Description

一种电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟,具体涉及一种产生 烟雾量大,且能够调节产生的烟雾量大小 的电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种新型的电子产品,其与普通的香烟有着相同的外观,以及与香烟相同的味道,但是电子烟相对于传统的香烟更为的健康以及环保。电子烟是通过高科技硅芯片和感应器控制烟雾输出量以及工作状态,烟雾被雾化,将含有烟碱和香精的溶液雾化成颗粒。电子烟中不含普通香烟中的焦油和其他有害成分,也不会产生二手烟。
现有技术中,电子烟中的电子烟雾化器只设置一个雾化组件,所述雾化组件通常包括雾化套管、收容在所述雾化套管内的发热丝及导油绳,所述发热丝缠绕在所述导油绳上,所述导油绳用于将烟油输送至所述发热丝处供所述发热丝进行雾化,所述雾化套管内设置有用于将烟油雾化后的烟雾送出的烟雾通道。该电子烟雾化器工作时,只有雾化烟油的功能,其产生的烟雾量小且产生的烟雾量不能调节,不能得到不同的雾化效果,不能够满足不同用户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的电子烟中的电子烟雾化器的缺陷,提供一种产生烟雾量大,结构可靠,且能够调节产生的烟雾量大小,以达到不同雾化效果的电子烟。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种电子烟,包括油杯组件、电池组件以及至少一端插设在所述油杯组件内且与所述电池组件电连接的雾化器;
所述雾化器设置有至少两个雾化组件、旋转件、与所述旋转件相连接的弹性电极组件、以及与所述雾化组件电连接的固定电极组件;
所述固定电极组件面向所述弹性电极组件的表面设置有均呈环形的第一对接区域及第二对接区域,所述第一对接区域套设于所述第二对接区域的外侧,
所述第一对接区域上设置有若干个相隔预设距离并与其中一个所述雾化组件电连接的第一凸部及位于所述第一凸部之间的第一凹陷部,
所述第二对接区域上设置有若干个相隔预设距离并与其中另一所述雾化组件电连接的第二凸部及位于所述第二凸部之间的第二凹陷部;
所述弹性电极组件设置有均与所述电池组件电连接的第一弹性电极及第二弹性电极,所述第一弹性电极及第二弹性电极分别与所述第一对接区域及第二对接区域位置相对应, 以使旋转所述旋转件至当第一弹性电极抵持在所述第一凸部上时,与所述第一凸部电连接的雾化组件导通,当第二弹性电极抵持在所述第二凸部上时,与所述第二凸部电连接的雾化组件导通,以使至少一个所述雾化组件导通。
在发明中, 所述固定电极组件包括外电极以及套设于所述外电极内的内电极,所述外电极以及内电极均呈中空的柱状结构,所述内电极和外电极之间电性隔离,所述内电极和外电极分别与其中一个所述雾化组件电连接,所述外电极的一端端面上形成有所述第一对接区域,所述内电极的一端端面上形成有所述第二对接区域;
在旋转所述旋转件至当第一弹性电极插置于所述第一凹陷部内时,所述第一弹性电极与第一凹陷部间隙配合,使与所述外电极电连接的雾化组件与电池组件电性断开,当第二弹性电极插置于所述第二凹陷部内时,所述第二弹性电极与第二凹陷部间隙配合,使与所述内电极电连接的雾化组件与电池组件电性断开。
在本发明中,所述第一凸部上设置有在当所述第一弹性抵持在所述第一凸部上时用于卡持所述第一弹性电极以阻碍所述第一弹性电极任意滑动的卡槽,所述第二凸部上设置有当所述第二弹性抵持在所述第二凸部上时用于卡

在本发明中,所述第一凸部与所述第一凹陷部相连的连接表面为弧面。
在本发明中,所述弧面上设置有避免晃动时位于所述凹陷部的弹性电极与凸部相接触的绝缘层。
在本发明中,所述雾化器与所述油杯组件进行可拆卸连接,所述旋转件设置于所述电子烟内。

所述储油套、第一连接座以及雾化器围成用于储存烟油的储油腔。
在本发明中,所述第一连接座与储油套之间设置有用于密封防止烟油泄露的第一密封圈。
在本发明中,所述第一连接座与雾化座之间设置有用于密封防止烟油泄露的第二密封圈。
在本发明中,所述第一连接座的侧壁上开设有用于将空气引入所述电子烟内部的第二空气流通孔,所述旋转件上开设有第一空气流通孔,吸烟时外部空气依次流经第二空气流通孔和第一空气流通孔进入所述雾化器内部。
在本发明中,所述油杯组件还包括与所述储油套及通气管可拆卸连接或者一体结构的吸嘴,所述吸嘴具有贯穿自身的吸烟通道,所述吸烟通道与所述通气管相通以供雾化所得的烟雾通过。
在本发明中,所述电池组件包括电池套、设置在电池套内的电池、设置在所述电池套远离所述油杯组件一端的电池盖,设置在所述电池套靠近所述油杯组件一端的上第二连接座;
所述第二连接座内部设置有用于固定 PCB 板和按键的固定套;
所述按键用于控制所述电池与雾化器之间的电路通断且部分突出所述第二连接座表面;
用于向所述雾化器输送电能的上电极设置在所述第二连接座靠近所述油杯组件一端且所述第二连接座与上电极之间设置有绝缘套;
所述上电极与电池之间通过所述 PCB 板和导线实现电连接。
在本发明中,具有以下有益效果:由于 所述固定电极组件面向所述弹性电极组件的表面设置有均呈环形的第一对接区域及第二对接区域,所述第一对接区域上设置有若干个相隔预设距离的第一凸部及第一凹陷部,所述第二对接区域上设置有若干个相隔预设距离的第二凸部及第二凹陷部, 用户在转动旋转件使得弹性电极在所述凸部与凹陷部之间变换位置的过程中,弹性电极从凹陷部移动到凸部或者从凸部移动到凹陷部都有一个明显的行程变化,位置感清晰,使得用户可以很容易地识别弹性电极是否旋转到位,从而便于根据自己的需求选择一组或多组雾化组件工作,控制产生的烟雾量的大小,以满足自己的需求;此外,位于凹陷部的弹性电极受所述凹陷部两侧的凸部阻挡,因而在存放或使用过程中不容易产生因震动或误触动而导致所述旋转件带动所述弹性电极任意旋转的问题,结构较可靠。

为了更清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行进一步详细说明,显而易见地,下面描述仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些实施例获得其他的实施例。
参照图 1 、图 2 ,本实施例提供 一种电子烟,包括油杯组件 1 、电池组件 3 以及至少一端插设在油杯组件 1 内且与电池组件 3 电连接的雾化器 2 ;油杯组件 1 和电池组件 3 之间通过第一连接座 12 连接固定在一起,电池组件 3 用于驱动雾化器 2 工作雾化烟油产生烟雾,满足用户的吸烟需求。
具体的,参照图 3 、图 4 、图 5 ,雾化器 2 设置有至少两个雾化组件 21 、旋转件 22 、与旋转件 22 相连接的弹性电极组件 23 、插接在旋转件 22 端部的下电极 26 以及与雾化组件 21 电连接的固定电极组件 24 ,本实施例中以两个雾化组件 21 为例展开说明。
其中,参照图 14 ,雾化组件 21 包括由玻璃纤维制成的吸油芯 211 以及缠绕在吸油芯 211 外表面 能够发热将吸油芯 211 内的烟油雾化的电热丝 212 ,吸油芯 211 的两端伸入电子烟的储油腔 15 内吸取烟油,电热丝 212 从电池组件 3 得电发热将吸入吸油芯 211 的烟油加热雾化产生烟雾,供用户吸食。每个雾化组件 21 的电热丝 212 具有不同的电阻值,即每个雾化组件 21 的雾化烟油的能力不同,每个雾化组件 21 工作时产生的烟雾量不同,选择不同的雾化组件 21 或者不同数量的雾化组件 21 可以获得不同的雾化效果,用户可以根据的自己的吸烟喜好选择不同的雾化组件 21 或者不同数量的雾化组件 21 以得到不同的吸烟体验。 为了实现变换不同的雾化组件 21 进行烟油雾化以及调整参与烟油雾化的物化组件的数量,参照图 10 ,固定电极组件 24 在面向弹性电极组件 23 的表面设置有均呈环形的第一对接区域 243 及第二对接区域 244 ,第一对接区域 243 套设于第二对接区域 244 的外侧。
参照图 11 ,第一对接区域 243 上设置有若干个相隔预设距离并与其中一个雾化组件 21 电连接的第一凸部 241a 及位于第一凸部 241a 之间的第一凹陷部 241b 。
参照图 12 ,第二对接区域 244 上设置有若干个相隔预设距离并与其中另一雾化组件 21 电连接的第二凸部 242a 及位于第二凸部 242a 之间的第二凹陷部 242b 。
参照图 7 、图 8 、图 9 ,弹性电极组件 23 设置有均与电池组件 3 电连接的第一弹性电极 231 及第二弹性电极 232 ,第一弹性电极 231 及第二弹性电极 232 分别与第一对接区域 243 及第二对接区域 244 位置相对应, 以使转动旋转件 22 至当第一弹性电极 231 抵持在第一凸部 241a 上时,与第一凸部 241a 电连接的雾化组件 21 导通,当第二弹性电极 232 抵持在第二凸部 242a 上时,与第二凸部 242a 电连接的雾化组件 21 导通,以使至少一个雾化组件 21 导通。
参照图 7 ,第一弹性电极 231 包括第一电极座 231a 、活动设置在第一电极座 231a 内且可部分突出第一电极座 231a 的第一伸缩电极 231c 、抵接在第一电极座 231a 与第一伸缩电极之间的第一弹性件 231b ;第一电极座 231a 为一端封口另一端开口的中空柱体,且开口端内壁面设置有一圈垂直于自身中轴线方向的凸起,第一伸缩电极 231b 为大小直径两段的台阶状圆柱体,第一伸缩电极 231b 的大直径段圆柱体的直径大于凸起的直径且小于第一电极座 231a 的内径,第一伸缩电极 231b 的小直径段圆柱体的直径小于凸起的直径,第一伸缩电极 231b 通过自身的轴肩部分与第一电极座 231a 开口端凸起的配合限位活动设置在第一电极座 231a 内且可以部分突出第一电极座 231a ,第一弹性件 231c 设置在第一电极座 231a 内且两端分别抵接在第一电极座 231a 内壁底端面与第一伸缩电极 231b 底部端面上使得在旋转过程中第一伸缩电极 231c 可以自由伸缩,同时第一伸缩电极 231c 的端面为弧形端面,有效减小摩擦阻力,并且在第一弹性件 231b 的弹性作用下第一伸缩电极 231c 在导通时可以始终可靠地抵接在固定电极组件 24 上,避免出现故障。
参照图 8 ,第二弹性电极 232 包括第二电极座 232a 、活动设置在第二电极座 232a 内且可部分突出第二电极座 232a 的第二伸缩电极 232c 、抵接在第二电极座 232a 与第二伸缩电极之间的第二弹性件 232b ;第二电极座 232a 为一端封口另一端开口的中空柱体,且开口端内壁面设置有一圈垂直于自身中轴线方向的凸起,第二伸缩电极 232b 为大小直径两段的台阶状圆柱体,第二伸缩电极 232b 的大直径段圆柱体的直径大于凸起的直径且小于第二电极座 232a 的内径,第二伸缩电极 232b 的小直径段圆柱体的直径小于凸起的直径,第二伸缩电极 232b 通过自身的轴肩部分与第二电极座 232a 开口端凸起的配合限位活动设置在第二电极座 232a 内且可以部分突出第二电极座 232a ,第二弹性件 232c 设置在第二电极座 232a 内且两端分别抵接在第二电极座 232a 内壁底端面与第二伸缩电极 232b 底部端面上使得在旋转过程中第二伸缩电极 232c 可以自由伸缩,同时第二伸缩电极 232c 的端面为弧形端面,有效减小摩擦阻力,并且在第二弹性件 232b 的弹性作用下第二伸缩电极 232c 在导通时可以始终可靠地抵接在固定电极组件 24 上,避免出现故障。
当然,所述第一弹性件 231b 和第二弹性件 232b 也可以为弹片或弹簧,其结构不作具体限定,只要能弹性伸缩并实现电连接即可。
参照图 10 , 固定电极组件 24 包括外电极 241 以及套设于外电极 241 内的内电极 242 ,外电极 241 以及内电极 242 均呈中空的柱状结构,内电极 242 和外电极 241 之间电性隔离,内电极 242 和外电极 241 分别与其中一个雾化组件 21 电连接,即内电极 242 和外电极 241 分别于其中一个雾化组件 21 的电热丝 212 电连接;外电极 241 的一端端面上形成有第一对接区域 243 ,内电极 242 的一端端面上形成有第二对接区域 244 。
参照图 11 , 外电极 241 的端部连续间隔开设有多个用于实现与弹性电极组件 23 电性连接的第一凸部 241a 与用于实现与弹性电极组件 23 电性断开的第一凹陷部 241b ;
参照图 12 , 内电极 242 的端部连续间隔开设有多个用于实现与弹性电极组件 23 电性连接的第二凸部 242a 与用于实现与弹性电极组件 23 电性断开的二凹陷部;
通过合理布置外电极 241 的第一凸部 241a 和第一凹陷部 241b 与内电极 242 的第二凸部 242a 和第二凹陷部 242b 的相对位置,实现弹性电极组件 23 与所有雾化组件 21 同时电性断开或者至少与一个雾化组件 21 电性连接。
优选的,内电极 242 和外电极 241 之间设置有使得内电极 242 和外电极 241 之间电性绝缘的绝缘环 245 ,保证内电极 242 与外电极 241 之间可靠地电性隔离且保持相对位置的稳定。
参照图 4 、图 9 ,旋转件 22 包括呈偏心设置的用于容置弹性电极组件 23 的容置孔 222 、用于将空气引入雾化器 2 内部的第一空气流通孔 221 ,下电极 26 固定连接在旋转件 22 上端且部分嵌入旋转件 22 端部,容置孔 222 为通孔,弹性电极组件 23 通过过盈配合等方式固定套设在容置孔 222 内 且弹性电极组件 23 端部与下电极 26 相抵接 ,第一通气孔 221 的一端开口设置在旋转件 22 的侧面,第一空气流通孔 221 的另一端开口设置在旋转件 22 的下端面上,将外界的空气引入雾化器 2 内部;第一弹性电极 231 和第二弹性电极 232 的一端分别与设置在旋转件 22 上端的下电极 26 相抵接,第一弹性电极 231 另一端凸出旋转件 22 下表面延伸至外电极 241 的第一对接区域 243 ,第二弹性电极 232 另一端凸出旋转件 22 下表面延伸至内电极的第二对接区域 244 。
优选的,旋转件 22 外表面设置有摩擦纹 223 ,转动旋转件 22 时可增加手与旋转件 22 之间的摩擦力,方便调节。
在转动旋转件 22 至当第一弹性电极 231 插置于第一凹陷部 241b 内时,第一弹性电极 231 与第一凹陷部 241b 之间为间隙配合,使与外电极 241 电连接的雾化组件 21 与电池组件 3 电性断开,当第一弹性电极 231 抵接于第一凸部 241a 内时,使与外电极 241 电连接的雾化组件 21 与电池组件 3 电性连接;当第二弹性电极 232 插置于第二凹陷部 242b 内时,第二弹性电极 232 与第二凹陷部 242b 之间为间隙配合,使与内电极电连接的雾化组件 21 与电池组件 3 电性断开,当第二弹性电极 232 抵接于第二凸部 242a 时,使与内电极电连接的雾化组件 21 与电池组件 3 电性连接。
优选的,第一凸部 241a 与第一凹陷部 241b 的连接表面为弧面,与第一弹性电极 231 的第一伸缩电极 231c 的弧形端面形成配合;第二凸部 242a 与第二凹陷部 242b 之间相连的连接表面为弧面,与第二弹性电极 232 的第二伸缩电极 232c 的弧形端面形成配合,大幅度减小弹性电极组件 23 与固定电极组件 24 之间的滑动阻力,使得用户可以轻松转动旋转件 22 ,有利于保持雾化器 2 内部结构的稳定性。
用户在转动旋转件 22 使得弹性电极在固定电极的凸部与凹陷部之间变换位置的过程中,弹性电极从凹陷部移动到凸部或者从凸部移动到凹陷部都有 一个明显的行程变化,位置感清晰,使得用户可以很容易地识别弹性电极是否旋转到位;雾化器 2 的各个组成部件之间在工作过程中没有轴向相对位置的变化,结构简单紧凑,可以很方便地将雾化器 2 装置在电子烟内;弹性电极组件 23 通过弹性件保持与固定电极组件 24 凸部的紧密接触,电连接可靠。
优选的,当弹性电极组件 23 的伸缩电极位于固定电极组件 24 的凹陷部时,由于弹性电极组件 23 的伸缩电极与固定电极组件 24 的凹陷部之间的间隙很小,电子烟在受到外界冲击发生晃动时容易与固定电极组件 24 的凸部相接触而误连接。为此,在第一凸部 241a 与第一凹陷部 241b 之间的弧面上设置绝缘层,即使位于凹陷部的伸缩电极与弧面相接触也不会发生电性连接,保证电子烟工作的可靠性。
参照图 4 ,雾化器 2 还包括插设在储油组件内并与储油组件进行可拆卸连接的雾化座组件 25 ;
雾化座组件 25 包括用于固定雾化组件 21 的雾化座 251 、插接在雾化座 251 一端内部的底座 252 、插接在雾化座 251 另一端的压杆 253 以及套设在雾化座 251 与压杆 253 上的弹性密封套 254 ;
底座 252 中心具有轴向通孔,固定电极组件 24 通过过盈配合插设固定在通孔中;
旋转件 22 下端可旋转地抵接在雾化座 251 的远离压杆 253 的一端;
压杆 253 轴向贯通设置有将雾化组件 21 雾化所得的烟雾排出的烟雾通道,雾化座 251 开设有用于容置雾化组件 21 以及连通烟雾通道的通腔。
参照图 6 ,雾化座 251 下端设置有用于穿设雾化组件 21 的通槽 251a ;吸油芯 211 的两端通过套设在雾化座 251 下端的弹性密封套 254 夹持固定在雾化座 251 的通槽 251a 内且吸油芯 211 两端凸出雾化座 251 的外壁面。当然,所述雾化器 2 的结构不限于上述结构,其只要能够雾化烟油即可,其结构不作具体限定。
参照图 2 ,雾化器 2 与油杯组件 1 进行可拆卸连接,旋转件 22 设置于电子烟内,在电子烟的运输或者正常使用过程中旋转件 22 被保护在电子烟内部,避免了运输或使用过程中误触发。
具体的,油杯组件 1 包括用于分别与油杯组件 1 和电池组件 3 可拆卸连接的第一连接座 12 、储油套 11 、用于储油套 11 与第一连接座 12 可拆卸连接的连接件 13 、位于储油套 11 内用于将雾化器 2 雾化所得的烟雾排出的通气管 14 ;
第一连接座 12 下端外壁面与连接件 13 上端内壁面上分别开设有相匹配的螺纹结构,连接件 13 下端通过过盈配合插设在储油套 11 的端部,将第一连接座 12 与储油套 11 相互连接固定;
第一连接座 12 下端内壁面与雾化座 251 上端外壁面上分别开设有相匹配的螺纹结构,实现雾化器 2 与油杯组件 1 之间的可拆卸连接,进而实现雾化器 2 可拆卸的设置在油杯组件 1 内。
雾化器 2 的压杆 253 插接在油杯组件 1 的通气管 14 内,雾化器 2 的一端通过雾化座 251 与第一连接座 12 相连接,雾化器 2 的另一端通过压杆 253 抵接固定在通气管 14 上,第一连接座 12 给雾化器 2 施加轴向压力使得弹性密封套 254 被压紧抵接在通气管 14 的端面上形成密封。储油套 11 与通气管 14 之间存在一端开口的夹层,第一连接件 13 、雾化器 2 分别与储油套 11 及其通气管 14 相连接将该夹层围成一个封闭的空腔,使得储油套 11 、第一连接座 12 以及雾化器 2 之间围成用于储存烟油的储油腔 15 ,用于存储供雾化器 2 雾化的烟油。雾化组件 21 的吸油芯 211 两端通过开设在雾化座 251 上的通槽 251a 伸入储油腔 15 内,吸取储油腔 15 内的烟油供电热丝 212 加热雾化产生烟雾。
优选的,为了增强第一连接座 12 与储油套 11 之间的密封能力,在第一连接座 12 与储油套 11 之间设置有用于密封防止烟油泄露的第一密封圈 4 。
优选的,第一连接座 12 外侧面设置有增加摩擦阻力的摩擦纹,便于电子烟各组成部件之间的拆卸连接。
优选的,为了增强第一连接座 12 与储油套 11 之间的密封能力,在第一连接座 12 与雾化座 251 之间设置有用于密封防止烟油泄露的第二密封圈 5 。
优选的,储油套 11 为由塑胶等材料制成的透明体,因而可更好地观察储油腔 15 内的烟油的剩余量,以便在烟油用尽时及时地添加烟油。
参照图 4 、图 13,用于将空气引入电子烟内部的第二空气流通孔 121 开 设在第一连接座 12 的侧壁上,吸烟时,外部空气依次流经第二空气流通孔 121 和第一空气流通孔 221 进入雾化器 2 内部。
参照图 2 ,油杯组件 1 还包括与储油套 11 及通气管 14 可拆卸连接或者一体结构的吸嘴 6 ,吸嘴 6 具有贯穿自身的吸烟通道,吸烟通道与通气管 14 相通以供雾化所得的烟雾通过;油杯组件 1 还包括与储油套 11 及通气管 14 之间的连接方式可以使螺纹连接、卡扣连接等连接方式。
优选的,参照图 2 ,电池组件 3 包括电池套 311 、设置在电池套 311 内的电池 312 、设置在电池套 311 远离油杯组件 1 一端的电池盖 313 ,设置在电池套 311 靠近油杯组件 1 一端的上第二连接座 323 ;
第二连接座 323 内部设置有用于固定 PCB 板 321 和按键 322 的固定套 327 ;
按键 322 用于控制电池 312 与雾化器 2 之间的电路通断且部分突出第二连接座 323 表面;
用于连接下电极 26 向雾化器 2 输送电能的上电极 324 设置在第二连接座 323 靠近油杯组件 1 一端且第二连接座 323 与上电极 324 之间设置有绝缘套 325 ;
上电极 324 与电池 312 之间通过 PCB 板 321 和导线 326 实现电连接。
第二连接座 323 与第一连接座 12 之间设有相配套的螺纹结构,将油杯组件 1 与电池组件 3 连接固定在一起,进而使得上电极 324 与下电极 26 之间电性接触,通过按键 322 控制电热丝 212 得电与否。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于第一凸部 241a 的凸起顶端设置有在当第一弹性电极 231 抵持在第一凸部 241a 上时用于卡持第一弹性电极 231 以阻碍第一弹性电极 231 任意滑动的卡槽(图中未示出),和 / 或者第二凸部 242a 的凸起顶端设置有当第二弹性抵持在第二凸部 242a 上时用于卡持第二弹性电极 232 以阻碍第二弹性电极 232 任意滑动的卡槽(图中未示出);避免当第一弹性电极 231 抵持在第一凸部 241a 上和 / 或者第二弹性电极 232 抵持在第二凸部 242a 上时由于外力冲击造成滑动而出现卡持不到位的情况,保证电子烟使用的可靠性。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,例如,所述 固定电极组件 24 与所述弹性电极组件 23 进行位置对换等 ,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括油杯组件( 1 )、电池组件( 3 )以及至少一端插设在所述油杯组件( 1 )内且与所述电池组件( 3 )电连接的雾化器( 2 );所述雾化器( 2 )设置有至少两个雾化组件( 21 )、旋转件( 22 )、与所述旋转件( 22 )相连的弹性电极组件( 23 )、以及与所述雾化组件( 21 )电连接的固定电极组件( 24 );
    所述固定电极组件( 24 )面向所述弹性电极组件( 23 )的表面设置有均呈环形的第一对接区域( 243 )及第二对接区域( 244 ),所述第一对接区域( 243 )套设于所述第二对接区域( 244 )的外侧,所述第一对接区域( 243 )上设置有若干个相隔预设距离并与其中一个所述雾化组件( 21 )电连接的第一凸部( 241a )及位于所述第一凸部( 241a )之间的第一凹陷部( 241b ),所述第二对接区域( 244 )上设置有若干个相隔预设距离并与其中另一个所述雾化组件( 21 )电连接的第二凸部( 242a )及位于所述第二凸部( 242a )之间的第二凹陷部(242b );
    所述弹性电极组件( 23 )设置有均与所述电池组件( 3 )电连接的第一弹性电极( 231 )及第二弹性电极( 232 ),所述第一弹性电极( 231 )及第二弹性电极( 232 )分别与所述第一对接区域( 243 )及第二对接区域( 244 )位置相对应, 以使旋转所述旋转件( 22 )至当第一弹性电极( 231 )抵持在所述第一凸部( 241a )上时,与所述第一凸部( 241a )电连接的雾化组件( 21 )导通,当第二弹性电极( 232 )抵持在所述第二凸部( 242a )上时,与所述第二凸部( 242a )电连接的雾化组件( 21 )导通,以使至少一个所述雾化组件( 21 )导通。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述固定电极组件( 24 )包括外电极( 241 )以及套设于所述外电极( 241 )内的内电极( 242 ),所述外电极( 241 )以及内电极( 242 )均呈中空的柱状结构,所述内电极( 242 )和外电极( 241 )之间电性隔离,所述内电极( 242 )和外电极( 241 )分别与其中一个所述雾化组件( 21 )电连接,所述外电极(241)的一端端面上形成有所述第一对接区域( 243 ),所述内电极( 242 )一端的端面上形成有所述第二对接区域( 244 );
    在旋转所述旋转件( 22 )至当第一弹性电极( 231 )插置于所述第一凹陷部( 241b )内时,所述第一弹性电极( 231 )与第一凹陷部( 241b )间隙配合,使与所述外电极( 241 )电连接的雾化组件( 21 )与电池组件( 3 )电性断开,当第二弹性电极( 232 )插置于所述第二凹陷部( 242b )内时,所述第二弹性电极( 232 )与第二凹陷部( 242b )间隙配合,使与所述内电极( 242 )电连接的雾化组件( 21 )与电池组件( 3 )电性断开。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一凸部( 241a )上设置有在当所述第一弹性电极( 231 )抵持在所述第一凸部( 241a )上时用于卡持所述第一弹性电极( 231)以阻碍所述第一弹性电极( 231 )任意滑动的卡槽,所述第二凸部( 242a )上设置有当所述第二弹性电极( 232 )抵持在所述第二凸部( 242a )上时用于卡持所述第二弹性电极( 232 )以阻碍所述第二弹性电极( 232 )任意滑动的卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求 2 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述外电极( 241 )的第一凸部( 241a )与第一凹陷部( 241b )相连的连接表面为弧面;
    所述内电极( 242 )的第二凸部( 242a )与第二凹陷部( 242b )相连的连接表面为弧面。
  5. 如权利要求 4 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述弧面上设置有绝缘层。
  6. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器( 2 )与所述油杯组件( 1 )进行可拆卸连接,所述旋转件( 22 )设置于所述油杯组件( 1 )内。
  7. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器( 2 )还包括插设在所述油杯组件( 1 )内并与所述油杯组件( 1 )进行可拆卸连接的雾化座组件( 25 );
    所述雾化座组件( 25 )包括用于固定雾化组件( 21 )的雾化座( 251 )、插接在所述雾化座( 251 )一端内部的底座( 252 )、插接在所述雾化座( 251 )
    另一端的压杆( 253 )以及套设在所述雾化座( 251 )与压杆( 253 )之间的弹性密封套( 254 );
    所述底座( 252 )中心具有轴向通孔,所述固定电极组件( 24 )插设固定在所述通孔中;
    所述旋转件( 22 )可旋转地连接在所述雾化座( 251 )的远离所述压杆( 253 )的一端;
    所述压杆( 253 )轴向贯通设置有将所述雾化组件( 21 )雾化所得的烟雾排出的烟雾通道,所述雾化座( 251 )开设有用于容置所述雾化组件( 21 )以及连通所述烟雾通道的通腔。
  8. 如权利要求 7 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座( 251 )上设置有用于安装所述雾化组件( 21 )的通槽( 251a )。
  9. 如权利要求 8 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件( 21 )包括由玻璃纤维制成的吸油芯( 211 )以及缠绕在吸油芯( 211 )外表面能够发热将吸油芯( 211 )内的烟油雾化的电热丝( 212 );
    所述吸油芯( 211 )夹持固定在所述雾化座( 251 )的通槽( 251a )内且所述吸油芯( 211 )两端凸出所述雾化座( 251 )的外壁面。
  10. 如权利要求 2 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于: 所述内电极( 242 )和外电极( 241 )之间设置有使得所述内电极( 242 )和外电极( 241 )之间电性绝缘的绝缘环( 245 )。
  11. 如权利要求 1 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一弹性电极( 231 )包括第一电极座( 231a )、活动设置在所述第一电极座( 231a )内且可部分突出所述第一电极座( 231a )的第一伸缩电极( 231c )、抵接在所述第一电极座( 231a )与第一伸缩电极( 231c )之间的第一弹性件( 231b ),且所述第一伸缩电极( 231c )的端面为弧形端面;
    所述第二弹性电极( 232 )包括第二电极座( 232a )、活动设置在所述第二电极座( 232a )内且可部分突出所述第二电极座( 232a )的第二伸缩电极( 232c )、抵接在所述第二电极座( 232a )与第二伸缩电极( 232c )之间的第二弹性件( 232b ),且所述第二伸缩电极( 232c )的端面为弧形端面。
  12. 如权利要求 1 至 11 任一项所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述油杯组件( 1 )包括用于分别与所述油杯组件( 1 )和所述电池组件( 3 )可拆卸连接的第一连接座( 12 )、储油套( 11 )、用于所述储油套( 11 )与所述第一连接座( 12 )可拆卸连接的连接件( 13 )、位于所述储油套( 11 )内用于将所述雾化器( 2 )雾化所得的烟雾排出 的通气管( 14 );
    所述雾化器( 2 )一端与所述第一连接座( 12 )相连接,所述雾化器( 2 )的另一端与所述通气管( 14 )相连;
    所述储油套( 11 )、第一连接座( 12 )以及雾化器( 2 )围成用于储存烟油的储油腔( 15 )。
  13. 如权利要求 12 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一连接座( 12 )与储油套( 11 )之间设置有用于密封防止烟油泄露的第一密封圈( 4 )。
  14. 如权利要求 12 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一连接座( 12 )与雾化座( 251 )之间设置有用于密封防止烟油泄露的第二密封圈( 5 )。
  15. 如权利要求 12 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一连接座( 12 )的侧壁上开设有用于将空气引入所述电子烟内部的第二空气流通孔( 121 ),所述旋转件( 22 )上开设有第一空气流通孔( 221 ),吸烟时,外部空气依次流经第二空气流通孔( 121 )和第一空气流通孔( 221 )进入所述雾化器( 2 )内部。
  16. 如权利要求 12 所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于: 所述油杯组件( 1 )还包括与所述储油套( 11 )及通气管( 14 )可拆卸连接或者一体结构的吸嘴( 6 ),所述吸嘴( 6 )具有贯穿自身的吸烟通道,所述吸烟通道与所述通气管( 14 )相通以供雾化所得的烟雾通过。
  17. 如权利要求 1 至 11 任一项所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件( 3 )包括电池套( 311 )、设置在电池套( 311 )内的电池( 312 )、设置在所述电池套( 311 )远离所述油杯组件( 1 )一端的电池盖( 313 ),设置在所述电池套( 311 )靠近所述油杯组件( 1 )一端的第二连接座( 323 );
    所述第二连接座( 323 )内部设置有用于固定 PCB 板( 321 )和按键( 322 )的固定套( 327 );
    所述按键( 322 )用于控制所述电池( 312 )与雾化器( 2 )之间的电路通断且部分突出所述第二连接座( 323 )表面;
    用于向所述雾化器( 2 )输送电能的上电极( 324 )设置在所述第二连接座( 323 )靠近所述油杯组件( 1 )一端且所述第二连接座( 323 )与上电极( 324 )之间设置有绝缘套( 325 );
    所述上电极( 324 )与电池( 312 )之间通过所述 PCB 板( 321 )和导线( 326 )实现电连接。
