背景技术
在崇尚健康的当今社会,吸烟的危害被越来越多的人所熟知,因此具有健康和环保特性的电子烟逐渐成为香烟的替代品。目前,市面上的电子烟中各部件的连接方式多为螺纹连接,螺纹连接的方式不仅会增加电子烟的生产和装配成本,还会降低其装配效率。上述缺陷在批量化生产时尤其明显,不利于电子烟的大力推广。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种雾化器,旨在解决电子烟生产和装配成本高的技术问题。

本实用新型提供的雾化器100与电子烟中的电池杆200连接,在一实施例中,该雾化器100包括底座110,与底座110可拆式连接的雾化芯120,以及吸嘴130;底座110与吸嘴130围合形成腔体,吸嘴130内设有隔板131,隔板131将腔体分隔为雾化腔140和储油腔150,雾化芯120安装于雾化腔140内;底座110与电池杆200电性连接,底座110设有第一卡勾111,电池杆200设有与第一卡勾111卡合连接的第一卡槽112,和/或底座110设有第一卡槽112,电池杆200设有与第一卡槽112卡合连接的第一卡勾111;雾化器100与电池杆200通过第一卡勾111和第一卡槽112进行卡合连接。
参照图2和图5,本实施例中雾化器100和电池杆200通过第一卡勾111和第一卡槽112实现卡合连接,其中雾化器100包括底座110、雾化芯120和吸嘴130。底座110与雾化芯120通过可拆式连接,使得用户可以自行更换雾化芯120。目前,市面上的电子烟一部分为不可跟换雾化芯120的一次性产品,其雾化芯120和雾化器100直接做成一个整体。另一部分电子烟通过更换雾化芯120增长雾化器100的寿命,但是其雾化芯120出售的是成品,用户不能自由改装。本实用新型雾化器100的雾化芯120是可以根据用户喜好自行更换,能够满足用户个性化需求。其中可拆式连接还有有多种形式,比如粘接、卡接、链接、螺纹连接等等,本实用新型对此不做限制。
本实施例中,吸嘴130与底座110连接,并围合形成腔体,吸嘴130内设有隔板131,腔体通过该隔板131分隔为储油腔150和雾化腔140。储油腔150用于存储烟油,雾化腔140用于雾化烟油,通过设置隔板131将两者间隔开,可以提高雾化器100内部的空间利用率,从而减小电子烟的体积,便于用户携带。吸嘴130可以优选为金属电镀件,现有技术中,吸嘴130多由塑料件,塑料件寿命短,同时使用过程中还有可能产生有害健康的物质。吸嘴130由金属电镀件制成,成本低、外观简洁美观,同时环保、寿命长。
优选地,本实施例中吸嘴130为一体成型件,可以通过注塑、倒模或者冲压等工艺一体成型。其中,定隔板131的制作也不需要再单独增加工艺流程,这样可以节约成本,同时还提高结构的稳定性。
本实施例中的第一卡勾111可以设置为满足强度要求的任意形状,比如倒钩形、锲形等等;其个数、尺寸和位置也可以根据雾化器100和电子烟的具体尺寸设置,本实用新型对此不做限制。
本实用新型的雾化器100和电池杆200通过卡勾和卡槽实现卡合连接,卡勾和卡槽不仅结构简单、功能稳定,而且便于生产和装配,从而有效降低了电子烟的成本、提高了生产效率,便于电子烟的批量生产和大力推广。
进一步地,雾化芯120包括发热丝121,包裹发热丝121的吸油棉122,套接于吸油棉122的套管123,以及用于将发热丝121与电池杆200电性连接的第一导电组件124;雾化芯120设有与雾化腔140连通的进气孔125。雾化芯120通过螺母126与底座110螺纹连接,套管123设有与螺母126配合的螺纹、以及复数个入油孔1231。
具体地,雾化芯120包括发热丝121、吸油棉122、套管123和第一导电组件124,其中第一导电组件124用于与电池杆200电性连接,供发热丝121雾化烟油。套管123设有与储油腔150连通的入油孔1231,吸油棉包裹发热丝121安装于套管123内,通过吸油棉吸附的作用使得进油量均匀,烟油雾化的更彻底,产生的烟雾潮湿度稳定。雾化芯120还设有进气孔125,空气通过进气孔125进入雾化腔140,完成雾化过程,最优地,进气孔125设置于雾化芯120底部,这样可以保证集中而充足的气流经过发热丝121,进一步保障了烟油的雾化率和雾化效果。
关于入油孔1231的个数和位置在此不做限制,最优地,为设置四个入油孔1231均匀环布于套管123的侧壁,这样可以使得吸油棉122吸附的烟油均匀分布,防止某一出烟油过剩。
当然,本实施例中,吸油棉设置为块状,在其他实施例中吸油棉也可替换为导油绳,将发热丝121缠绕于导油绳即可;还可以在套管123内壁增加吸油纸,通过层层吸附使得进油量更稳定。并且,发热丝121的个数也可根据需要设置,比如可以设置由两根发热丝121或者三根发热丝121。根据烟油性能以及雾化器100具体尺寸的不同,或者根据用户对烟雾量的不同需求,将雾化芯120设置为双发或者三发都可以,用户可以自行跟换。
雾化芯120通过螺母126与底座110螺纹连接,其中该螺母126具有内螺纹和外螺纹,同意雾化芯120内壁具有内螺纹,雾化芯120的外表面具有外螺纹,通过内螺纹与外螺纹的配合连接实现雾化芯120与底座110的螺纹连接。通过螺纹连接,不仅可以保证连接的稳定性,还便于用户更换雾化芯120,增加雾化器100的使用寿命。
进一步地,第一导电组件124包括与发热丝121一端连接的第一正极件1241,与发热丝121另一端连接的第一负极件1242,以及设置于第一正极件1241和第一负极件1242之间的绝缘件1243。
具体地,第一导电组件124包括第一正极件1241、第一负极件1242以及绝缘件1243。本实施例中,第一正极件1241为正极铜柱,第一负极件1242为负极铜管,绝缘件1243为绝缘圈。参考图6,负极铜管、绝缘圈和正极铜柱依次套接,并且正极铜柱底部设有与雾化腔140连通的进气孔125。其他实施例中第一导电组件124的具体连接形式也可以变换,第一正极件1241或者第一负极件1242可以是金属触片或者弹簧、弹片等满足导电性能的其他形式,该绝缘件1243可以是绝缘环、绝缘垫片、绝缘圈等任意满足性能要求的部件,对在此不做限制。
在本实用新型某一或所有实施例中,底座110设有与储油腔150连通的注油孔113,以及用于密封注油孔113的密封塞114。
具体地,底座110设有注油孔113,注油孔113通过密封塞114密封,使用一段时间后,用户可以拔出密封塞114后往储油腔150内添加烟油,从而实现该雾化器100的循环利用。该密封塞114可以是具有弹性的软赛,这样有利于提高储油腔150的密封性,防止烟油的泄漏。
在本实用新型某一或所有实施例中,雾化器100还包括用于密封的密封件160,密封件160设置于雾化芯120与储油腔150和雾化腔140之间。
具体地,为了防止出现烟油泄漏的情况,密封件160设置为密封圈和密封垫,当然密封圈和密封垫的具体尺寸可以根据需要设计。本实施例中雾化芯120与隔板131以及储油腔150之间设置有密封圈和密封垫,雾化芯120与底座110之间也设置有密封圈。
在本实用新型某一或所有实施例中,吸嘴130设有与雾化腔140连通的出烟口131,出烟口131设有用于过滤的过滤层(图未标)。
具体地,经过雾化的烟油和烟油燃烧后产生的水蒸气如果直接进入出烟口131,用户有可能由于直接吸入烟油或者被高温的水蒸气烫伤。为了避免上述情况的发生,本实用新型的吸嘴130在出烟口131处增设过滤层。该过滤层不仅可以吸附烟雾中的杂质,净化烟雾;还可以起缓冲作用,防止过热的烟雾被直接吸入。
本实用新型还提供一种电池杆200,与电子烟中的雾化器100连接,参照图4和图5,在一实施例中,电池杆200包括套杆210,以及安装于套杆210内的支架220和电池230;雾化器100与电池杆200电性连接,雾化器100设有第一卡勾111,电池杆200设有与第一卡勾111卡合连接的第一卡槽112,和/或雾化器100设有第一卡槽112,电池杆200设有与第一卡槽112卡合连接的第一卡勾111;雾化器100与电池杆200通过第一卡勾111和第一卡槽112进行卡合连接。
具体地,电池杆200包括套杆210、支架220和电池230,其中电池230为可以重复充电、多次使用的电池230。为了节约成本以及减少电子烟的重量,可以将套杆210和支架220设置为塑料件,当然也可以设置为金属件,对于套杆210和支架220的材料在此不做限制。本实用新型的雾化器100和电池杆200通过卡勾和卡槽实现卡合连接,卡勾和卡槽不仅结构简单、功能稳定,而且便于生产和装配,从而有效降低了电子烟的成本、提高了生产效率,便于电子烟的批量生产和大力推广。
优选地,套杆210设有第二卡勾211,支架220设有与第二卡勾211卡合连接的第二卡槽212,和/或支架220设有第二卡槽212,套杆210设有与第二卡槽212卡合连接的第二卡勾211;套杆210与支架220通过第二卡勾211和第二卡槽212进行卡合连接。即套杆210与支架220之间也通过卡勾和卡槽的形式卡合连接,与雾化器100和电池杆200卡合连接的效果相同,同样可以便于生产和装配。
在本实用新型某一或所有实施例中,电池杆200还包括安装有控制电路的电路板240,以及用于控制电路通断的开关250;电路板240与支架220连接、并与电池230电性连接,开关250安装于套杆210、并与电路板240连接。
具体地,电池杆200还包括电路板240和开关250,其中控制电路安装于电路板240上,通过开关250控制电路的通断。为了保证电路板240的稳定性,防止出现晃动的情况,将电路板240安装于支架220。
优选地,开关250为按键,按键与套杆210之间设有导光圈260。
本实用新型中控制电路通断的开关250可以有多种设置方式,按键式并非对开关250的限制,根据雾化器100和电子烟的具体结构和尺寸大小,可以自行设置,比如,旋转式、波动式等等,故对此不做限制。
本实施例中,导光圈260设置于按键的周圈,可以帮助用户判断电子烟的工作情况。在电路连通状态下,雾化器100雾化烟油时导光圈260通电发光,起提示作用。当然,导光圈260还可以设置为具有提醒功能,比如设置为在电池230电量不足时,用户按压按键后导光圈260快闪数秒;再比如在电池230充电过程中,通过导光圈260的颜色可以根据充电情况变换。
进一步地,电池杆200还包括第二导电组件270;第二导电组件270包括安装于支架220的第二正极件271和第二负极件272,以及用于连接第二正极件271和第二负极件272的连接件273;按键处于按压状态时,连接件273连通第二正极件271和第二负极件272,控制电路连通;按键处于自然状态时,连接件273断开第二正极件271和第二负极件272,控制电路断开。
具体地,本实施例中,第二正极件271为正极弹片,第二负极件272为负极弹片,连接件273为压板。通过按压按键控制压块和弹片的连接状态,从而控制电路的通断和电子烟的工作状态。当然第二正极件271也可以设置为与第一正极件1241相同的形式,在此不做限制。
在本实用新型某一或所有实施例中,套杆210设有充电口213,充电口213通过充电板280与电池230电性连接,充电板280与支架220固定连接。
具体地,套杆210底部设有充电口213,充电口213用于连接外部电源为电池230充电。其中,充电口213可以优选为为标准USB接口或者Micro-USB接口,这样可以便于充电设备的通用。
在本实用新型某一或所有实施例中,电池杆200设有与雾化腔140连通的进气口290。
具体地,进气口290与雾化器100中的进气孔125连通,并与雾化腔140和出烟口131形成气流通道。为了电子烟整体外观的完整性,本实施例中电池杆200的顶部还设有装饰圈214。
本实用新型还提供一种电子烟,参照图1和图2,在一实施例中,该电子烟包括雾化器100、以及与雾化器100连接的电池杆200,其中该雾化器100或者电池杆200可包括前述实施例中所有的技术方案,其详细结构可参照前述实施例,在此不再赘述。
进一步地,电子烟还包括用于保护吸嘴130的盖帽300,盖帽300与雾化器100可拆式连接。
具体地,盖帽300不仅可保护吸嘴130的清洁,还可以起装饰作用,使得电子烟的整体外观完整。优选地,盖帽300的外表面设有用于增大摩擦的凸纹。设置凸纹不仅可以起修饰作用,同时还为用户把持和施力提供了部位,便于用户拔插盖帽300。
进一步地,盖帽300设有第三卡勾310,雾化器100设有与第三卡勾310卡合连接的第三卡槽(图未标),和/或雾化器100设有第三卡槽(图未标),盖帽300设有与第三卡槽卡合连接的第三卡勾310;盖帽300与雾化器100通过第三卡勾310和第三卡槽进行卡合连接。即盖帽300与雾化器100之间也通过卡勾和卡槽的形式卡合连接,与雾化器100和电池杆200卡合连接的效果相同,同样可以便于生产和装配。
参考图1和图5,本实用新型中电子烟的最优实施例为:该电子烟包括雾化器100,与雾化器100连接的电池杆200,以及盖帽300。
其中该雾化器100包括底座110,与底座110可拆式连接的雾化芯120,以及吸嘴130;底座110与吸嘴130围合形成腔体,吸嘴130内设有隔板131,隔板131将腔体分隔为雾化腔140和储油腔150,雾化芯120安装于雾化腔140内;底座110与电池杆200电性连接,底座110设有第一卡勾111,电池杆200设有与第一卡勾111卡合连接的第一卡槽112,和/或底座110设有第一卡槽112,电池杆200设有与第一卡槽112卡合连接的第一卡勾111;雾化器100与电池杆200通过第一卡勾111和第一卡槽112进行卡合连接。雾化芯120包括发热丝121,包裹发热丝121的吸油棉122,套接于吸油棉122的套管123,以及用于将发热丝121与电池杆200电性连接的第一导电组件124;雾化芯120设有与雾化腔140连通的进气孔125。第一导电组件124包括与发热丝121一端连接的第一正极件1241,与发热丝121另一端连接的第一负极件1242,以及设置于第一正极件1241和第一负极件1242之间的绝缘件1243。雾化芯120通过螺母126与底座110螺纹连接,套管123设有与螺母126配合的螺纹、以及复数个入油孔1231。底座110设有与储油腔150连通的注油孔113,以及用于密封注油孔113的密封塞114。雾化器100还包括用于密封的密封件160,密封件160设置于雾化芯120与储油腔150和雾化腔140之间。吸嘴130设有与雾化腔140连通的出烟口131,出烟口131设有用于过滤的过滤层。
该电池杆200包括套杆210,以及安装于套杆210内的支架220和电池230;雾化器100与电池杆200电性连接,雾化器100设有第一卡勾111,电池杆200设有与第一卡勾111卡合连接的第一卡槽112,和/或雾化器100设有第一卡槽112,电池杆200设有与第一卡槽112卡合连接的第一卡勾111;雾化器100与电池杆200通过第一卡勾111和第一卡槽112进行卡合连接。套杆210设有第二卡勾211,支架220设有与第二卡勾211卡合连接的第二卡槽212,和/或支架220设有第二卡槽212,套杆210设有与第二卡槽212卡合连接的第二卡勾211;套杆210与支架220通过第二卡勾211和第二卡槽212进行卡合连接。套杆210设有充电口213,充电口213通过充电板280与电池230电性连接,充电板280与支架220固定连接;电池杆200设有与雾化腔140连通的进气口290。电池杆200还包括安装有控制电路的电路板240,以及用于控制控制电路通断的开关250;电路板240与支架220连接、并与电池230电性连接,开关250安装于套杆210、并与电路板240连接。开关250为按键,按键与套杆210之间设有导光圈260。电池杆200还包括第二导电组件270;第二导电组件270包括安装于支架220的第二正极件271和第二负极件272,以及用于连接第二正极件271和第二负极件272的连接件273;按键处于按压状态时,连接件273连通第二正极件271和第二负极件272,控制电路连通;按键处于自然状态时,连接件273断开第二正极件271和第二负极件272,控制电路断开。
用于保护吸嘴130的盖帽300与雾化器100可拆式连接。盖帽300设有第三卡勾310,雾化器100设有与第三卡勾310卡合连接的第三卡槽,和/或雾化器100设有第三卡槽,盖帽300设有与第三卡槽卡合连接的第三卡勾310;盖帽300与雾化器100通过第三卡勾310和第三卡槽进行卡合连接。盖帽300的外表面设有用于增大摩擦的凸纹。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,与电子烟中的电池杆连接,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括底座,与所述底座可拆式连接的雾化芯,以及吸嘴;
    所述底座与所述吸嘴围合形成腔体,所述吸嘴内设有隔板,所述隔板将所述腔体分隔为雾化腔和储油腔,所述雾化芯安装于所述雾化腔内;
    所述底座与所述电池杆电性连接,所述底座设有第一卡勾,所述电池杆设有与所述第一卡勾卡合连接的第一卡槽,和/或所述底座设有第一卡槽,所述电池杆设有与所述第一卡槽卡合连接的第一卡勾;
    所述雾化器与所述电池杆通过所述第一卡勾和第一卡槽进行卡合连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括发热丝,包裹所述发热丝的吸油棉,套接于所述吸油棉的套管,以及用于将所述发热丝与电池杆电性连接的第一导电组件;所述雾化芯设有与所述雾化腔连通的进气孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一导电组件包括与所述发热丝一端连接的第一正极件,与所述发热丝另一端连接的第一负极件,以及设置于所述第一正极件和第一负极件之间的绝缘件。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯通过螺母与所述底座螺纹连接,所述套管设有与所述螺母配合的螺纹、以及复数个入油孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述底座设有与所述储油腔连通的注油孔,以及用于密封所述注油孔的密封塞。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括用于密封的密封件,所述密封件设置于所述雾化芯与所述储油腔和雾化腔之间。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴设有与所述雾化腔连通的出烟口,所述出烟口设有用于过滤的过滤层。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括发热丝,包裹所述发热丝的吸油棉,套接于所述吸油棉的套管,以及用于将所述发热丝与电池杆电性连接的第一导电组件;所述雾化芯设有与所述雾化腔连通的进气孔;
    所述第一导电组件包括与所述发热丝一端连接的第一正极件,与所述发热丝另一端连接的第一负极件,以及设置于所述第一正极件和第一负极件之间的绝缘件;
    所述雾化芯通过螺母与所述底座螺纹连接,所述套管设有与所述螺母配合的螺纹、以及复数个入油孔;
    所述底座设有与所述储油腔连通的注油孔,以及用于密封所述注油孔的密封塞;
    所述雾化器还包括用于密封的密封件,所述密封件设置于所述雾化芯与所述储油腔和雾化腔之间;
    所述吸嘴设有与所述雾化腔连通的出烟口,所述出烟口设有用于过滤的过滤层。
  9. 一种电池杆,与电子烟中的雾化器连接,其特征在于,所述电池杆包括套杆,以及安装于所述套杆内的支架和电池;
    所述雾化器与所述电池杆电性连接,所述雾化器设有第一卡勾,所述电池杆设有与所述第一卡勾卡合连接的第一卡槽,和/或所述雾化器设有第一卡槽,所述电池杆设有与所述第一卡槽卡合连接的第一卡勾;
    所述雾化器与所述电池杆通过所述第一卡勾和第一卡槽进行卡合连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述套杆设有第二卡勾,所述支架设有与所述第二卡勾卡合连接的第二卡槽,和/或所述支架设有第二卡槽,所述套杆设有与所述第二卡槽卡合连接的第二卡勾;所述套杆与所述支架通过所述第二卡勾和第二卡槽进行卡合连接。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述电池杆还包括安装有控制电路的电路板,以及用于控制所述控制电路通断的开关;所述电路板与所述支架连接、并与所述电池电性连接,所述开关安装于所述套杆、并与所述电路板连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述开关为按键,所述按键与所述套杆之间设有导光圈。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述电池杆还包括第二导电组件;所述第二导电组件包括安装于所述支架的第二正极件和第二负极件,以及用于连接所述第二正极件和第二负极件的连接件;
    所述按键处于按压状态时,所述连接件连通所述第二正极件和第二负极件,所述控制电路连通;所述按键处于自然状态时,所述连接件断开所述第二正极件和第二负极件,所述控制电路断开。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述套杆设有充电口,所述充电口通过充电板与所述电池电性连接,所述充电板与所述支架固定连接。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述电池杆设有与所述雾化腔连通的进气口。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的电池杆,其特征在于,所述套杆设有第二卡勾,所述支架设有与所述第二卡勾卡合连接的第二卡槽,和/或所述支架设有第二卡槽,所述套杆设有与所述第二卡槽卡合连接的第二卡勾;所述套杆与所述支架通过所述第二卡勾和第二卡槽进行卡合连接;
    所述套杆设有充电口,所述充电口通过充电板与所述电池电性连接,所述充电板与所述支架固定连接;
    所述电池杆设有与所述雾化腔连通的进气口;
    所述电池杆还包括安装有控制电路的电路板,以及用于控制所述控制电路通断的开关;所述电路板与所述支架连接、并与所述电池电性连接,所述开关安装于所述套杆、并与所述电路板连接;
    所述开关为按键,所述按键与所述套杆之间设有导光圈;
    所述电池杆还包括第二导电组件;所述第二导电组件包括安装于所述支架的第二正极件和第二负极件,以及用于连接所述第二正极件和第二负极件的连接件;
    所述按键处于按压状态时,所述连接件连通所述第二正极件和第二负极件,所述控制电路连通;所述按键处于自然状态时,所述连接件断开所述第二正极件和第二负极件,所述控制电路断开。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器、以及与所述雾化器连接的电池杆,其特征在于,所述雾化器为如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的雾化器,和/或,所述电池杆为如权利要求9至16中任一项所述的电池杆。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括用于保护所述吸嘴的盖帽,所述盖帽与所述雾化器可拆式连接。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖帽设有第三卡勾,所述雾化器设有与所述第三卡勾卡合连接的第三卡槽,和/或所述雾化器设有第三卡槽,所述盖帽设有与所述第三卡槽卡合连接的第三卡勾;所述盖帽与所述雾化器通过所述第三卡勾和第三卡槽进行卡合连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述盖帽的外表面设有用于增大摩擦的凸纹。
