基于上述电子烟灯帽 2 的 结构 ,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,其包括烟嘴和烟杆,所述烟杆包括管体 1 和 嵌合在所述管体末端的上述实施例中的 电子烟灯帽 2 ,电子烟灯帽 2 与管体 1 之间沿管体 1 轴向具有第一间隙,用于贯通电子烟灯帽 2 与管体 1 , 在上述的电子烟灯帽 2 的顶盖 22 正面开设至少一个进气孔 23 ,空气经由所述进气孔进入气流通道,有助于保持气流通畅,且便于加工,也有助于减少抽烟时由于气流不畅造成的抽烟噪音。
如图 4-5 所示,为本发明的电子烟灯帽的第二优选实施例,在本实施例中,电子烟灯帽 2 包括顶盖 22 及灯帽柱 21 ,灯帽柱 21 沿顶帽 22 的背面垂直延伸,如图 4 所示,本实施例中的灯帽柱 21 为圆筒状,顶盖 22 相对于灯帽柱 21 形成一环形台, 所述顶盖 22 为光滑的凸曲面,所述环形台 与灯帽柱 21 相连接的连接部呈 L 形,且灯帽柱 21 的外径与应与管体 1 的内径相匹配,电子烟灯帽 2 卡合到管体 1 上时,灯帽柱 21 的外侧壁与管体 1 的内壁贴合压紧,以便将电子烟灯帽 2 与管体 1 连接。与上述第一实施例中的电子烟灯帽的不同之处在于,顶盖 22 上设置了两个进气孔 23 ,两个进气孔 23 对称设置在顶盖 22 中央。与第一实施例相似地,进气孔 23 的形状不受限于圆孔,也可采用方形孔、腰型孔、菱形孔、三角孔以及其它规则或不规则的结构,具体可按照工艺的实际需求进行选取。同样地,该两个进气孔 23 的面积之和应该在 2mm2 ~ 8 mm2 的范围内。
如图 5 所示,为第二实施例中的电子烟灯帽的剖面图,可以看出,相比于第一实施例,本实施例中的电子烟灯帽 2 的顶盖为凸面,且为球状弧形面,较之第一实施例而言,球状弧形凸面与灯帽柱 21 围 成 的腔体体积稍大。
应当理解,本实施例中的进气孔 23 的位置不受限于对称设置在顶盖 22 正中央,也可设置在顶盖 22 正面偏离中心的任何一区域。
如图 6-7 所示,为本发明的电子烟灯帽的第三优选实施例,本实施例中的电子烟灯帽包括顶盖 22 及灯帽柱 21 ,灯帽柱 21 沿顶帽 22 的背面垂直延伸。顶盖 22 相对于灯帽柱四周呈环形台结构,本实施例中的顶盖形状为朝灯帽柱 21 方向下凹的 光滑 凹 曲 面,且顶盖 22 呈球状弧形面,从图 6 可以看出,本实施例中的在顶盖正面设置了 4 个进气孔 23 ,且在顶盖 22 正面中央区域两两对称分布, 且相邻两个进气孔 23 的间距相当, 应当理解,进气孔 23 不受限于两两对称设置,也可散漫分布在顶盖 22 的正面。
应当理解,本发明的顶盖 22 的形状不限于上述的圆面、光滑曲面的凹面或凸面,也可以是粗糙的凹面、曲面或平面。
图 8 所示为使用了本发明的电子烟灯帽的电子烟的烟杆部分结构图,其中该电子烟包括烟嘴(未示出)和烟杆,所述烟杆包括管体 1 以及 嵌合 连接在管体 1 末端的电子烟灯帽, 所述电子烟灯帽与所述管体之间沿管体轴向具有第一间隙(未示出),用于贯通所述灯帽与所述管体,所述第一间隙与管体内的雾化通道(未示出)相通, 该电子烟灯帽包括顶盖 22 及灯帽柱 21 ,中空无底的灯帽柱 21 沿顶盖 22 的背面垂直延伸,顶盖 22 相对于灯帽柱 21 四周形成一环形台。顶盖 22 的正面开设至少一个进气孔 23 ,进气孔 23 与灯帽柱 21 贯通,空气由所述进气孔 23 进入 所述第一间隙(未示出)进入所述雾化通道(未示出),形成气流回路 。
如图 8 所示,所述电子烟灯帽的顶盖 22 与灯帽柱 21 的连接部呈 L 形,该电子烟灯帽可嵌合到管体 1 中,其中灯帽柱 21 的外壁恰好与管体 1 的内壁压紧贴合,由此,该电子烟灯帽以可拆卸的方式与管体 1 向连接,且所述环形台与管体 1 的末端抵接。
在图 8 所示的电子烟中,进气孔 23 设置在顶盖 22 的正中央,其可为圆孔、方形孔或腰型孔,且在此情况下的进气孔数量为 1 ,在本实施例中的顶盖为沿顶盖正面外凸的球面弧形。在使用该电子烟时,用户在烟嘴(未示出)处发出吸气的动作,空气由进气孔 23 进入, 由于管体 1 与灯帽柱 21 沿管体轴向存在第一间隙(未示出),空气 经灯帽柱 21 内腔向上 进入所述第一间隙(未示出),到达电池装置, 经电池装置 101 与管体内壁之间的第二间隙(未示出) 到达雾化器, 经由与所述第二间隙向贯通的所述雾化通道(未示出), 与雾化器中产生的烟雾混合,到达烟嘴,由用户吸入,模拟抽烟的感受。 优选地,本实施例中的电子烟的管体 1 末端设置了用于安装 LED 管的灯座(未示出),该灯座(未示出)沿管体 1 轴向设置了通孔(未示出),所述通孔(未示出)与所述第二间隙(未示出)相连通。所述气流回路的路径方向可以理解为:空气经由进气孔 23 进入所述灯帽柱 21 与管体 1 之间的第一间隙(未示出),经由所述灯座(未示出)上的通孔(未示出)到达电池装置 101 , 经电池装置 101 与管体内壁之间的第二间隙(未示出) 到达雾化器, 最终进如雾化器内的雾化通道。
本发明的在顶盖 22 正面设置进气孔以便吸入空气,使气体垂直进入气流通道的结构,能有效避免抽烟过程中因气流不畅造成的噪声过大问题,同时正面开孔的方式也利于工艺流程的简化。
应当理解,本发明的电子烟灯帽的进气孔 23 数量、形状及其处于顶盖 22 正面的具体位置并不受限于上述内容,顶盖 22 的形状也不受限于上述内容。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,包括顶盖 (22) 、以及沿所述顶盖 (22) 的背面垂直延伸的中空无底的灯帽柱 (21) ,在所述顶盖 (22) 相对于所述灯帽柱 (21) 四周形成一环形台;所述顶盖的正面开设至少一个进气孔 (23) ,所述进气孔 (23) 与所述灯帽柱 (21) 贯通。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述环形台与所述灯帽柱 (21) 的连接部呈 L 形。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述灯帽柱 (21) 的外壁用于与烟杆管体 (1) 内壁压紧贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述顶盖 (22) 、灯帽柱 (21) 、以及所述连接部三者一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述至少一个进气孔 (23) 为方形孔、圆孔、三角形、多边形以及腰型孔中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述至少一个进气孔设置在所述顶盖 (22) 的正面中央区域。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述顶盖 (22) 为平面、凹面或凸面。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟灯帽,其特征在于,所述顶盖 (22) 为圆面,或球状弧面。
  9. 一种电子烟,包括烟嘴和烟杆,所述烟杆包括管体 ( 1 ) 和 嵌合在所述管体( 1 )末端的 电子烟灯帽 ,所述电子烟灯帽与所述管体( 1 )之间沿所述管体( 1 )轴向具有第一间隙,用于贯通所述灯帽与所述管体( 1 ),所述第一间隙与所述管体( 1 )内的雾化通道相通, 其特征在于,包括顶盖 ( 22 ) 、以及沿所述顶盖 ( 22 ) 的背面垂直延伸的中空无底的灯帽柱 ( 21 ) ,在所述顶盖 ( 22 ) 相对于所述灯帽柱 ( 21 ) 四周形成一环形台;所述顶盖 ( 22 ) 的正面开设至少一个进气孔 ( 23 ) ,所述进气孔 ( 23 ) 与所述灯帽柱 ( 21 ) 贯通,空气由所述进气孔 ( 23 ) 进入 所述第一间隙进入所述雾化通道,形成气流回路。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述环形台与所述灯帽柱 ( 21 ) 的连接部呈 L 形。
  11. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述灯帽柱 ( 21 ) 的外壁用于与所述烟杆管体 ( 1 ) 内壁压紧贴合。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述顶盖 ( 22 ) 、灯帽柱 ( 21 ) 、以及所述连接部三者一体成型。
  13. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述至少一个进气孔( 23 )为方形孔、圆孔、三角形、多边形以及腰型孔中的至少一种。
  14. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述至少一个进气孔设置在所述顶盖的正面中央。
  15. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述顶盖( 22 )为平面、凹面或凸面。
  16. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述顶盖( 22 )为圆面或球状弧面。
