Abstract

一种电子烟,包括外套管(1)、雾化组件(2)及电池(3),雾化组件(2)与电池(3)并列设置在外套管(1)内,电池(3)与雾化组件(2)电性连接。该电子烟能有效减少电子烟的长度,方便携带,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,克服了技术偏见;而且其横截面积更大,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理要求。

本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟一般包括雾化器和电池杆,所述电池杆内设有用于为所述雾化器供电的电池,现有技术中的电子烟中,雾化器都是与电池杆上下串行连接放置的,雾化器与电池杆的串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,且影响电子烟的整体外观和手感;此外,当不小心碰撞现有的所述电子烟时,所述电子烟容易从雾化器和电子杆的连接处折断,因而,现有的所述电子烟结构设计不合理,健壮性较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的电子烟由于雾化器与电池串行连接导致烟体太长,不方便携带的缺陷,提供一种将电池与雾化器并列相邻设置在电子烟管体内部的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括外套管、雾化组件及电池,所述雾化组件与所述电池并列设置在所述外套管内,所述电池与所述雾化组件电性连接。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外套管内还设置了电池支架,所述电池固插于所述电池支架内。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池支架靠近所述雾化组件的一侧延伸出至少一个中空的固定架,所述雾化组件通过所述固定架进行固定。
本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外套管的内壁设置了限位件,用于保持所述电池和/或所述雾化组件在所述外套管内的固定。

如图1-2所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种外套管1、雾化组件2及电池3,所述雾化组件2及电池3套设在所述外套管1中,所述雾化组件2一端连通设置有吸嘴组件4。雾化组件2及电池3并列设置在所述外套管1内,雾化组件2与电池3 电性连接。本发明的电子烟可以是一次性电子烟,可通过导线将电池3与雾化组件2连接以实现电池3对雾化组件2 的供电。
如图1-2所示,外套管1呈圆柱状,电池3与雾化组件2在所述外套管内并列设置,特别地,由于本实施例中的外套管呈圆柱形,因此电池3与雾化组件2在外套管1的轴向并列设置,外套管1的开口端与一吸嘴组件2相连接。图2所示的电子烟剖视图中,所示雾化组件2及电池3同径向相邻设置,因此,图1所示的电子烟整体形状与一般的电子烟大致相同,为柱状,然而由于同径向相邻并列设置的雾化组件2和电池3大大减小了电子烟的长度,既使得电子烟便于携带,也有助于降低在电子烟的制造过程中的原料成本(例如外套管1的制造成本)。
吸嘴组件4与外套管1开口端的连接方式可以是过盈配合或螺纹旋合或直接固定连接等多种方式;与所述开口端相对的外套管1的底部,设置了端盖8,端盖8与外套管1嵌合连接,其连接方式与吸嘴组件4相似,也可以是过盈配合或螺纹旋合或直接固定连接等多种方式。本实施例中的电子烟为可充电式电子烟,特别地,在所述电子烟外套管1内靠近所述端盖处设置了充电控制模块7,用于控制电池3的充电过程,同时电池3也可以通过连接到充电控制模块7再由充电控制模块7连接到雾化组件2,以实现电池3与雾化组件2之间的电性连接。充电控制模块7的位置设置在靠近在端盖处的外套管1内,主要是为了节省空间和方便与电池3及雾化组件2的连接。
此外,充电控制模块7上还设置了充电座70,为了方便外部电源的接入,该充电座70朝向端盖8,并且在端盖8上与充电座70相对应的位置开设了充电孔80,外接电源经充电孔80插入充电座70,再由充电控制单元7进行适配转换成适合对电池3进行充电的电信号,并由充电控制单元7控制对电池3的充电,特别地,该充电控制单元还设置了充电提示灯,在充电过程中或完成时进行提示,其该提示灯的安装可以通过嵌合在外套管1外壁等进行实现,然而,可以理解,该充电指示灯的安装方式并不限于此。
为了方便并列设置在外套管1内的电池3和雾化组件2的固定,可以在外套管1内设置相应的支架,也可以通过安装限位件等,用于保持电池3及雾化组件2在外套管1内的固定。例如:在外套管1内设置电池支架5用于固定安装电池3,该电池支架5可呈筒状围设在所述电池3外围,同样的也可以设置轴套状的雾化器支架(未示出)将雾化组件2套设在内,此时电池3及雾化组件均可以通过向各自的支架外引出电子线连接到充电控制模块7;或者为了节约成本,也可以通过在外套管1内壁上固定安装卡位件或限位件等对电池3及雾化组件2进行固定,该卡位件或限位件可以是弹性卡位件或限位件;此外,也可以通过只设置一个支架用于安装电池3和雾化组件2中的任意一个,另一个则通过设置卡位件或限位件进行固定。
如图2所示,为了方便雾化组件2及电池3在所述外套管1内的安装及固定,外套管1内设置了电池支架5。电池3固定安装在电池支架5内,由电池支架5对电池3进行限位,由此保证在使用过程中,电池3能保持在外套管1内相对固定,电池3可以通过电线(未示出)等连接到充电控制模块7。类似地,也可以在外套管1中设置与电池支架5相类似的支架,用于雾化组件2在外套管1中的固定,同时电池3与雾化组件2电性连接,以对雾化组件2进行供电。本实施例中的电池支架5靠近雾化组件2的一侧延伸出至少一个中空的固定架,雾化组件2穿过该固定架并通过其进行固定,所述固定架的截面形状与雾化组件的截面形状相适应。由电池支架5直接延伸出所述固定架时,该固定架与电池支架5一体成型,以利于加工。
本实施例中的吸嘴组件4包括固定部40和吸食部41,该固定部40及吸食部41一体成型。其中固定部40直接与外套管1连接,其连接方式为螺纹旋合或过盈配合。例如,图2所示,固定部40与外套管1连接的部分为第三连接部403,该第三连接部403与外套管1的内壁通过螺纹旋合或过盈配合方式连接。可以是在第三连接部403的外壁上设置外螺纹,在外套管1的内壁设置内螺纹;也可以是在第三连接部403的外壁上设置内螺纹,在外套管1的内壁设置外螺纹。
如图1-2所示,本实施例中的吸嘴组件4大致呈中空轴对称漏斗状,吸嘴组件4始终保持与外套管1同轴,同时吸食部41中的形状与口哨相类似,从图1可以看出,吸嘴组件4的吸食部41大致截面为圆角矩形,因此该处的烟雾通道也是圆角矩形状的截面,图1所示的吸嘴组件4的结构,有利于烟雾的集中,且用户将使用该电子烟时,该类似口哨的结构使得电子烟不容易掉落,且省力,并且在零件加工时,轴对称的结构对工艺的要求也不高,利于加工。
如图2所示,所述外套管1远离吸嘴组件4的一端固定安装了端盖8,端盖8与外套管1通过螺纹旋合或过盈配合的方式连接,参考图2,充电控制模块7内嵌在外套管1内位于电池3和雾化组件2的下方,电池3及雾化组件2分别与充电控制模块7电性连接。
由于雾化组件2在长期使用的过程中有可能发生污损及为了便于添加烟油,因此,本发明的雾化组件2可以可拆卸式安装在外套管1内。为了更方便雾化组件2的可拆卸式安装,更具体地说,便于实现雾化组件2与充电控制模块7之间电性连接在拆装过程中的接通和断开,本实施例中进一步设置了安装座6,该安装座6直接与充电控制模块电接触,雾化组件2穿过所述固定架后直接插置于安装座6中。如图4所示,雾化组件2从靠近吸嘴组件4的一端到靠近外套管1底部的一端依次设有雾化盖20、通气管24、物化座25及第一电极22,雾化组件2还包括包容上述零部件的轴套200。雾化盖20卡合在轴套200的顶端,其连接方式可以为可拆卸式,例如螺纹旋合或过盈配合等。通气管24的外壁与雾化器轴套200的内壁构成了放置储油棉(未示出)的储油腔(未标注),通气管24上设有第一通孔(未示出),用于安装电热丝23,用于对所述储油棉内的烟油进行加热使其雾化。
第一电极22卡接在所述轴套200的末端,所述第一电极22内还设置了第二电极21,且第一电极22第二电极21之间设置了绝缘套件27,所述第一电极22、绝缘套件27及第二电极21相邻两者之间进行互相限位,其限位方式可以是过盈配合的方式。紧邻该第一电极22的上部设置了雾化座25,该雾化座25包括基体部分(未标注)和主体部分(未标注),该主体部分底部与所述第一电极22相抵接,所述主体部分插入到所述通气管24内,由此该雾化座25实现对该通气管24的支撑。此外,雾化座25为中空结构,形成与通气管24同轴向的且相连通的雾化通道26。
如图3所示,雾化座25的所述基体部分与所述储油腔接触的位置开设了至少两个第二通孔29,所述电热丝23可分别经上述至少两个第二通孔分别连接到第一电极22、第二电极21。在本实施例中,雾化组件2与安装座6的连接方式可以是可拆卸方式,雾化组件2直接卡接到安装座6上,而第一电极22、第二电极21由此分别直接与安装座6接触,为了方便雾化组件在拆装过程中与充电控制模块7的电连接的接通与断开,本实施例中,可以直接从充电控制模块7中引出电连接点(未标注)设置在安装座6与第一、第二电极向连接的位置,一旦雾化组件2在安装座6上的连接一旦完成,第一电极22、第二电极21自动与所述电连接点接触,由此实现雾化组件2与充电控制模块7的电性连接。因此,所述第一电极22、第一电极21经由该安装座6上设置的电连接点连接到所述充电控制模块7,并分别与电池3的正极或负极相连接,由此实现电池3与电热丝23的连接,进而该电热丝23可由电池3供电发热对所述储油棉中的烟油进行雾化。
特别地,所述充电控制模块7包括PCB板,该PCB板上设置了充电控制电路,用于控制所述电池3的充电过程,并且也可以在该PCB板上设置不同的电连接线路以实现电池3的正负极分别与雾化组件2的第一电极22、第二电极21之间的连接,进而有效防止由于线路之间的影响或短路对电池3造成的损坏。通过PCB板设置控制充电控制电路控制充电过程和设置电连接线路,占用的在电子烟的内部空间少,有助于电子烟体积的减小,且能有效减少多条电连接线路互相干扰的风险。
如图4所示,电池3固定设置在电池支架5内,其中,电池3下部固定安装了气流传感器31,通过气流传感器31直接与充电控制模块7电连接,所述气流传感器用于感应吸烟信号,然后将所述吸烟信号传送给所述充电控制模块7,充电控制模块7根据所述吸烟信号控制所述雾化组件工作,因此,所述充电控制模块7具有控制抽烟及充电双重控制功能。应当理解,电池支架5可仅用作支撑固定电池3的作用,通过设置电子线(未示出),直接将电池3电连接至充电控制模块7上,同时也可以在电池支架5内设置由充电控制模块7引出的电接触点,例如安装充电弹片(未示出)等,一旦电池3与该充电弹片接触,即实现电池3与充电控制模块7的电连接。
从图4可以看出,雾化盖20上对应于通气管24的位置开设了第三通孔(未标注),而通气管24、雾化座25、第一电极22以及第二电极21均呈中空的结构且相互连通,并且结合图2可知,雾化盖20还与中空的吸嘴组件4相连通,因此,吸嘴组件4、所述第三通孔、通气管24、雾化通道25、第一电极22、第二电极21共同形成用于通气的气道,为吸烟过程提供气体的通道。可以理解,通孔的面积为2-6平方毫米。
参考图5,本发明中的安装座6上设置了第一连接件61与第二连接件62,所述第二电极21与所述第二连接件62直接贴合,显示该贴合处设置了所述电连接点,由此第二电极21连接到充电控制模块7;所述第一电极22与所述第一连接件61电接触,第一连接件可以是直接与充电控制模块7连接的导电模块,因此第一电极22经由所述第一连接件61与所述充电控制模块7连接。可以理解,雾化组件2与安装座6的连接方式可以是可拆卸连接也可以是固定连接。当雾化组件2可拆卸地安装在安装座6上时,通过将吸嘴组件4拔出,可以直接对雾化组件2进行更换。并且新的雾化组件可以直接卡合到安装座6上,并无需进行其他繁琐的安装步骤。
参考附图6-10所示,为本发明的电子烟的第二较佳实施例。
如图6所示,相比第一实施例,本实施例的电子烟在外型上与第一实施例具有明显的区别,其外套管1大致成截面为圆角矩形的柱状。并且吸嘴组件4为偏置的不对称组件,同时在外套管1的开口端设置了顶盖9,顶盖9与该吸嘴组件4相嵌合,并覆盖在外套管1的顶端。偏置的吸嘴组件4在电子烟使用的便利上功能更具有优势,也可以满足用户的个性化需求。
参考图7-10所示,相比于第一实施例,本实施例中的吸嘴组件4直接与雾化组件2连接。吸嘴组件4嵌合在顶盖9内,其与顶盖9的连接方式可以是可拆卸的,例如螺纹连接或卡接或过盈配合等。在本实施例中,吸嘴组件4包括固定部40与吸食41,固定部40与所吸食部41一体成型,所述固定部40与所述外套管1通过螺纹旋合或过盈配合的方式连接。固定部40包括第一连接部401和第二连接部402,所述第一连接部401与所述顶盖9连接,所述第二连接部402与所述雾化组件2连接。可以理解,上述的第一连接部401与顶盖9以及第二连接部402与所述雾化组件2的连接方式均可以固定连接或可拆卸连接。
特别地,第一连接部401与所述顶盖9为过盈配合连接,而第二连接部402与雾化组件2为螺纹旋合方式连接,同时雾化组件2可拆卸地安装在外套管1内,在此情况下,如图8所示,通过拔出吸嘴组件4可以顺带拔出雾化组件2,在更换雾化组件2的效率上具有明显的优势。同样的也可以将第一连接部401与所述顶盖9的连接方式,以及第二连接部402与雾化组件2为的连接方式设置为螺纹方向不同的螺纹连接,因此通过松螺纹拔出吸嘴组件4时,所述第二连接部402与雾化组件2为的螺纹连接不受影响,雾化组件2也将一并被拔出;此外,还可以将第一连接部401与顶盖9的连接、及第二连接部402与雾化组件2的连接都设置为过盈配合连接,然而第一连接部401与顶盖9之间的摩擦力设置为小于第二连接部402与雾化组件2之间的摩擦力,在此情况下也可以一并拔出雾化组件2。从图8可以看出,本实施例中的雾化组件2的通气管24直接与吸嘴组件4经吸嘴组件4与雾化组件2之间的空隙进行连通,因此,本实施例中,并没有设置雾化盖;同时为了防止烟油被吸入吸嘴组件4,本实施例中,所述吸嘴组件4与所述通气管24之间还设置了密封件201,密封件210抵接通气管24,该密封件201恰好与轴套200的截面相当,中间开设了与通气管24相连通的通孔,该通孔面积不大于通气管24的开口面积,由此可以控制仅有流经通气管24的烟雾可以通过该通孔吸入到吸嘴组件4中,有效防止在吸烟过程中烟油被吸入用户口中造成不适。从图9可以看出,外套管1内设置了电池支架5。电池支架5靠近雾化组件2的一侧延伸出两个中空的固定架(未标注),雾化组件2穿过所所述固定架并通过其进行固定,所述固定架的截面形状与雾化组件的截面形状相适应。由电池支架5直接延伸出所述固定架时,该固定架与电池支架5一体成型,利于加工。
如图10所示,雾化组件2随同吸嘴组件4一并拔出后可进行进一步拆分。将第二连接部402与雾化组件2的轴套200拆分开之后,可进一步拔出密封件201,并向所述储油腔中重复加入烟油。
此外本实施例中的电池支架5及安装座6的安装与第一实施例相当,第一实施例中电池3及雾化组件2的结构特征在本实施例中同样适用。
以上的两个实施例中,吸嘴组件4、通气管24、雾化通道26、第一电极22以及第二电极21均呈中空的结构且相互连通,并与相邻之间间隙共同形成用于通气的气道,为吸烟过程提供气体的通道。可以理解的是,间隙的宽度为0.1-10毫米,使得气体可以顺利从上述通道中导通。
综上所述,本发明通过将电池3与雾化组件4并列相邻安装在电子烟的外套管1内,使电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便 , 结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好 ,克服了技术偏见 ;此外,其直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;并且通过将雾化组件2与安装座6设置为可拆卸连接,可以使雾化组件2从外套管1中取出,从而可方便进行雾化组件2的更换。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1)、雾化组件(2)及电池(3),其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)与所述电池(3)并列设置在所述外套管(1)内,所述电池(3)与所述雾化组件(2)电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)内还设置了电池支架(5),所述电池(3)固插于所述电池支架(5)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池支架(5)靠近所述雾化组件(2)的一侧延伸出至少一个中空的固定架,所述雾化组件(2)通过所述固定架进行固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)的内壁设置了限位件,用于保持所述电池(3)和/或所述雾化组件(2)在所述外套管(1)内的固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)的开口端安装了吸嘴组件(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件(4)包括固定部(40)及吸食部(41),所述固定部(40)与所述外套管(1)通过螺纹旋合或过盈配合的方式连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部(40)与所述吸食部(41)一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部(40)包括第三连接部(403),所述第三连接部(403)与所述外套管(1)的内壁通过螺纹旋合或过盈配合方式连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)还包括顶盖(9),所述顶盖(9)嵌合在所述外套管(1)的所述开口端,所述固定部(40)包括第一连接部(401)和第二连接部(402),所述第一连接部(401)与所述顶盖(9)相连接,所述第二连接部(402)与所述雾化组件(2)相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(401)与所述顶盖(9)通过过盈配合方式连接,所述第二连接部(402)与所述雾化组件(2)通过螺纹旋合方式连接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(401)与所述顶盖(9)之间的摩擦力小于所述第二连接部(402)与所述雾化组件(2)之间的摩擦力。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)的底部安装了充电控制模块(7),所述充电控制模块(7)与所述电池(3)及所述雾化组件(2)电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的性电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)底部固定安装了端盖(8),所述端盖(8)内壁与所述充电控制模块(7)卡合,用于固定所述充电控制模块(7)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管(1)内设置了安装座(6),所述安装座(6)用于安装所述雾化组件(2)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)靠近所述安装座(6)的下端设有第一电极(22)及第二电极(21),所述第一、第二电极(22、21)之间设有绝缘件(27)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装座(6)上设置了第一连接件(61)与第二连接件(62),所述第一电极(22)与所述第一连接件(61)贴合经由所述第一连接件(61)与所述充电控制模块(7)连接;所述第二电极(21)与所述第二连接件(62)电接触,经由所述第二连接件(62)与所述充电控制模块(7)连接。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件(4)、雾化组件(2)、第一电极(22)、第二电极(21)均呈中空结构且相互连通,共同形成用于通气的气道。
