[0002] 现有技术中, 电子烟包括雾化组件和电池组件, 雾化组件包括油杯组件, 及连 接在油杯组件一端的雾化芯。 目前, 电子烟是入嘴即食, 容易导致小孩因误操 作吸食到电子烟。 为了解决小孩误吸食到电子烟这一问题, 如图 1和图 2所示, 可以在吸嘴处设置一种吸嘴塞 16b, 当吸嘴塞 16b闭合吋, 使得电子烟不再入嘴 即食。 但是现有技术中, 由于吸嘴塞 16b的连接线太短, 以致吸烟吋, 即使将吸 嘴塞 16b打幵, 用户也不得不将吸嘴塞 16b—同含入嘴中, 使得消费者在吸烟吋 嘴部感到不适, 并且不卫生, 容易并从口入, 极大的影响用户的体验效果。 技术问题

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括电子烟本体, 所述电子烟本体设 置有吸烟端 (1) 、 用于存储烟油的油杯组件 (2) 、 用于雾化烟 油的雾化芯 (3) , 及用于为所述雾化芯 (3) 供电的电池杆 (4) ; 所述油杯组件 (2) 设有储油套 (21) , 所述吸烟端 (1) 设在 所述储油套 (21) 的一端, 所述储油套 (21) 内形成有用于存储 烟油的储油腔 (23) , 所述储油套 (21) 的另一端为与所述储油 腔 (23) 相连通的幵口端,所述雾化芯 (3) 穿过所述幵口端可拆卸 的插设在所述油杯组件 (2) 的远离所述吸烟端 (1) 的一端; 所述雾化芯 (3) 包括雾化套 (31) , 所述雾化套 (31) 延伸至所 述储油套 (21) 外的一端与所述电池杆 (4) 可拆卸的连接, 所述 雾化套 (31) 内形成有雾化腔 (33) , 所述雾化腔 (33) 内收容 有与所述电池杆 (4) 电连接的电热丝组件 (34) ;
所述电子烟本体内还设有供所述电热丝组件 (34) 雾化的烟雾排 出的气流通道 (7) , 及用于密封所述气流通道 (7) 的密封组件
(5) , 所述吸烟端 (1) 设有与所述气流通道 (7) 相导通的出气 孔 ( 11) , 所述密封组件 (5) 包括活动盖设在所述出气孔 (11) 上的密封件 (51) 、 可转动的套设在所述雾化套 (31) 外的固定 环 (52) , 及用于连接所述密封件 (51) 和所述固定环 (52) 的 连接件 (53) 。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套 (31) 的 侧壁上设有至少一个与所述气流通道 (7) 相连通的进气孔 (6) , 所述进气孔 (6) 与所述雾化腔 (33) 相连通。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟本体的侧 壁设有至少一个与所述气流通道 (7) 相连通的进气孔 (6) , 所 述进气孔 (6) 包括幵设在所述固定环 (52) 上的第一进气孔 (61 ) , 及幵设在所述雾化套 (31) 侧壁处的用于导通所述第一进气 孔 (61) 和所述气流通道 (7) 的第二进气孔 (62) , 所述固定环 (52) 通过在受力吋沿所述雾化套 (31) 的周向转动以调节所述 进气孔 (6) 的进气量。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述密封件 (51) 为 硅胶制件。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述密封件 (51) 包 括插设在所述出气孔 (11) 内的密封塞 (512) , 及连接在所述密 封塞 (512) 的一端并盖设在所述出气孔 (11) 的端口侧缘处的端 盖 (511) ; 所述连接件 (53) 的两端分别连接在所述端盖 (511 ) 与所述固定环 (52) 的侧壁上。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述固定环 (52) 、 所述连接件 (53) 与所述密封件 (51) 为一体成型结构。

根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述固定环 (52) 和 所述固定盖 (56) 的侧壁上分别设置有连接环 (54) , 所述连接 件 (53) 的两端分别设置有与所述连接环 (54) 转动连接的卡扣 (55) 。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化套 (31) 插 入至所述储油套 (21) 的一端间隔幵设有两个相对设置并与所述 储油腔 (23) 相连通的安装槽 (311) , 所述电热丝组件 (34) 架 设于所述两个安装槽 (311) 内。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油套 (21) 内 插设有用于将烟雾排出的通气管 (22) , 所述通气管 (22) 为空 心的旋转体, 以使所述通气管 (22) 的内腔与所述储油腔 (23) 相互隔离, 所述通气管 (22) 的两端分别延伸至所述吸烟端 (1) 和所述雾化腔 (33) 内。
根据权利要求 12所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化芯 (3) 还 包括套设于所述雾化套 (31) 及所述通气管 (22) 上、 并抵持在 所述电热丝组件 (34) 上的雾化盖 (32) , 所述电热丝组件 (34 ) 架设于所述雾化套 (31) 上并通过所述雾化盖 (32) 抵持固定 , 所述通气管 (22) 的一端穿过所述雾化盖 (32) 并延伸至所述 雾化腔 (33) 内。
根据权利要求 12所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油套 (21) 与所述通气管 (22) 均为透光体, 所述通气管 (22) 与所述储油 套 (21) 一体成型。
根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸烟端 (1) 的 外端面为球面。
