从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:由于所述控制组件可拆卸地设置于所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件之间,所述控制组件包括套管、控制电极、感应器以及固定座,所述控制电极分别设置于所述套管的两端,用于分别与所述雾化组件以及所述电池杆组件电连接,所述固定座设置于所述套管内,用于固定所述感应器;所述感应器用于根据用户的吸烟动作控制所述电池杆组件为所述雾化组件供电;所述雾化组件内的通气道与所述套管相连通,以使所述感应器能够感应通气道内气压的变化以检测用户的吸烟动作。因此,当用户吸烟时,雾化组件内的通气道的气压瞬间变化,该控制组件靠近该雾化组件的通气道,从而及时地触发控制组件的感应器,提高该控制组件触发感应的灵敏度;且所述控制组件可拆卸地设置于所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件之间,当电子烟的控制组件损坏时,便于用户及时更换,降低电子烟的使用成本。

该电子烟包括:雾化组件4、控制组件3以及电池杆组件5;
上述控制组件3可拆卸地设置于上述雾化组件4和上述电池杆组件5之间,用于控制上述电池杆组件5为上述雾化组件4供电,以使上述雾化组件4雾化烟油;
上述控制组件3包括套管31、控制电极32、感应器34以及固定座35;
上述控制电极32分别设置于上述套管31的两端,用于分别与上述雾化组件4以及上述电池杆组件5电连接;
上述固定座35设置于上述套管31内,用于固定上述感应器34;
上述感应器34用于根据用户的吸烟动作控制上述电池杆组件5为上述雾化组件4供电;
上述雾化组件4内的通气道与上述套管31相连通,以使上述感应器34能够感应通气道内气压的变化以检测用户的吸烟动作。
本发明实施例中,由于上述控制组件3可拆卸地设置于上述雾化组件4和上述电池杆组件5之间,上述控制组件3包括套管31、控制电极32、感应器34以及固定座35,上述控制电极32分别设置于上述套管31的两端,用于分别与上述雾化组件4以及上述电池杆组件5电连接,上述固定座35设置于上述套管31内,用于固定上述感应器34;上述感应器34用于根据用户的吸烟动作控制上述电池杆组件5为上述雾化组件4供电;上述雾化组件4内的通气道与上述套管31相连通,以使上述感应器34能够感应通气道内气压的变化以检测用户的吸烟动作。因此,当用户吸烟时,雾化组件4内的通气道的气压瞬间变化,该控制组件3靠近该雾化组件4的通气道,从而及时地触发控制组件3的感应器34,提高该控制组件3触发感应的灵敏度;且上述控制组件3可拆卸地设置于上述雾化组件4和上述电池杆组件5之间,当电子烟的控制组件损坏时,便于用户及时更换,降低电子烟的使用成本。
具体的,上述控制组件3具体设置方式为活动地容置于上述电池杆组件5或/和上述雾化组件4的内部,上述电池杆组件5与上述雾化组件4可拆卸连接,即上述控制组件3插置在上述电池杆组件5内,或插置在上述雾化组件4内,或一端插置于上述上述电池杆组件5内而另一端插置于上述雾化组件4内,上述可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构等。通过将该控制组件3隐藏于上述电池杆组件5或上述雾化组件4的内部的方式,减小了电子 烟的体积,便于携带,避免控制组件3与外界碰撞造成损坏,使电子烟的整体外观更加美观;此外,当需要将上述控制组件3取出时,只要解除上述电池杆组件5和上述雾化组件4之间的连接,然后通过重力作用使上述控制组件3从上述电池杆组件5或上述雾化组件4中滑落出来即可,因而便于使用。
可选的,上述控制组件4内还设置有印制电路板33,上述印制电路板33卡设于上述固定座35内部,且上述印制电路板33上设有通孔,上述感应器34固定设置于上述通孔处。该控制组件3内的感应端靠近该雾化组件4内的通气道并与该通气道相连通,用户在吸烟时,气流可以更迅速的触发该控制组件3内的感应器34进行动作,提高触发该感应器34的灵敏度。
可选的,结合图4和图5所示,上述控制电极32包括第一外电极321、第一绝缘环322、第一内电极323;
上述第一外电极321分别设置于上述套管31的两端的内壁面上;
上述第一绝缘环322套设在上述第一外电极内321;
上述第一内电极323插设于上述第一绝缘环322内。
可选的,结合图6和图9所示,上述雾化组件4和上述电池杆组件5的内部分别设有第二内电极41以及第三内电极51,其中,上述第二内电极41与上述第三内电极51均为弹性电极,用于在上述雾化组件4和上述电池杆组件5连接时,上述第二内电极41和上述第三内电极51抵接在上述控制组件3的两端,并对上述控制组件3进行对位,形成电连接。
可选的,结合图6和图8所示,上述雾化组件4包括雾化套42,上述雾化套42一端连接有用于雾化烟油的雾化芯43,上述雾化套42的另一端设置有吸嘴44;上述雾化套42内插设有与上述雾化芯43可拆卸连接用于将上述雾化芯43雾化的烟雾排出至上述吸嘴44的通气管45,上述通气管45与上述雾化套42之间形成用于存储供上述雾化芯43雾化的烟油的储油腔46。其中,该吸嘴44为金属材料制件,该吸嘴44的外端面为球面,使得该吸嘴44具有更加美观及便于清理污垢等优点。
具体的,结合图7所示,上述雾化套42的与上述雾化芯43的连接处设置有用于与上述雾化芯43可拆卸连接的第二连接件47;上述雾化芯43包括与上述第二连接件47可拆卸连接的连接套及雾化盖431,上述连接套的一端用 于与电池杆组件5可拆卸连接;上述雾化盖431套设于上述连接套及上述通气管45上。上述第二连接件47插设在该雾化套42用于与该雾化芯43连接的一端,该第二连接件47与该雾化芯43之间可为螺纹连接,该第二连接件47用于与该雾化芯43连接的位置处设置有内螺纹,该雾化芯43的外周面设置有与该内螺纹相适配的外螺纹结构。
具体的,上述连接套的外表面设置有与上述雾化盖431的端面相抵持的限位凸部,以避免该雾化盖431过度挤压电热丝组件432。
具体的,上述连接套的外表面设置有用以支撑电热丝组件432的凸起。该凸起的一端固定在安装槽的底部,另一端朝远离该连接套的轴线方向延伸。通过设置凸起,可以避免支撑该电热丝组件432的侧壁过薄而使该电热丝组件432滑入雾化腔433内。
可选的,参阅图7所示,上述雾化芯43内设置有与上述通气管45相连通的雾化腔433及收容在上述雾化腔433内用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件432;上述电热丝组件432与上述电池杆组件5电连接,上述雾化芯43的一端插设在上述雾化套42内。在本实施例中,上述电热丝组件432包括导油绳及缠绕在上述导油绳上的电热丝,上述电热丝与上述电池杆组件5电连接。
具体的,结合图7和图8所示,上述雾化芯43一端的外侧壁设置有用于与上述电池杆组件5可拆卸连接并形成供电回路的第二外电极434。
具体的,结合图7和图8所示,上述雾化芯43还包括套设在上述第二外电极434内的第二绝缘环435以及插设在上述第二绝缘环435内的上述第二内电极41,上述电热丝组件432的一端与上述第二内电极41连接。
可选的,上述吸嘴44为透明材料制件并与上述雾化套42一体成型。以起到密封烟油的作用,且更为美观。
可选的,结合图7和图8所示,上述雾化套42的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与上述吸嘴44可拆卸连接的第一连接件48,上述吸嘴44与上述第一连接件48之间的可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
具体的,结合图7和图8所示,上述雾化组件4还包括第一密封件49,上述第一密封件49设置于上述储油腔46与上述第一连接件48之间,用于防止烟油渗入至上述吸嘴44中。
可选的,结合图7和图8所示,上述雾化组件4还包括第二密封件40,上述第二密封件40套设于上述通气管45上,且上述第二密封件40的外周面与上述雾化芯43的内壁弹性抵接,用于防止上述储油腔46内的烟油从上述通气管45的侧壁渗入,以实现密封作用。
可选的,结合图9和图10所示,上述电池杆组件5的一端设置有用于与上述雾化组件4可拆卸连接的第三连接件52;上述电池杆组件5还包括设置于上述第三连接件52内壁的第三外电极53、套设在上述第三外电极53内的第三绝缘环54以及插设在上述第三绝缘环54内的上述第三内电极51。在本实施例中,上述控制组件活动地容置于上述第三连接件52内。
具体的,结合图9和图10所示,上述电池杆组件5还包括电池套56、容置在上述电池套56内部的电池57以及设置于上述电池杆组件5端部的灯帽58。
具体的,结合图9和图10所示,上述电池杆组件5内部设有隔板59,用于防止电池57的一端抵压在电池杆组件5的各电极上,使得上述电池杆组件5的各电极上的焊点脱落,从而造成电路断路或短路,影响吸烟效果。
可选的,结合图11所示,上述电池杆组件5远离上述控制组件3的一端设有可拆卸端盖50,用于在上述电池57需要更换或取出充电时,将上述端盖50拆卸后取出上述电池57进行更换或充电,便于操作,且不会造成资源浪费,降低电子烟的使用成本。其中,该端盖50的连接方式可通过带有螺纹的连接件与该电池杆组件5连接方式实现,也可通过设置具有弹性的卡合弹片实现卡扣连接,本实施例中仅以螺纹连接为例进行说明,并不限定于螺纹连接;该端盖50与该电池杆组件5中电池57的抵接面可设置具有弹性势能的结构,防止该端盖50过度挤压电池,造成电池57损坏变形,本实施例中以弹簧的形式实现,对于能达到上述相同效果的其他实现方式,此处不作限定。
可选的,结合图12所示,其为本发明电子烟一种实施例的电路结构示意图,下面详细说明上述电路的工作过程:吸烟时,感应器34中的气流传感器M1将吸烟信号传送至控制芯片U1,控制芯片U1控制场效应管Q1导通,从而使电池57为雾化组件4的电热丝D供电,以使电热丝D将烟油雾化。图中电容C2用于当P1及P2之间发生短路时,给上述控制芯片U1供电,使上述 控制芯片U1具有关闭上述场效应管Q1的缓冲时间,从而避免危险状况的发生。在本实施例中,上述控制芯片U1的型号为SN8P2711B,上述气流传感器M1的型号为S087。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:雾化组件、控制组件以及电池杆组件;
    所述控制组件可拆卸地设置于所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件之间,用于控制所述电池杆组件为所述雾化组件供电,以使所述雾化组件雾化烟油;
    所述控制组件包括套管、控制电极、感应器以及固定座;
    所述控制电极分别设置于所述套管的两端,用于分别与所述雾化组件以及所述电池杆组件电连接;
    所述固定座设置于所述套管内,用于固定所述感应器;
    所述感应器用于根据用户的吸烟动作控制所述电池杆组件为所述雾化组件供电;
    所述雾化组件内的通气道与所述套管相连通,以使所述感应器能够感应通气道内气压的变化以检测用户的吸烟动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制组件具体设置方式为活动地容置于所述电池杆组件或/和所述雾化组件的内部,所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制组件内还设置有印制电路板,所述印制电路板卡设于所述固定座内部,且所述印制电路板上设有通孔,所述感应器固定设置于所述通孔处。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述控制电极包括第一外电极、第一绝缘环、第一内电极;
    所述第一外电极分别设置于所述套管的两端的内壁面上;
    所述第一绝缘环套设在所述第一外电极内;
    所述第一内电极插设于所述第一绝缘环内。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件的内部分别设有第二内电极以及第三内电极,其中,所述第二内电极与所述第三内电极均为弹性电极,用于在所述雾化组件和所述电池杆组件连接时,所述第二内电极和所述第三内电极分别抵接在所述控制组件的两端,并对所述控制组件进行对位,形成电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括雾化套,所述雾化套一端连接有用于雾化烟油的雾化芯,所述雾化套的另一端设置有吸嘴;所述雾化套内插设有与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接用于将所述雾化芯雾化的烟雾排出至所述吸嘴的通气管,所述通气管与所述雾化套之间形成用于存储供所述雾化芯雾化的烟油的储油腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套的与所述雾化芯的连接处设置有用于与所述雾化芯可拆卸连接的第二连接件;所述雾化芯包括与所述第二连接件可拆卸连接的连接套及雾化盖,所述连接套的一端用于与电池杆组件可拆卸连接;所述雾化盖套设于所述连接套及所述通气管上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接套的外表面设置有与所述雾化盖的端面相抵持的限位凸部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接套的外表面设置有用以支撑电热丝组件的凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯内设置有与所述通气管相连通的雾化腔及收容在所述雾化腔内用于雾化烟油的电热丝组件;所述电热丝组件与所述电池杆组件电连接,所述雾化芯的一端插设在所述雾化套内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯一端的外侧壁设置有用于与所述电池杆组件可拆卸连接并形成供电回路的第二外电极。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯还包括套设在所述第二外电极内的第二绝缘环以及插设在所述第二绝缘环内的所述第二内电极,所述电热丝组件的一端与所述第二内电极连接。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为透明材料制件并与所述雾化套一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套的一端涨紧配合连接有用于与所述吸嘴可拆卸连接的第一连接件,所述吸嘴与所述第一连接件之间的可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括第一密封件,所述第一密封件设置于所述储油腔与所述第一连接件之间,用于 防止烟油渗入至所述吸嘴中。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括第二密封件,所述第二密封件套设于所述通气管上,且所述第二密封件的外周面与所述雾化芯的内壁弹性抵接,用于防止所述储油腔内的烟油从所述通气管的侧壁渗入。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件的一端设置有用于与所述雾化组件可拆卸连接的第三连接件;所述电池杆组件还包括设置于所述第三连接件内壁的第三外电极、套设在所述第三外电极内的第三绝缘环以及插设在所述第三绝缘环内的所述第三内电极。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件还包括电池套、容置在所述电池套内部的电池以及设置于所述电池杆组件端部的灯帽。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆组件内部设有隔板,用于防止电池的一端抵压在电池杆组件的各电极上。
