目前的电子烟一般由烟嘴组件和雾化器构成,雾化器包括发热组件、储液组件和导电组件。发热组件一般包括发热丝和纤维绳(或导液棉片块),发热丝螺旋缠绕于纤维绳(或导液棉片块),纤维绳用于导引储液组件内的烟液。使用时,发热丝经导电组件通电,发热组件的发热丝就得电工作,纤维绳上的烟液在发热丝的高温下雾化产生一定量烟雾,使用者吸附烟嘴组件后,产生气流而带动烟雾从烟嘴组件中流出烟气,从而达到吸烟的效果。
然而,目前现有的雾化器存在以下缺陷:
(1)传统的电子烟一般在其顶部进行注液(往储液组件注入烟液),发热丝也只能设置在电子烟的顶部,否则,若发热丝置于电子烟底部,由于注入烟液时的烟液自重往下的冲击,将透过导液用的导液介质(如纤维绳、导液棉)而直接进入发热丝,又因为此时(注液时)发热丝未发热工作,所以烟液容易漏至电子烟底部的导电组件处,造成漏液甚至导致短路;若将发热丝置于电子烟顶部,又将占用烟液存储(储液组件)空间,不利于烟液的大容量存储,且发热组件靠近烟嘴,也容易导致未完全雾化的烟液进入烟嘴进而进入人嘴;

一种电子烟雾化器,包括外壳、密封头、连接管、连接座、发热组件和导电组件,外壳为顶部和底部均开口且四周密封的壳体,密封头与外壳的顶部开口密封滑动配合,连接管伸入外壳内,该连接管内可拆卸的固接发热组件,且该发热组件由连接管内伸向外壳的底部;连接管的外侧壁、发热组件的外侧均与外壳的内壁相隔并形成储液腔,发热组件具有向发热组件内导入烟液的导液口和用于向外排除烟雾的出烟口,该发热组件与导电组件电连接;密封头内开有烟雾通道,该烟雾通道经连接管与出烟口连通;连接座以可拆卸的方式固接于外壳的底部开口,该连接座的顶部具有与连接管的底端抵挡配合的抵挡端,发热组件滑动穿接于连接座;通过密封头与外壳的顶部开口的相对滑移及发热组件与连接座的相对滑移,驱使导液口在位于储液腔和远离储液腔的位置间切换。
优选地,所述发热组件包括雾化管、发热丝、导液介质和连接组件,雾化管的外壁与连接管的内壁螺接,导液介质固定于雾化管内,发热丝内嵌于导液介质;所述出烟口位于导液介质顶端,所述导液口开于导液介质的侧壁;发热丝与导电组件电连接;导液介质的底端通过连接组件与导电组件连接。
优选地,所述导液介质呈管状,发热丝呈螺旋状,该发热丝内置于导液介 质的管孔内,所述出烟口为导液介质的上端管口,所述导液口在导液介质的外壁呈圆周均匀分布。
优选地,所述导液介质通过连接组件还连接有气流调节组件,该连接组件内开有分别连通导液介质和气流调节组件的气流通道。
优选地,所述气流调节组件包括调节座和调节阀,调节座与连接组件螺接,该调节座内具有与气流通道连通的调节腔,该调节腔的腔壁开有多个第一通气孔,调节阀可转动地套装于调节座外,该调节阀上开有多个第二通气孔。
优选地,所述外壳包括外套管和内支架,外套管套装于内支架外,内支架的顶部和底部均开有所述开口,所述连接座的外壁与内支架的底部开口内缘螺接。
优选地,所述密封头呈顶端小底端大的圆锥形。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
电子烟,包括所述的电子烟雾化器和烟嘴组件,烟嘴组件以可拆卸的方式固接于外壳的顶部。
优选地,所述烟嘴组件包括烟嘴和连接件,烟嘴固定穿插于连接件内并与烟雾通道连通,连接件与外壳的顶部螺接。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明电子烟雾化器通过密封头与外壳的顶部开口的相对滑移及发热组件与连接座的相对滑移,驱使导液口在位于储液腔和远离储液腔的位置间切换,可使在注液时,导液口远离储液腔,由于密封头从外壳的顶部开口脱离,烟液经外壳的顶部开口进入储液腔,储液腔内的烟液无法进入发热组件,因此不会发生漏液或导电组件短路的可能,当注液完成后,使导液口进入储液腔,则储液腔内的烟液经由导液口进入发热组件内,以雾化成烟雾(烟气)而从出烟口、连接管、烟雾通道输出烟气,因此,注液过程中,实现了外壳的顶部注液,避 免了底部注液的倒转麻烦,同时,还使发热组件位于外壳底部,利于烟雾的充分形成,防止雾化残余水、烟液或其他杂质进入烟嘴进而进入人嘴;
(2)本发明电子烟雾化器的发热组件上端通过雾化管与连接管可拆卸连接,下端通过连接组件与导电组件可拆卸连接,因此可从外壳的底部便捷更换发热组件的发热丝;
(3)本发明电子烟雾化器在外壳的底部设有气流调节组件,可调节进入发热组件的气流大小,进而调节发热组件产生烟雾的多少,以适应不同需求,且提升口感。
(4)本发明的电子烟通过其烟嘴组件可与外壳的顶部便捷对接,且能确保烟雾从烟嘴中输出,其与外壳顶部的可拆卸连接方式,利于方便地从外壳顶部往电子烟雾化器的储液腔内注液。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示的一种电子烟雾化器,包括外壳1、密封头2、连接管3、连 接座4、发热组件5和导电组件6,外壳1为顶部和底部均开口101且四周密封的壳体,密封头2与外壳1的顶部开口101密封滑动配合,连接管3伸入外壳1内,该连接管3内可拆卸的固接发热组件5,且该发热组件5由连接管3内伸向外壳1的底部;连接管3的外侧壁、发热组件5的外侧均与外壳1的内壁相隔并形成储液腔7,发热组件5具有向发热组件5内导入烟液的导液口51和用于向外排除烟雾的出烟口52,该发热组件5与导电组件6电连接;密封头2内开有烟雾通道21,该烟雾通道21经连接管3与出烟口52连通;连接座4以可拆卸的方式固接于外壳1的底部开口101,该连接座4的顶部具有与连接管3的底端抵挡配合的抵挡端41,发热组件5滑动穿接于连接座4;通过密封头2与外壳1的顶部开口101的相对滑移及发热组件5与连接座4的相对滑移,驱使导液口51在位于储液腔7和远离储液腔7的位置间切换。
在注液时,通过滑移密封头2和发热组件5,导液口51远离储液腔7,由于密封头2从外壳1的顶部开口101脱离,烟液经外壳1的顶部开口101进入储液腔7,储液腔7内的烟液无法进入发热组件5,因此不会发生漏液或导电组件6短路的可能;当注液完成后,反向滑移密封头2并使密封头2封堵外壳1的顶部开口101,同时带动发热组件5,使导液口51进入储液腔7,则储液腔7内的烟液经由导液口51进入发热组件5内,以雾化成烟雾(烟气)而从出烟口52、连接管3、烟雾通道21输出烟气,因此,注液过程中,实现了外壳1的顶部注液,避免了底部注液的倒转麻烦,同时,还使发热组件5位于外壳1底部,利于烟雾的充分形成,防止雾化残余水、烟液或其他杂质进入人嘴。其中,密封头2、发热组件5滑移的过程中,连接管3的底端和抵挡端41的配合为导液口51的移动提供了行程限制,可防止发热组件5滑脱。外壳1可制成透明,以利于观察储液腔7内烟液的量。
发热组件5可以是任意的可以将烟液雾化成烟雾(烟气)的装置,本例的发热组件5优选为:发热组件5包括雾化管53、发热丝54、导液介质55和连接组件56,雾化管53的外壁与连接管3的内壁螺接,导液介质55固定于雾化管53内,发热丝54内嵌于导液介质55;所述出烟口52位于导液介质55顶端,所述导液口51开于导液介质55的侧壁;发热丝54与导电组件6电连接;导液介质55的底端通过连接组件56与导电组件6连接。通过雾化管53,可对发热丝54在导液介质55内雾化产生的烟雾经出烟口52快速经连接管3导入烟雾通道21。
具体地,导液介质55呈管状,发热丝54呈螺旋状,该发热丝54内置于导液介质55的管孔内,所述出烟口52为导液介质55的上端管口,所述导液口51在导液介质55的外壁呈圆周均匀分布。均布的导液口51利于将烟液均匀地导向发热丝54,以使发热丝54得到的烟液更均匀,可防止烧焦,也更大量地被导电组件6通电发热而产生烟雾。
为适应不同烟雾两的需求,导液介质55通过连接组件56还连接有气流调节组件8,该连接组件56内开有分别连通导液介质55和气流调节组件8的气流通道561。进入气流调节组件8的空气,将被限制气流后再经气流通道561进入导液介质55内带走发热丝54周围的烟雾。
本例的气流调节组件8包括调节座81和调节阀82,调节座81与连接组件56螺接,该调节座81内具有与气流通道561连通的调节腔811,该调节腔811的腔壁开有多个第一通气孔812,调节阀82可转动地套装于调节座81外,该调节阀82上开有多个第二通气孔821。通过选择调节阀82,可使不同数量的第一通气孔812、第二通气孔对准821,从而调节进气量。
本例的外壳1包括外套管11和内支架12,外套管11套装于内支架12外, 内支架12的顶部和底部均开有所述开口101,所述连接座4的外壁与内支架12的底部开口101内缘螺接。当需要拆除更换发热组件5时,将连接座4从内支架12中旋转拆去,将雾化管53从连接管3中旋转拆去,则可使便捷地发热组件5脱离,用于更换发热丝54。
为提升密封头2的在非注液状态下的气密效果,防止烟雾泄露,密封头2呈顶端小底端大的圆锥形,利于堵塞外壳1的顶部开口101。
如图3~4所示的电子烟,包括上述的电子烟雾化器和烟嘴组件9,烟嘴组件9以可拆卸的方式固接于外壳1的顶部。具体地,烟嘴组件9包括烟嘴91和连接件92,烟嘴91固定穿插于连接件92内并与烟雾通道21连通,连接件92与外壳1的顶部螺接。
通过其烟嘴组件9可与外壳1的顶部便捷对接,且能确保烟雾从烟嘴91中输出,其与外壳1顶部的可拆卸连接方式,利于方便地从外壳1顶部往电子烟雾化器的储液腔7内注液。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:包括外壳、密封头、连接管、连接座、发热组件和导电组件,外壳为顶部和底部均开口且四周密封的壳体,密封头与外壳的顶部开口密封滑动配合,连接管伸入外壳内,该连接管内可拆卸的固接发热组件,且该发热组件由连接管内伸向外壳的底部;连接管的外侧壁、发热组件的外侧均与外壳的内壁相隔并形成储液腔,发热组件具有向发热组件内导入烟液的导液口和用于向外排除烟雾的出烟口,该发热组件与导电组件电连接;密封头内开有烟雾通道,该烟雾通道经连接管与出烟口连通;连接座以可拆卸的方式固接于外壳的底部开口,该连接座的顶部具有与连接管的底端抵挡配合的抵挡端,发热组件滑动穿接于连接座;通过密封头与外壳的顶部开口的相对滑移及发热组件与连接座的相对滑移,驱使导液口在位于储液腔和远离储液腔的位置间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述发热组件包括雾化管、发热丝、导液介质和连接组件,雾化管的外壁与连接管的内壁螺接,导液介质固定于雾化管内,发热丝内嵌于导液介质;所述出烟口位于导液介质顶端,所述导液口开于导液介质的侧壁;发热丝与导电组件电连接;导液介质的底端通过连接组件与导电组件连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述导液介质呈管状,发热丝呈螺旋状,该发热丝内置于导液介质的管孔内,所述出烟口为导液介质的上端管口,所述导液口在导液介质的外壁呈圆周均匀分布。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述导液介质通过连接组件还连接有气流调节组件,该连接组件内开有分别连通导液介质和气流调节组件的气流通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述气流调节 组件包括调节座和调节阀,调节座与连接组件螺接,该调节座内具有与气流通道连通的调节腔,该调节腔的腔壁开有多个第一通气孔,调节阀可转动地套装于调节座外,该调节阀上开有多个第二通气孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳包括外套管和内支架,外套管套装于内支架外,内支架的顶部和底部均开有所述开口,所述连接座的外壁与内支架的底部开口内缘螺接。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述密封头呈顶端小底端大的圆锥形。
  8. 电子烟,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1~7任一项所述的电子烟雾化器和烟嘴组件,烟嘴组件以可拆卸的方式固接于外壳的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟嘴组件包括烟嘴和连接件,烟嘴固定穿插于连接件内并与烟雾通道连通,连接件与外壳的顶部螺接。
