磁力插接式电子烟及制造方法、连接组件、雾化组件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子烟,特别涉及一种磁力插接式电子烟及制造方法、连接组件、 雾化组件。
背景技术
CN200820213073.9公告了“一种模拟香烟的电子烟具”,它的目的是提供一种超声波雾化片将烟油雾化,发热丝得电加热,使烟油更好雾化,由吸烟者从烟嘴处吸出,结构科学合理,仿真效果逼真,可适用于各类吸烟者和各类场合,对人体无任何危害,集娱乐实用为一体的模拟香烟的电子烟具。其技术方案:该模拟香烟的电子烟具,由烟杆(3)、烟嘴(22)和烟头部分构成,烟杆(3)为不锈钢管,烟杆(3)内设置有电池(4)、微电脑控制板(8)、超声波雾化片(24)、发热丝(27)、烟胆和气流传感装置,烟胆由烟胆壳(17)和内置的尼龙丝棉(18)、烟油(19)构成,气流传感装置由干簧管(10)、干簧塑胶管座(11)、透明胶体(12)、永磁铁(14)、磁铁塑胶座(14)和气压开关构成,烟杆(3)、烟嘴内有连接通道,面罩上设置有烟雾排气孔。其不足之处在于:(1)其开关传感方案为干簧管开关方案,此方案工作起来不可靠,寿命不长。(2)不方便携带与更换。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供便于电子烟拆装和更换的插拔式磁力插接式电子烟。本发明的另一目的是提供利用磁吸功能方便拆装和更换电子烟的磁力插接式电子烟连接组件以及有效配合磁铁吸入的磁力插接式电子烟的雾化组件。本发明的再一目的是提供磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法。
技术解决方案
本发明的第一技术解决方案是所述磁力插接式电子烟,包括连接组件、连接组件两端分别连接内置于烟管内的电源组件和内置于雾化管内的雾化组件,烟管内依次装有电池、控制电源组件和封盖;雾化管的尾端套装有吸嘴,其特殊之处在于:
所述连接组件包括通过磁吸作用装配在一起的强磁组件和金属组件,所述强磁组件与所述金属组件通过各自头部径向外延的凸边触接,并以磁性组件沿其头部轴向设置的头部延伸端套装、抵接在强磁组件的内腔,从而使强磁组件与金属组件同轴、磁吸装配在一起;

作为优选:所述弹簧电极组件包括回弹针、回弹针固定件、压紧套和弹簧,该回弹针由管体、管体外周面与回弹针固定件卡块相抵的部位凸设止挡环构成,该回弹针固定件截面呈T型,其横向部分向外设置一圈凸边与所述金属组件头部延伸端的端口内壁相抵,其横向部分的内边沿延伸有一卡块,该卡块与回弹针相抵,其垂直部分的端口由压紧套封堵;回弹针的外周面套设有一弹簧,该弹簧两端分别与回弹针止挡环、压紧套相抵;所述第一内肩、回弹针固定件外圆周壁、第一管体内壁与金属组件的头部延伸端和凸边围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁。

本发明的第二技术解决方案是所述磁力插接式电子烟的连接组件,其特殊之处在于:所述连接组件包括通过磁吸作用装配在一起的强磁组件和金属组件,所述强磁组件与所述金属组件通过各自头部径向外延的凸边触接,并以磁性组件沿其头部轴向设置的头部延伸端套装、抵接在强磁组件的内腔,从而使强磁组件与金属组件同轴、磁吸装配在一起。

(12.4)热电偶焊接机一电极夹住绕OK线与焊接机另一电极相接触碰焊熔接为一体。

(1)先装弹簧电极组件:将弹簧套在回弹针上,装进回弹针固定件里,然后压紧压紧套。
(2)将弹簧电极组件装入磁铁;
(3)将控制电源组件与电池焊接并装入烟管内;
(4)将控制电源组件输出端负极与第一管体焊接;
(5)将控制电源组件输出端正极与回弹针焊接;
(6)将磁铁装入第一管体;
(7)利用手压机将强磁组件压入烟管;
(8)将控制电源组件装入封盖;
(9)将封盖装入烟管;
(10)将绝缘环装入金属组件;
(11)雾化组件装入绝缘环;
(12)电热丝组件装入电热体固定件;
(13)渗油片装入油杯;
(14)将烟液注入油杯;

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
(1)电子烟通过连接组件完成电池组件与雾化组件拆装,简单、牢靠。
(2)该无棉雾化组件结构,方便自动化注烟油,保证了注油量的准确度,且雾化效果更佳,雾化烟雾更纯、无焦味、不漏油。
(3)该磁力插接式电子烟与传统真烟尺寸一样,仿真度极高。
(4)该油杯结构方便自动化注液,提高了生产效率。

图4~图11示出了本发明的第二个实施例。
请参阅图4、图5所示,该磁力插接式电子烟,包括连接组件1、连接组件1两端分别连接内置于烟管5内的电源组件2和内置于雾化管6内的第二雾化组件4,所述连接组件1包括通过磁吸作用装配在一起的强磁组件11和金属组件12,所述强磁组件11与所述金属组件12通过各自头部径向外延的凸边112和凸边1221触接,并以磁性组件12沿其头部轴向设置的头部延伸端121套装、抵接在强磁组件11的内腔,从而使强磁组件11与金属组件12同轴、磁吸装配在一起。烟管5内依次装有电池21、控制电源组件22和封盖7;雾化管6内依次套装有雾化器正极针41、套装在雾化器正极针41上的绝缘环42、发热体固定座43、设有电热丝44的吸油绳45、将电热丝44分别电连接于雾化器正极针41和作为负极的金属组件12的导线441、过滤片46、渗油片47、油杯48、开有观察窗491且套装在雾化管6上的纸套49和吸嘴8组成。
请参阅图6所示,该强磁组件11包括第一管体111、第一管体111自内向外套设在一起的弹簧电极组件13,第一管体111内壁具有第一内肩1111,第一内肩1111与弹簧电极组件13、金属组件12的头部延伸端121和凸边1321围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁113。
本实施例中,该弹簧电极组件13包括回弹针131、回弹针固定件132、压紧套133和弹簧134,该回弹针131由管体1311、管体1311外周面与回弹针固定件卡块1322相抵的部位凸设止挡环1312构成,该回弹针固定件132截面呈T型,其横向部分向外设置一圈凸边1321与所述金属组件12头部延伸端121的端口内壁相抵,其横向部分的内边沿延伸有一卡块1322,该卡块1322与回弹针131相抵,其垂直部分的端口由压紧套133封堵;回弹针131的外周面套设有一弹簧134,该弹簧134两端分别与回弹针止挡环1312、压紧套133相抵;所述第一内肩1111、回弹针固定件132外圆周壁、第一管体111内壁与金属组件12的头部延伸端121和凸边1321围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁113。
请参阅图6所示,该金属组件12包括第二管体122、第二管体122外壁的中部径向凸设一圈凸边1221,第二管体122内壁具有第二内肩1222,第二管体122内自内向外套设在一起的雾化器正极针31、绝缘环38;所述雾化器正极针31的截面呈T型,其横向部分的外端面邻靠回弹针固定件132,其竖直部分的外端面套装有绝缘环38,该绝缘环38外壁内凹成型的环形槽381与第二管体的第二内肩1222相抵。
请参阅图6所示,该第二雾化组件4由与金属组件12同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针41、套装在雾化器正极针41上的绝缘环42、发热体固定座43、设有电热丝44的吸油绳45、将电热丝44分别电连接于雾化器正极针41和作为负极的金属组件12的导线441、过滤片46、渗油片47、油杯48、开有观察窗491且套装在雾化管6上的纸套49组成。
请参阅图7、图8、图9所示,该发热体固定座43由柱体431、柱体431一端的外圆周面径向凸设的凸环432、柱体431另一端的外圆周面轴向切出一段与凸环432相邻的开槽433、沿该开槽433直径线另一端的外圆周面从凸环432沿开槽433方向凸伸嵌入油杯48端部安装槽的定位块434、柱体431内腔的心孔435、位于凸环432部位的心孔435的二端分别设有圆径大于心孔的容槽436、对应开槽433口端沿轴向凹切一段而成型的对称的环状台阶437、环状台阶437径向平面的中部再沿轴向凹设开口向内供吸U型吸油绳45的腿插接的U型槽438、U型槽438底部沿轴向开设的通孔4381、开槽433沿径向切出的槽439组成;
请参阅图10所示,缠绕在吸油绳45的电热丝44的的两接线端与铜镀锡线或铜铬合金线442,使用激光焊接;
请参阅图11所示,所述渗油片47由带心孔472的盘片471、盘片471轴向切边成型的直边473、心孔472的呈环形开设的六个穿孔474组成。
所述磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)组装强磁组件11;
(2)组装控制电源组件22;
(3)将强磁组件11与控制电源组件22输出的正、负极电连接;
(4)组装金属组件12;
(5)组装雾化组件4;
(6)将金属组件12与雾化组件4电连接。
所述磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法,进一步包括:
(1)先装弹簧电极组件13:将弹簧134套在回弹针131上,装进回弹针固定件132里,然后压紧压紧套133;
(2)将弹簧电极组件13装入磁铁113;
(3)将控制电源组件22与电池21焊接并装入烟管5内;
(4)将控制电源组件22输出端负极与第一管体111焊接;
(5)将控制电源组件22输出端正极与回弹针131焊接;
(6)将磁铁113装入第一管体111;
(7)利用手压机将强磁组件11压入烟管5;
(8)将控制电源组件22装入封盖7;
(9)将封盖7装入烟管5;
(10)将绝缘环42装入金属组件12;
(11)雾化组件4装入绝缘环42;
(12)电热丝组件装入发热体固定座43;
(12.1)使用机械工具:电容储能式热电偶焊接机、镊子、剪刀;
(12.2)用镊子将OK线剥皮部分与电热丝扭绑于一起,电热丝44绕OK线为2~3圈,然后预留1.0mm的剥线并将多余的剥线部分剪掉;
(12.3)将热电偶焊接机电流值调节到适当值330~380之间;
(12.4)热电偶焊接机一电极夹住绕OK线与焊接机另一电极相接触碰焊熔接为一体;
(13)渗油片47装入油杯48;
(14)将烟液注入油杯48;
(15)将渗油片47装入烟杯;
(16)将电热丝组件两极与金属组件12电连接;
(17)将雾化组件4装入油杯组件;
(18)装雾化管6;
(19)装吸嘴8,利用超声波机械将烟管5与超声波熔接;
(20)贴雾化器纸套49,利用自动纸套机将纸套49贴到雾化管6表面上。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种磁力插接式电子烟,包括连接组件、连接组件两端分别连接内置于烟管内的电源组件和内置于雾化管内的雾化组件,烟管内依次装有电池、控制电源组件和封盖;雾化管的尾端套装有吸嘴,其特征在于:
    所述连接组件包括通过磁吸作用装配在一起的强磁组件和金属组件,所述强磁组件与所述金属组件通过各自头部径向外延的凸边触接,并以磁性组件沿其头部轴向设置的头部延伸端套装、抵接在强磁组件的内腔,从而使强磁组件与金属组件同轴、磁吸装配在一起;
    所述雾化组件由与金属组件同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针、发热体固定件、设有电热丝的吸油绳、将电热丝分别电连接于雾化器正极针和作为负极的金属组件的导线组成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述强磁组件包括第一管体、第一管体自内向外套设在一起的弹簧电极组件,第一管体内壁具有第一内肩,第一内肩与弹簧电极组件、金属组件的头部延伸端和凸边围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述弹簧电极组件包括回弹针、回弹针固定件、压紧套和弹簧,该回弹针由管体、管体外周面与回弹针固定件卡块相抵的部位凸设止挡环构成,该回弹针固定件截面呈T型,其横向部分向外设置一圈凸边与所述金属组件头部延伸端的端口内壁相抵,其横向部分的内边沿延伸有一卡块,该卡块与回弹针相抵,其垂直部分的端口由压紧套封堵;回弹针的外周面套设有一弹簧,该弹簧两端分别与回弹针止挡环、压紧套相抵;所述第一内肩、回弹针固定件外圆周壁、第一管体内壁与金属组件的头部延伸端和凸边围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述金属组件包括第二管体、第二管体外壁的中部径向凸设一圈凸边,第二管体内壁具有第二内肩,第二管体内自内向外套设在一起的雾化器正极针、绝缘环;所述雾化器正极针的截面呈T型,其横向部分的外端面邻靠回弹针固定件,其竖直部分的外端面套装有绝缘环,该绝缘环外壁内凹成型的环形槽与第二管体的第二内肩相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件由与金属组件同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针、套装在雾化器正极针上的绝缘环、隔油硅胶座、储油棉、发热体固定管、设有电热丝的吸油绳、将电热丝分别电连接于雾化器正极针和作为负极的金属组件的导线组成;所述隔油硅胶座由第三管体、第三管体外壁设有外螺纹、第三管体内壁经一环形连接件连接的套管、套管底部扩径后的口端组成,所述套管的长度延伸出第三管体;所述吸油绳由一偏置的U型件、该U型件底部缠绕的电热丝、该U型件开口端内壁凹设供隔油硅胶座顶部外螺纹螺接的内螺纹组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件由与金属组件同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针、套装在雾化器正极针上的绝缘环、发热体固定座、设有电热丝的吸油绳、将电热丝分别电连接于雾化器正极针和作为负极的金属组件的导线、过滤片、渗油片、油杯、开有观察窗且套装在雾化管上的纸套组成;所述发热体固定座由柱体、柱体一端的外圆周面径向凸设的凸环、柱体另一端的外圆周面轴向切出一段与凸环相邻的开槽、沿该开槽直径线另一端的外圆周面从凸环沿开槽方向凸伸嵌入油杯端部安装槽的定位块、柱体内腔的心孔、位于凸环部位的心孔的二端分别设有圆径大于心孔的容槽、对应开槽口端沿轴向凹切一段而成型的对称的环状台阶、环状台阶径向平面的中部再沿轴向凹设开口向内供吸U型油绳的腿插接的U型槽、U型槽底部沿轴向开设的通孔、开槽沿径向切出的槽组成;缠绕在吸油绳的电热丝的的两接线端与铜镀锡线使用激光焊接;所述渗油片由一带心孔的盘片、盘片轴向切边成型的直边、心孔的呈环形开设的若干穿孔组成。
  7. 一种磁力插接式电子烟的连接组件,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括通过磁吸作用装配在一起的强磁组件和金属组件,所述强磁组件与所述金属组件通过各自头部径向外延的凸边触接,并以磁性组件沿其头部轴向设置的头部延伸端套装、抵接在强磁组件的内腔,从而使强磁组件与金属组件同轴、磁吸装配在一起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述磁力插接式电子烟的连接组件,其特征在于:所述强磁组件包括第一管体、第一管体自内向外套设在一起的弹簧电极组件,所述第一管体内壁具有第一内肩,第一内肩与弹簧电极组件、与金属组件的头部延伸端和凸边围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁;对应地,所述金属组件包括第二管体、第二管体外壁的中部径向凸设一圈凸边,第二管体内壁具有第二内肩,第二管体内自内向外套设在一起的雾化器正极针、绝缘环;所述雾化器正极针的截面呈T型,其横向部分的外端面邻靠回弹针固定件,其竖直部分的外端面套装有绝缘环,该绝缘环外壁内凹成型的环形槽与第二管体的第二内肩相抵。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述弹簧电极组件包括回弹针、回弹针固定件、压紧套和弹簧,该回弹针由管体、管体外周面与回弹针固定件卡块相抵的部位凸设止挡环构成,该回弹针固定件截面呈T型,其横向部分向外设置一圈凸边与所述金属组件头部延伸端的端口内壁相抵,其横向部分的内边沿延伸有一卡块,该卡块与回弹针相抵,其垂直部分的端口由压紧套封堵;回弹针的外周面套设有一弹簧,该弹簧两端分别与回弹针止挡环、压紧套相抵;所述第一内肩、回弹针固定件外圆周壁、第一管体内壁与金属组件的头部延伸端和凸边围成的腔体内装有强磁磁铁。
  10. 一种磁力插接式电子烟的雾化组件,其特征在于:所述雾化组件由与金属组件同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针、发热体固定件、设有电热丝的吸油绳、将电热丝分别电连接于雾化器正极针和作为负极的金属组件的导线组成。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件由与金属组件同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针、套装在雾化器正极针上的绝缘环、隔油硅胶座、储油棉、发热体固定管、设有电热丝的吸油绳、将电热丝分别电连接于雾化器正极针和作为负极的金属组件的导线组成;所述隔油硅胶座由第三管体、第三管体外壁设有外螺纹、第三管体内壁经一环形连接件连接的套管、套管底部扩径后的口端组成,所述套管的长度延伸出第三管体;所述吸油绳由一偏置的U型件、该U型件底部缠绕的电热丝、该U型件开口端内壁凹设供隔油硅胶座顶部外螺纹螺接的内螺纹组成。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述磁力插接式电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件由与金属组件同轴依次装配在一起的雾化器正极针、套装在雾化器正极针上的绝缘环、发热体固定座、设有电热丝的吸油绳、将电热丝分别电连接于雾化器正极针和作为负极的金属组件的导线、过滤片、渗油片、油杯、开有观察窗且套装在雾化管上的纸套组成;所述发热体固定座由柱体、柱体一端的外圆周面径向凸设的凸环、柱体另一端的外圆周面轴向切出一段与凸环相邻的开槽、沿该开槽直径线另一端的外圆周面从凸环沿开槽方向凸伸嵌入油杯端部安装槽的定位块、柱体内腔的心孔、位于凸环部位的心孔的二端分别设有圆径大于心孔的容槽、对应开槽口端沿轴向凹切一段而成型的对称的环状台阶、环状台阶径向平面的中部再沿轴向凹设开口向内供吸U型油绳的腿插接的U型槽、U型槽底部沿轴向开设的通孔、开槽沿径向切出的槽组成;缠绕在吸油绳的电热丝的的两接线端与铜镀锡线使用激光焊接;所述渗油片由一带心孔的盘片、盘片轴向切边成型的直边、心孔的呈环形开设的若干穿孔组成。
  13. 一种根据权利要求1所述磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)组装强磁组件;
    (2)组装控制电源组件;
    (3)将强磁组件与控制电源组件输出的正、负极电连接;
    (4)组装金属组件;
    (5)组装雾化组件;
    (6)将金属组件与雾化组件电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法,其特征在于:所述磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法,进一步包括:
    (1)装弹簧电极组件:将弹簧套在回弹针上,装进回弹针固定件里然后压紧压紧套;
    (2)弹簧电极组件装入磁铁;
    (3)将控制电源组件与电池焊接并装入烟管内;
    (4)将控制电源组件输出端负极与第一管体焊接;
    (5)将控制电源组件输出端正极与回弹针焊接;
    (6)将磁铁装入第一管体;
    (7)利用手压机将强磁组件压入烟管;
    (8)将控制电源组件装入封盖;
    (9)将封盖装入烟管;
    (10)将绝缘环装入金属组件;
    (11)雾化组件装入绝缘环;
    (12)电热丝组件装入发热体固定管;
    (13)装好固定管电热丝组件装上隔油硅胶座;
    (14)包储油棉;
    (15)将包好储油棉装入雾化管;
    (16)注油进储油棉;
    (17)装吸嘴,利用超声波机械将烟管与超声波熔接;
    (18)贴雾化器纸套,利用自动纸套机将纸套贴到雾化管表面上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述磁力插接式电子烟的制造方法,其特征在于:所述工序(12)电热丝组件装配方法,进一步包括:
    (12.1)使用机械工具:电容储能式热电偶焊接机、镊子、剪刀;
