Description

电子烟以及电子烟组装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟以及电子烟组装方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的电子烟中,储油器都装在与电池组件同轴设置的雾化组件内,形成储油器与电池组件上下串行连接放置形式,储油器与电池组件的串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,且影响电子烟的整体外观和手感;此外,当不小心碰撞现有的所述电子烟时,所述电子烟容易在雾化组件以及电池组件的连接处折断,使用不方便,且现有技术中的用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道经过储油器,容易造成烟油渗入到烟雾通道上,产生漏油、烟雾容易受到烟油吸热而冷凝和吸到烟油的现象。同时由于只有一个储油器,则不方便调节烟油口味,且烟雾量小,口感差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的电子烟由于储油器与电池组件串行连接导致烟体太长,不方便携带、口感不好、且容易吸食到烟油的缺陷,提供一种携带方便,可方便调节烟雾口味,烟雾量大,且可避免烟油渗入到烟雾通道、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝和用户容易吸到烟油的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、至少两个用于储存烟油的储油器、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及与所述雾化组件电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;所述电池组件与所述储油器并列设置;
所述电子烟本体内部形成有位于至少两个所述储油器外部的、用于供所述雾化组件雾化的烟雾通过所述吸烟端排出至所述电子烟本体外的烟雾通道。
进一步地,所述雾化组件的数量与所述储油器的数量相等;所述雾化组件与所述储油器一一对应设置,且每一所述雾化组件对应一条所述烟雾通道。
进一步地,每一所述雾化组件包括电热丝组件,所述电热丝组件位于所述储油器的与所述吸烟端相邻的一端外侧。
进一步地,所述储油器为透明体并外置于所述电子烟本体上。
进一步地,所述储油器可拆卸地设置于所述电子烟本体上。
进一步地,所述电子烟本体还包括支架,所述雾化组件及所述储油器均与所述支架可拆卸连接,每一所述雾化组件的一端收容在所述支架内,另一端延伸至对应的所述储油器内。

本发明提供一种电子烟组装方法,用于组装形成电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1:提供分别具有第一电极组以及第二电极组的支架,并使第一电极组以及第二电极组电性连接;同时提供至少两个雾化组件以及与所述雾化组件数量对应的、可使对应的所述雾化组件至少部分插入的至少两个储油器,在每一所述储油器上设置供雾化组件插入的通孔,并在所述通孔处设置有由薄膜封住的环形密封塞;第一电极组以及第二电极组通过弹针电极电性连接;
S2:将每一雾化组件的导油机构一端刺破所述薄膜插入到对应的所述储油器的内部,所述通孔以及所述导油机构之间由所述环形密封塞进行密封;进一步,将导油机构的另一端与第一电极组固定连接;
S3:使导油机构远离储油器的一端内部中空形成雾化腔,并将电热丝组件放置于雾化腔中;同时将电热丝组件以及电池组件电性连接。
S4:将电池组件容置于支架中、以及将所述储油器与所述电池组件并列设置,且将电池组件与第二电极组电性连接,同时将吸烟端置于支架的远离储油器的一端。
实施本发明的电子烟以及电子烟组装方法,具有以下有益效果:通过将电池组件与储油器平行设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,此种电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;同时,通过将烟雾通道置于储油器的外部,烟油不会渗入到烟雾通道内,避免烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝,也不会产生漏油和吸到烟油的现象;再者由于采用多个储油器,可以同时混抽不同口味的烟雾,实现任意调节不同烟油口味,吸烟口感好。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中电子烟由于储油器与电池组件串行连接导致烟体太长,不方便携带、且不容易更换储油器的缺陷,提供一种将电池组件4与储油器2并列设置,使得电子烟方便携带,同时将烟雾通道置于储油器2的外侧,使得在吸烟时,不容易吸入烟油,再者采用至少两个储油器2,可以同时混抽不同口味的烟雾,吸烟口感好。
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端5、至少两个用于储存烟油的储油器2、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件3以及与雾化组件3电连接的并用于为雾化组件3供电的电池组件4;电池组件4与储油器2并列设置;电子烟本体内部形成有位于至少两个储油器2外部的、用于供雾化组件3雾化的烟雾排出至电子烟本体外的烟雾通道。
(图1中箭头指向形成的路径即为气流的流通通道,上述烟雾通道是气流的流通通道中不包含流经吸烟端部分的)。
可以理解的是,烟雾通道不经过储油器2,可以防止烟油渗到烟雾通道上。解决了漏油和吸到烟油的现象。
同时,通过将储油器2以及电池组件4并列设置,结构设计巧妙,使得电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好,此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求。且在受到外力的作用下时,电子烟不容易折断。
具体的,雾化组件3的数量与储油器2的数量相等;雾化组件3与储油器2一一对应设置,且每一雾化组件3对应一条烟雾通道。每一雾化组件3包括电热丝组件31,电热丝组件31位于储油器2的与吸烟端5相邻的一端外侧。通过设置多个储油器2则可分别在各个储油器2中放置口味不同的烟油,可以同时混抽不同味道的电子烟,满足客户个性化的需求。同时由于设置多个储油器2以及与储油器2数量对应的雾化组件3则满足了吸烟时雾化的烟雾量,使得吸烟口感好,同时在一个雾化组件3不能工作时,另一个雾化组件3还可以继续工作延长了电子烟的寿命。
图1中储油器2的个数为两个且分别对称设置于电池组件4的两侧,通过将储油器对称在电池组件的两侧,可以使得雾化组件以及电池组件之间布线均匀,导线的连接不会发生混乱和缠绕的现象。
以下仅针对一个雾化组件3、与该雾化组件3对应设置的储油器、支架1以及吸烟端5的连接结构进行说明,同样如图1所示,储油器2外置于电子烟本体,且可拆卸地设置于电子烟本体上。通过将储油器2外置于支架1,可以方便观测烟油,并适时进行添加。同时,储油器2可拆卸连接在电子烟本体上,方便用户加烟油或者更换不同口味烟油瓶。
优选,储油器2为透明体,更加方便了观测储油器2中的烟油。
电子烟本体还包括支架1,雾化组件3以及储油器2、均与支架1、可拆卸连接此时,电池组件收容于支架1内。
另外,由于雾化组件3属于易损件,通过将雾化组件3以及支架1可以拆卸连接,可方便方便用户更换雾化组件3。
如图2所示,吸烟端5设置于支架1的远离储油器2的一端,吸烟端5上设有出气口53。
如图1所示出第一实施例的电子烟,结合图3所示,雾化组件3包括用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件31;以及用于将储油器2内的烟油输送给电热丝组件31进行雾化的导油机构32。
结合图4所示,储油器2的瓶口密封配合有带有通孔22的环形密封塞21;
在环形密封塞21的通孔22内部设置有用于密封储油器2的可捅破薄膜23。
导油机构32一端穿过通孔22插置于储油器2内部,且导油机构32与通孔22之间通过环形密封塞21密封。
导油机构32置于储油器2外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔33,电热丝组件31置于导油机构32内部。
如图1所示,出气口53与雾化腔33连通,结合图5所示,支架1上设有进气口11,雾化腔33分别与进气口11以及出气口53连通,形成与出气口53连通的烟雾通道(可以理解的是,烟雾通道不包括在吸烟端5内部的部分)。可以理解的是,此时,雾化腔33内壁开设有一过气孔331,进气孔置于支架1的与过气孔331相对应位置,且与过气孔331相互连通。进气口11以及出气口53的面积大小为2平方毫米~7平方毫米,优选选择出气口53与进气口11的面积大小为3平方毫米。
具体的,又如图3所示,导油机构32包括两端贯通的套管321,套管321的一端插置于储油器2内部,且该套管321插置于储油器2中的一端内部放置有导油棉,套管321伸出到储油器2的一端内部中空形成上述雾化腔33。置于储油器2内部的液态烟油经由套管321的插入至储油器2一端的开口进入到导油棉中,进一步为雾化组件3提供烟油。过气孔331即设置在套管321上实现进气孔与雾化腔33的连通。
电热丝组件31包括导油绳以及绕置于该导油绳外侧的发热丝,导油绳伸入至导油棉中,经由导油棉为该导油绳提供烟油。
套管321为硬质件,过盈配合地插置于环形密封塞21中,可以理解的是,环形密封塞21不仅仅起到对储油器2的密封作用、可防止烟油从储油器2中渗出,由于环形密封塞21与硬质套管321紧密配合,也起到将套管321紧紧固定于环形密封塞21上的作用。且可以通过导油机构32与环形密封塞21的结合与脱离实现储油器2与雾化组件3的可拆卸连接。优选的,环形密封塞21为硅胶件。
进一步的,雾化组件3靠近吸烟端5的一端设有分别与雾化组件3以及电池组件4电性连接的第一电极组34。第一电极组34内部中空,且分别与雾化腔33以及出气口53相互连通。此时,气流从进气口11流入至电子烟内,再经由雾化腔33以及中空的第一电极组34,最后经由出气口53流出(具体图中所示的箭头的指向即为空气的流通方向)。
具体的,第一电极组34包括第一外电极341以及与第一外电极341绝缘设置的、置于第一外电极341内侧的第一内电极342。该电热丝组件31包括第一极以及第二极,第一外电极341与电热丝组件31的第一极相连,第一内电极342与雾化组件3的第二极相连。套管321的靠近吸烟端5的一端过盈配合的插置于第一外电极341中。
结合图1以及图5所示,支架1上还设有第三电极组,该第三电极组包括第三外电极131、以及与第三外电极131电性绝缘的、置于所述第三外电极131内的第三内电极132。第一外电极341以及第三外电极131相连,第一内电极342与第三内电极132相连。由于第一对电极以及第二对电极均为金属件,第一内电极342以及第三内电极132相互抵接即实现了第一内电极342以及第三内电极132之间的电性连接;第一外电极341与第三外电极131相互抵接或者相互螺纹旋合,实现第一外电极341以及第三外电极131之间的电性连接,为方便第一外电极341与第三外电极131之间方便拆卸,则选择用第一外电极341以及第三外电极131通过螺纹旋合的方式进行连接。此时,第一电极组34为雾化组件3的一部分,第三外电极131固设于支架1上。第一外电极341可拆卸的连接于第三外电极131即实现了雾化组件3与支架1的可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,第一外电极341以及第一内电极342、第三外电极131以及第三内电极132之间均设有绝缘件。
电池组件4可拆卸地设置于支架1内部。电池组件4靠近吸烟端5的一端设有与电池组件4电性连接的第二电极组41,此时为方便拆卸,第一电极组34以及第二电极组41电性连接。
具体的,结合图1、图5以及图6所示,电池组件4还包括用于为电子烟提供电源的电池42,电池42包括第一池级以及第二池极,第二电极组41包括第二外电极411,以及设置与第二外电极411内的、与第二外电极411电性绝缘的第二内电极412。第一池极与第二外电极411电性连接,第二池极与三内电极电性连接。
具体的,连接的方式为通过弹针电极进行连接,弹针电极包括第一弹针电极121以及第二弹针电极122,第一弹针电极121包括第一弹针,第二弹针电极122包括第二弹针。第一弹针电极121一端与第三外电极131相连,另一端通过第一弹针抵持于第二外电极411,第二弹针电极122一端与第三内电极132相连,另一端通过第二弹针抵持于第二内电极412。可以理解的是,每个弹针电极的弹针均可在外力作用下伸缩,通过将弹针抵持于相应的池极上可以实现弹针电极电性连接且方便拆装,同时还使得电池池极之间的连接稳定性好。
优选的,弹针电极固设于支架1上,电池组件4过盈配合地插置于支架1中。
电子烟包括用于控制电子烟工作状态的控制模块43,此时,优选的,控制模块43置于电池组件4远离第二电极组41的一端的内部。
可以理解的是,第二电极组41件内部中空与出气口53相互连通,优选的,在电池组件4靠近电池42的一端还设置通气孔,用于在吸气时使控制模块43中的气流传感器感应吸气时的气压,进一步通过控制模块43控制吸烟的开始与结束。
如图7所示的,本电子烟的第二实施例,与第一实施例不同的是,电池组件4是固设于支架1内部的,第一电极组34与电池组件4经由第三电极组以及与第三电极组相连的导线实现雾化组件3与电池组件4的电性连接。此时虽然电池组件4不可拆卸,但是通过第三电池组件以及导线将第一电极组34与电池组件4相连,结构简单,安装方便。
如图8所示,由于不可拆卸电池组件4,在电子本体靠近控制模块43的一端对应设置与控制模块43电性连接的、用于为电池组件4充电的充电组件14,使得充电方便。
以上两个实施例中,结合图2所示,吸烟端5设有连接部51,连接部51可拆卸地安装于支架1上。通过使吸烟端5相对支架1可拆卸,则可以方便吸烟端5的更换,方便清洗。吸烟端5包括由连接部51沿远离支架1方向突出并向一侧弯曲形成的吸烟部52。支架1内也设有用于将电池组件4的电池与雾化腔33隔开的阻挡件。
此时,出气口53由靠近连接部的一侧沿着气流的流动的方向孔径逐渐减小,使得进入气流在进入到吸烟者口中时,速度大,吸烟口感好。
可以理解的是为了外表美观,吸烟端5连接部51的外径大致等于支架1远离储油器2一端的内径,且使吸烟端5与支架1连接处平滑过度。
结合图5以及图8所示,为了使得在吸烟时从雾化腔33进入到吸烟端5中的雾化烟油进入到电池组件4中,支架1还包括用于将电池组件4的电池与雾化腔33隔开的阻挡件。优选的,该阻挡件为与支架1一体成型的挡板,可以理解的是,阻挡件上设有与出气口53相连通的开口,使在吸气时气流传感器可以感应气流的压力。
当具体的,电池组件4为可拆卸地设置于支架1上时即第一实施例中,弹针电极固定的插置于阻挡件上;当电池组件4固定设置于支架1上时即第二实施例中,用于连接电池组件4以及第一电极组34的导线穿设于阻挡件上。
如图10的第三实施例的电子烟,与第一实施例以及第二实施例不同的是,该电子烟还包括设置在吸烟端5或支架1上的且用于接收用户操作指令的按键54;与按键54连接设置有用于根据操作指令生成控制信号的控制组件55;且控制组件55与电热丝组件31连接,使电热丝组件31根据控制信号雾化烟油。
由于采用储油器2以及电池组件4相互并列方式的电子烟,其直径较大,为了外表美观以及控制方便,控制组件55置于吸烟端5内部,按键54的一端穿过吸烟端5置于吸烟端5外部。
另外,与第一以及第二实施例不同的是,多个储油器2置于电池组件4的一侧。由于在上述两个个实施例子中已经说明了支架1、雾化组件3以及电池组件4之间的连接关系,此处便不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种电子烟组装方法,用于装配上述的电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
S1:提供分别具有第一电极组34以及第二电极组41的支架1,并使第一电极组34以及第二电极组41电性连接;同时提供至少两个雾化组件3以及与该雾化组件3数量对应的、可使对应的该雾化组件3至少部分插入的至少两个储油器2,在每一储油器2上设置供雾化组件3插入的通孔22,并在通孔22处设置有由薄膜23封住的环形密封塞21;第一电极组34以及第二电极组41通过弹针电极电性连接;
S2:将每一雾化组件3的导油机构32一端刺破薄膜23插入到对应的储油器2的内部,通孔22以及导油机构32之间由环形密封塞21进行密封;进一步,将导油机构32的另一端与第一电极组34固定连接;
S3:在导油机构32远离储油器2的一端内部中空形成雾化腔33,并将电热丝组件31放置于雾化腔33中;同时将电热丝组件31以及电池组件4电性连接。
S4:将电池组件4容置于支架1中、将雾化组件3与电池组件4并列设置,且将电池组件4与第二电极41组电性连接,同时将吸烟端5置于支架1的远离储油器2的一端。
该电子烟吸烟端5包括由连接部51沿远离支架1方向突出并向一侧弯曲形成的吸烟部52。支架1内也设有用于将电池组件4的电池42与雾化腔33隔开的阻挡件。该电子烟还包括设置在吸烟端5上的且用于接收用户操作指令的按键54;与按键54连接设置有用于根据操作指令生成控制信号的控制组件55;且控制组件55与电热丝组件31连接,使电热丝组件31根据控制信号雾化烟油。
综上,通过将储油器2与雾化组件3平行设置,则使得电子烟的总长度减小,携带方便,结构设计巧妙,机械强度较好,此外,其直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求;同时,将烟雾通道设置于电子烟本体1内部、储油器2外侧,可以防止烟油渗到烟雾通道上,解决了漏液和吸到烟油的现象,另外通过设置至少两个储油器2以及与储油器2对应设置的雾化组件3,则可以使得吸烟时烟雾量大,吸烟口感好,且在一个雾化组件3损坏时,其它雾化组件3仍能工作使得整个电子烟寿命长。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(5)、至少两个用于储存烟油的储油器(2)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(3)以及与所述雾化组件(3)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池组件(4);所述电池组件(4)与每一所述储油器(2)并列设置;
    所述电子烟本体内部形成有位于至少两个所述储油器(2)外部的、用于供所述雾化组件(3)雾化的烟雾通过所述吸烟端(5)排出至所述电子烟本体外的烟雾通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)的数量与所述储油器(2)的数量相等;所述雾化组件(3)与所述储油器(2)一一对应设置,且每一所述雾化组件(3)对应一条所述烟雾通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述雾化组件(3)包括电热丝组件(31),所述电热丝组件(31)位于所述储油器(2)的与所述吸烟端(5)相邻的一端外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述储油器(2)为透明体并外置于所述电子烟本体上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 每一所述储油器(2)可拆卸地设置于所述电子烟本体上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括支架(1),所述雾化组件(3)及每一所述储油器(2)均与所述支架(1)可拆卸连接,每一所述雾化组件(3)的一端收容在所述支架(1)内,每一所述雾化组件(3)的另一端延伸至对应的所述储油器(2)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(4)收容于所述支架(1)内,且每一所述储油器(2)对称地分设在所述电池组件(4)的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述储油器(2)的瓶口密封配合有带有通孔(22)的环形密封塞(21);
    在所述环形密封塞(21)的通孔(22)内部设置有用于密封所述储油器(2)的可捅破薄膜(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述雾化组件(3)还包括用于将对应储油器(2)内的烟油输送给所述电热丝组件(31)进行雾化的导油机构(32);
    所述导油机构(32)一端穿过所述通孔(22)插置于所述储油器(2)内部,且所述导油机构(32)与所述通孔(22)之间通过所述环形密封塞(21)密封。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构(32)置于所述储油器(2)外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔(33),所述电热丝组件(31)置于所述雾化腔(33)内部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(5)设置于所述支架(1)的远离所述储油器(2)的一端,所述吸烟端(5)上设有与所述雾化腔(33)连通的出气口(53);所述支架(1)上设有进气口(11),所述雾化腔(33)与所述进气口(11)连通,形成与所述出气口(53)相连通的所述烟雾通道。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,每一所述雾化组件(3)靠近所述吸烟端(5)的一端设有分别与对应所述雾化组件(3)以及所述电池组件(4)电性连接的第一电极组(34);所述第一电极组(34)内部中空,且分别与所述雾化腔(33)以及所述出气口(53)相互连通。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(4)可拆卸地设置于所述支架(1)内部;所述电池组件(4)靠近所述吸烟端(5)的一端设有与所述电池组件(4)电性连接的第二电极组(41),所述第一电极组(34)以及所述第二电极组(41)电性连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(4)固设于所述支架(1)内部,所述支架(1)上设有与所述第一电极组(34)电性连接的第三电极组,所述第一电极组(34)与所述电池组件(4)经由所述第三电极组以及与所述第三电极组相连的导线实现所述雾化组件(3)与所述电池组件(4)的电性连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述支架(1)上设有用于为所述电池组件(4)充电的充电组件(14)。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(5)设有连接部(51),所述连接部(51)可拆卸地安装于所述支架(1)上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端(5)包括由所述连接部(51)沿远离所述支架(1)方向突出并向一侧弯曲形成的吸烟部(52)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 还包括设置在所述吸烟端(5)或所述支架(1) 上的、用于接收用户操作指令的按键(54);
    与所述按键(54)连接设置有用于根据所述操作指令生成控制信号的控制组件(55);且所述控制组件(55)与所述电热丝组件(31)相连,使所述电热丝组件(31)根据所述控制信号雾化所述烟油。
  19. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端(5)、至少两个用于储存烟油的储油器(2)、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件(3)以及与所述雾化组件(3)电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件(3)供电的电池组件(4);所述电池组件(4)与所述储油器(2)并列设置;
    所述电子烟本体内部形成有位于至少两个所述储油器(2)外部的、用于供所述雾化组件(3)雾化的烟雾通过所述吸烟端(5)排出至所述电子烟本体外的烟雾通道;所述雾化组件(3)的数量与所述储油器的数量相等;所述雾化组件(3)与所述储油器一一对应设置,且每一所述雾化组件(3)对应一条所述烟雾通道;
    每一所述雾化组件(3)包括电热丝组件(31),所述电热丝组件(31)位于所述储油器(2)的与所述吸烟端(5)相邻的一端外侧;所述储油器(2)为透明体并外置于所述电子烟本体上;所述储油器(2)可拆卸地设置于所述电子烟本体上;
    所述导油机构(32)置于所述储油器(2)外侧的一端内部中空形成雾化腔(33),所述电热丝组件(31)置于所述雾化腔(33)内部;
    所述吸烟端(5)设置于所述支架(1)的远离所述储油器(2)的一端,所述吸烟端(5)上设有与所述雾化腔(33)连通的出气口(53);所述支架(1)上设有进气口(11),所述雾化腔(33)与所述进气口(11)连通,形成与所述出气口(53)相连通的所述烟雾通道。
  20. 一种电子烟组装方法,其特征在于,用于组装形成电子烟,包括如下几个步骤:
    S1:提供分别具有第一电极组(34)以及第二电极组(41)的支架(1),并使第一电极组(34)以及第二电极组(41)电性连接;同时提供至少两个雾化组件(3)以及与所述雾化组件(3)数量对应的、可使对应的所述雾化组件(3)至少部分插入的至少两个储油器(2),在每一所述储油器(2)上设置供雾化组件(3)插入的通孔(22),并在所述通孔(22)处设置有由薄膜(23)封住的环形密封塞(21);第一电极组(34)以及第二电极组(41)通过弹针电极电性连接;
    S2:将每一雾化组件(3)的导油机构(32)一端刺破所述薄膜(23)插入到对应的所述储油器(2)的内部,所述通孔(22)以及所述导油机构(32)之间由所述环形密封塞(21)进行密封;进一步,将导油机构(32)的另一端与第一电极组(34)固定连接;
    S3:使导油机构(32)远离储油器(2)的一端内部中空形成雾化腔(33),并将电热丝组件(31)放置于雾化腔(33)中;同时将电热丝组件(31)以及电池组件(4)电性连接。
    S4:将电池组件(4)容置于支架(1)中、以及将所述储油器(2)与所述电池组件(4)并列设置,且将电池组件(4)与第二电极组(41)电性连接,同时将吸烟端(5)置于支架(1)的远离储油器(2)的一端。
