本实施例中,第一电连接组件 23 包括由内到外依次套设相连的第一内电极 231 、第一绝缘件 232 和第一外电极 233 ,第一外电极 233 固定在电池套 21 的内壁上。具体的,第一外电极 233 朝向电池组件 2 的一侧的端口侧缘凸设有环形凸台(图上未标号),电池套 21 的内壁上卡设有与该环形凸台相适配的环形槽(图上未标号),第一外电极 233 通过该环形凸台固定在电池套 21 的内壁上。
结合图 4 所示,第二电连接组件 35 包括由内到外依次套设相连的第二内电极 351 、第二绝缘件 352 和第二外电极 353 。其中,第一内电极 231 与第二内电极 351 电性连接,第一外电极 233 与第二外电极 353 电性连接。
本实施例中,第二外电极 353 为雾化芯 3 的雾化套 31 ,可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,第二外电极 353 可以不为雾化套 31 ,而第二外电极 353 固定在雾化套 31 内。本申请并不限定第一电连接组件 23 与第二电连接组件 35 的具体结构,只要其能使得电池组件 2 与雾化芯 3 电性连接即可。
优选地,第一外电极 233 上开设有用于纳置第二电连接组件 35 的插接槽 234 (如图 2 所示),第二电连接组件 35 插入至该插接槽 234 内,并使得雾化套 31 与该插接槽 234 的槽壁相抵接,而第二内电极 351 与第一内电极 231 端面相抵,从而增加第一电连接组件 23 与第二电连接组件 35 的电极间的接触面积。
气流传感器与控制单元分别纳置在电池套 21 内,气流传感器主要用于检测气流信号并生成脉冲信号,控制单元分别与气流传感器和电池 22 电连接。控制单元主要用于接收气流传感器发出的信号、并根据接收的信号控制雾化芯 3 的工作状态。当然,也可以用按键开关代替所述气流传感器和控制单元以控制电池 22 是否为所述雾化芯 3 供电,在此不作限定。
本实施例中,电池组件 2 包括分别套设在电池套 21 内的电池 22 、第一电连接组件 23 、气流传感器和控制单元,可以理解的是本申请的电池组件 2 并不限定于上述结构,还可以为其它结构,只要其能为电池组件 2 提供工作所需电源,且电池套 21 与储油套 41 可拆卸的连接即可。
结合图 1 和图 3 所示的实施例对雾化组件 1 的油杯组件 4 和吸嘴 5 的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图 3 所示,油杯组件 4 主要包括储油套 41 、通气管 42 、连接件 43 和储油腔 45 。
储油套 41 大致为圆筒状结构,连接件 43 和吸嘴 5 分别连接在储油套 41 的两端,通气管 42 沿储油套 41 的轴向设置在储油套 41 内,储油套 41 与通气管 42 之间形成有储油腔 45 ,雾化芯 3 用于雾化的烟油储存在该储油腔 45 内。为了方便用户查看储油腔 45 内烟油的余量,本实施例中,储油套 41 由可透光的材料制得。
通气管 42 的两端分别插设在吸嘴 5 和雾化芯 3 内,通气管 42 内部围成有用于供气流流通至烟嘴盖 5 内的气流通道,且通气管 42 与储油套 41 之间形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔 45 。
连接件 43 插设在储油套 41 用于与雾化芯 3 连接的一端,具体的,连接件 43 的外周壁与电池套 21 可拆卸的连接,连接件 43 的内壁与雾化芯 3 可拆卸的连接。本实施例中,连接件 43 的内壁与雾化芯 3 之间为螺纹连接,连接件 43 用于与雾化芯 3 连接的位置处设置有内螺纹,雾化芯 3 的外周面设置有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹结构。若连接件 43 与雾化芯 3 之间采取其它可拆卸连接结构,则连接件 43 上还可设置其它连接结构,例如卡扣连接中具有弹性的卡合弹片等,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接。
如图 3 所示,吸嘴 5 固定在储油套 41 远离雾化芯 3 的一端,通气管 42 的两端分别插设在该吸嘴 5 与雾化芯 3 内,且吸嘴 5 内开设有与该通气槽 42 相连通的出气孔 51 ,雾化芯 3 雾化产生的烟雾依次通过通气管 42 和该出气孔 51 后供用户吸食。
优选地,吸嘴 5 的外端面为球面,使得吸嘴 5 更加美观,且外端面为球面的吸嘴 5 更便于清理污垢。此外,外端面为球面的吸嘴 5 结构稳固性较好,能够避免口腔的牙齿等硬物夹持在吸嘴 5 上时,吸嘴 5 容易变形而脱落。
优选地,本实施中吸嘴 5 为金属材料制件,能够避免口腔的牙齿等硬物夹持在储油套 41 上时,吸嘴 5 容易脱落的现象,其中,所述金属可以是铜、铁或钢等金属,在此不作具体限定。
结合图 4 、图 5 和图 6 所示的实施例对雾化组件 1 的雾化芯 3 的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图 4 所示,雾化芯 3 主要包括雾化套 31 、电热丝组件 32 、雾化盖 33 、雾化腔 34 和第二电连接组件 35 。
其中,雾化腔 34 开设在雾化套 31 内部,并与通气管 42 相连通,且电热丝组件 32 收容在雾化腔 34 内;雾化盖 33 套设在雾化套 31 及通气管 42 上,并抵持在电热丝组件 32 上,通气管 42 的一端穿设雾化盖 33 并延伸至雾化腔 34 内。
如图 5 所示,雾化套 31 的一端与储油套 41 可拆卸的连接,另一端延伸至电池套 21 内,并与电池套 21 插接相连。具体的,雾化套 31 包括大致为中空柱体结构的主体 310 ,主体 310 上设有安装槽 311 、第二进气孔 312 、限位卡台 313 、环形凹槽 314 、凸起 316 、限位凸部 317 和环形卡台 318 (结合图 5 所示)。
安装槽 311 开设在主体 310 靠近吸嘴 5 的一端,并朝远离吸嘴 5 的一侧延伸。本实施例中,安装槽 311 包括两个,两个安装槽 311 相对间隔 的 设置并与储油腔 45 相连通,电热丝组件 32 的导油件 321 架设并固定在所述两个安装槽 311 的底部。
第二进 气孔 312 设在主体 310 延伸至 储油套 41 外的一端上,并 分别 与雾化腔 34 和电池套 21 上的第一进气孔 211 相 连 通, 第二进 气孔 312 主要用以进气及排除雾化腔 34 内的烟油。由于 第二进 气孔 312 位于储油套 41 外,故气流直接通过该 进第二进 气孔 312 即可进入雾化腔 34 内,不会产生噪音。
限位卡台 313 凸设在主体 310 的外壁上,其可以避免雾化芯 3 在组装的过程中,连接件 43 将穿孔 312 堵塞。具体的,雾化芯 3 在组装过程中,该限位卡台 313 抵接至连接件 43 的端口侧缘,由于进气孔 312 位于限位卡台 313 远离吸嘴 5 的一侧,从而可以避免进气孔 312 在组装过程中被堵塞。
优选地,在需要 将雾化芯 3 取出时,为了方便用户旋转雾化套 31 ,可以在雾化套 31 上设置防滑的滚花结构(图上未标号)。
优选地,为了避免烟油从主体 310 与 储油套 41 的连接处泄漏,可以在主体 310 上套设密封件(图上未标号)。具体的,本实施例中,主体 310 位于 储油套 41 内的外周壁上设有环形卡槽 314 ,密封件固定在该环形卡槽 314 内并弹性抵接至储油套 41 的内壁,以实现密封作用。
优选地,为了更好的支撑电热丝组件 32 ,主体 310 上设置有用于支撑电热丝组件 32 的凸起 316 ,该凸起 316 的一端固定在安装槽 311 的底部,另一端朝远离主体 310 的轴线方向延伸。通过设置凸起 316 ,可以避免支撑电热丝组件 32 的侧壁过薄而使电热丝组件 32 滑入雾化腔 34 内。
优选地, 结合图 6 所示, 由于雾化盖 33 套设在 雾化 套 31 上,并抵持在电热丝组件 32 上,为了避免雾化盖 33 过度挤压电热丝组件 32 ,可以在主体 310 上凸设与雾化盖 33 的端面相抵持的限位凸部 317 。
如图 4 所示,电热丝组件 32 包括导油件 321 和电热丝 322 ,导油件 321 由吸油材料制成,其固定在安装槽 311 的底部,且导油件 321 的两端分别延伸至储油腔 45 内,电热丝 322 缠绕在该导油件 321 上,并与电池组件电连接。由于电热丝组件 32 为现有技术的惯用手段,故其具体结构在此不再赘述。
如图 4 并结合图 5 和图 6 所示,雾化盖 33 沿轴向贯穿设置有容置腔(图上未标号),雾化盖 33 远离吸嘴 5 的一端套设在主体 310 上并抵接至限位凸部 317 ,通气管 42 (结合图 3 所示)从雾化盖 33 靠近吸嘴 5 的一端插入,并与该容置腔的侧壁过盈配合。
优选地,为了避免烟油从通气管 42 与雾化盖 33 的连接处泄露,可以在雾化盖 33 容纳腔内设置套设在该通气管 42 上的密封环(图上未标号),该密封环的外周面弹性抵接在所述容纳腔的侧壁上,该密封环的内周面弹性抵接至该通气管 42 的外周壁上,以起到密封的作用。
如图 4 所示, 第二电连接组件 35 位于雾化套 31 靠近电池组件 2 的一端,并用于与电池组件 2 和电热丝组件 32 电连接。本实施例中,第二电连接组件 35 固定在雾化套 31 内的环形卡台 318 上。该环形卡台 318 设置在雾化套 31 用于与电池组件连接的一端,且环形卡台 318 的一端 固定在雾化腔 34 的侧壁上,另一端朝靠近连接套 31 的轴线方向延伸并形成中心孔(图上未标号),电连接组件 35 固定在该中心孔处。
本实施例中,雾化芯 3 主要包括雾化套 31 ,雾化腔 34 设置在雾化套 31 内部并与通气管 42 相连通,电热丝组件 32 收容在雾化腔 34 内;雾化盖 33 套设在雾化套 31 及通气管 42 上,并抵持在电热丝组件 32 上,通气管 42 的一端穿设雾化盖 33 并延伸至雾化腔 34 内。可以理解的是,本申请的雾化芯 3 并不限定于上述结构,还可以是其它结构,只要其能雾化烟油即可。
图 7 示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的一种电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于 连接结构 6 上外螺纹的开设位置不同 。
如图 8 所示,本实施例中,连接结构 6 为螺纹连接结构,但是连接结构 6 包括 开设在储油套 41 上的外螺纹(图上未标号),及设在电池套 21 上的与该外螺纹相适配的内螺纹(图上未标号)。
图 9 示出了本发明较佳实施例之三提供的一种电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于 连接结构 6 的结构不同 。
如图 9 所示,本实施例中,连接结构 6 为插旋连接结构 ,该 连接结构 6 包括 相互扣合连接的卡扣 61 和卡槽 62 。其中,卡扣 61 凸设在储油套 41 的外壁上,卡槽 62 开设在电池套 21 的内壁上。
具体的, 卡槽 62 呈 ' L '型 , 卡槽 62 包括相互光滑连接的插入通道 621 和旋转通道 622 , 插入通道 621 开设在电池套 21 的端口处并沿电池套 21 的轴向朝远离卡扣 61 的一侧延伸,旋转通道 622 连接在插入通道 621 远离卡扣 61 的一端并沿电池套 21 的周向延伸。
组装时,首先将储油套 41 上的卡扣 61 沿插入通道 621 移动至插入通道 621 的底端,然后旋转雾化组件 1 ,使得卡扣 61 移动至旋转通道 622 内,从而实现电池组件 2 和雾化组件 1 的可拆卸连接。
本实施例中,卡扣 61 和卡槽 62 的数量为四个,可以理解的是,本申请并不限定卡扣 61 和卡槽 62 的具体数量,只要其能实现电池套 21 和储油套 41 之间的插旋连接即可。
综上所述 ,实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
( 1 ) 电池套直接可拆卸的连接在储油套上,使得用户在卸载电池组件时,可以避免直接对雾化芯施加作用力,从而避免用户在旋转电池套时将雾化芯拔出的缺陷。
( 2 ) 第一电连接组件上开设有用于纳置第二电连接组件的插接槽,第二电连接组件插入至该插接槽内,从而增加第一电连接组件与第二电连接组件的电极间的接触面积。
( 3 )雾化芯与油杯组件为可拆卸连接的结构,方便用户更换已经损坏的雾化芯,避免资源浪费。
( 4 ) 储油套 由可透光的材料制得,可以方便用户查 看 储油腔内烟油的余量。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件( 1 ),及与所述雾化组件( 1 )电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件( 1 )供电的电池组件( 2 ),其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 1 )包括可透光的储油套( 41 ),所述储油套( 41 )内形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔( 45 ),所述储油套( 41 )的一端为与所述储油腔( 45 )相连通的开口端,所述开口端处设有连接件( 43 ),所述连接件( 43 )内插设有与所述连接件( 43 )可拆卸连接的用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯( 3 );
    所述电池组件( 2 )包括电池套( 21 ),所述电池套( 21 )与所述储油套( 41 )的连接处设 有使 所述电池套( 21 )与所述储油套( 41 ) 可拆卸连接的 连接结构( 6 ),所述电池套( 21 )的一端内收容有与所述雾化芯( 3 )电连接的第一电连接组件( 23 );
    所述雾化芯( 3 )包括雾化套( 31 ),所述雾化套( 31 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端设有与所述第一电连接组件( 23 )电连接的第二电连接组件( 35 ),所述第二电连接组件( 35 )插接至所述电池套( 21 )内并与所述第一电连接组件( 23 )相抵 接 ,所述雾化套( 31 )内形成有雾化腔( 34 ),所述雾化腔( 34 )内收容有与所述第二电连接组件( 35 )电连接的电热丝组件( 32 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构( 6 )为螺纹连接结构或插旋连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接结构( 6 )包括设置在所述连接件( 43 )或所述储油套( 41 )外壁上的外螺纹,及设置在所述电池套( 21 )上的与所述外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述 连接结构( 6 )包括至少一个凸设在所述储油套( 41 )外壁上的卡扣( 61 ),及至少一个设置在所述电池套( 21 )内壁上的与所述卡扣( 61 )相适配的呈' L '型的卡槽( 62 )。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡槽( 62 )包括相互光滑连接的插入通道( 621 )和旋转通道( 622 );所述插入通道( 621 )开设在所述电池套( 21 )的端口处并沿所述电池套( 21 )的轴向朝远离所述卡扣( 61 )的一侧延伸,所述旋转通道( 622 )连接在所述插入通道( 621 )远离所述卡扣( 61 )的一端并沿所述电池套( 21 )的周向延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述电池套( 21 )及所述雾化套( 31 )的外壁设有至少一个 与所述雾化腔( 34 )相导通的用以进气及排出所述雾化腔( 34 )内烟油的 进气孔,所述进气孔包括设在所述电池套( 21 )上的第一进气孔( 211 ),及设在所述雾化套( 31 )上的第二进气孔( 312 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第二 进气孔( 312 ) 位于所述 雾化腔( 34 ) 靠近所述电池组件( 2 )的一端的腔壁上、并用于 排出所述雾化腔( 34 ) 腔壁处的 烟油 。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第一电连接组件( 23 )固定在所述电池套( 21 )的内壁上,所述第一电连接组件( 23 )朝向所述雾化芯( 3 )的一侧上开设有与所述第二电连接组件( 35 )插接相连的插接槽( 234 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第一电连接组件( 23 )包括由内到外依次套设相连的第一内电极( 231 )、第一绝缘件( 232 )和第一外电极( 233 ),所述插接槽( 234 )开设在所述第一外电极( 233 )上。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 ) 侧壁远离 所述 电池组件 ( 2 )的一端 沿轴向 间隔开设有两个相对设置、并与所述储油腔( 45 )相连通的安装槽( 311 ),所述电热丝组件( 32 )架设于所述两个安装槽( 311 )内。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电热丝组件( 32 )包括用于吸附所述储油腔( 45 )内烟油的导油件( 321 ),及用于雾化所述导油件( 321 )上烟油的电热丝( 322 ),所述电热丝( 322 )的两端分别与所述 第二 电连接组件( 35 )电连接、并通过所述 第二 电连接组件( 35 )实现与所述电池组件 ( 2 ) 的电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述储油套( 41 )远离所述雾化芯( 3 )的一端连接有吸嘴( 5 ),所述储油套( 41 )内套设有两端分别插设在所述吸嘴( 5 )及所述雾化芯( 3 )内的通气管( 42 )。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,所述吸嘴( 5 )的外端面为球面。
  14. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯( 3 )还包括套设于所述雾化套( 31 )及所述通气管( 42 )上、并抵持在所述电热丝组件( 32 )上的雾化盖( 33 ),所述通气管( 42 )的一端穿设所述雾化盖( 31 )并延伸至所述雾化腔( 34 )内。
  15. 根据权利要求 1 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 )的外表面设置有与所述雾化盖( 31 )的端面相抵持的限位凸部( 317 )。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套( 31 )的外表面设置有用于支撑所述电热丝组件( 32 )的凸起( 316 )。
  17. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件( 1 ),及与所述雾化组件( 1 )电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件( 1 )供电的电池组件( 2 ),其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 1 )包括可透光的储油套( 41 ),所述储油套( 41 )内形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔( 45 ),所述储油套( 41 )的一端为与所述储油腔( 45 )相连通的开口端,所述开口端处设有连接件( 43 ),所述连接件( 43 )内插设有与所述连接件( 43 )可拆卸连接的用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯( 3 );
    所述电池组件( 2 )包括电池套( 21 ),所述电池套( 21 ) 通过螺纹连接结构或插旋连接结构与所述储油套( 41 )可拆卸的连接, 所述电池套( 21 )的一端内收容有与所述雾化芯( 3 )电连接的第一电连接组件( 23 );
    所述雾化芯( 3 )包括雾化套( 31 ),所述雾化套( 31 )延伸至所述储油套( 41 )外的一端设有与所述第一电连接组件( 23 )电连接的第二电连接组件( 35 ),所述第二电连接组件( 35 )插接至所述电池套( 21 )内并与所述第一电连接组件( 23 )相抵 接 ,所述雾化套( 31 )内形成有雾化腔( 34 ),所述雾化腔( 34 )内收容有与所述第二电连接组件( 35 )电连接的电热丝组件( 32 )。
