电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟作为替代香烟用品,多用于戒烟。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。相关技术中的电子烟包括筒状壳体,设置于筒状壳体内的雾化组件、电源组件和储液件,以及封盖于筒状壳体一端部的烟嘴盖。该电子烟一定程度上满足了替代香烟用品的功能。通常,雾化组件包括通气管、穿设在通气管上的导液绳以及缠绕在导液绳上的发热丝;由于导液绳和发热丝均为软性体,导致多个电子烟之间发热丝在导液绳上的松紧度不同,单个电子烟中不同匝的发热丝缠绕在导液绳上的松紧度也不同,导致每个厂家生产出来的电子烟的性能一致性(如烟雾量大小)很难控制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种改进的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供 一种 电子烟 ,包括本体、以及设置在所述本体内的储液单元、吸液件和发热元件,所述本体内形成有气流通道,所述吸液件包括位于所述气流通道内的第一部分、以及位于所述气流通道外且与该第一部分相连接的第二部分,所述第二部分与所述储液单元导液连接;所述发热元件包括发热管,所述发热管包覆于所述第一部分上,且所述发热管的侧壁上设有多个通孔,所述通孔由该侧壁的内壁面延伸至该侧壁的外壁面。
在一些实施例中,所述发热管呈圆筒状,两端分别连接有分别用于与电源装置的正极和负极电性连接的电极引线。
在一些实施例中,所述发热管的中部连接有用于与电源装置的正极和负极二者之一电性连接的第一电极引线,所述发热管的两端分别连接有用于与电源装置的正极和负极二者之另一电性连接的第二电极引线。
在一些实施例中,所述吸液件横穿在所述气流通道上,所述吸液件的中部形成所述第一部分且位于所述气流通道中,所述吸液件的两端形成所述第二部分且分别露出所述气流通道而与所述储液单元导液连接;所述发热管套接在所述吸液件的中部;
所述发热管为侧壁闭合或具有开缝的管状结构。
在一些实施例中,所述本体包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体上的安装座,所述壳体内部形成有纵向的中心通道,所述安装座中部形成有贯通安装座上下相对两端的中心通孔,且所述中心通孔与所述中心通道相连通形成所述气流通道;所述吸液件横穿在所述安装座上。
在一些实施例中,所述安装座包括底座、以及安装在底座上的出气管,所述中心通孔形成在所述出气管内部并延伸贯通所述底座;所述出气管顶部伸入到所述壳体的中心通道内;所述吸液件横设在所述底座上。
在一些实施例中,所述发热管的两端延伸至所述底座上;其中,
所述底座为绝缘底座;或者,所述底座为与电源装置的负极电性连接的导电底座,所述发热管的两端与所述底座导电连接,所述发热管的中部连接有用于与电源装置的正极电性连接的一个电极引线;或者,所述底座为与电源装置的负极电性连接的导电底座,所述发热管的一端和所述底座之间设有绝缘层,所述发热管的另一端与所述底座导电连接,且所述发热管的靠近所述绝缘层的位置处连接有用于与电源装置的正极电性连接的一个电极引线。
在一些实施例中,所述底座包括主体部、分别连接在所述主体部上下两侧的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述中心通孔依次贯通所述第一连接部、主体部和第二连接部;所述第一连接部的侧壁上开设有连通所述中心通孔的安装孔,所述吸液件横向设置在所述安装孔内;
所述出气管的底部凸设有环形的卡接台,所述卡接台卡设到所述第一连接部上。
在一些实施例中,所述安装座还包括进气管和绝缘套,所述进气管安装在所述第二连接部上,且内部与所述中心通孔连通;所述绝缘套套设在所述进气管和第二连接部之间。
在一些实施例中,所述壳体包括第一管状结构和第二管状结构,所述第一管状结构的直径大于所述第二管状结构的直径,所述第二管状结构设置在所述第一管状结构内,所述中心通道形成于所述第二管状结构的内部,所述储液单元设置在所述第二管状结构和所述第一管状结构之间。
在一些实施例中,所述安装座还包括密封件,所述密封件远离所述底座套设在所述出气管上;所述密封件位于所述出气管和所述第二管状结构之间,且与所述第二管状结构的内壁抵接;
所述出气管的顶部穿出所述密封件,且所述出气管顶部的侧壁上开设有连通所述出气管内部和所述中心通道的通孔。
在一些实施例中 ,该电子烟还包括支撑件和连接件;所述支撑件呈环状,设置在所述安装座外围并与所述第一管状结构的内壁抵接;所述连接件包括环状的套接部,所述套接部与所述支撑件相对应紧箍在所述壳体的外侧。
在一些实施例中 ,所述连接件包括第一连接件和第二连接件;所述套接部设置在所述第一连接件上,所述第一连接件设置有内螺纹,所述第二连接件设置有与所述第一连接件的内螺纹相适配的外螺纹,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件螺纹连接;
所述第二连接件还设置有内螺纹,所述底座设置有与所述第二连接件的内螺纹相适配的外螺纹,所述第二连接件和所述底座螺纹连接。
在一些实施例中,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间设置有密封圈;和/或,所述第二连接件和所述底座之间设置有密封圈。
在一些实施例中,所述安装座安装在所述壳体的一端上;
该电子烟还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴安装在所述壳体的另一端上或一体形成在所述壳体另一端上。
本发明的有益效果:发热元件采用设有多个通孔的发热管实现,包覆在吸液件上用于发热使烟液雾化,代替现有的发热丝的设置,解决烟雾量难以控制的问题,且方便发热管之间一致性设置,提高电子烟的性能一致性。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示,本发明一些实施例的电子烟,包括本体、储液单元30、吸液件40以及发热元件50,储液单元30、吸液件40以及发热元件50均设置在本体内。本体内形成有气流通道,吸液件40包括相连接的第一部分41和第二部分42,第一部分41位于气流通道内,第二部分42位于气流通道外,该第二部分42与储液单元30导液连接;发热元件50包括发热管51,发热管51包覆于第一部分41上,且发热管51的侧壁上设有多个通孔52,通孔52由该侧壁的内壁面延伸至该侧壁的外壁面。吸液件40通过第二部分42吸取储液单元30的烟液后传导至第一部分41,烟液在第一部分41上随着发热管51通电发热后雾化形成烟雾,烟雾可通过气流通道被吸出本体。
在一些实施例中 ,吸液件40可为条状结构,横穿在气流通道上。吸液件40的中部形成第一部分41且位于气流通道中,吸液件40的两端形成第二部分42且分别露出气流通道而与储液单元30导液连接;发热管51套接在吸液件40的中部。吸液件40可采用吸液棉制成。
如图3所示, 在一些实施例中 ,发热管51呈圆筒状,其两端分别连接有电极引线511,一电极引线511用于与电源装置90(如图10所示)的正极电性连接,另一电极引线511用于与电源装置90的负极电性连接。发热管51采用可导电发热的材料制成。发热管51为侧壁闭合或具有开缝的管状结构,即,可采用整体的金属管或陶瓷管加工而成,也可以采用金属片冲孔后卷曲而成。在电子烟性能调试过程中,只需要通过调整两电极引线511之间的距离来改变两电极引线511之间的发热管51的长度,从而改变发热管51的发热面积,进而增大或减少烟雾量,操作简单、方便,便于产品设计过程中产品性能更改。
在其他实施例中,如图4所示,发热管51的中部也可连接有第一电极引线511a,发热管51的两端分别连接有第二电极引线511b,第一电极引线511a用于与电源装置90(如图10所示)的正极或负极二者之一电性连接,第二电极引线511b用于与电源装置90的正极和负极二者之另一电性连接,从而第一电极引线511a和一第二电极引线511b之间的发热管部分可形成一发热单元,第一电极引线511a和另一第二电极引线511b之间的发热管部分形成另一发热单元,两发热单元可同时或独立通电发热。
又如图1所示, 本体 在一些实施例中 可包括壳体10以及安装在壳体10上的安装座20,壳体10内部形成有纵向的中心通道101,安装座20中部形成有贯通安装座20上下相对两端的中心通孔201,且中心通孔201与中心通道101相连通形成气流通道;吸液件40横穿在安装座20上。发热管51在吸液件40的中部(第一部分41)而位于安装座20内的中心通道101中。
壳体10包括第一管状结构11和第二管状结构12,第一管状结构11的直径大于第二管状结构12的直径,第二管状结构12设置在第一管状结构11内,且二者可以同轴设置;中心通道101形成于第二管状结构12的内部,储液单元30设置在第二管状结构12和第一管状结构11之间。
储液单元30可包括形成在第二管状结构12和第一管状结构11之间并环绕中心通道的储液腔31,用于储存烟液;吸液件40的两端(第二部分42)伸入到该储液腔31直接与烟液接触而吸附烟液。可以理解地,储液单元30也可包括设置在第二管状结构12和第一管状结构11之间的储液元件;该储液元件采用储液棉制得,烟液吸附在储液棉上。壳体10的材质可以是透明的塑料,一方面容易加工塑性,另一方面可以看到储液单元30的剩余烟液量。
安装座20可安装在壳体10的一端上;如图1所示,该电子烟还包括吸嘴60,吸嘴60安装在壳体10另一端上,吸嘴60可与壳体10通过卡扣连接、螺纹连接、胶粘连接等方式固定连接在一起。吸嘴60也可以一体形成在壳体10的另一端上。储液腔31一端通过安装座20封闭并与吸液件40导液连接,储液腔31远离安装座20的另一端封闭。
如图6、7所示,并结合图1、2,在一些实施例中 ,安装座20包括底座21以及安装在底座21上的出气管22,中心通孔201形成在出气管22内部并延伸贯通底座21;出气管22顶部伸入到壳体10的中心通道101内,可将在中心通孔201内雾化的烟雾引导至壳体10的中心通道101。优选地,吸液件40横设在底座21上。
底座21可包括主体部212、分别连接在主体部212上下两侧的第一连接部211和第二连接部213,中心通孔201依次贯通第一连接部211、主体部212和第二连接部213;第一连接部211的侧壁上开设有连通中心通孔201的安装孔200,吸液件40横向设置在安装孔200内。主体部212的外径可大于第一连接部211和第二连接部213的外径。出气管22的底部凸设有环形的卡接台221,卡接台221卡设到第一连接部211上。优选地,安装孔200为开设在第一连接部211侧壁上相对两位置上的孔或缺口,两个孔或缺口相对连通形成安装孔200,吸液件40横跨在两个孔或缺口之间,稳定。
在吸液件40上,发热管51的两端还可延伸至底座21上,从而发热管51也可横跨在安装孔200上,进而加强发热管51的结构稳定性,如图8、图9所示。在一些实施例中,底座21可为绝缘底座,采用塑胶等绝缘材料制成。在另一些实施例中,底座21也为导电底座,采用导电材料如陶瓷等制成。作为一种实施方式,参考图5及图8,该底座21可形成与电源装置90(如图10所示)的负极电性连接的导电底座,发热管51通过其两端与底座21导电连接;在发热管51的中部连接一个电极引线511,用于与电源装置90的正极电性连接,从而在通电发热时,该电极引线511两侧的发热管部分可形成两个发热单元。作为另一种实施方式,参考图9,在发热管51延伸到底座21上的一端设置绝缘层53,从而发热管51一端通过绝缘层53与底座21绝缘接触,另一端与底座21导电连接;该底座21可形成与电源装置90(如图10所示)的负极电性连接的导电底座,在发热管51的靠近绝缘层53的位置处连接一个电极引线511,用于与电源装置90的正极电性连接。绝缘层53可由绝缘材料镀在发热管51上形成,也可由绝缘套套设到发热管51上形成。
安装座20还可包括密封件23,该密封件23远离底座21套设在出气管22上。密封件23位于出气管22和壳体10的第二管状结构12之间,且与第二管状结构12的内壁抵接,起到密封作用,避免烟液从储液单元30流入气流通道。出气管22的顶部穿出密封件23,且出气管22顶部的侧壁上开设有连通出气管22内部和中心通道201的通孔220。该通孔220可以使中心通道101内凝结的烟液回流至安装座20的中心通孔201中,防止出气管22顶部的端部开口处由于烟液的粘性大、表面张力大,形成薄膜,阻碍烟液从出气管22的端部开口回流到中心通孔201中。出气管22上通孔220可为一个或多个,形状不限定。
密封件23在出气管22上还可以延伸至出气管22与底座21的连接处,将该连接处密封,防止储液单元30的烟液从该连接处的缝隙进入中心通道201内。
安装座20还可包括进气管24和绝缘套25。进气管24安装在第二连接部213上,且内部与中心通孔201连通;该进气管24为导体,用于与电源装置90(如图10所示)电连接;绝缘套25套设在进气管24和第二连接部213之间,将进气管24和第二连接部213隔离。绝缘套25一般为具有弹性的硅胶材质,同时具有密封作用。发热管51上连接的两根电极引线511,一根电极引线511可从进气管24和绝缘套25之间穿出,另一根电极引线511可从绝缘套25和第二连接部213之间穿出,以分别连接电源装置。
优选地,进气管24远离第二连接部213的端部可以开设有通气槽240,防止进气管24的端部与电源装置90(如图10中所示)抵接后,无法进气。
再参考图1、2,在一些实施例中,该电子烟还包括支撑件70和连接件。支撑件70呈环状,设置在安装座20外围并与第一管状结构11的内壁抵接;连接件包括环状的套接部83,套接部83与支撑件70相对应紧箍在壳体10的外侧。
其中,支撑件70位于储液腔31内。壳体10的外侧可以设置有台阶部215,供套接部83卡接,一方面方便连接件定位,确定连接件是否已经位于预设位置,另一方面套接部83的外壁可以与壳体10的外壁共面,使得本体外观平整。连接件可以用于将本体与电子烟的其他部分如电源装置90(如图10所示)连接,支撑件70可以加固连接件与壳体10之间的连接。
支撑件70为刚性的支撑元件,壳体10的第一管状结构11被夹在支撑件70和套接部83之间,套接部83紧箍在第一管状结构11的外侧,套接部83与第一管状结构11的端部紧配,通过支撑件70和套接部83的相互配合,避免第一管状结构11的端部因被长时间挤压而发生变形,使连接件和壳体10的固定连接更加牢靠,不会脱离。支撑件70的硬度一般大于壳体10的硬度。支撑件70优选钢圈,抗烟液腐蚀性较好,钢圈采用型材拉伸形成,而且价格低廉便宜,钢圈容易加工为较薄的结构,例如厚度为0.2mm,钢圈的体积越小,对储液腔31容积的影响就越小。
进一步地,连接件包括第一连接件81和第二连接件82;套接部83设置在第一连接件81上。其中,第一连接件81设置有内螺纹811,第二连接件82设置有与第一连接件81的内螺纹811相适配的外螺纹821,第一连接件81和第二连接件82螺纹连接;第二连接件82还设置有内螺纹822,底座21设置有与第二连接件82的内螺纹822相适配的外螺纹214,第二连接件82和底座21螺纹连接。采用螺纹连接的方式使得组装方便、牢靠且易拆卸。可以理解地,第一连接件81和第二连接件82之间、底座21和第二连接件82之间也可以采用其他连接方式实现,如卡扣、胶粘方式等。
优选地,为确保连接密封性,第一连接件81和第二连接件82之间还可设置有密封圈91,密封圈91位于第一连接件81和第二连接件82螺纹连接位置处,同时与第一连接件81和第二连接件82抵接。第二连接件82和底座21之间也设置有密封圈92。该两处位置可根据需要同时设置密封圈或只一处设置密封圈。具体地,如图2、7所示,底座21的外螺纹214设置在第二连接部213的外周,第二连接件82的内螺纹822位于第二连接件82一端的内周,底座21的主体部212的下端面与第二连接件82的一端端部抵接。密封圈92设置在主体部212的下端面和第二连接部213的夹角处,同时与主体部212、第二连接部213和第二连接件82抵接。
另外,该电子烟还可包括连接在壳体10一端上的电源装置90,该电源装置90与发热元件50电性连接。第二连接件82远离底座21的一端内还可设有内螺纹823(如图2中所示),用于与电源装置90螺纹连接。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括本体、以及设置在所述本体内的储液单元、吸液件和发热元件,所述本体内形成有气流通道,所述吸液件包括位于所述气流通道内的第一部分、以及位于所述气流通道外且与该第一部分相连接的第二部分,所述第二部分与所述储液单元导液连接;其特征在于,所述发热元件包括发热管,所述发热管包覆于所述第一部分上,且所述发热管的侧壁上设有多个通孔,所述通孔由该侧壁的内壁面延伸至该侧壁的外壁面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热管呈圆筒状,两端分别连接有分别用于与电源装置的正极和负极电性连接的电极引线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热管的中部连接有用于与电源装置的正极和负极二者之一电性连接的第一电极引线,所述发热管的两端分别连接有用于与电源装置的正极和负极二者之另一电性连接的第二电极引线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸液件横穿在所述气流通道上,所述吸液件的中部形成所述第一部分且位于所述气流通道中,所述吸液件的两端形成所述第二部分且分别露出所述气流通道而与所述储液单元导液连接;所述发热管套接在所述吸液件的中部;
    所述发热管为侧壁闭合或具有开缝的管状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述本体包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体上的安装座,所述壳体内部形成有纵向的中心通道,所述安装座中部形成有贯通安装座上下相对两端的中心通孔,且所述中心通孔与所述中心通道相连通形成所述气流通道;所述吸液件横穿在所述安装座上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座包括底座、以及安装在底座上的出气管,所述中心通孔形成在所述出气管内部并延伸贯通所述底座;所述出气管顶部伸入到所述壳体的中心通道内;所述吸液件横设在所述底座上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热管的两端延伸至所述底座上;其中,
    所述底座为绝缘底座;或者,所述底座为与电源装置的负极电性连接的导电底座,所述发热管的两端与所述底座导电连接,所述发热管的中部连接有用于与电源装置的正极电性连接的一个电极引线;或者,所述底座为与电源装置的负极电性连接的导电底座,所述发热管的一端和所述底座之间设有绝缘层,所述发热管的另一端与所述底座导电连接,且所述发热管的靠近所述绝缘层的位置处连接有用于与电源装置的正极电性连接的一个电极引线。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述底座包括主体部、分别连接在所述主体部上下两侧的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述中心通孔依次贯通所述第一连接部、主体部和第二连接部;所述第一连接部的侧壁上开设有连通所述中心通孔的安装孔,所述吸液件横向设置在所述安装孔内;
    所述出气管的底部凸设有环形的卡接台,所述卡接台卡设到所述第一连接部上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座还包括进气管和绝缘套,所述进气管安装在所述第二连接部上,且内部与所述中心通孔连通;所述绝缘套套设在所述进气管和第二连接部之间。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一管状结构和第二管状结构,所述第一管状结构的直径大于所述第二管状结构的直径,所述第二管状结构设置在所述第一管状结构内,所述中心通道形成于所述第二管状结构的内部,所述储液单元设置在所述第二管状结构和所述第一管状结构之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座还包括密封件,所述密封件远离所述底座套设在所述出气管上;所述密封件位于所述出气管和所述第二管状结构之间,且与所述第二管状结构的内壁抵接;
    所述出气管的顶部穿出所述密封件,且所述出气管顶部的侧壁上开设有连通所述出气管内部和所述中心通道的通孔。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,该电子烟还包括支撑件和连接件;所述支撑件呈环状,设置在所述安装座外围并与所述第一管状结构的内壁抵接;所述连接件包括环状的套接部,所述套接部与所述支撑件相对应紧箍在所述壳体的外侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接件包括第一连接件和第二连接件;所述套接部设置在所述第一连接件上,所述第一连接件设置有内螺纹,所述第二连接件设置有与所述第一连接件的内螺纹相适配的外螺纹,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件螺纹连接;
    所述第二连接件还设置有内螺纹,所述底座设置有与所述第二连接件的内螺纹相适配的外螺纹,所述第二连接件和所述底座螺纹连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件之间设置有密封圈;和/或,所述第二连接件和所述底座之间设置有密封圈。
  15. 根据权利要求 5-14 任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座安装在所述壳体的一端上;
    该电子烟还包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴安装在所述壳体的另一端上或一体形成在所述壳体另一端上。
