电子烟雾化器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟领域,特别涉及一种电子烟雾化器。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟雾化器至少有一部分是由五金件装配而成的,因此其中存储的烟油会五金件接触并发生反应,可能会产生一些影响健康的物质,从而对用户产生潜在的威胁。
技术问题
本实用新型提供了一种电子烟雾化器,以解决至少一个上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述问题,作为本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种电子烟雾化器,包括:玻璃油杯主管、玻璃发热腔管、玻璃气道管和发热体,所述玻璃发热腔管、玻璃气道管均设置于所述玻璃油杯主管中,所述玻璃发热腔管的第一端与所述玻璃油杯主管的第一端之间的环状间隙内设置有环状的玻璃封底,所述玻璃发热腔管的内壁通过所述玻璃封底与所述玻璃油杯主管的外壁之间密封连接,所述玻璃发热腔管的第二端与所述玻璃气道管的第一端连接,所述发热体置于所述玻璃发热腔管中,所述玻璃发热腔管的周向侧壁上开设有出油孔,所述玻璃油杯主管、玻璃发热腔管及玻璃气道管一体成型。
优选地,所述电子烟雾化器还包括底座、硅胶座、和电极,所述底座与所述玻璃油杯主管的第一端连接,所述硅胶座安装在所述底座中,所述发热体设置于所述硅胶座上,所述电极安装在所述底座中并与所述发热体电连接。
优选地,所述电极通过绝缘环安装在所述底座中。
优选地,所述电极设置有沿轴线方向延伸的进气通孔。
优选地,所述发热体为陶瓷发热体。
优选地,所述玻璃油杯主管与所述玻璃气道管的第二端之间的环状间隙中设置有环状密封塞。
优选地,所述电子烟雾化器还包括隔油硅胶管,所述隔油硅胶管的一端与所述环状密封塞的外壁密封连接。
优选地,所述电子烟雾化器还包括塑胶壳,所述塑胶壳套装于所述玻璃油杯主管的外部。
优选地,所述隔油硅胶管上设置有用于定位吸嘴的定位圈。
优选地,所述隔油硅胶管的两端还各设置有一个套环。
有益效果
在上述技术方案中,所述玻璃油杯主管、玻璃发热腔管及玻璃气道管一体成型,并全部由玻璃制成,因此避免了现有技术中使用五金件时烟油与五金件接触发生反应所引起的安全隐患,具有结构简单、成本低的特点。

本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种电子烟雾化器,包括:玻璃油杯主管1、玻璃发热腔管2、玻璃气道管3和发热体4,所述玻璃发热腔管2、玻璃气道管3均设置于所述玻璃油杯主管1中,所述玻璃发热腔管2的第一端与所述玻璃油杯主管1的第一端之间的环状间隙内设置有环状的玻璃封底5,所述玻璃发热腔管2的内壁通过所述玻璃封底5与所述玻璃油杯主管1的外壁之间密封连接,所述玻璃发热腔管2的第二端与所述玻璃气道管3的第一端连接,所述发热体4置于所述玻璃发热腔管2中,所述玻璃发热腔管2的周向侧壁上开设有出油孔6,所述玻璃油杯主管1、玻璃发热腔管2及玻璃气道管3一体成型。优选地,所述发热体4为陶瓷发热体。
工作时,空气经过玻璃发热腔管2流经发热体4,再流经玻璃气道管3后进入吸嘴17中被吸入口腔中,同时,存储于储油空间18中的烟油通过出油孔6到达发热体4被加热而产生烟雾,并随着空气的流动而被用户吸入。
在上述技术方案中,所述玻璃油杯主管1、玻璃发热腔管2及玻璃气道管3一体成型,并全部由玻璃制成,因此避免了现有技术中使用五金件时烟油与五金件接触发生反应所引起的安全隐患,具有结构简单、成本低的特点。
优选地,所述电子烟雾化器还包括底座7、硅胶座8、和电极9,所述底座7与所述玻璃油杯主管1的第一端连接,所述硅胶座8安装在所述底座7中,所述发热体4设置于所述硅胶座8上,所述电极9安装在所述底座7中并与所述发热体4电连接。优选地,所述电极9设置有沿轴线方向延伸的进气通孔11。如图4所示,空气由A处进入,然后经过进气通孔11向上运动。
优选地,所述电极9通过绝缘环10安装在所述底座7中。
优选地,所述玻璃油杯主管1与所述玻璃气道管3的第二端之间的环状间隙中设置有环状密封塞12。
优选地,所述电子烟雾化器还包括隔油硅胶管13,所述隔油硅胶管13的一端与所述环状密封塞12的外壁密封连接。
优选地,所述电子烟雾化器还包括塑胶壳14,所述塑胶壳14套装于所述玻璃油杯主管1的外部。
优选地,所述隔油硅胶管13上设置有用于定位吸嘴17的定位圈15。优选地,所述隔油硅胶管13的两端还各设置有一个套环16。

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,包括:玻璃油杯主管(1)、玻璃发热腔管(2)、玻璃气道管(3)和发热体(4),所述玻璃发热腔管(2)、玻璃气道管(3)均设置于所述玻璃油杯主管(1)中,所述玻璃发热腔管(2)的第一端与所述玻璃油杯主管(1)的第一端之间的环状间隙内设置有环状的玻璃封底(5),所述玻璃发热腔管(2)的内壁通过所述玻璃封底(5)与所述玻璃油杯主管(1)的外壁之间密封连接,所述玻璃发热腔管(2)的第二端与所述玻璃气道管(3)的第一端连接,所述发热体(4)置于所述玻璃发热腔管(2)中,所述玻璃发热腔管(2)的周向侧壁上开设有出油孔(6),所述玻璃油杯主管(1)、玻璃发热腔管(2)及玻璃气道管(3)一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器还包括底座(7)、硅胶座(8)、和电极(9),所述底座(7)与所述玻璃油杯主管(1)的第一端连接,所述硅胶座(8)安装在所述底座(7)中,所述发热体(4)设置于所述硅胶座(8)上,所述电极(9)安装在所述底座(7)中并与所述发热体(4)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电极(9)通过绝缘环(10)安装在所述底座(7)中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电极(9)设置有沿轴线方向延伸的进气通孔(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热体(4)为陶瓷发热体。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述玻璃油杯主管(1)与所述玻璃气道管(3)的第二端之间的环状间隙中设置有环状密封塞(12)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器还包括隔油硅胶管(13),所述隔油硅胶管(13)的一端与所述环状密封塞(12)的外壁密封连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器还包括塑胶壳(14),所述塑胶壳(14)套装于所述玻璃油杯主管(1)的外部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述隔油硅胶管(13)上设置有用于定位吸嘴(17)的定位圈(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述隔油硅胶管(13)的两端还各设置有一个套环(16)。
