其中,所述雾化器组件2包括:上密封座21、下密封座24、通气管23、发热丝25及发热棉22;所述上密封21座连接于所述玻纤管11上端部,所述下密封座24连接于所述玻纤管11的中部,所述上密封座21上设有第一通孔211,所述下密封座24上设有第二通孔,所述通气管23的两端分别插装于所述第一通孔211和第二通孔,所述发热棉22的中部设有一通腔221,所述通腔221穿设于所述通气管23的外部,所述发热丝25穿过或环绕所述通气管22,所述发热丝25具有第一电连接端251和第二电连接端252,所述第一电连接端251和第二电连接端252均穿设于所述下密封座24,该伸出的第一电连接端251和第二电连接端252用于与供电控制组件3电连接以形成供电回路。
请再次参阅图3和图4,所述供电控制组件3包括:电池31、底座32及咪头33,底座32连接于所述玻纤管11的下端部,所述电池31的一端抵顶于所述下密封座24,一端抵顶于所述底座32,所述咪头33连接于所述底座32上,所述底座32上还设有通气孔321。其中,所述电池31、咪头33及发热丝25形成一供电回路。
该气溶胶产生装置的工作原理是:当用户从吸嘴11吸气时,外部气体从主体壳42上的进气孔4221进入,然后进入底座32上的通气孔321进入玻纤管11内部,玻纤管11的内壁与电池31的外壁之间留有一定的缝隙,气体再经该缝隙下上流动至下密封座24,从下密封座24上的第二通孔进 入通气管23,通气管23连通与吸嘴11,在用户吸气时,同步触发咪头33动作打开为电热丝25供电的回路,电热丝25发热雾化发热棉22上存储的烟油等雾化液,雾化后随着气流从通气管23输出至吸嘴11,以供用户吸食。
本发明的实施例还公开了一种气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其用于制备如上所述的气溶胶产生装置,其主要包括将可回收材质的外壳套装于气溶胶产生装置的装置外壳的步骤。
具体的,该气溶胶产生装置的制备方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤S100、将底座、下密封座和电池装入玻纤管,并使电池的两端分别抵顶于底座和下密封座;
步骤S200、将穿设或环绕有发热丝的通气管下端插装于下密封座的第二通孔,将上密封座连接于玻纤管的上端部,并使通气管的上端部插装于上密封座的第一通孔;
步骤S300、将吸嘴连接至玻纤管的上端外壁,并将外壳的主体壳和上盖分别从两端套装于装置外壳。
与现有技术相比,本实施例一种气溶胶产生装置及其制备方法,其将气溶胶产生装置的外壳采用纸质可回收的材料,降低了一次性气溶胶产生装置丢弃对环境的污染,且成本较低。此外,上密封座21、下密封座24、吸嘴11、底座32均采用可降解的塑料制成,通气管23和玻纤管12均为玻纤材质,也都是对环境污染很小的材料,因此,该一次性的气溶胶产生装置可最大程度降低对环境的污染。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种气溶胶产生装置,其包括内设有腔体的装置外壳、雾化器组件、供电控制组件,所述雾化器组件和供电控制组件均设于所述腔体内,所述供电控制组件电连接于所述雾化器组件;所述装置外壳的外部还套设有可回收材质的外壳。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述外壳的至少部分内壁贴覆有隔热层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述外壳包括主体壳和上盖,所述主体壳具有开口的上端部及闭口的下端部,所述上盖具有开口的第一端和闭口的第二端;所述第一端连接于所述上端部,所述主体壳与上盖围合而成的容腔内设有所述装置外壳。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述主体壳包括:管状壳体和下端盖,所述管状壳体的下端内壁设有一环形台部,所述下端盖卡装于所述环形台部以形成所述闭口的下端部,且所述下端盖上还设有进气孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述上盖包括:管状盖主体及上端盖,所述管状盖主体的上端内壁设有一环形台连接部,所述上端盖连接于所述环形台连接部以形成所述闭口的第二端,且所述上端盖上还设有出气孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述隔热层为锡箔纸层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述外壳为纸质材料制成。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述装置外壳包括:玻纤管和吸嘴,所述吸嘴连接于所述玻纤管的其中一端,所述主体壳套装于玻纤管的外壁,所述上盖套装于所述吸嘴。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的气溶胶产生装置,其中,所述雾化器组件包括:上密封座、下密封座、通气管、发热丝及发热棉;所述上密封座连接于所述玻纤管上端部,所述下密封座连接于所述玻纤管的中部,所述上密封座上设有第一通孔,所述下密封座上设有第二通孔,所述通气管的两端分别插装于所述第一通孔和第二通孔,所述发热棉的中部设有一通腔,所述通腔穿设于所述通气管的外部,所述发热丝穿过或环绕所述通气管,所述发热丝具有第一电连接端和第二电连接端,所述第一电连接端和第二电连接端均穿设于所述下密封座。
  10. 一种气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其用于制备气溶胶产生装置,所述气溶胶产生装置包括内设有腔体的装置外壳、雾化器组件、供电控制组件,所述雾化器组件和供电控制组件均设于所述腔体内,所述供电控制组件电连接于所述雾化器组件;所述装置外壳的外部还套设有可回收材质的外壳;
    所述气溶胶产生装置的制备方法包括以下步骤:
    将底座、下密封座和电池装入玻纤管,并使电池的两端分别抵顶于底座和下密封座;
    将穿设或环绕有发热丝的通气管下端插装于下密封座的第二通孔,将上密封座连接于玻纤管的上端部,并使通气管的上端部插装于上密封座的第一通孔;
    将吸嘴连接至玻纤管的上端外壁,并将外壳的主体壳和上盖分别从两 端套装于装置外壳。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述外壳的至少部分内壁贴覆有隔热层。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述外壳包括主体壳和上盖,所述主体壳具有开口的上端部及闭口的下端部,所述上盖具有开口的第一端和闭口的第二端;所述第一端连接于所述上端部,所述主体壳与上盖围合而成的容腔内设有所述装置外壳。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述主体壳包括:管状壳体和下端盖,所述管状壳体的下端内壁设有一环形台部,所述下端盖卡装于所述环形台部以形成所述闭口的下端部,且所述下端盖上还设有进气孔。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述上盖包括:管状盖主体及上端盖,所述管状盖主体的上端内壁设有一环形台连接部,所述上端盖连接于所述环形台连接部以形成所述闭口的第二端,且所述上端盖上还设有出气孔。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述隔热层为锡箔纸层。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述外壳为纸质材料制成。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述装置外壳包括:玻纤管和吸嘴,所述吸嘴连接于所述玻纤管的其中一端,所述主体壳套装于玻纤管的外壁,所述上盖套装于所述吸嘴。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的气溶胶产生装置的制备方法,其中,所述 雾化器组件包括:上密封座、下密封座、通气管、发热丝及发热棉;所述上密封座连接于所述玻纤管上端部,所述下密封座连接于所述玻纤管的中部,所述上密封座上设有第一通孔,所述下密封座上设有第二通孔,所述通气管的两端分别插装于所述第一通孔和第二通孔,所述发热棉的中部设有一通腔,所述通腔穿设于所述通气管的外部,所述发热丝穿过或环绕所述通气管,所述发热丝具有第一电连接端和第二电连接端,所述第一电连接端和第二电连接端均穿设于所述下密封座。
