实施本发明所述的雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明所提供的雾化器中的储油瓶的位置远离吸烟端,避免现有技术中的烟油泄露至烟雾通道内及烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝,使得本发明所提供的电子烟能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化及冷凝的烟油; 雾化器中雾化组件的结构紧凑、能较好地避免漏油。此外,在储油瓶与雾化器之间增加端盖,安装储油瓶时,雾化芯顶开端盖的盖体伸入储油瓶中,烟油能正常流入雾化器中雾化,不影响雾化组件的正常使用。拆卸储油瓶时,盖体在弹性回复力的作用下随着雾化芯的移出而自动复位至闭合状态;此时,端盖能有效避免储油瓶内的烟油溅出,还能使储油瓶内的烟油与外界气体隔离, 避免储油瓶内的香精香料挥发、分解或氧化,从而避免烟油的变味变质。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案以及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示,本发明的第一较佳实施例提供了一种雾化组件 1 ,其用于与电池组件 2 和吸烟端 3 组合形成电子烟(参阅图 13 )。该雾化组件 1 包括用于容纳烟油的储油瓶 10 和用于雾化所述烟油的雾化器 20 ,雾化器 20 用于与电池组件 2 相连的一端设置有排烟口,雾化器 20 背离排烟口的一端与储油瓶 10 相连;储油瓶 10 具有开口部 11 ,雾化组件还包括可转动的设置在开口部 11 内的盖体 32 。
在本实施例中,雾化器 20 包括至少一端插在储油瓶 10 内以用于雾化烟油的雾化芯 21 ,雾化组件还包括 可拆卸的设置在 开口部 11 的 端盖 30 ,包括本体 31 和安装在本体 31 上的所述盖体 32 ,盖体 32 与本体 31 弹性连接以确保盖体 32 可相对于本体 31 转动。
可以理解的是,端盖 30 也可以不包含本体 31 ,盖体 32 直接可转动的设置在开口部 11 的内壁上(图中未示出),只要满足在雾化芯 21 穿过开口部时,盖体 32 能被打开并抵持在雾化芯 21 的侧壁上;且在雾化芯 21 移出开口部 11 时,盖体 32 能自动复位至闭合状态,使储油瓶 10 内的烟油与外界隔离即可。
雾化器 20 包括雾化芯 21 和第一连接件 22 ,雾化芯 21 固定在第一连接件 22 上。第一连接件 22 大致为中空的管状结构,其一端固定有雾化芯 21 ;第一连接件 22 的另一端设置有用于与储油瓶 10 连接固定的内螺纹结构。雾化芯 21 的一端卡设固定在第一连接件 22 的端部;其另一端穿过第一连接件 22 从第一连接件 22 的另一端伸出,并顶开盖体 32 伸入至储油瓶 10 的内部 。
优选的,雾化器 20 与储油瓶 10 同轴设置并可拆卸的连接。
图 1 结合图 2 示出的雾化器 20 的立体图,雾化芯 21 包括伸入至储油瓶 10 内部的雾化套管 201 以及固定在雾化套管 201 内部的烟油锁存件 202 ,且烟油锁存件 202 的外壁面与雾化套管 201 的内壁面相贴合,烟油锁存件 202 从储油瓶 10 内部吸取烟油并输送给雾化芯 21 雾化。雾化套管 201 的侧壁上开设有多个通气孔,当使用者吸烟时,外界空气通过第一连接件 22 侧壁上开设的通孔和通气孔进入雾化芯 21 内,与由烟油雾化形成的烟雾混合后通过烟雾通道进入使用者口中。所述烟油锁存件 202 可以由棉或玻璃纤维等材质制成,在此不作限定。
图 1 结合图 3 示出的储油瓶 10 的立体图,储油瓶 10 包括用于与端盖 30 和雾化器 20 相连接的开口部 11 以及用于容纳烟油的瓶体 12 ,储油瓶 10 优选为一体成型结构。开口部 11 的外壁上开设有与第一连接件 22 端部的内螺纹结构相匹配的外螺纹,可通过所述螺纹结构使储油瓶 10 与雾化器 20 可拆卸的相互连接。
在本实施例中,开口部 11 沿储油瓶 10 的瓶体 12 缩径延伸形成圆筒状,盖体 32 可转动地设置在开口部 11 和瓶体 12 的连接处,雾化套管 201 穿过开口部 11 并延伸至储油瓶 10 内。可以理解的是,储油瓶 10 的形状并不限于此,开口部 11 可以与瓶体 12 具有相同的外径甚至是具有比瓶体 12 更大的直径,本实施例只是给出了最优方案,但并不限制本发明。
根据图 4 和图 5 示出的端盖 30 的立体图,端盖 30 包括可拆卸的嵌入式固定在开口部 11 的本体 31 、可转动的设置在本体 31 底部的盖体 32 以及用于弹性连接本体 31 与盖体 32 的弹性件 33 。
其中,本体 31 大致为中空的管结构,其上开设有贯穿本体 31 的供油通孔 313 ,且当雾化套管 201 穿过供油通孔 313 时,两者之间无间隙配合以避免烟油通过两者间的间隙漏出。本体 31 一端的环形端面上设置有一对安装耳板 311 ,每一安装耳板 311 上都开设有用于固定弹性件 33 的安装通孔;其另一端的外壁径向延伸出一环形凸台 312 ,该环形凸台 312 抵持在开口部 11 的端面上,用于限制端盖 30 位移。此外,本体 31 的外壁与开口部 11 的内壁无间隙配合,以防止烟油沿着两者之间的间隙漏出;凸台 312 的端面与开口部 11 的端面抵接, 用于防止烟油通过本体 31 与开口部 11 之间的间隙外漏 。
盖体 32 大致为圆盘结构,其大小与供油通孔 313 相匹配,优选的,盖体 32 略大于供油通孔 313 ,以确保其能完全遮盖住供油通孔 313 ,使得端盖 30 处于闭合状态时,油瓶 10 内的烟油无法流出。
盖体 32 套设在弹性件 33 上,弹性件 33 所施加的弹性回复力能确保在雾化芯 21 移出开口部 11 时,盖体 32 能自动回复至与本体 31 端面贴合的闭合状态;此时,盖体 32 完全遮住供油通孔 313 ,阻挡油瓶 10 内的烟油流出,端盖 30 也相应的处于闭合状态。
在雾化芯 21 的一端顶开盖体 32 穿过开口部 11 的过程中,盖体 32 在雾化芯 21 的作用下克服弹性件 33 的弹性回复力,绕弹性件 33 向远离本体 31 的方向转动,直至储油瓶 10 与雾化器 20 可拆卸的连接;此时,盖体 32 的端面与本体 31 的端面接近垂直,并在弹性件 33 的弹性回复力的作用下抵靠在雾化套管 201 的侧壁上,开口部 11 完全打开,端盖 30 也相应的处于开启状态。
图 6 示出了储油瓶 10 与雾化器 20 拆分的内部结构图,在雾化器 20 移出储油瓶 10 的过程中,旋转第一连接件 22 以解除其与储油瓶 10 之间的螺纹连接,将雾化套管 201 通过端盖 30 上的供油通孔 313 从储油瓶 10 中抽出,直至雾化套管 201 与储油瓶 10 完全分离。
随着雾化套管 201 的移出,雾化套管 201 相对于盖体 32 移动,盖体 32 的端面在弹性件 33 的作用下抵靠在雾化套管 201 的侧壁上,并保持与本体 31 的端面接近垂直的状态,直至雾化套管 201 的端部与盖体 32 相接触;继续移出雾化套管 201 ,盖体 32 在弹性件 33 的作用下也随着雾化套管 201 沿靠近本体 31 的方向转动复位,直至雾化套管 201 完全脱离盖体 32 ,此时,盖体 32 回复与本体 31 端面贴合的闭合状态,端盖 30 也相应的处于闭合状态。
上述移出雾化芯 21 的过程中,在弹性件 33 的作用下,盖体 32 始终抵靠在雾化芯 21 的侧壁上直至盖体 32 的端面与本体 31 的端面贴合;即在雾化套管 201 的整个抽出过程中,盖体 32 也随之转动复位,供油通孔 313 始终受到雾化套管 201 、烟油锁存件 202 或盖体 32 的遮挡,使得储油瓶 10 内的烟油在该过程中无法溅出。
当雾化芯 21 完全脱离盖体 32 后,盖体 32 完全遮挡供油通孔 313 ,端盖 30 处于闭合状态,此时,储油瓶 10 内的烟油也无法流出。因此,在将储油瓶 10 从雾化器 20 上拆卸下来的过程中,端盖 30 能有效避免储油瓶 10 内的烟油溅出或漏出。
此外,与雾化器 20 完全分离的储油瓶 10 的端部仍然固定有端盖 30 ,此时,端盖 30 处于闭合状态,储油瓶 10 内的烟油通过盖体 32 与外界气体隔离,可有效避免储油瓶 10 内的香精香料挥发、分解或氧化,从而避免烟油的变味变质。
图 7 示出了图 6 中 A 部的放大图,可以看到雾化芯 21 还包括电极组件、雾化座 205 、与电极组件电连接的电热丝组件 206 以及烟油锁存件 202 。雾化套管 201 套设在电极组件外并插设于储油瓶 10 内,雾化芯 21 内还设置有用于容置电热丝组件 206 的雾化腔207。
其中,用于与外部电池组件电连接的电极组件包括第一电极 203 和第二电极 2 04 ,第一电极 203 插装在雾化座 205 内,第二电极 204 安装在雾化套管 201 内,雾化座 203 设置在第二电极 204 与第一电极 203 之间并使第一电极 203 和第二电极 204 电性绝缘。第一电极 203 和第二电极 204 用于将外部电池组件所供的电提供给电热丝组件 206 ,使其温度升高以雾化烟油。电热丝组件 206 设置于雾化套管 201 内的烟雾通道上并与电极组件电连接,用于将烟油转变成烟雾,烟雾通过烟雾通道进入使用者口部。烟油锁存件 202 用于给电热丝组件 206 提供烟油,且其外周面与雾化套管 201 的内周面相贴合,优选为实心柱形结构。通过设置所述烟油锁存件 202 ,从而使烟油合理地输送给所述电热丝组件 206 进行雾化,避免了过度地输送烟油、漏油或电热丝组件 206 干烧的情况。
图 8 示出了图 6 中 B 部的放大图,可以看到,在本实施例中,弹性件 33 优选为弹簧,弹性件 33 的一端固定在本体 31 上,另一端抵在盖体 32 远离本体 31 的端面上。
优选的,当端盖 30 处于图中所示的闭合状态时,弹性件 33 处于拉伸状态,即弹性件 33 向盖体 32 施加弹性回复力,使盖体 32 能抵在本体 31 的端部,以提高端盖 30 的密封能力。
可以理解的是,弹性件 33 并不限于本实施例中的弹簧,还可以是其他弹性结构,只要能通过其弹性回复力使端盖 30 能实现开启和自动关闭即可,具体结构在此不做具体限定。
图 9 至图 12 示出了本发明雾化组件的第二较佳实施例,其与第一较佳实施例的不同之处在于端盖 30 的结构,其他结构均与第一较佳实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
如图 9 所示,在本实施例中,端盖 30 的本体 31 和盖体 32 为一体成型结构,端盖 30 本身采用弹性材料制成,可以通过材料自身的弹性使端盖 30 随着雾化芯 201 的穿过或移出开口部 11 ,从而在开启和关闭状态之间切换,进而减少了第一实施例中弹性件 33 的设计,简化了端盖 30 的结构。
如图 10 所示,盖体 32 与本体 31 部分连接,且盖体 32 在自身弹性回复力的作用下抵靠在本体 31 的端面上。
与第一实施例类似,从雾化器 20 上拆卸储油瓶 10 和端盖 30 时,即雾化芯 21 移出开口部 11 时,端盖 30 处于闭合状态(如图 11 所示),盖体 32 完全遮住供油通孔 313 ,阻挡油瓶 10 内的烟油流出。同时,储油瓶 10 内的烟油通过盖体 32 与外界气体隔离,可有效避免储油瓶 10 内的香精香料挥发、分解或氧化,从而避免烟油的变味变质。
雾化器 20 穿过端盖 30 伸入储油瓶 10 内时,雾化套管 201 顶开盖体 32 ,使盖体 32 向远离本体 31 的方向转动,直至雾化套管 201 伸入储油瓶 10 内部;此时,盖体 32 的端面与本体 31 的端面接近垂直(如图 12 所示),并在端盖 30 材料自身的弹性回复力的作用下抵靠在雾化套管 201 的外壁上,端盖 30 处于开启状态。固定在雾化套管 201 内的烟油锁存件 202 位于储油瓶 10 的瓶体 12 内,吸取储油瓶 10 内的烟油。
如图 13 所示,基于上述雾化组件 1 的结构,本发明还提供了一种电子烟的立体图,该电子烟包括如前所述的雾化组件 1 、为雾化组件 1 供电的电池组件 2 以及吸烟端 3 。电池组件 2 包括与第一连接件 1 一体成型或可拆卸地连接在第一连接件 1 上的电池套管 21a 。
如图 14 所示,在本实施例中,电池组件 2 的一端与吸烟端 3 连接,另一端可拆卸的连接在雾化组件 2 上,电池套管 21a 与第一连接件 22 采用螺纹连接的方式进行连接。电池套管 21a 与第一连接件 22 亦可采用其它的可拆卸连接方式,例如卡扣连接等,优选的,雾化组件 1 与电池组件 2 可拆卸的相互连接。由于所述电池组件 2 设置于所述吸烟端 3 所述与雾化组件 2 之间,吸烟时吸烟者通常夹持在所述电池组件 2 上,因而避免了雾化组件 2 工作时放热而烫手的情况,提高了电子烟的安全性。
如前所述,雾化组件 1 包括雾化器 20 和与雾化器 20 同轴设置且可拆卸连接的储油瓶 10 ;雾化器 20 包括用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯 21 和与电池组件 2 电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于储油瓶 10 内的雾化套管 201 ,以及与电极组件电连接的电热丝组件 206 ,雾化芯 21 内还设置有用于容置电热丝组件 206 的雾化腔。
储油瓶 10 具有开口部 11 ,开口部 11 沿储油瓶 10 的瓶体 12 缩径延伸形成圆筒状;雾化组件还包括可拆卸的容置于开口部 11 内的端盖 30 ;端盖 30 包括本体 31 和可转动的设置在本体 31 上的盖体 32 。
盖体 32 用于在雾化芯 21 的一端穿过开口部 11 时被打开并抵持在雾化芯 13 的侧壁上;盖体 32 还用于在雾化芯 21 移出开口部 11 时,自动复位至闭合状态,使储油瓶 10 内的烟油与外界隔离。
电池 22a 安装在电池套管 21a 内,通过与雾化器 21 内的第一电极 203 和第二电极 204 电连接的相关电极向雾化器 20 供电,以加热电热丝组件 206 以雾化烟油。
雾化套管 201 和固定其内的烟油锁存件 202 穿过端盖 30 伸入储油瓶 10 内,使端盖 30 处于开启状态,烟油能流入雾化套管 201 内并通过烟油锁存件 202 和雾化腔 207 向电热丝组件 206 提供烟油,端盖 30 的增加不影响电子烟的正常使用。
当将储油瓶 10 与雾化器 20 拆开时,如前所述,端盖 30 能有效避免储油瓶 10 内的烟油溅出,还能使储油瓶 10 内的烟油与外界气体隔离,避免储油瓶 10 内的香精香料挥发、分解或氧化,从而避免烟油的变味变质。
综上所述, 本发明所提供的雾化器中的储油瓶的位置远离吸烟端,避免现有技术中的烟油泄露至烟雾通道内及烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝,使得本发明所提供的电子烟能够有效的防止用户吸食未经雾化及冷凝的烟油;雾化器 20 中雾化组件的结构紧凑、能较好地避免漏油。此外,在储油瓶 10 与雾化器 20 之间增加端盖 30 ,安装储油瓶 10 时,端盖 30 被雾化套管 201 顶开进入开启状态,烟油能正常流入雾化芯 21 中雾化,不影响雾化组件的正常使用。拆卸储油瓶 10 时,端盖 30 在弹性回复力的作用下随着雾化套管 201 的抽出而转动扣合以进入闭合状态;此时,端盖 30 能有效避免储油瓶 10 内的烟油溅出,还能使储油瓶 10 内的烟油与外界气体隔离,避免储油瓶 10 内的香精香料挥发、分解或氧化,从而避免烟油的变味变质。

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件( 2 )组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括雾化器( 20 )和用于容纳烟油的储油瓶( 10 ),所述雾化器( 20 )用于与所述电池组件( 2 )相连的一端设置有排烟口,所述雾化器( 20 )背离所述排烟口的一端与所述储油瓶( 10 )相连;所述雾化器( 20 )包括至少一端插设在所述储油瓶( 10 )内以用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯( 21 ),所述储油瓶( 10 )具有开口部( 11 ),所述雾化组件还包括可转动的设置在所述开口部( 11 )内的盖体( 32 );
    所述盖体( 32 )用于在所述雾化芯( 21 )的一端穿过所述开口部( 11 )时被打开;在所述雾化芯( 21 )移出所述开口部( 11 )时,自动复位至闭合状态,使所述储油瓶( 10 )内的所述烟油与外界隔离。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯( 21 )包括用于与所述电池组件( 2 )电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于所述储油瓶( 10 )内的雾化套管( 201 ),以及与所述电极组件电连接的电热丝组件( 206 ),所述雾化芯( 21 )内还设置有用于容置所述电热丝组件( 206 )的雾化腔,所述雾化套管( 201 )内设有用于将所述储油瓶( 10 )内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件( 206 )进行雾化的烟油锁存件( 202 ),所述烟油锁存件( 202 )的外周面与所述雾化套管( 201 )的内周面相贴合。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述开口部( 11 )沿所述储油瓶( 10 )的瓶体( 12 )缩径延伸形成圆筒状,所述盖体( 32 )可转动地安装在所述开口部( 11 )和所述瓶体( 12 )所邻接处,所述雾化套管( 201 )穿过所述开口部( 11 )并延伸至所述储油瓶( 10 )内。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括 可拆卸的容置于所述 开口部( 11 )内 的 端盖( 30 ) ; 所述端盖( 30 )包括所述盖体( 32 )和用于设置所述 盖体( 32 ) 的本体( 31 ); 所述本体( 31 )上还开设有供所述雾化套管( 201 )穿过的供油通孔( 313 ), 所述 盖体( 32 ) 可转动的设置在所述本体( 31 )上。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的 雾化组件 ,其特征在于,沿所述本体( 31 )靠近所述开口部( 11 )的一端外壁径向延伸出一环形凸台( 312 ),所述环形凸台( 312 )抵持在所述开口部( 11 )的端面上,用于限制所述端盖( 30 )位移 。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述本体( 31 )可拆卸的嵌入所述开口部( 11 ),所述本体( 31 )的外壁与所述开口部( 11 )的内壁无间隙配合,且所述环形 凸台( 312 )的端面与所述开口部( 11 ) 的端面抵接,用于防止所述烟油通过所述本体( 31 )与所述开口部( 11 )之间的间隙外漏。
  7. 根据权利要求 4 所述的 雾化组件 ,其特征在于,所述端盖( 30 )还包括用于弹性连接所述本体( 31 )与所述盖体( 32 )的弹性件( 33 ),在所述雾化芯( 21 )移出所述开口部( 11 )时,所述盖体( 32 )在所述弹性件( 33 )的弹性回复力的作用下,自动复位至闭合状态。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,沿所述本体( 31 )的端面轴向延伸有安装耳板( 311 ),所述弹性件( 33 )安装在所述安装耳板( 311 )上,所述盖体( 32 )可转动的安装在所述弹性件( 33 )上 。
  9. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述本体( 31 )与所述盖体( 32 )为一体成型结构,且所述本体( 31 )与所述盖体( 32 )采用弹性材料制成; 在所述雾化芯( 21 )移出所述开口部( 11 )时,所述盖体( 32 )在所述弹性材料自身弹性回复力的作用下自动复位至闭合状态。
  10. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化套管( 201 )的一端穿过所述供油通孔( 313 )并与所述本体( 31 )之间无间隙配合。
  11. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述雾化器( 20 )还包括用于与所述储油瓶( 10 )连接的第一连接件( 22 ),所述雾化芯( 21 )可拆卸的安装在所述第一连接件( 22 )上 ;
    所述雾化芯( 21 )的一端穿过所述第一连接件( 22 )和所述开口部( 11 )并插置于所述储油瓶( 10 )内;所述雾化芯( 21 )上开设有连通所述雾化器( 20 )外部的进气口,所述雾化芯( 21 )远离所述储油瓶( 10 )的一端开设有供烟雾排出的出气口;所述进气口与所述出气口之间形成供气流流通的通道。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述烟油锁存件( 202 )为实心柱形结构。
  13. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电极组件包括分别用于与所述电池组件( 2 )电连接的第一电极( 203 )和第二电极( 204 );所述第二电极( 204 )套设在所述第一电极( 203 )的外部;所述雾化套管( 201 )套设在所述第二电极( 204 )外部,设置在所述第一电极( 203 )与所述第二电极( 204 )之间的雾化座( 203 )使所述第一电极( 203 )与所述第二电极( 204 )电性绝缘。
  14. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化器( 20 )与所述储油瓶( 10 )同轴设置并可拆卸的连接。
  15. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,以及给所述雾化组件供电的电池组件( 2 )。
  16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述雾化芯( 21 )包括用于与所述电池组件( 2 )电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于所述储油瓶( 10 )内的雾化套管( 201 ),以及与所述电极组件电连接的电热丝组件( 206 ),所述雾化芯( 21 )内还设置有用于容置所述电热丝组件( 206 )的雾化腔,所述雾化套管( 201 )内设有用于将所述储油瓶( 10 )内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件( 206 )进行雾化的烟油锁存件( 202 ),所述烟油锁存件( 202 )的外周面与所述雾化套管( 201 )的内周面相贴合。
  17. 根据权利要求 15 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括 可拆卸的容置于所述 开口部( 11 )内 的 端盖( 30 ) ; 所述端盖( 30 )包括所述盖体( 32 )与用于设置所述 盖体( 32 ) 的本体( 31 ); 所述本体( 31 )上还开设有供所述雾化芯( 21 )通过的供油通孔( 313 ), 所述 盖体( 32 ) 可转动的设置在所述本体( 31 )上。
  18. 根据权利要求 17 所述的 电子烟 ,其特征在于,所述端盖( 30 )还包括用于弹性连接所述本体( 31 )与所述盖体( 32 )的弹性件( 33 ),在所述雾化芯( 21 )移出所述开口部( 11 )时,所述盖体( 32 )在所述弹性件( 33 )的弹性回复力的作用下,自动复位至闭合状态,使所述储油瓶( 10 )内的所述烟油与外界隔离。
  19. 根据权利要求 17 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述本体( 31 )与所述盖体( 32 )为一体成型结构,且所述本体( 31 )与所述盖体( 32 )采用弹性材料制成; 在所述雾化芯( 21 )移出所述开口部( 11 )时,所述盖体( 32 )在所述弹性材料自身弹性回复力的作用下,自动复位至闭合状态,使所述储油瓶( 10 )内的所述烟油与外界隔离。
  20. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件和与雾化组件连接的电池组件( 2 ),其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括雾化器( 20 )和与所述雾化器( 20 )同轴设置且可拆卸连接的储油瓶( 10 ),所述雾化器( 20 )用于与所述电池组件( 2 )相连的一端设置有排烟口,所述雾化器( 20 )背离所述排烟口的一端与所述储油瓶( 10 )相连;
    所述雾化器( 20 )包括至少一端插设在所述储油瓶( 10 )内以用于雾化所述烟油的雾化芯( 21 )和与所述电池组件( 2 )电连接的电极组件、套设在所述电极组件外并插设于所述储油瓶( 10 )内的雾化套管( 201 ),以及与所述电极组件电连接的电热丝组件( 206 ),所述雾化芯( 21 )内还设置有用于容置所述电热丝组件( 206 )的雾化腔;
    所述储油瓶( 10 )具有开口部( 11 ),所述开口部( 11 )沿所述储油瓶( 10 )的瓶体缩径延伸形成圆筒状;所述雾化组件还包括可拆卸的容置于所述开口部( 11 )内的端盖( 30 );所述端盖( 30 )包括本体( 31 )和可转动的设置在所述本体( 31 )上的盖体( 32 );
    所述盖体( 32 )用于在所述雾化芯( 21 )的一端穿过所述开口部( 11 )时被打开;在所述雾化芯( 21 )移出所述开口部( 11 )时,自动复位至闭合状态,使所述储油瓶( 10 )内的所述烟油与外界隔离。
