Description

雾化组件及具有该雾化组件的电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种雾化组件及具有该雾化组件的电子烟。
背景技术
目前市场上的电子烟包括用于雾化烟液的雾化组件和用于为雾化组件供电的电池组件,当电子烟工作时,电池组件为雾化组件中的发热件供电,发热件发热使烟液雾化,以达到产生烟雾的效果。
参考图1,现有技术中,雾化组件与电池组件可拆卸连接,雾化组件包括吸嘴93、连接件91、雾化芯92,连接件91用于与电池组件连接。吸嘴93内部包括储油腔94和气流通道96。雾化芯92与连接件91连接,且位于气流通道96的进气口处,雾化芯92雾化储油腔94导过来的烟油后,产生的烟雾随着气流经气流通道96流出,进而从吸嘴93导出到用户口腔,以供吸食。
这种结构的电子烟存在如下缺陷:
1 、拆卸雾化芯繁琐:这种结构的电子烟,更换雾化芯92时,需先拆下与连接件91连接的电池组件,再拆卸连接件91、连接密封组件95,所以拆卸过程比较繁琐;
2 、烟油容易冷凝且冷凝的烟油不能及时清除:雾化芯92设置在靠近电池组件的一端,与吸嘴93相距较远,烟雾需经过比较长的气流通道96后才能到达吸嘴,烟油在此气流通道96内容易冷凝,使吸食到的烟雾口味不纯甚至吸食到冷凝的烟油;
3 、用户不能及时的清除冷凝的烟油,通气管中冷凝的烟油有可能会被二次雾化而降低口味纯正性。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述雾化芯拆卸过程繁琐、冷凝的烟油不能及时清除的缺陷,提供一种雾化组件及具有该雾化组件的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,包括连接组件、油杯组件、雾化套、雾化芯以及吸嘴,所述连接组件设置于所述油杯组件的一端并用于与所述电池组件进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化套设置于所述油杯组件的与所述连接组件位置相对的另一端,且所述雾化套的一端与所述油杯组件进行可拆卸连接、另一端位于所述油杯组件的外侧并与所述吸嘴相连;
所述油杯组件包括储油套及套设于所述储油套内的套管,所述储油套与所述套管之间形成有储油腔,所述储油套的一端设置有与所述储油腔相连通的加油口、所述储油套的另一端与所述连接组件固定连接;所述雾化芯的位于所述油杯组件外的一端插置于所述雾化套内并与所述雾化套进行可拆卸连接、所述雾化芯的另一端从所述油杯组件的加油口插置于所述油杯组件内并与所述油杯组件进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化芯包括雾化座、电热丝组件及第一电极,所述雾化座内设置有与所述吸嘴相连通的雾化腔,所述电热丝组件设置于所述雾化腔内并与所述第一电极电连接,所述第一电极插置于所述雾化座的一端并经由所述套管与所述连接组件电连接。

实施本发明的雾化组件及具有该雾化组件的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
本发明中雾化芯与所述雾化套进行可拆卸连接、另一端从所述油杯组件的加油口插置于所述油杯组件内并与所述油杯组件进行可拆卸连接,因此更换雾化芯时,可以通过拆卸雾化套后再将雾化芯拆卸,拆卸过程简单,且雾化芯设置在加油口处,因此烟雾可直接经吸嘴排除,不易冷凝;其次,通过所述雾化套包覆所述雾化芯,因而可避免雾化芯雾化时产生的热量危害到用户;第三,由于所述雾化芯及加油口设置在远离所述电池组件的一端,因而可避免因频繁拆卸导致松动以致烟油泄露至所述电池组件内的问题。
进一步的,雾化套还可包括一朝向所述吸嘴的用于存储冷凝烟油的回收腔,因此冷凝的烟油被集中收集,用户可以拆卸吸嘴后清理回收腔内冷凝的烟油,操作方便,便于及时清理。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
第一实施例:
本发明公开了雾化组件及具有该雾化组件的电子烟,参考图2-4,雾化组件包括连接组件1、油杯组件2、雾化套3、雾化芯4以及吸嘴5,所述连接组件1设置于所述油杯组件2的一端并用于与所述电池组件10进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化套3设置于所述油杯组件2的与所述连接组件1位置相对的另一端,且所述雾化套3的一端与所述油杯组件2进行可拆卸连接,所述雾化套3的另一端位于所述油杯组件2的外侧并与所述吸嘴5相连;
所述油杯组件2包括储油套21及套设于所述储油套21内的套管22,所述储油套21与所述套管22之间形成有储油腔,所述储油套21的一端设置有与所述储油腔相连通的加油口、另一端与所述连接组件1固定连接;所述雾化芯4的位于所述油杯组件2外的一端插置于所述雾化套3内并与所述雾化套3进行可拆卸连接、另一端从所述油杯组件2的加油口插置于所述油杯组件2内并与所述油杯组件2进行可拆卸连接。
第一实施例中,所述雾化套3的两端分别与所述吸嘴5及所述储油套21螺纹连接,所述雾化芯4的一端与所述油杯组件2螺纹连接,另一端与所述雾化套3通过涨紧配合的方式相抵紧。如此,当旋转拆卸雾化套3时,雾化芯4与所述雾化套3之间的涨紧配合的抵接也就自然的解除了,因此不会带动雾化芯4与储油套21之间连接的松动。
参考图4,并结合图5,所述雾化套3包括主体部和隔离部30,隔离部30为自所述主体部的内壁沿径向形成,所述隔离部30将所述雾化套3内部分隔形成一与所述吸嘴5相连通的用于回收冷凝的烟油的回收腔31,所述隔离部30开设有贯穿自身的第一通孔300,所述雾化芯4的一端穿设所述第一通孔300进行固定,本实施例中,此处的固定是指对雾化芯4进行限位固定,而后续的第二实施例中则是直接对雾化芯4进行可拆卸的固定连接。
具体的,主体部呈圆筒形,包括同轴连接的第一连接部310和自第一连接部310的端部缩径后轴向延伸形成的第二连接部320,所述第二连接部320的靠近所述第一连接部310一端的周向外侧壁开设有外螺纹,所述储油套21朝向所述吸嘴5的端部外套设有连接件6,所述连接件6的内壁开设有内螺纹,所述第二连接部320与所述连接件6螺纹连接,并使所述第一连接部310与连接件6的端部相互抵接。所述第二连接部320伸入所述储油套21的周向外侧壁开设有第二环形槽,所述第二环形槽内固定有一与所述储油套21过盈配合的第二密封圈8。
且第一连接部310的周向外壁凸设有滚花结构,在手持雾化套3进行拆卸时,滚花结构可以防滑,便于施力。
吸嘴5一端开放且内部中空,所述吸嘴5远离开放端的收径的一端沿径向开设有至少一个与所述吸嘴5内部连通的排烟孔51,所述吸嘴5的开放端外壁开设有外螺纹,雾化套3的第一连接部310的内部开设有与之匹配的内螺纹,吸嘴5与第一连接部310螺纹连接后,使得回收腔31朝向吸嘴5。
由于吸嘴5的排气口是径向开设的,因此,冷凝的烟油基本上都回流至回收腔31内,不易顺流至口腔,参考图6,用户可以直接将吸嘴5从雾化套3上旋转取下,即可使回收腔31敞露出来,用户可对其内存储的烟油进行清理。
其中,雾化芯4包括:雾化座41、雾化盖45、电热丝组件42、第一绝缘环44及第一电极43。
所述雾化座41一端开放,其内设置有与所述吸嘴5相连通的雾化腔,所述电热丝组件42设置于所述雾化腔内并与所述第一电极43电连接,所述雾化座41面向所述储油腔的侧壁开设有输油孔,所述电热丝组件42的一端伸出所述输油孔后延伸进所述储油腔,所述雾化座41底部开设有通孔,所述第一电极43嵌套所述第一绝缘环44并插置于该通孔内,实现与雾化座41的固定,第一电极43内部中空,雾化腔通过该第一电极43内部与套管22内部连通,第一电极43经由所述套管22与所述连接组件1电连接,此处可以利用电子线经套管22与所述连接组件1电连接,本实施例中,优选的通过一第二电极24的机械连接实现电连接。
本实施例中,所述雾化座41和套管22均由导电材料制成或者表面设置有导电层,即雾化座41作为与第一电极43对应的另一个电极。所述套管22内依次套设有第二绝缘环23和与所述连接组件1电连接的筒形的第二电极24,所述雾化座41远离开放端的端部外侧壁开设有外螺纹,所述套管22内壁开设有内螺纹,所述雾化座41与套管22螺纹连接,所述第二电极24与所述第一电极43相互抵接实现电连接,且所述雾化座41伸入所述套管22部分的周向侧壁开设有第一环形槽,所述第一环形槽内固定有一第一密封圈7,以防止储油腔内的烟油渗漏至套管22内。
其中,雾化盖45开设有贯穿自身的烟雾通道,所述雾化盖45的一端与所述雾化座41远离所述第一电极43的一端通过涨紧配合的方式插接相连,所述雾化盖45的另一端穿过所述隔离部30的第一通孔300并伸入所述回收腔31内,雾化腔通过雾化盖45的烟雾通道与吸嘴5连通进而实现排除烟雾。
其中,雾化盖45和隔离部30之间设置有防止烟油渗漏的密封件304,所述雾化盖45与所述隔离部30在轴向方向上通过涨紧配合的方式相抵紧,以使在拆卸所述雾化套3与储油套21的同时使所述雾化芯4与雾化套3之间的可拆卸连接解除。
具体的,所述雾化盖45包括与所述雾化座41插接以封盖雾化座41开放端的盖体部和穿设所述第一通孔300的筒形的连接部,所述密封件304与所述雾化盖45相匹配,密封件304中央开设有通孔,连接部穿设所述密封盖的通孔并伸入所述回收腔31内,且盖体部通过所述密封盖抵接在所述隔离部30上。
参考图5,更换雾化芯4时,可以先旋转拆卸雾化套3,雾化套3与雾化芯4之间的连接解除,使得雾化芯4裸露出来,再将雾化芯4从套管22内旋出,拆卸过程简单,且雾化芯4设置在加油口处,因此烟雾可直接经吸嘴5排除,不易冷凝。
继续参考图3,所述连接组件1具体包括:用于分别与所述油杯组件2和所述电池组件10可拆卸连接的连接座11和嵌套固定于所述连接座11内的用于与所述电池组件10电连接的下电极12,所述连接座11由导电材料制成或者表面设置有导电层。
本实施例中,套管22与所述连接座11可拆卸连接:所述套管22与所述连接座11通过涨紧配合的方式插接相连以实现拆卸连接,所述套管22的远离所述雾化芯4的一端的周向侧壁上沿径向凸起两个第二外凸缘,两个所述第二外凸缘围合形成一第三环形槽,所述套管22插接在所述连接座11内,第二外凸缘与所述连接座11相互抵持,且所述第三环形槽内固定一与所述储油套21过盈配合的第三密封圈9,此处套管22与使得烟油不能从储油腔渗漏至连接座11内,也就避免了烟油渗漏到电池组件10一侧,此部分密封连接一般也不会被拆卸,因此,密封性能不会因为频繁的拆卸而减弱。
当然,还可以设计套管22与所述储油套21一体成型:例如,所述储油套21靠近所述连接座11的内壁径向延伸形成一内凸缘,所述套管22为自所述内凸缘的边缘起沿朝向所述吸嘴5的方向轴向延伸形成的环形突起,所述内凸缘和环形突起的表面设置有导电层,所述连接座11嵌套连接在所述储油套21内并与内凸缘相互抵接,一体成型的结构,使得储油腔靠近连接座11的一端是完全封闭的,因此更加不用考虑烟油渗漏到电池组件10一侧的问题。
第二实施例:
参考图7,第二实施例与第一实施例的不同在于,所述雾化盖45通过螺纹连接可拆卸的固定在所述隔离部30的第一通孔300内,所述雾化座41可滑动地套设在所述套管22内,以使在所述雾化套3从所述储油套21上拆卸时将所述雾化芯4取出。
所述雾化座41一端开放,所述雾化座41固定所述第一电极43的一端可活动的套设在所述套管22内,且所述雾化座41伸入所述套管22部分的外壁开设有第一环形槽,第一环形槽内固定有一第一密封圈7;
所述雾化盖45的盖体部盖设在所述雾化座41的开放端,连接部靠近盖体部的一端的周向外壁开设有外螺纹,第一通孔300内开设有与之匹配的内螺纹,且所述盖体部盖设于所述雾化座41的端面的侧缘沿径向延伸形成第一外凸缘451,所述密封件304为设置于所述第一外凸缘451上的密封环,所述连接部与所述第一通孔300螺纹连接,所述密封环轴向抵接在所述第一外凸缘451与所述隔离部30之间。
更换雾化芯4时,参考图8,首先旋转拆卸雾化套3,由于雾化芯4与雾化套3螺纹连接固定了,所以雾化芯4从套管22内一起被取出,再参考图9,将雾化芯4从雾化套3上旋转拆卸即可。
第三实施例:
参考图10,第三实施例与第二实施例的区别在于,所述雾化盖45通过卡扣连接的方式可拆卸的固定在所述隔离部30的第一通孔300内。
在第一通孔300内壁沿径向方向设置有导向槽和与所述卡位槽垂直相通的弧形/环形的卡位槽,雾化盖45的连接部的外壁设置有与所述导向槽和所述卡位槽相匹配的凸部,将雾化盖45插入第一通孔300时,使得凸部正对所述导向槽,推动雾化盖45直至凸部到达卡位槽与导向槽连通处,再旋转雾化盖45即可实现雾化盖45的轴向固定。
综上所述,本发明中雾化芯与所述雾化套进行可拆卸连接、另一端从所述油杯组件的加油口插置于所述油杯组件内并与所述油杯组件进行可拆卸连接,因此更换雾化芯时,可以通过拆卸雾化套后再将雾化芯拆卸,拆卸过程简单,且雾化芯设置在加油口处,因此烟雾可直接经吸嘴排除,不易冷凝;其次,通过所述雾化套包覆所述雾化芯,因而可避免雾化芯雾化时产生的热量危害到用户;第三,由于所述雾化芯及加油口设置在远离所述电池组件的一端,因而可避免因频繁拆卸导致松动以致烟油泄露至所述电池组件内的问题。进一步的,雾化套还可包括一朝向所述吸嘴的用于存储冷凝烟油的回收腔,因此冷凝的烟油被集中收集,用户可以拆卸吸嘴后清理回收腔内冷凝的烟油,操作方便,便于及时清理。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件(10)组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,包括连接组件(1)、油杯组件(2)、雾化套(3)、雾化芯(4)以及吸嘴(5),所述连接组件(1)设置于所述油杯组件(2)的一端并用于与所述电池组件(10)进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化套(3)设置于所述油杯组件(2)的与所述连接组件(1)位置相对的另一端,且所述雾化套(3)的一端与所述油杯组件(2)进行可拆卸连接、另一端位于所述油杯组件(2)的外侧并与所述吸嘴(5)相连;
    所述油杯组件(2)包括储油套(21)及套设于所述储油套(21)内的套管(22),所述储油套(21)与所述套管(22)之间形成有储油腔,所述储油套(21)的一端设置有与所述储油腔相连通的加油口、所述储油套(21)的另一端与所述连接组件(1)固定连接;所述雾化芯(4)的位于所述油杯组件(2)外的一端插置于所述雾化套(3)内并与所述雾化套(3)进行可拆卸连接、所述雾化芯(4)的另一端从所述油杯组件(2)的加油口插置于所述油杯组件(2)内并与所述油杯组件(2)进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化芯(4)包括雾化座(41)、电热丝组件(42)及第一电极(43),所述雾化座(41)内设置有与所述吸嘴(5)相连通的雾化腔,所述电热丝组件(42)设置于所述雾化腔内并与所述第一电极(43)电连接,所述第一电极(43)插置于所述雾化座(41)的一端并经由所述套管(22)与所述连接组件(1)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(4)的一端与所述油杯组件(2)螺纹连接,所述雾化芯(4)的另一端与所述雾化套(3)通过涨紧配合的方式相抵紧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套(3)包括主体部和自所述主体部的内壁沿径向形成的隔离部(30),所述隔离部(30)将所述雾化套(3)内部分隔形成一与所述吸嘴(5)相连通的用于回收冷凝的烟油的回收腔(31),所述隔离部(30)开设有贯穿自身的第一通孔(300),所述雾化芯(4)的一端穿设所述第一通孔(300)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,
    所述雾化芯(4)还包括雾化盖(45),所述雾化盖(45)的一端与所述雾化座(41)远离所述第一电极(43)的一端连接,所述雾化盖(45)的另一端穿过所述隔离部(30)的第一通孔(300)并伸入所述回收腔(31)内,且所述雾化盖(45)和隔离部(30)之间设置有防止烟油渗漏的密封件(304),所述雾化座(41)固定有所述第一电极(43)的一端插设在所述套管(22)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述套管(22)与雾化座(41)螺纹连接,所述雾化盖(45)与所述隔离部(30)在所述雾化套(3)的轴向方向上通过涨紧配合的方式相抵紧,以使在拆卸所述雾化套(3)的同时使所述雾化芯(4)与雾化套(3)之间的可拆卸连接解除,进而裸露出所述雾化芯(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座(41)一端开放,所述雾化座(41)远离开放端的端部外侧壁开设有外螺纹,所述套管(22)内壁开设有内螺纹,所述雾化座(41)与套管(22)螺纹连接,且所述雾化座(41)伸入所述套管(22)部分的周向侧壁开设有第一环形槽,所述第一环形槽内固定有一第一密封圈(7);
    所述雾化盖(45)盖设在所述雾化座(41)的开放端,所述密封件(304)为开设有通孔的密封盖,所述雾化盖(45)穿设所述密封盖的通孔并伸入所述回收腔(31)内,且所述雾化盖(45)通过所述密封盖抵接在所述隔离部(30)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化盖(45)包括与所述雾化座(41)连接的盖体部和穿设所述第一通孔(300)的筒形的连接部,所述密封件(304)与所述雾化盖(45)相匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化盖(45)通过螺纹连接或者卡扣连接的方式可拆卸的固定在所述隔离部(30)的第一通孔(300)内,所述雾化座(41)可滑动地套设在所述套管(22)内,以使在所述雾化套(3)从所述储油套(21)上拆卸时将所述雾化芯(4)取出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化座(41)一端开放,所述雾化座(41)固定所述第一电极(43)的一端可活动的套设在所述套管(22)内,且所述雾化座(41)伸入所述套管(22)部分的外壁开设有第一环形槽,第一环形槽内固定有一第一密封圈(7);
    所述雾化盖(45)盖设在所述雾化座(41)的开放端,且所述雾化盖(45)盖设于所述雾化座(41)的端面的侧缘沿径向延伸形成第一外凸缘(451),所述密封件(304)为设置于所述第一外凸缘(451)上的密封环,所述雾化盖(45)可拆卸的安装在所述第一通孔(300)内,所述密封环抵接在所述第一外凸缘(451)与所述隔离部(30)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述主体部包括第一连接部(310)和自第一连接部(310)的端部缩径后轴向延伸形成的第二连接部(320),所述第二连接部(320)的靠近所述第一连接部(310)一端的周向外侧壁开设有外螺纹,所述储油套(21)朝向所述吸嘴(5)的端部外套设有连接件(6),所述连接件(6)的内壁开设有内螺纹,所述第二连接部(320)与所述连接件(6)螺纹连接,并使所述第一连接部(310)与连接件(6)的端部相互抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述第二连接部(320)伸入所述储油套(21)的周向外侧壁开设有第二环形槽,所述第二环形槽内固定有一与所述储油套(21)过盈配合的第二密封圈(8)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,
    所述雾化座(41)和套管(22)均由导电材料制成或者表面设置有导电层,所述雾化座(41)与第一电极(43)之间嵌套有第一绝缘环(44),所述套管(22)内依次套设有第二绝缘环(23)和与所述连接组件(1)电连接的第二电极(24),所述雾化座(41)固定所述第一电极(43)的一端插设在所述套管(22)内,并使所述第二电极(24)与所述第一电极(43)相互抵接实现电连接,
    所述雾化座(41)面向所述储油腔的侧壁开设有输油孔,所述电热丝组件(42)的一端伸出所述输油孔后延伸进所述储油腔。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套(3)的伸出所述储油套(21)的周向外壁凸设有滚花结构。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(5)一端开放且内部中空,所述吸嘴(5)远离开放端的一端沿径向开设有至少一个与所述吸嘴(5)内部连通的排烟孔(51),所述吸嘴(5)的开放端与所述雾化套(3)连接。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接组件(1)包括用于分别与所述油杯组件(2)和所述电池组件(10)可拆卸连接的连接座(11)和嵌套固定于所述连接座(11)内的用于与所述电池组件(10)电连接的下电极(12),所述连接座(11)由导电材料制成或者表面设置有导电层;
    所述套管(22)与所述储油套(21)一体成型,所述储油套(21)靠近所述连接座(11)的内壁径向延伸形成一内凸缘,所述套管(22)为自所述内凸缘的边缘起沿朝向所述吸嘴(5)的方向轴向延伸形成的环形突起,所述内凸缘和环形突起的表面设置有导电层,所述连接座(11)嵌套连接在所述储油套(21)内并与所述内凸缘相抵接以实现电连接。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接组件(1)包括用于分别与所述油杯组件(2)和所述电池组件(10)可拆卸连接的连接座(11)和嵌套固定于所述连接座(11)内的用于与所述电池组件(10)电连接的下电极(12),所述连接座(11)由导电材料制成或者表面设置有导电层;
    所述套管(22)与所述连接座(11)可拆卸连接,所述套管(22)的远离所述雾化芯(4)的一端的周向侧壁上沿径向凸起两个第二外凸缘,两个所述第二外凸缘围合形成一第三环形槽,
    所述套管(22)插接在所述连接座(11)内,所述第二外凸缘与所述连接座(11)相互抵持,且所述第三环形槽内固定一与所述储油套(21)过盈配合的第三密封圈(9)。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套(3)的两端分别与所述吸嘴(5)及所述储油套(21)螺纹连接。
  18. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括连接组件(1)、油杯组件(2)、雾化套(3)、雾化芯(4)以及吸嘴(5),所述连接组件(1)设置于所述油杯组件(2)的一端并用于与所述电池组件(10)进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化套(3)设置于所述油杯组件(2)的与所述连接组件(1)位置相对的另一端,且所述雾化套(3)的一端与所述油杯组件(2)进行可拆卸连接、另一端位于所述油杯组件(2)的外侧并与所述吸嘴(5)相连;
    所述油杯组件(2)包括储油套(21)及套设于所述储油套(21)内的套管(22),所述储油套(21)与所述套管(22)之间形成有储油腔,所述储油套(21)的一端设置有与所述储油腔相连通的加油口、所述储油套(21)的另一端与所述连接组件(1)固定连接;所述雾化芯(4)的位于所述油杯组件(2)外的一端插置于所述雾化套(3)内并与所述雾化套(3)进行可拆卸连接、所述雾化芯(4)的另一端从所述油杯组件(2)的加油口插置于所述油杯组件(2)内并与所述油杯组件(2)进行可拆卸连接;所述雾化芯(4)包括雾化座(41)、电热丝组件(42)及第一电极(43),所述雾化座(41)内设置有与所述吸嘴(5)相连通的雾化腔,所述电热丝组件(42)设置于所述雾化腔内并与所述第一电极(43)电连接,所述第一电极(43)插置于所述雾化座(41)的一端并经由所述套管(22)与所述连接组件(1)电连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套(3)包括主体部和自所述主体部的内壁沿径向形成的隔离部(30),所述隔离部(30)将所述雾化套(3)内部分隔形成一与所述吸嘴(5)相连通的用于回收冷凝的烟油的回收腔(31),所述隔离部(30)开设有贯穿自身的第一通孔(300),所述雾化芯(4)的一端穿设所述第一通孔(300);
    所述雾化芯(4)还包括雾化盖(45),所述雾化盖(45)的一端与所述雾化座(41)远离所述第一电极(43)的一端连接,所述雾化盖(45)的另一端穿过所述隔离部(30)的第一通孔(300)并伸入所述回收腔(31)内,且所述雾化盖(45)和隔离部(30)之间设置有防止烟油渗漏的密封件(304),所述雾化座(41)固定有所述第一电极(43)的一端插设在所述套管(22)内。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子烟,其特征在于,
    所述套管(22)与雾化座(41)螺纹连接,所述雾化盖(45)与所述隔离部(30)在所述雾化套(3)的轴向方向上通过涨紧配合的方式相抵紧,以使在拆卸所述雾化套(3)的同时使所述雾化芯(4)与雾化套(3)之间的可拆卸连接解除,进而裸露出所述雾化芯(4),
    或者,
    所述雾化盖(45)通过螺纹连接或者卡扣连接的方式可拆卸的固定在所述隔离部(30)的第一通孔(300)内,所述雾化座(41)可滑动地套设在所述套管(22)内,以使在所述雾化套(3)从所述储油套(21)上拆卸时将所述雾化芯(4)取出。
