b. 连接步骤:连接所述雾化装置与所述电池装置,使所述雾化装置分别电连接至所述电池组件的正极、负极。
实施本发明的电池组件、电子烟及其组装方法,具有以下有益效果:本发明的电子烟的电池装置的套管组件至少包括由硬性材料制成的第一套管以及包覆在所述第一套管外的由软性材料制成的第二套管,内层的硬质的第一套管可有效保护内部的电池组件,而所述第一套管外侧的软质的第二套管可以模拟真烟的柔软度,因此本发明的电子烟既可以有效保护内部的元件,整体结构连接稳固可靠,又兼具了真烟的手感,具有良好的工作性能和用户体验。
更近一步地,本发明的端盖与所述套管组件之间为卡扣连接,可拆分式的结构更便于组装,而包覆在所述第二套管外侧的第三套管则进一步对套管组件内的元件进行保护,且采用纸质套管或塑胶套管作为第三套管时,可进一步在所述第三套管上进行喷涂或印刷以增加电子烟外观的美感。

具体实施方式
为了克服现有技术由于硬性套管带来的电子烟缺乏拿捏手感及真烟柔软性的缺陷,而现有技术中软性一次性电子烟内的元件容易因外界压力受损所带来的安全差的问题,本发明的创新点在于:电池装置通过采用至少包括由硬性材料制成的第一套管 10 以及包覆在所述第一套管 10 外的由软性材料制成的第二套管 11 的套管组件 1 ,使得本发明的电子烟既可以保护内部的元件,又兼具真烟的柔软舒适度和手感。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现依据附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
实施例一
如图 1-3 所示,为本发明的较佳实施例之一提供的电池装置,可用于与雾化装置组装形成电子烟,雾化装置的结构为现有技术在此不做赘述。本实施例的雾化装置与电池装置的连接方式为卡扣连接,应当理解本发明的雾化装置与电池装置之间的连接关系不受限于此,也可以是例如磁性连接,螺纹连接或者一体化的结构。
参考图 1 ,本发明的电池装置包括用于与所述雾化装置电连接的电池组件以及套设在所述电池组件外围的套管组件 1 。套管组件 1 具有容纳电池组件的空腔,套管组件 1 一端安装有端盖 5 ,本实施例的端盖 5 与套管组件 1 之间的连接方式为涨紧连接,端盖 5 可采用例如硅胶等具有一定弹性的材料制成,部分扣入套管组件 1 内,端盖 5 外侧壁与套管组件 1 的所述内腔的内壁抵接并相互挤压,由此获得端盖 5 在套管组件 1 一端的固定。应当理解,本申请的端盖 5 与套管组件 1 之间的连接方式不限于上述涨紧连接,也可以是螺纹连接、磁性连接或其他连接方式。
本实施例的套管组件 1 包括由硬性材料制成的第一套管 10 、包覆在所述第一套管外的第二套管 11 ,以及包覆在第二套管 11 外围的第三套管 12 。所述第二套管 11 由软性材料制成,所述第一套管 10 的硬度大于所述第二套管 11 的硬度。特别地,制成上述第一套管 10 的上述硬性材料可选金属、塑胶或陶瓷等,而上述软性材料可选 EVA 、泡棉、硅胶或工业海绵等,即所述第二套管 11 可为 EVA 管、泡棉管、硅胶管或工业海绵管等。 EVA 是一种塑料物料,由乙烯 (E) 及乙烯基醋酸盐 (VA) 所组成。这两种化学物质比例可调较从而符合不同的应用需要,乙烯基醋酸盐 (VA) 的含量越高,其透明度,柔软度及坚韧度会相对提高,其为现有市场上销售的材料,在此不再赘述。图 1 所示电池装置的剖视图可以看出,第二套管 11 的厚度明显大于第一套管 10 及第三套管 12 的厚度。具体地,第二套管 11 的厚度可选的范围为 0.8-4mm ,由于第二套管 11 由软性材料制成且厚度明显大于第一套管 10 ,因此用具有本实施例的电池装置的电子烟具有真烟的柔软感,同时,硬性的第一套管 10 又可以有效地保护和固定内部的元件。
特别地,本实施例的套管组件 1 还包括贴附在第二套管 11 表面的第三套管 12 ,本实施例的第三套管 12 为软性的塑胶套管或纸质套管,第三套管 12 可防止第二套管 11 因外力磨擦而受损。第三套管 12 的厚度也小于第二套管 11 ,第三套管 12 的厚度可选为 0.05 mm -0.5mm ,当第三套管采用塑胶管时,第三套管 12 的厚度小于第一套管 10 ,因此较第一套管 10 薄的第三套管 12 在保护第二套管 11 的同时不影响用户在第三套管 12 外侧对第二套管 10 的柔软度的体验,因此确保了电池装置整体的柔软触感。此外第三套管 12 与第二套管 11 之间可采用胶粘方式固定连接,并且第三套管 12 可由塑胶或纸质材料直接在所述第二套管 11 上卷绕形成。由此可方便对所述套管组件 1 的拆装。此外第三套管 12 外侧还可以贴附装饰性的贴纸或者直接在第三套管 12 表面进行油漆喷涂或印刷等,由此可以增加电子烟的美感。
参考图 1 ,本实施例的电池装置的套管组件 1 具有三层式结构,第二套管 11 包括紧贴第一套管 10 的内表面以及紧贴第三套管 12 的外表面,第一套管 10 、第二套管 11 及第三套管 12 同轴套设,第三套管 12 通过胶粘固定贴附在第二套管 11 外表面,第一套管 10 与第二套管 11 之间涨紧套合。在一些非限定的实施例中,第三套管 12 可以为透明套管,而第二套管 11 外表面附有花纹和 / 或图案和 / 或荧光材料等,因此上述花纹和 / 或图案和 / 或荧光材料等可透过透明的第三套管 12 进行显示增加电子烟的美感,同时又可以避免由于长时间使用电子烟对上述花纹和 / 或图案和 / 或荧光材料造成磨损。上述图案或花纹或银光材料可以具有但不限于凹凸状的立体结构。
参考图2,所述电池组件包括封装在套管组件1内的电池2、位于电池2与端盖5之间的控制组件4以及延伸至所述套管组件1远离端盖5的一端内的用于与雾化装置电连接的连接件,电池2分别与控制组件4及连接件电连接。控制组件4包括PCB控制板及气流传感器,其功能及具体结构属于现有技术,在此不做赘述。连接件包括分别与电池2的正/负极电连接的第一电极30、第二电极32,第一电极30与第二电极32之间具有绝缘件31,雾化装置与本实施例的电池装置连接时,所述雾化装置通过与上述第一电极30、第二电极32电连接实现与电池2的连接。如图3所示,第二电极32为环形弹片,为了保持所述环形弹片在套件组件内的固定,本实施例所述套管组件1远离端盖5的一端还固定有连接套32,连接套32侧壁缩径形成有第一卡槽,上述环形弹片套设在第一卡槽上由此保持相对固定,同时第一卡槽上侧壁开设有通孔,所述雾化装置经所述通孔与弹片抵接。绝缘件31与连接套32至少部分套合,所述绝缘件31外侧壁与所述连接套32的外侧壁分别抵接第一套管10内壁。
如图4所示本实施例的第一电极30为弹簧电极,包括固定套301及部分卡合在固定套301中的凸起303,凸起303与固定套301活动连接,凸起303可沿所述电池装置轴向运动。凸起303与固定套301形成有容置腔,容置腔中插置有弹簧302。弹簧302一端抵接凸起303,弹簧302另一端抵接固定套301,弹簧向凸起303提供沿所述电池装置轴向的弹性力。绝缘件31内形成用于收容并固定第一电极30的容纳空间。
如图5所示,端盖5与套管组件1的连接位置处开设有与外界空气连通的通气槽50。控制组件4与端盖5扣接,通气槽50延伸并连通至控制组件4与电池2之间的第一间隙,电池2与第一套管10之间留有用于通气的气流间隙,同时连接件与电池2之间具有第二间隙,同时从图2可以看出第一电极30连通第二间隙,因此上述通气槽50、所述第一间隙、电池2与第一套管10之间用于通气的所述气流间隙、所述第二间隙以及上述的连接件参与形成电子烟的电池装置的气流通道。
此外,本发明还提供一种电子烟,包括雾化装置和为所述雾化装置提供电力的电池装置,所述电池装置与本发明提供的电池装置具有相同的技术特征,在此不做赘述。如图 6 所示,本实施例中的电子烟包括雾化装置 200 和上述图 1-3 所示的电池装置,由于电池装置具有上述的连接件,本实施例的电子烟的雾化装置 200 包括与电池装置的连接件对接的连接头,连接头外侧突出有弹扣 201 ,雾化装置与电池装置对接时,弹扣 201 落入上述的通孔并与第二电极 32 即上述的弹片抵接。连接头侧壁还开设有进气孔,雾化装置与电池装置扣接稳定后,该进气孔与上述电池装置的气流通道连通,因此经上述通气槽 50 流入电池装置内的上述气流通道的空气最终经上述进气孔流入雾化装置 200 内进行雾化。
实施例二
参考图 7 ,本实施例的电池装置与上述实施例一的不同之处在于,本实施例的电池装置与雾化装置为一体结构的电子烟,因此本实施例的套管组件 1 内收容了电池组件及雾化装置。本实施例中的电池组件包括用于向雾化组件供电的电池以及控制组件 4 ,本实施例的电池直接与雾化装置电连接供电,从图 7 可以看出,雾化装置沿远离电池 2 的方向依次连通并同轴安装的雾化支架 6 、雾化座 7 、套设在雾化座 7 一端的通气管 8 、安装在通气管 8 远离端盖 5 的一端并部分延伸至通气管 8 内的密封圈 21 以及安装在套管组件 1 远离端盖 5 一端的吸嘴盖 22 ,吸嘴盖 22 上开设有吸嘴口。通气管 8 外周包覆有用于储存烟油的储油棉 9 ,通气管径向穿设有发热组件 10 ,发热组件 10 用于与电池 2 电连接由电池 2 供电生热进而对储油棉 9 内的烟油进行雾化。本实施例的电池 2 的正极、负极分别直接通过导电线与上述发热组件 10 连接,由此可以节省工艺,简化组装工序。
本实施例的套管组件 1 也具有与实施例一的套管组件 1 的结构特征,因此不作赘述。
进一步地,本发明还提供一种电子烟的组装方法,用于电子烟,所述电子烟包括雾化装置和电池装置,所述电池装置与上述实施例提供的电池装置具有相同的技术特征,在此不做赘述,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a. 接通步骤:提供至少包括由硬性材料制成的第一套管 10 以及包覆在所述第一套管外的由软性材料制成的第二套管 11 的套管组件 1 ,第二套管 11 的硬度小于第一套管 10 ,将所述套管组件 1 套设在电池组件外围;
b. 连接步骤:连接所述雾化装置与所述电池装置,使所述雾化装置分别电连接至所述电池组件的正极、负极。
所述方法还可以包括:在所述第二套管 11 外侧套设第三套管 12 ,第三套管 12 为塑胶套管或纸质套管,第三套管 12 的厚度小于或等于第一套管 10 的厚度。
进一步地,对于上述图 4 所示实施例一的电子烟而言,所示步骤 b 进一步包括通过上述连接头与所述连接件的匹配实现雾化装置与电池装置之间的电连接。
相应地,对于图 7 所示的实施例二所示的电子烟而言,上述步骤 b 进一步包括,向所述套管组件 1 内装入雾化装置并将电池组件内的电池 2 直接与雾化装置电连接。
综上所述,本发明的电子烟的电池装置的套管组件至少包括由硬性材料制成的第一套管 10 以及包覆在所述第一套管 10 外的由软性材料制成的第二套管 11 ,内层的硬质的第一套管 10 可有效保护内部的电池组件,而所述第一套管 10 外侧的软质的第二套管 11 可以模拟真烟的柔软度,因此本发明的电子烟既可以有效保护内部的元件,整体结构连接稳固可靠,又兼具了真烟的手感,具有良好的工作性能和用户体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电池装置,用于与雾化装置组合形成电子烟,所述电池装置包括与所述雾化装置电连接的电池组件以及套设在所述电池组件外围的套管组件( 1 ),其特征在于,所述套管组件( 1 )至少包括第一套管( 10 )、包覆在所述第一套管( 10 )外的第二套管( 11 )及包覆在所述第二套管( 11 )外侧的第三套管( 12 ),所述第一套管( 10 )的硬度大于所述第二套管( 11 )的硬度。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第一套管( 10 )套设固定所述电池组件,所述第一套管( 10 )为金属管、塑胶管或陶瓷管。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第二套管( 11 )为 EVA 管、泡棉管、硅胶管或工业海绵管。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第二套管( 11 )的厚度为 0.8 mm -4mm 。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述电池组件还包括设置在所述套管组件( 1 )一端的端盖( 5 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述端盖( 5 )与所述套管组件( 1 )之间的连接方式为卡扣连接。
  7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述电池组件包括封装在所述套管组件( 1 )内的电池( 2 )、位于所述电池( 2 )和所述端盖( 5 )之间的控制组件( 4 )以及延伸至所述套管组件( 1 )远离所述端盖( 5 )的一端内的用于与所述雾化装置连接的连接件,所述电池( 2 )用于分别与所述连接件和所述控制组件( 4 )电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述连接件包括由内向外依次套设相连的第一电极( 30 )、绝缘件( 31 )和第二电极( 32 ),所述第一电极( 30 )与所述电池( 2 )的正极电连接,所述第二电极( 32 )与所述电池( 2 )的负极电连接,且所述第一电极( 30 )和所述第二电极( 32 )用于与所述雾化装置电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第三套管( 12 )为塑胶套管或纸质套管。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第三套管( 12 )的厚度小于所述第二套管( 11 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第二套管( 11 )包括紧贴所述第一套管( 10 )的内表面以及紧贴所述第三套管( 12 )的外表面,所述第一套管( 10 )、第二套管( 11 )及第三套管( 12 )依次同轴套设在所述电池组件外围。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第三套管( 12 )的厚度为 0.05 mm -0.5mm 。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第三套管( 12 )与所述第二套管( 11 )之间通过胶粘固定。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电池装置,其特征在于,所述第三套管( 12 )为透明套管,所述第二套管( 11 )的外表面具有图案或花纹。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括雾化装置和为所述雾化装置供电的电池装置,其特征在于,所述电池装置为如权利要求 1 所述的电池装置。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置与所述电池装置为一体结构或可拆卸连接的结构。
  17. 一种电子烟的组装方法,所述电子烟包括雾化装置和电池装置,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    a. 接通步骤:提供至少包括第一套管( 10 )、包覆在所述第一套管外的第二套管( 11 )以及包覆在所述第三套管( 11 )外围的第三套管( 12 )的套管组件( 1 ),所述第一套管( 10 )的硬度大于所述第二套管( 11 )的硬度,将所述套管组件( 1 )套设在电池组件外围;
    b. 连接步骤:连接所述雾化装置与所述电池装置,使所述雾化装置分别电连接至所述电池组件的正极、负极。
