技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,更为具体地涉及电子烟雾化器发热模块。
背景技术
电子烟又名虚拟香烟,它有着与香烟一样的外观,与香烟近似的味道,主要是用于在不影响健康的前提下模拟吸烟的感觉,以供戒烟或替代香烟使用。
目前市场上电子烟产品包括电子烟雾化器发热模块。请参照图1,图1为现有的电子烟雾化器发热模块示意图。其中,电子烟雾化器发热模块包括玻璃纤维绳10和发热丝11,且发热丝11缠绕在玻璃纤维绳10上。玻璃纤维绳10通过毛细现象渗透烟油,然后施加外部电压至发热丝11,发热丝11发热雾化烟油。
但是,实际使用时对发热丝11缠绕玻璃纤维绳10的缠绕程度要求很高,一方面若发热丝11缠绕玻璃纤维绳10太紧,容易导致部分玻璃纤维断裂,继而烟油雾化时,存在吸气时烟油飞出玻璃纤维绳10中的玻璃纤维丝的隐患;另一方面若发热丝11缠绕玻璃纤维绳10太松,容易导致发热丝11与玻璃纤维绳10的接触面减少,存在玻璃纤维绳10表面焦化的隐患,或者存在玻璃纤维毛细渗透烟油的速度不理想、容易碳化、雾化效果不好的问题。同时,由于玻璃纤维绳10为柔性结构,因此发热丝11缠绕玻璃纤维绳10后,其电阻值的一致性偏差较大。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,解决电子烟烟油飞出玻璃纤维绳的问题。
本发明的另一发明目为简化电子烟雾化器发热模块结构,并实现自动化生产,提高发热丝电阻值的一致性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:电子烟雾化器发热模块,包括陶瓷棒、连接元件和发热丝,其中,发热丝缠绕在陶瓷棒上;连接元件包括两个金属端子,分别与发热丝的两端连结;且该陶瓷棒为中空多微孔陶瓷材料。
其中,优选实施方式为:陶瓷棒包括一台阶结构。
其中,优选实施方式为:陶瓷棒和连接元件一体烧结成型。
其中,优选实施方式为:发热丝设置为镍铬合金或者钛合金材料。
其中,优选实施方式为:连接元件设置为镀锌钢合金或者铜合金材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的另一技术方案是:电子烟雾化器发热模块,包括陶瓷棒和发热丝,其中,发热丝缠绕在陶瓷棒上;该陶瓷棒为中空多微孔陶瓷材料,且该发热丝通过焊接方式直接与其相连接的其它元件的导线连结。
与现有技术相比,本发明的电子烟雾化器发热模块的优点和积极效果是:首先,本发明的陶瓷棒的硬度比现有的玻璃纤维绳硬度高,因此发热丝缠绕陶瓷棒后,能够精确控制电阻值,降低电阻值偏差;其次,本发明的电子烟雾化器发热模块中的陶瓷棒设置为中空且多微孔,相比于现有技术,电子烟烟油渗透迅速;同时,陶瓷材料具有的良好导热特性,相比于现有技术,通电后发热丝产生的热能量均匀分布在陶瓷棒上,电子烟烟油雾化效果更好;最后,本发明的电子烟雾化器发热模块结构简单,能够进行自动化生产,降低成本。

具体实施方式
为使对本发明的目的、构造特征及其功能有进一步的了解,配合附图详细说明如下。应当理解,此部分所描述的具体实施例仅可用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
具体实施例一
请参照图2a,图2a为本发明的第一实施例的电子烟雾化器发热模块示意图。电子烟雾化器发热模块包括陶瓷棒20、连接元件21和发热丝22。请同时参照图2b,图2b为图2a的电子烟雾化器发热模块结构图。其中,发热丝22设置为镍铬合金材料或者钛合金材料,且缠绕在陶瓷棒20上,其缠绕程度依据阻值的大小进行设定。连接元件21包括两个金属环,将其分别压入陶瓷棒20的两端,通过焊接或者铆接将连接元件21与发热丝22两端连结。
其中,陶瓷棒20设置为中空多微孔陶瓷材料,且包括一台阶结构,通过烧结成型。
其中,连接元件21设置为为导电金属环,例如镀锌钢环、铜合金等良导体。
具体实施例二
请参照图3a,图3a为本发明的第二实施例的电子烟雾化器发热模块示意图。电子烟雾化器发热模块包括陶瓷棒30、连接元件31和发热丝32。其中,陶瓷棒30设置为中空多微孔陶瓷材料,且陶瓷棒30与连接元件31一体烧结成型,其中连接元件31烧结在陶瓷棒30外表面的沟槽内或者陶瓷棒30的两端处,请同时参照图3b。其中,连接元件31设置为导电金属环,例如镀锌钢环、铜合金等良导体。
请再参照图3b,发热丝32设置为镍铬合金或者钛合金材料,且缠绕在陶瓷棒30上,其缠绕程度依据阻值的大小进行设定。连接元件31包括两个金属环,通过焊接或者铆接将连接元件31与发热丝32两端连结。
具体实施例三
请参照图4a,图4a为本发明的第三实施例的电子烟雾化器发热模块示意图。电子烟雾化器发热模块包括陶瓷棒40、连接元件41和发热丝42。其中,陶瓷棒40设置为中空多微孔陶瓷材料。发热丝42设置为镍铬合金或者钛合金材料,且缠绕在陶瓷棒40上,其缠绕程度依据阻值的大小进行设定。
请再参照图4b,其中,连接元件41设置为导电金属端子,例如镀锌钢材料、铜合金材料等良导体。且连接元件41设置在发热丝42的两端,通过焊接或者铆接方式与发热丝42的两端连结。
具体实施例四
请参照图5,图5为本发明的第三实施例的电子烟雾化器发热模块结构图。电子烟雾化器发热模块包括陶瓷棒50和发热丝52。其中,陶瓷棒50设置为中空多微孔陶瓷材料。发热丝52设置为镍铬合金或者钛合金材料,且缠绕在陶瓷棒50上,其缠绕程度依据阻值的大小进行设定。
其中,发热丝52通过焊接方式直接与其相连接的其它元件的导线连结。与现有技术相比,本发明的电子烟雾化器发热模块的优点和积极效果是:首先,本发明的陶瓷棒的硬度比现有的玻璃纤维绳硬度高,因此发热丝缠绕陶瓷棒后,能够精确控制电阻值,降低电阻值偏差;其次,本发明的电子烟雾化器发热模块中的陶瓷棒设置为中空且多微孔,相比于现有技术,电子烟烟油渗透迅速;同时,陶瓷材料具有的良好导热特性,相比于现有技术,通电后发热丝温度分布均匀,雾化效果更好;最后,本发明的电子烟雾化器发热模块结构简单,能够进行自动化生产,降低成本。
以上应用具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,应该理解,以上实施方式只是用于帮助理解本发明,而不应理解为对本发明的限制。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (8)

1.电子烟雾化器发热模块,包括一陶瓷棒、一连接元件和一发热丝,其中,发热丝缠绕在陶瓷棒上;连接元件包括两个金属端子,分别与发热丝的两端连结;其特征在于:该陶瓷棒为中空多微孔陶瓷材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器发热模块,其特征在于:上述陶瓷棒设置为包括一台阶结构。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电子烟雾化器发热模块,其特征在于:上述陶瓷棒和上述连接元件一体烧结成型。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的电子烟雾化器发热模块,其特征在于:上述发热丝设置为镍铬合金材料。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的电子烟雾化器发热模块,其特征在于:上述发热丝设置为钛合金材料。
6.如权利要求1、2或3所述的电子烟雾化器发热模块,其特征在于:上述连接元件设置为镀锌钢合金材料。
7.如权利要求1、2或3所述的电子烟雾化器发热模块,其特征在于:上述连接元件设置为铜合金材料。
8.电子烟雾化器发热模块,包括一陶瓷棒和一发热丝,其中,发热丝缠绕在陶瓷棒上;该陶瓷棒为中空多微孔陶瓷材料;其特征在于:发热丝通过焊接方式直接与其相连接的其它元件的导线连结。
