电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟包括电池杆和雾化器,电池杆包括两端分别设置有一个正极及一个负极的电池以及控制板,该控制板集成了气流传感器和控制电路等结构。雾化器包括电热丝以及烟液。当有吸烟动作时,控制板控制电池给雾化器供电,驱动电热丝发热产生烟雾。但是现有技术中,电子烟只包括一个雾化器和与该雾化器相适配的电池杆,即用户一次只能吸食到一种口味的电子烟烟雾,如果用户需要吸食不同口味电子烟时,必须携带各种装有不同烟油的电子烟,使得更换麻烦;而且每一个电子烟都需要使用各自的控制单元对雾化器进行控制,增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中烟油单调,用户不能根据自己的口味进行选择不同烟油的缺陷,提供一种电子烟及电子烟的雾化控制方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种 电子烟,包括电池座,及与所述电池座转动连接的雾化座;所述雾化座内设置有至少两个用于与所述电池座电连接的雾化器;所述电池座内包括电池,及用于电连接至其中至少一个所述雾化器的弹性电极组件,通过旋转所述雾化座,以使至少一个所述雾化器通过所述弹性电极组件电连接至所述电池,而实现雾化与所述电池电连接的所述雾化器内的烟油。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,每一所述雾化器包括用于与所述弹性电极组件电连接的第一电极和第二电极;所述弹性电极组件包括至少一个与所述电池电连接的第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极;通过旋转所述雾化座,以使至少一个所述雾化器的第一电极与所述第一弹性电极电连接、第二电极与所述第二弹性电极电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一弹性电极包括第一弹性件,及与所述第一弹性件相连、并用于与所述第一电极电连接的第三电极。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第二弹性电极包括第二弹性件,及与所述第二弹性件相连、并用于与所述第二电极电连接的第四电极。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述弹性电极组件还包括至少一个的弹性绝缘件,所述弹性绝缘件用于与所述雾化器相抵接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述弹性绝缘件包括第三弹性件,及与所述第三弹性件相连、并用于与所述雾化器相抵接的绝缘件。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池座还包括用于固定所述弹性电极组件的固定座,所述固定座上开设有分别与所述第一弹性电极、第二弹性电极和弹性绝缘件相适配的第一连接孔、第二连接孔和第三连接孔。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化座还包括用于带动每一所述雾化器转动的第一座体,及与每一所述雾化器的第二电极电连接的连接板,所述连接板与所述弹性电极组件电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接板上开设有至少两个与每一所述雾化器的第二电极相适配的通孔,所述雾化器的第一电极穿过所述通孔与所述第一弹性电极和 / 或所述弹性绝缘件相抵接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述连接板靠近所述电池座的一端面上开设有至少一个与所述第二弹性电极相适配的凹槽,以对所述雾化座进行旋转定位。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池座内还包括第二座体,所述第二座体的周向开设有供气体流通的第一气孔;所述第一弹性电极上开设有与所述第一气孔相连通、并与所述雾化器相连通的第二气孔。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第二座体内安装有用于控制所述雾化器工作的控制单元和与所述控制单元电连接的气流传感器;
所述气流传感器用于检测气流信号并发出触发信号至所述控制单元,所述控制单元用于根据所述触发信号控制所述雾化器进行雾化烟油。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化座远离所述电池座的一端为吸嘴端,所述吸嘴端上可拆卸地连接有吸管。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的雾化控制方法,用于对连接在电池座上的至少两个雾化器进行控制,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1 、旋转雾化座,以使至少一个所述雾化器通过所述电池座内的弹性电极组件电连接至所述电池座内的电池;
S2 、气流传感器检测气流信号并发出触发信号至控制单元;
S3 、所述控制单元接收所述触发信号控制所述雾化器进行雾化烟油。
实施本发明的 一种电子烟及电子烟的雾化控制方法,具有以下有益效果:本发明提供一种能满足用户在最短时间内吸食到不同口味电子烟烟雾的电子烟。该电子烟包括电池座,及与该电池座转动连接的雾化座,雾化座内设置有至少两个雾化器,通过旋转雾化座来选择所需使用的雾化器,使得被选择的雾化器与电池座内的电池电连接。用户只需旋转雾化座,即可一次性吸食一种或多种不同口味混合形成的电子烟烟雾,本发明电子烟操作简单,选择性强,且组装简易。

具体实施方式
针对现有技术中,电子烟只包括一个雾化器和与该雾化器相适配的电池杆,即用户一次只能吸食到一种口味的电子烟烟雾;本发明提供一种能满足用户在最短时间内吸食到不同口味电子烟烟雾的电子烟。该电子烟包括电池座,及与该电池座转动连接的雾化座,雾化座内设置有至少两个雾化器,通过旋转雾化座来选择所需使用的雾化器,使得被选择的雾化器与电池座内的电池电连接。用户只需旋转雾化座,即可一次性吸食一种或多种不同口味混合形成的电子烟烟雾,本发明电子烟操作简单,选择性强,且组装简易,解决了现有技术中如果用户需要吸食不同口味电子烟时,必须携带装有不同烟油的电子烟造成的麻烦。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 示出了本发明较佳实施例之一提供的一种 电子烟,该电子烟包括电池座 2 ,及与电池座 2 转动连接的雾化座 1 ;雾化座 1 内设置有至少两个用于与电池座 2 电连接的雾化器 12 ,所述每一雾化器 12 内装有一种口味的烟油;当然,可以理解的是,在若干雾化器 12 中,可以设置其中的两个或多个雾化器 12 内的烟油口味相同,在此不作限定。电池座 2 内包括电池 20 ,及用于电连接至其中至少一个雾化器 12 的弹性电极组件 21 (结合图 4 所示),通过旋转雾化座 1 ,以使至少一个雾化器 12 通过弹性电极组件 21 电连接至电池 20 ,而实现雾化与电池 20 电连接的雾化器 12 内的烟油。
进一步的,如图 1 所示,每一雾化器 12 包括用于与电池座 2 电连接的第一电极 13 和第二电极 14 ;电池座 2 的弹性电极组件 21 包括至少一个与电池 20 电连接的第一弹性电极 22 和第二弹性电极 23 ;通过旋转雾化座 1 ,以使至少一个雾化器 12 的第一电极 13 与第一弹性电极 22 电连接,同时该雾化器 12 的第二电极 14 与第二弹性电极 23 电连接。
因此,用户只需旋转雾化座 1 ,使得所需使用的雾化器 12 与弹性电极组件 21 电连接,然后通过弹性电极组件 21 使得该被选择的雾化器 12 与电池 20 电连接。整个过程操作简单,组装方便,且能满足用户任意切换不同口味电子烟烟雾的需求。
如图 2 并结合图 1 所示,电池座 2 主要包括电池 20 、弹性电极组件 21 、固定座 25 、第二座体 26 、控制单元 28 和气流传感器(图上未示出)。第二座体 26 大致为中空的圆筒状结构,电池 20 、弹性电极组件 21 、固定座 25 、控制单元 28 和气流传感器均固定在其内。其中,弹性电极组件 21 包括第一弹性电极 22 、第二弹性电极 23 和弹性绝缘件 24 。
第一弹性电极 22 主要用于与被用户选择吸食的雾化器 12 的第一电极 13 相抵接并电连接。具体的,第一弹性电极 22 包括第一弹性件 221 ,及与第一弹性件 221 相连的第三电极 222 。其中,第一弹性件 221 可以为弹片或弹簧等结构。本实施例中,第一弹性件 221 为弹簧结构,第三电极 222 为柱体导电结构,且第三电极 222 套装在第一弹性件 221 内;第三电极 222 的周向朝远离第三电极 222 中轴线的方向延伸形成一环形凸缘(图上未标号),该环形凸缘的下端用于与弹簧相抵接,避免该弹簧与第三电极 222 分离。
第二弹性电极 23 主要用于与被用户选择吸食的雾化器 12 的第二电极 14 电连接、并对雾化座 1 进行旋转定位。第二弹性电极 23 包括第二弹性件 231 ,及与第二弹性件 231 相连的第四电极 232 。其中,第二弹性件 231 可以为弹片或弹簧等结构。本实施例中,第二弹性件 231 为弹簧结构,第四电极 232 为球体导电结构,且第四电极 232 固定连接在该第二弹性件 231 靠近雾化器 12 的一侧。
由于第二弹性电极 23 需要雾化座 1 配合,以实现对雾化座 1 的定位,故第二弹性电极 23 的定位作用将在下述介绍雾化座 1 的结构时具体描述。
弹性绝缘件 24 主要用于与未被用户选择吸食的雾化器 12 的第一电极 13 相抵接,弹性绝缘件 24 包括第三弹性件 241 ,及与第三弹性件 241 相连的绝缘件 242 。其中,第三弹性件 241 可为弹簧或弹片等结构。本实施例中。第三弹性件 241 为弹簧结构,绝缘件 242 为柱体绝缘结构,且绝缘件 242 套装在第三弹性件 241 内;绝缘件 242 的周向朝远离绝缘件 242 中轴线的方向延伸形成一环形凸缘(图上未标号),该环形凸缘的下端用于与弹簧相抵接。
由于弹性电极组件 21 主要用于与雾化器 12 电连接,故将与雾化座 1 相抵接的第三电极 222 、第四电极 232 和绝缘件 242 分别与弹簧或弹片相连,可以增加弹性电极组件 21 与雾化座 1 之间连接的稳定性,避免因雾化器 12 与弹性电极组件 21 之间接触不良而使得电子烟无法工作。
具体的,固定座 25 大致为柱体结构、并套设在第二座体 26 内,其主要用于固定弹性电极组件 21 。固定座 25 的内部开设有容纳电池 20 、控制单元 28 和气流传感器的容纳腔。进一步的,固定座 25 靠近雾化座 1 的端面上开设有分别与第一弹性电极 22 、第二弹性电极 23 和弹性绝缘件 24 相适配的第一连接孔、第二连接孔和第三连接孔(图上均未标号)。其中,第一弹性电极 22 固定在第一连接孔内,第二弹性电极 23 固定在第二连接孔内,弹性绝缘件 24 固定在第三连接孔内。
本实施例中,为了更好的对弹性电极组件 21 进行固定,可以在第一弹性电极 22 外套设一中空的柱体结构(图上未标号),然后将该内部中空的柱体结构固定在第一连接孔内。具体的,第一弹性件 221 纳置在该中空的柱体结构内,第三电极 222 嵌套在第一弹性件 221 内,且第三电极 222 的两端均至少部分的突出该中空的柱体结构,使得第三电极 222 能够沿着该中空的柱体结构的轴向弹性运动,以更好与雾化器 12 的第一电极 13 相抵接。此外,第三电极 222 上环形凸缘的上端用于与该中空柱体结构内的上壁相抵接,下端与第一弹性件 221 相抵接;通过设置环形凸缘,可以限制第一弹性电极 22 沿电池座 2 轴向运动的位移,更好的对其进行固定,保证了第一弹性电极 22 与雾化器 12 之间连接的稳定性。
进一步的,可以在第二连接孔内固定一可导电的螺纹紧固件(图上未标号),并在该螺纹紧固件靠近雾化座 1 的一侧开设卡槽(图上未标号),将第二弹性电极 23 固定在该卡槽内,使得第二弹性电极 23 能沿电池座 2 的轴向做上下往复运动。由于弹性绝缘件 24 与第一弹性电极 22 的结构相似,在此不再赘述。
结合图 4 所示,本实施例中,第一弹性电极 22 为 1 个,第二弹性电极 23 为 4 个,弹性绝缘件 24 为 3 个。其中,第一弹性电极 22 与弹性绝缘件 24 沿雾化器 12 的旋转路径均匀分布在固定座 25 上,而 4 个第二弹性电极 23 分别环绕第一弹性电极 22 与弹性绝缘件 24 分布。
具体的,控制单元 28 主要用于控制被选择雾化器 12 的工作,其与电池 20 电连接。本实施例中,结合图 2 所示,控制单元 28 安装在固定座 25 上,并与雾化座 1 相抵接。而气流传感器与控制单元 28 电连接,该气流传感器用于检测气流信号并发出触发信号至所述控制单元 28 ,控制单元 28 用于根据触发信号控制被选择的雾化器 12 进行雾化烟油。所述控制单元 28 还包括与所述气流传感器及电池 20 电连接的微处理器和晶体管,所述晶体管可以是三极管或场效应管等,通过控制晶体管的导通或断开以实现控制电池的电极与雾化器内的电热丝的导通或断开,由于气流传感器和控制单元 28 的结构均为现有技术,在此不再赘述。可以理解的是,所述控制单元 28 也可以更换成按键开关等。
如图 3 并结合图 1 所示,第二座体 26 的周向开设有供气体流通的第一气孔 27 ,该第一气孔 27 为进气孔;第一弹性电极 22 上开设有与第一气孔 27 相连通、并与雾化器 12 相连通的第二气孔 223 。所述第一气孔 27 、第二气孔 223 和雾化器 12 内的气道(图上未示出)构成了电子烟供气流流通的烟雾通道。
如图 5 并结合图 1 所示,雾化座 1 主要包括第一座体 11 、雾化器 12 和连接板 15 。其中,第一座体 11 大致为柱体结构,连接板 15 安装在第一座体 11 朝向电池座 2 的一端面上,且雾化器 12 固定在第一座体 11 内、并与连接板 15 固定连接。第一座体 11 的主要用于带动雾化器 12 转动,通过旋转第一座体 11 带动雾化器 12 和连接板 15 一同转动。本实施例中,雾化器的个数为四个,由于雾化器 12 的结构为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
如图 5 所示,连接板 15 由导电材料制成,其主要用于与弹性电极组件 21 相抵接,并起到导电的作用。具体的,连接板 15 上开设有四个与每一雾化器 12 的第二电极 14 (结合图 1 所示)相适配的通孔 16 ,雾化器 12 通过该通孔 16 固定在连接板 15 上。旋转雾化座 1 ,使得被选择的雾化器 12 穿过通孔 16 与第一弹性电极 22 电连接,未被选择的雾化器 12 穿过通孔 16 与弹性绝缘件 24 相抵接。
连接板 15 上靠近电池座 2 的一端面上开设有至少一个与第二弹性电极 23 相适配的凹槽 17 ,当被选择的雾化器 12 的第一电极 13 与第一弹性电极 22 电连接时,第二弹性电极 23 与凹槽 17 相抵接。故凹槽 17 与第二弹性电极 23 相配合,共同实现对雾化座 1 的定位,
进一步的,雾化座 1 远离电池座 2 的一端为吸嘴端 18 ,吸嘴端 18 上可拆卸地连接有吸管 19 (如图 3 所示)。电池座 2 上的第一气孔 27 和第二气孔 223 、雾化器 12 内部的气流通道,以及吸嘴端 18 共同构成本发明电子烟的气流流通通道。
图 6 示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的电子烟的结构示意图,其与实施例一的不同之处在于,弹性电极组件 21 包括两个第一弹性电极 22 ,即用户通过旋转可以一次性吸食到两种不同口味 混合形成 的电子烟烟雾。
如图 7 所示,本实施例中,第一弹性电极 22 为 2 个,第二弹性电极 23 为 4 个,弹性绝缘件 24 为 2 个。其中,第一弹性电极 22 与弹性绝缘件 24 沿雾化器 12 的旋转路径均匀分布在固定座 25 上,而 4 个第二弹性电极 23 环绕第一弹性电极 22 与弹性绝缘件 24 分布。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的雾化控制方法,用于对连接在电池座 2 上的至少两个雾化器 12 进行控制,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1 、旋转雾化座 1 ,以使至少一个所述雾化器 12 通过所述电池座 2 内的弹性电极组件 21 电连接至所述电池座 2 内的电池 20 ;
S2 、气流传感器检测气流信号并发出触发信号至控制单元 28 ;
S3 、所述控制单元 28 接收所述触发信号控制所述雾化器 12 进行雾化烟油。
具体的,弹性电极组件 21 包括至少一个用于与被选择雾化器 12 电连接的第一弹性电极 22 ,当旋转雾化座 1 时,可以同时启动一种或多种口味的雾化器工作,使得用户可以混抽不同口味电子烟烟雾,有趣味性,符合使用者的个性需求。
综上所述,本发明提供一种能满足用户在最短时间内吸食到不同口味电子烟烟雾的电子烟。该电子烟包括电池座,及与该电池座转动连接的雾化座,雾化座内设置有至少两个雾化器,通过旋转雾化座来选择所需使用的雾化器,使得被选择的雾化器与电池座内的电池电连接。用户只需旋转雾化座,即可一次性吸食一种或多种不同口味 混合形成 的电子烟烟雾,本发明电子烟操作简单,选择性强,且组装简易,解决了现有技术中如果用户需要吸食不同口味电子烟时,必须携带装有不同烟油的电子烟造成的麻烦。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括电池座( 2 ),及与所述电池座( 2 )转动连接的雾化座( 1 );所述雾化座( 1 )内设置有至少两个用于与所述电池座( 2 )电连接的雾化器( 12 );所述电池座( 2 )内包括电池( 20 ),及用于电连接至其中至少一个所述雾化器( 12 )的弹性电极组件( 21 ),通过旋转所述雾化座( 1 ),以使至少一个所述雾化器( 12 )通过所述弹性电极组件( 21 )电连接至所述电池( 20 ),而实现雾化与所述电池( 20 )电连接的所述雾化器( 12 )内的烟油。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述雾化器( 12 )包括用于与所述弹性电极组件( 21 )电连接的第一电极( 13 )和第二电极( 14 );所述弹性电极组件( 21 )包括至少一个与所述电池( 20 )电连接的第一弹性电极( 22 )和第二弹性电极( 23 );通过旋转所述雾化座( 1 ),以使至少一个所述雾化器( 12 )的第一电极( 13 )与所述第一弹性电极( 22 )电连接、第二电极( 14 )与所述第二弹性电极( 23 )电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一弹性电极( 22 )包括第一弹性件( 221 ),及与所述第一弹性件( 221 )相连、并用于与所述第一电极( 13 )电连接的第三电极( 222 )。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二弹性电极( 23 )包括第二弹性件( 231 ),及与所述第二弹性件( 231 )相连、并用于与所述第二电极( 14 )电连接的第四电极( 232 )。
  5. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性电极组件( 21 )还包括至少一个的弹性绝缘件( 24 ),所述弹性绝缘件( 24 )用于与所述雾化器( 12 )相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性绝缘件( 24 )包括第三弹性件( 241 ),及与所述第三弹性件( 241 )相连、并用于与所述雾化器( 12 )相抵接的绝缘件( 242 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池座( 2 )还包括用于固定所述弹性电极组件( 21 )的固定座( 25 ),所述固定座( 25 )上开设有分别与所述第一弹性电极( 22 )、第二弹性电极( 23 )和弹性绝缘件( 24 )相适配的第一连接孔、第二连接孔和第三连接孔。
  8. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 1 )还包括用于带动每一所述雾化器( 12 )转动的第一座体( 11 ),及与每一所述雾化器( 12 )的第二电极( 14 )电连接的连接板( 15 ),所述连接板( 15 )与所述弹性电极组件( 21 )电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接板( 15 )上开设有至少两个与每一所述雾化器( 12 )的第二电极( 14 )相适配的通孔( 16 ),所述雾化器( 12 )的第一电极( 13 )穿过所述通孔( 16 )与所述第一弹性电极( 22 )和 / 或所述弹性绝缘件( 24 )相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接板( 15 )靠近所述电池座( 2 )的一端面上开设有至少一个与所述第二弹性电极( 23 )相适配的凹槽( 17 ),以对所述雾化座( 1 )进行旋转定位。
  11. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池座( 2 )内还包括第二座体( 26 ),所述第二座体( 26 )的周向开设有供气体流通的第一气孔( 27 );所述第一弹性电极( 22 )上开设有与所述第一气孔( 27 )相连通、并与所述雾化器( 12 )相连通的第二气孔( 223 )。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二座体( 26 )内安装有用于控制所述雾化器( 12 )工作的控制单元( 28 )和与所述控制单元( 28 )电连接的气流传感器;
    所述气流传感器用于检测气流信号并发出触发信号至所述控制单元( 28 ),所述控制单元( 28 )用于根据所述触发信号控制所述雾化器( 12 )进行雾化烟油。
  13. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座( 1 )远离所述电池座( 2 )的一端为吸嘴端( 18 ),所述吸嘴端( 18 )上可拆卸地连接有吸管( 19 )。
  14. 一种电子烟的雾化控制方法,用于对连接在电池座( 2 )上的至少两个雾化器( 12 )进行控制,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    S1 、旋转雾化座( 1 ),以使至少一个所述雾化器( 12 )通过所述电池座( 2 )内的弹性电极组件( 21 )电连接至所述电池座( 2 )内的电池( 20 );
    S2 、气流传感器检测气流信号并发出触发信号至控制单元( 28 );
    S3 、所述控制单元( 28 )接收所述触发信号控制所述雾化器( 12 )进行雾化烟油。
