、产生漏油及烟雾容易受到储油棉上的烟油吸热而冷凝,导致吸烟者容易吸到烟油的现象。第三,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,添加烟油时通过加油装置朝所述雾化组件内注入烟油,因而若不慎将烟油添加过量或因震荡等原因时,容易将烟油注入烟雾通道内,导致雾化组件内的电热丝被烟油淹没而不能雾化烟油及用户吸食到烟油。同时,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,因而吸烟时所述储油棉因受到用户口腔的夹持力而容易将烟油挤入雾化通道内,导致容易吸食到烟油 。
发明内容
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种携带方便、组装简单、拆卸方便、连接可靠及不容易吸食到烟油的电子烟。
本发明提供的 一种电子烟,包括雾化器和用于为所述雾化器供电的电池杆,所述雾化器包括吸烟端、用于容纳烟油的油瓶、设置在所述吸烟端与所述油瓶之间并用于雾化所述烟油的电热丝组件以及插置在所述油瓶中并用于将所述烟油引导至所述电热丝组件上的导油机构;
所述雾化器和电池杆并列设置;
所述电池杆与所述雾化器之间还设置有用于使所述电池杆与所述雾化器可拆卸地卡接的连接结构,所述连接结构还用于在所述电池杆与所述雾化器卡接时电连接所述电池杆与所述雾化器。
上述的电子烟中,所述连接结构包括第一连接结构和第二连接结构,所述第一连接结构用于使所述电池杆与所述雾化器相插接并电连接,所述第二连接结构用于使所述电池杆与所述雾化器可拆卸地连接。
上述的电子烟中,所述第一连接结构包括设置在所述电池杆上的第二电极组件以及设置在所述雾化器上的用于供所述第二电极组件穿出的插接孔,所述第二电极组件沿朝向所述雾化器的侧壁上径向延伸。

实施本发明的有益效果在于:通过将电池杆与雾化器并列设置,并在两者之间设置连接结构使两者可拆卸地卡接,从而使得电子烟组装简单、拆卸方便, 电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好;此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,在受到外力作用下时,电子烟不容易折断,且避免电池组件受到烟油的影响而短路;由于所述油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,烟雾未流经储油区域,能够有效避免因烟油渗入到烟雾通道中产生的漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝以及容易受到挤压而使烟油进入烟雾通道内以致被用户吸食等危害;
进一步地,油瓶可拆卸地安装在雾化器中,则方便用户添加烟油或更换不同口味的油瓶;
进一步地,吸烟端可拆卸地连接在雾化器上,从而便于吸烟端的拆卸,进而便于吸烟端的清洁和更换。

具体实施方式
本发明的电子烟通过将电池杆与雾化器并列设置,并在两者之间设置连接结构式两者可拆卸地连接,从而使得电子烟组装简单、拆卸方便、电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好;此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,在受到外力作用下时,电子烟不容易折断,且避免电池组件受到烟油的影响而短路;由于油瓶设置在远离吸烟端的一端,烟雾未流经储油区域,能够有效避免因烟油渗入到烟雾通道中产生的漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝以及容易受到挤压而使烟油进入烟雾通道内以致被用户吸食等危害;进一步地,油瓶可拆卸地安装在雾化器中,则方便用户添加烟油或更换不同口味的油瓶;进一步地,吸烟端可拆卸地连接在雾化器上,从而便于吸烟端的拆卸,进而便于吸烟端的清洁和更换。
参考图 1 、图 2 及图 3 ,本发明第一实施例提供的电子烟的结构示意图。该电子烟包括并列设置的电池杆 10 、雾化器 20 、外保护套 30 以及设置在电池杆 10 与雾化器 20 之间并用于使电池杆 10 与雾化器 20 可拆卸地连接的连接结构。该连接结构还用于 在电池杆10与雾化器20卡接时电连接电池杆10与雾化器20。此类结构使得电子烟组装简单、拆卸方便且电子烟的整体长度减小,方便携带。外保护套30套设在雾化器20的外部以避免雾化器20受到损坏。
电池杆 10 包括电池 106 、用于容纳并固定电池 106 的电池套管 105 、盖设在电池套管 105 端部的端盖 110 、插设在端盖 110 上并用于 接收用户操作指令的按键111、与按键111电连接用于根据操作指令生成控制信号的控制组件109,控制组件109与雾化器20电连接,用于使雾化器20根据控制信号雾化烟油。在本实施例中,控制组件109为设置有控制器的PCB电路板,当然,也可以无需设置所述控制器,直接通过按键开关控制所述电池杆10为所述雾化器20供电,在此不作限定。
电池套管105大致为横截面呈半圆形的筒状,电池106容纳在电池套管105中。在电池套管105中远离端盖110的一端上设置有为电池充电的充电组件104,以便电子烟的重复使用,减少用户的使用成本。
控制组件109容纳在电池套管105中并位于端盖110与电池106之间,控制组件109与电池106电连接。按键111卡装在端盖110上,并与控制组件109电连接,以便将按键111接收到的操作指令发送至控制组件109上。电池套管105中远离端盖110一端上沿朝向雾化器20的方向突出延伸形成有用于承载雾化器20的承载座101。承载座101上设置有限位件113,限位件113用于限制雾化器20在承载座101的偏移。限位件113的形状设计成与雾化器20的端部形状相适配,以便更好地限制雾化器20的位置,从而使雾化器20与电池杆10之间的连接更加稳定。
雾化器20包括吸烟端40以及雾化器主体50。吸烟端40与雾化器主体50可拆卸地连接,从而便于吸烟端的拆卸,进而便于吸烟端的清洁和更换。吸烟端40的端部上开设有出气口400,用户通过该出气口400吸食烟雾。
雾化器主体50包括雾化套管206、用于存储烟油的油瓶207、用于使烟油雾化的电热丝组件(未标号)、用于将油瓶207中的烟油引导至电热丝组件的导油机构211、以及位于导油机构211与吸烟端40之间的第一电极组件。该第一电极组件的一端通过连接结构与电池杆10的控制组件109电连接,第一电极组件的另一端与电热丝组件电连接,控制组件109使电热丝组件根据控制信号雾化烟油。
油瓶207部分容纳在雾化套管206中,部分置于雾化套管206外侧,并通过螺纹连接等可拆卸地连接方式与雾化套管206连接。油瓶207的这种结构有利于 用户添加烟油或更换不同口味的油瓶。
油瓶 207 的瓶口处密封配合有带通孔的环形密封塞 204 。在环形密封塞 204 的通孔内部设置有用于密封油瓶 207 的可捅破薄膜,以便在电子烟组装的初期防止烟油露出。油瓶 207 置于雾化套管 206 外的端部放置在承载座 101 上。限位件 113 用于限制油瓶 207 的位置,较佳设计成与油瓶 207 相适配的形状,以便两者相互配合并固定。
导油机构 211 包括导油管 209 、容纳在导油管 209 中的由储油材料制成的烟油锁存件 208 以及盖设在导油管 209 底部的底盖 210 。烟油锁存件 208 的外周面与导油管 209 的内周面相贴合,以防电子烟倾倒后烟油流出。底盖 210 用于防止烟油锁存件 208 露出。导油管 209 的一端穿过通孔插置于油瓶 207 内部,且导油管 209 与通孔之间通过环形密封塞 204 密封。
导油管 209 置于油瓶 207 外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔,电热丝组件置于雾化腔内并位于所述吸烟端 40 与所述油瓶 207 之间。电热丝组件包括电热丝 203 以及雾化座 205 。雾化座 205 安装在雾化腔内,并盖设在烟油锁存件 208 的上方,电热丝 203 固定安装在雾化座 205 的上方。可以理解的是,所述电热丝 203 可以设置于所述吸烟端 40 的一端内或所述油瓶 207 的瓶口内,只要位于所述吸烟端 40 与所述油瓶 207 之间即可,在此不作限定。
第一电极组件为内中空,包括内电极 201 、套设在内电极 201 外侧的绝缘套以及套设在绝缘套外侧的外电极 202 。其中该内电极 201 包括第一导电部以及沿第一导电部缩径形成的第二导电部。内电极 201 的第一导电部、外电极 202 的一端通过连接结构分别与控制组件 109 电连接,内电极 201 的第二导电部、外电极 202 的另一端与电热丝 203 电连接,从而实现对电热丝 203 的供电,并使电热丝 203 根据控制信号雾化烟油。
雾化套管 206 上开设有进气口 300 ,进气口 300 与导油管 209 中的雾化腔相连通,雾化腔通过内中空的第一电极组件与吸烟端 40 的出气口 400 相连通。此时,气流从进气口 300 流入至雾化器主体 50 内,再经由雾化腔以及中空的第一电极组件,最后经由出气口 400 流出。由进气口 300 、雾化腔、中空的第一电极组件以及出气口 400 相互连通形成的 烟雾通道位于油瓶207的外部,烟油不会渗入到烟雾通道内,避免烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝,也不会产生漏油和吸到烟油的现象。
连接结构包括用于使电池杆10和雾化器20相插接并电连接的第一连接结构以及用于使电池杆10与雾化器20相连接的第二连接结构。
在本实施例中,第一连接结构包括插置在电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁上的第二电极组件12以及设置在雾化套管206上、用于使第二电极组件12穿出并与第一电极组件电连接的插接孔502。第二电极组件12包括第一弹针电极121和第二弹针电极122,第一弹针电极121的一端与控制组件109电连接,第一弹针电极121的另一端穿过插接孔502与内电极201的第一导电部电连接。第二弹针电极122的一端与控制组件109电连接,第二弹针电极122的另一端穿过另一插接孔502与外电极202的一端部电连接。第二电极组件12穿过插接孔502实现了电连接,同时也实现了雾化器20与电池杆10之间的可拆卸地连接。此类结构的优势在于:通过该第二电极组件与插接孔的配合既实现了电连接,也实现了两者之间的可拆卸地卡接相连。
参考图2和图3,第二连接结构包括设置在 电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁上的 对接件103以及 开设在雾化套管206相对应位置上的卡槽,卡槽用于与对接件103相卡接。
具体地,对接件103包括装设在电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁上的卡扣108以及用于为卡扣108提供弹力的弹性件107。具体地,在电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁上开设有用于容纳卡扣108及弹性件107的容纳部。卡扣108包括杆状臂以及形成在杆状臂末端的扣部。卡扣108可活动地容纳在容纳部中,其两端分别从电池套管105的两侧壁上伸出,杆状臂带有扣部的一端从电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁上伸出,杆状臂的另一端从电池套管105的另一侧壁上伸出。弹性件107抵持在容纳部的底壁与杆状臂之间,以便为卡扣108提供弹力。
对接件103还包括与卡扣108的杆状臂的另一端固定连接并用于拉动卡扣108运动的拉动件104,拉动件104可活动地安装在电池套管105中伸出有杆状臂另一端的侧壁上。当需要从卡槽中移除卡扣108时,推动拉动件104向下运动,从而带动卡扣108向下运动,以便扣部从卡槽中脱出。此类连接结构使得电池杆10与雾化器20之间的装配和拆卸简单、方便。
可以理解的是,第二电极组件、插接孔可对换设置,卡扣与卡槽也可以对换设置。
参考图4和图5,本发明提供的第二实施例的电子烟的结构示意图。第二实施例的电子烟与第一实施例中电子烟的区别仅在于,第二连接结构不同。在本实施例中,第二连接结构包括一对相对设置在电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁上的卡持件112以及设置在雾化套管206相对位置处用于与卡持件112相卡持的卡孔501。
每个卡持件112包括沿电池套管105中朝向雾化器20的侧壁面上朝向雾化器20突出延伸形成的卡持臂1122以及卡持臂1122末端形成的卡块1121。一对卡持臂1122上的卡块1121相对彼此凸出形成,均与卡孔501相卡合。卡持臂1122采用弹性材料如橡胶等制成,且一对卡持臂1122之间的距离小于雾化套管206的直径,安装时,将一对卡持臂1122掰开,将雾化器20放置在承载座101上后,放开卡持臂1122,卡块1121与雾化套管206上的卡孔501相卡合。拆开时,也只需掰开卡持臂1122后,将雾化器20取出即可。 此类连接结构使得电池杆10与雾化器20之间的装配和拆卸简单、方便。
外保护套30套设在雾化器20以及连接结构的外部,这样可以防止灰尘、水汽等进入到雾化器20或连接结构内部,从而对雾化器20或连接结构造成污染或损害。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括 雾化器( 20 )和用于为所述雾化器( 20 )供电的电池杆( 10 ), 其特征在于, 所述雾化器( 20 )包括吸烟端( 40 )、用于容纳烟油的 油瓶 ( 207 )、 设置在所述吸烟端(40)与所述油瓶(207)之间并用于雾化所述烟油的电热丝组件以及插置在所述油瓶(207)中并用于将所述烟油引导至所述电热丝组件上的导油机构(211);
    所述雾化器(20)和电池杆(10)并列设置;
    所述电池杆(10)与所述雾化器(20)之间还设置有用于使所述电池杆(10)与所述雾化器(20)可拆卸地卡接的连接结构,所述连接结构还用于在所述电池杆(10)与所述雾化器(20)卡接时电连接所述电池杆(10)与所述雾化器(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括第一连接结构和第二连接结构,所述第一连接结构用于使所述电池杆(10)与所述雾化器(20)相插接并电连接,所述第二连接结构用于使所述电池杆(10)与所述雾化器(20)可拆卸地卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构包括设置在所述电池杆(10)上的第二电极组件(12)以及设置在所述雾化器(20)上的用于与所述第二电极组件(12)插接的插接孔(502),所述第二电极组件(12)沿朝向所述雾化器(20)的侧壁径向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接结构包括设置在所述电池杆(10)侧壁上并朝向所述雾化器(20)侧壁延伸的对接件(103)以及开设在所述雾化器(20)相对应位置上的卡槽,所述卡槽用于与所述对接件(103)相卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述对接件(103)包括卡扣(108)和用于为所述卡扣(108)提供弹力的弹性件(107),所述卡扣(108)的一端从所述电池杆(10)朝向所述雾化器(20)的侧壁上伸出与所述卡槽相卡接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述对接件(103)还包括与所述卡扣(108)的另一端固定连接并用于拉动所述卡扣(108)运动的拉动件(104)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接结构包括一对相对设置在所述电池杆(10)的侧壁上并朝向所述雾化器(20)的侧壁延伸的卡持件(112)以及设置在所述雾化器(20)上并用于与所述卡持件(112)相卡持的卡孔(501)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每个所述卡持件(112)包括卡持臂(1122)以及形成在所述卡持臂(1122)末端的卡块(1121),每个所述卡持臂(1122)沿朝向所述雾化器(20)的侧壁突出延伸,所述卡块(1121)用于与所述卡孔(501)相卡持。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构(211)包括导油管(209)以及存储于所述导油管(209)中的由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件(208),所述导油管(209)的一端插置在所述油瓶(207)中,所述导油管(209)的另一端置于所述油瓶(207)的外侧;所述烟油锁存件(208)的外周面与所述导油管(209)的内周面相贴合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油管(209)置于所述油瓶(207)外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔,所述电热丝组件置于所述雾化腔内部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(20)还包括雾化套管(206),所述雾化套管(206)套设在所述油瓶(207)的外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(40)中开设有出气口(400),所述雾化套管(206)上设有进气口(300),所述雾化腔分别与所述进气口(300)以及所述出气口(400)连通,形成烟雾通道。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器(20)还包括位于所述吸烟端(40)与所述导油管(208)之间、分别与所述电池杆(10)以及所述电热丝组件电连接的第一电极组件;所述第一电极组件内部中空,且分别与所述雾化腔以及所述出气口(400)相互连通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(40)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管(206)上。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述油瓶(207)与所述雾化套管(206)可拆卸地连接。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(10)还包括用于接收用户操作指令的按键(111);
    与所述按键(111)连接设置有用于根据所述操作指令生成控制信号的控制组件(109);且所述控制组件(109)与所述电热丝组件电连接,使所述电热丝组件根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟油。
  17. 一种电子烟, 包括 雾化器( 20 )和用于为所述雾化器( 20 )供电的电池杆( 10 ), 其特征在于, 所述雾化器( 20 )包括吸烟端( 40 )、用于容纳烟油的 油瓶 ( 207 )、 设置在所述吸烟端(40)与所述油瓶(207)之间并用于雾化所述烟油的电热丝组件、插置在所述油瓶(207)中并用于将所述烟油引导至所述电热丝组件上的导油机构(211)以及设置在所述导油机构(211)与所述吸烟端(40)之间并分别与所述电池杆(10)、所述电热丝组件电连接的第一电极组件;

    所述连接结构还包括置在所述电池杆(10)侧壁上并朝向所述雾化器(20)侧壁延伸的对接件(103)以及开设在所述雾化器(20)相对应位置上的卡槽,所述卡槽用于与所述对接件(103)相卡接。
