本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器和电池杆,所述雾化器包括储油腔、容纳腔、收容在所述容纳腔内的发热组件、以及用于与所述电池杆电连接的电极组件,所述发热组件包括与所述电极组件电连接的发热丝及用于将烟油输送给所述发热丝的导油绳,所述储油腔的一侧设置有出油口,所述容纳腔内位于所述发热丝与出油口之间设置有用于夹持所述导油绳的夹持座,所述导油绳延伸至所述夹持座的远离所述发热丝的一侧。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述夹持座的侧面设置有供所述导油绳的两端分别穿过的第一通槽和第二通槽,所述第一通槽和第二通槽的槽壁分别与所述容纳腔的腔壁共同抵持在所述导油绳上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述发热组件还包括与所述发热丝的端部分别连接并电连接至所述电极组件的第一电极连接件和第二电极连接件,所述夹持座固定在所述电极组件上,所述第一电极连接件和 / 或第二电极连接件通过夹持的方式固定在所述电极组件和所述夹持座之间。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电极组件包括相互电性绝缘的第一电极及第二电极,所述第一电极延伸至所述容纳腔内,所述夹持座套设在所述第一电极的一端,所述第一电极连接件远离所述发热丝的一端夹持在所述夹持座与所述第一电极之间从而实现第一电极连接件与所述第一电极的电连接。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种上述雾化器的组装方法,所述组装方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将发热组件、夹持座和电极组件插入容纳腔内;
S2:将用于夹持导油绳的夹持座设置在发热丝和出油口之间。
实施本发明的雾化器、电子烟及雾化器的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:第一电极连接件和第二电极连接件均是采用夹持的方式分别实现与第一电极和第二电极的电连接,与现有技术采用焊接的方式相比,采用夹持的固定方式工艺简单、组装方便,连接方式更为可靠,提高工作效率,易于实现自动化生产;
此外,所述储油腔的出油口设置在远离所述发热丝的一端,所述容纳腔内位于所述发热丝与出油口之间设置有夹持座,并通过夹持座夹持导油绳,因而使导油绳上的烟油主要聚集在夹持座的远离发热丝一侧的区域内,从而使发热丝处的烟油量适当并使发热丝能及时地对烟油进行雾化,避免了发热丝处烟油过量不能及时雾化,导致发热丝处的烟油滴至容纳腔内,而产生漏油现象,避免了吸烟者吸食到烟油,提高了用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术中与发热丝的两端相连的两个电极连接件需要分别与第一电极和第二电极进行焊接的方式电连接所带来的结构复杂、组装繁琐,以及发热丝不能及时雾化烟油导致雾化器漏油的问题,本发明的创新点是在雾化器内增加一个夹持座,然后将其中一个电极连接件夹持在夹持座和第一电极之间实现电极连接件与第一电极的电连接,另一个电极连接件夹持在夹持座和具有导电性能的固定件之间而实现与第二电极的电连接,且将导油绳夹持在夹持座的侧壁上以防止烟油过度地传输至发热丝上。与现有技术相比,采用夹持连接的方式取代焊接的连接形式,安装简单,连接可靠,易于实现自动化生产;导油绳夹持在夹持座上防止烟油的过度传输,避免漏油现象。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 2 、图 3 和图 4 所示,本发明较佳实施例提供的雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成完整的电子烟。雾化器包括用于存储烟油的储油件 1 、固定件 2 、支撑件 3 、发热组件 4 、电极组件、夹持座 7 、绝缘环 8 、储油腔 9 、吸嘴 10 和容纳腔 11 。其中,固定件 2 、支撑件 3 、发热组件 4 、电极组件、夹持座 7 、绝缘环 8 、储油腔 9 和容纳腔 11 均套设在储油件 1 内。
储油件 1 和吸嘴 10 相互连接,本实施例中储油件 1 和吸嘴 10 为可拆卸地连接。吸嘴 10 为圆环形,也可设计吸嘴 10 为弧形或锥形等其它形成,其质地及形状适应使用者嘴部,并采用软性材料或木质材料制成。储油件 1 呈中空的圆筒状,储油件 1 的一端与吸嘴 10 可拆卸地连接,另一端用电极组件密封。
如图 5 所示,电极组件用于与电池杆电连接,具体地电极组件包括相互电性绝缘的第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 ,雾化器与电池杆连接时第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 分别与电池杆内的电池的正负极电连接,以实现为发热组件 4 供电。
第二电极 6 大体为圆筒状,包括卡合部 61 和连接部 62 。卡合部 61 为圆环状,其卡合在储油件 1 远离吸嘴 10 的一端并用于密封该储油件 1 ;卡合部 61 设有用于固定固定件 2 的凹槽 611 ,即固定件 2 远离吸嘴 10 的一端插设在凹槽 611 内并与凹槽 611 的侧壁抵持固定,从而提高固定件 2 的稳定性。连接部 62 沿卡合部 61 远离固定件 2 的端面缩径形成,该连接部 62 用于与电池杆相连接组合成电子烟,本实施方式中,连接部 62 上设有外螺纹,连接部 62 与电池杆螺纹连接。第一电极 5 大体为沿所述雾化器轴向延伸的中空的圆筒状,其延伸至容纳腔 11 内。
绝缘环 8 设置在第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 之间,并用于电性隔离第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 ,即绝缘环 8 由树脂、橡胶等绝缘材料制成,以使第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 电性隔离开。
容纳腔 11 位于储油件 1 内,并用于容纳发热组件 4 ,且第一电极 5 、夹持座 7 、支撑件 3 均设于容纳腔 11 内部。容纳腔 11 包括有腔壁(未标出),且容纳腔 11 的腔壁由金属导电材料制成并与第二电极 6 电连接。
固定件 2 为两端开口的圆筒形,其设置在储油件 1 内部,固定件 2 的外壁与储油件 1 的内壁之间形成用于存放烟油的储油腔 9 。储油腔 9 的远离吸嘴 10 的一端用第二电极 6 密封,从而在储油件 1 内部形成密封的用于存储烟油的储油腔 9 。即储油件 1 、固定件 2 和卡合部 61 共同围成所述储油腔 9 ,使烟油存储在储油腔 9 内,避免烟油泄露;储油腔 9 的一侧设置有出油口 21 ,出油口 21 用于使储油腔 9 内的烟油流至发热组件 4 上。固定件 2 由金属导电材料制成,具有导电功能,并具有一定的刚性。具体在本实施方式中,固定件 2 的内壁围成所述容纳腔 11 ,且固定件 2 的内壁即为容纳腔 11 的腔壁。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,所述固定件 2 可以由非金属材料制成并与所述储油件 1 一体成型,所述固定件 2 的表面镀有导电层。
固定件 2 套设在支撑件 3 的外侧,固定件 2 靠近第二电极 6 的一端卡固在第二电极 6 内并与第二电极 6 电连接,具体地固定件 2 的一端插设固定在第二电极 6 的凹槽 611 内,并实现固定件 2 与第二电极 6 的电连接。由于储油腔 9 是由固定件 2 与储油件 1 围合而成的,固定件 2 的侧壁就是储油腔 9 的腔壁,出油口 21 开设在固定件 2 靠近第二电极 6 的侧壁上,以使储油腔 9 内的烟油通过出油口 21 流入固定件 2 内部,然后再将烟油传送给发热组件 4 供其雾化。可以理解,出油口 21 的个数和形状没有限定,可以为 1 个、 2 个或更多个,其形状为圆形、方形或锥形等,也可以根据用户对烟雾量的需求,做相应的调整,以满足不同用户的需求。具体在本实施方式中,出油口 21 的个数为 8 个,且该 8 个出油口 21 间隔设置。
支撑件 3 、第一电极 5 和夹持座 7 均套设在中空的固定件 2 内部,且第一电极 5 、夹持座 7 和支撑件 3 由内到外依次套设在固定件 2 内,夹持座 7 固定在支撑件 3 和第一电极 5 之间。
支撑件 3 大体为中空的圆筒状,设置在夹持座 7 的外壁和固定件 2 的内壁之间,并套设固定在夹持座 7 上。本实施方式中,支撑件 3 上设有用于固定发热组件 4 的安装孔(未标出),该安装孔为支撑件 3 上径向贯通的通孔。
如图 6 和图 7 所示,夹持座 7 的侧面设置有供发热组件 4 穿过的第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 ,且第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 的槽壁分别与容纳腔 11 的腔壁共同抵持在发热组件 4 上。夹持座 7 大体为中空的圆筒状,包括本体 72 和凸台 73 。本体 72 大体为阶梯形的圆筒状,且本体 72 靠近第一电极 5 的一端开设有插接孔 721 ,第一电极 5 插装在该插接孔 721 内,从而使第一电极 5 的一端套装在本体 72 内。凸台 73 为开口圆环状,其扩径形成于本体 72 靠近远离吸嘴 10 的一端,本实施例中,夹持座 7 套设在第一电极 5 和支撑件 3 之间,第一电极 5 插装在插接孔 721 内从而固定在本体 72 内部。凸台 73 的直径与固定件 2 的径向大小相等,使凸台 73 与固定件 2 的内壁抵持固定,以使凸台 73 卡持在固定件 2 内部;也即凸台 73 与容纳腔 11 的腔壁抵接。可以理解,凸台 73 与固定件 2 之间也可以采用涨紧配合的方式固定。支撑件 3 套设在固定件 2 和夹持座 7 之间,且支撑件 3 的一端与凸台 73 靠近本体 72 的端面抵接,以使支撑件 3 固定在固定件 2 的内壁和本体 72 的外壁之间。
凸台 73 上开设有盲孔 734 、第一通槽 731 、第二通槽 732 和开口槽 733 。第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 是由环形凸台 73 的侧面向内凹陷形成的,第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 相对于凸台 73 的中轴线对称设置,且第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 为轴向贯穿凸台 73 的贯通槽。可以理解,第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 可以为弧形、圆形或其它不规则形状均可。开口槽 733 开设在凸台 73 远离本体 72 的端面上,且开口槽 733 与第一通槽 731 相连通;盲孔 734 设置在凸台 73 靠近本体 72 的端面上,且盲孔 734 位于靠近第二通槽 732 的一侧。夹持座 7 可以由硅胶、泡棉等弹性材料制成,在此不作限定。
如图 8 所示,发热组件 4 用于吸附烟油,并将吸附的烟油雾化成烟雾供用户吸食,发热组件 4 包括导油绳 41 、发热丝 42 、第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 。发热丝 42 缠绕在导油绳 41 上从而将导油绳 41 上吸附的烟油雾化,第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 分别与发热丝 42 的两端相连并沿发热丝 42 的两端轴向延伸,且第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 两者中的至少一个通过夹持的方式固定在电极组件和夹持座 7 之间,实现与电极组件的电连接。第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 均具有导电功能,可以为导线或电极片,在此不做限定。
在一实施方式中,可将固定件 2 和第二电极 6 设计为一体成型结构,即圆筒状的固定件 2 是第二电极 6 的一部分,此时第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 通过夹持的方式固定在电极组件和夹持座 7 之间,即第一电极连接件 43 通过夹持的方式固定在第一电极 5 和夹持座 7 之间,第二电极连接件 44 通过夹持的方法固定在第二电极 7 和夹持座 7 之间。
在本实施方式中,以第一电极连接件 43 夹持在夹持座 7 和第一电极 5 之间从而实现第一电极连接件 43 与第一电极 5 的电连接为例,第二电极连接件 44 夹持在夹持座 7 和固定件 2 之间从而实现第二电极连接件 44 与第二电极 6 的电连接为例,具体说明其连接方式。
导油绳 41 是由具有吸收和储存液体功能的材料如棉或纤维等制成,用于吸附及贮存一定量的烟油,供发热丝 42 雾化。导油绳 41 延伸至夹持座 7 远离发热丝 42 的一侧,夹持座 7 用于夹持导油绳 41 。具体地,在本实施例中,导油绳 41 大致呈 U 型,包括直线段 411 、第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 ,发热丝 42 缠绕在直线段 411 上,缠绕有发热丝 42 的直线段 411 穿过支撑件 3 上的安装孔并横向设置在支撑件 3 上,且第一弯折段 412 和第二弯段 413 沿支撑件 3 的外侧壁向靠近第二电极 6 的一侧延伸,并卡固在固定件 2 的内壁和夹持座 7 的外壁之间。本实施例中,第一弯折段 412 的直径大于第一通槽 731 的径向宽度,第二弯折段 413 的直径也大于第二通槽 732 的径向宽度,当第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 延伸至凸台 73 时,第一弯折段 412 在第一通槽 731 内挤压后固定在第一通槽 731 内,第一弯折段 412 继续向下延伸直至靠近第二电极 6 处并与固定件 2 的内壁抵持固定;第二弯折段 413 延伸至第二通槽 732 内时挤压固定在第二通槽 732 内,第二弯折段 413 继续向下延伸直至靠近第二电极 6 处并与固定件 2 的内壁抵接固定。上述实施例中,第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 的槽壁分别与容纳腔 11 的腔壁共同抵持在导油绳 41 上,以实现所述夹持座 7 对所述导油绳 41 的夹持。通过设置所述第一通槽 731 及第二通槽 732 ,不仅可以使输送给所述导油绳 41 的烟油较为顺畅,以防止发热丝 42 干烧,而且此种结构使夹持座 7 的凸台 73 的外周面与容纳腔 11 紧密贴合,更好地防止烟油渗漏至容纳腔 11 位于发热丝 42 所在的区域内,避免吸烟者吸食到烟油。可以理解的是,夹持座 7 的形状也可以为任意形状,可以单独在夹持座 7 上设置夹缝或夹孔用以夹持导油绳 41 ,或者无须设置第一通槽 731 及第二通槽 732 ,直接通过夹持座 7 的外壁与容纳腔 11 的腔壁共同抵持在导油绳 41 上以实现夹持导油绳 41 等,在此不作限定。
由图 3 可知,第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 分别挤压固定在相应的第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 的槽壁与容纳腔 11 的腔壁内,并向下延伸直至接近第二电极 6 处。由于固定件 2 上的出油口 21 开设在靠近第二电极 6 的侧壁上,烟油从储油腔 9 内经该出油口 21 流至第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 后,烟油进一步沿着第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 的轴向方向向靠近直线段 411 的方向向上流动,当烟油流至第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 卡固在第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 内的部分时,由于第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 均受到挤压,其横截面积变小,则烟油流向直线段 411 的速度变慢、流量变小,最终使缠绕有发热丝 42 的直线段 411 上的烟油较小,即通过第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 对导油绳 41 的挤压夹持固定,防止了烟油过度地输送至发热丝 42 处。使发热丝 42 处的烟油量适当并能及时地对烟油进行雾化,避免了发热丝 42 处烟油过量不能及时雾化,导致发热丝 42 处的烟油滴至容纳腔 11 内,而产生漏油现象,避免了吸烟者吸食到烟油,提高了用户体验。此外,本发明的上述结构在电子烟竖直放置时直线段 411 上的烟油可经第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 回流至夹持座 7 的远离所述发热丝 42 的一侧,因而可进一步避免烟油流至容纳腔 11 内。
本实施例中,直线段 411 、第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 一体成型,整体效果好,便于加工制造。且采用一体成型的导油绳 41 ,使导油绳 41 形成贯通的油路通道,避免了发热丝 42 烧焦现象的发生。
第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 均向靠近第一电极 5 的同侧延伸,并分别与电池杆电连接,以实现向发热丝 42 供电。第一电极连接件 43 夹持在夹持座 7 和第一电极 5 之间从而实现第一电极连接件 43 和第一电极 5 的电连接,第二电极连接件 44 与固定件 2 电连接,而由于固定件 2 与第二电极 6 又是电连接的,从而通过固定件 2 实现第二电极连接件 44 与第二电极 6 的电连接。
具体在本实施方式中,与发热丝 42 的一端相连接的第一电极连接件 43 沿支撑件 3 的外侧壁轴向延伸穿过第一通槽 731 后,第一电极连接件 43 向插装孔 721 的内壁弯折,最终夹持在插装孔 721 的内壁与第一电极 5 的外壁之间,实现了第一电极连接件 43 与第一电极 5 的电连接。与现有技术的采用焊接的电连接方式相比,第一电极连接件 43 不易脱落,连接更加紧凑,且内部结构简单。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,凸台 73 开设有与第一通槽 731 相连通的开口槽 733 ,第一电极连接件 43 依次穿过第一通槽 731 和开口槽 733 后沿插接孔 721 的轴向方向向上延伸,从而使第一电极连接件 43 夹持在插接孔 721 的内壁和第一电极 5 的外壁之间。设置供第一电极连接件 43 发生弯折的开口槽 731 ,使第一电极连接件 43 的弯折部置于凸台 73 内,使弯折部免受其它部件的抵压或撞击,避免了弯折部损坏现象的发生,提高了第一电极连接件 43 的使用寿命,保证了电信号的顺利传输。
第二电极连接件 44 与发热丝 42 的另一端相连接,并与第一电极连接件 43 不接触,且第二电极连接件 44 夹持在容纳腔 11 的腔壁与夹持座 7 之间从而实现第二电极连接件 44 与第二电极 6 的电连接。具体在本实施方式中,第二电极连接件 44 远离发热丝 42 的一端大致弯折呈 U 型,该第二电极连接件 44 先向靠近固定件 2 的一端呈直线弯折,然后再沿固定件 2 的轴向方向向靠近吸嘴 10 的一侧弯折形成末端为 U 型的第二电极连接件 44 。由于第二弯折段 413 置于第二通槽 732 内,并受固定件 2 的侧壁固定挤压,第二电极连接件 44 的 U 型末端夹持在第二通槽 732 与固定件 2 之间,使第二电极连接件 44 与固定件 2 电连接。通过夹持的方式使第二电极连接件 44 固定,与现有技术的通过焊接的方式相比,工艺简单、组装方便,且连接方式更加牢固。可以理解,第二电极连接件 44 的末端的形状并不限于 U 型,还可将第二电极连接件 44 的末端弯折呈 V 型、 W 型或其它不规则形状均可,以将其夹持在第二通槽 732 和固定件 2 之间实现第二电极连接件 44 的固定及与固定件 2 的电连接。
在另一实施方式中,在凸台 73 靠近本体 72 的端面上设有盲孔 734 ,且盲孔 734 设置在靠近第二通槽 732 的一侧,则第二电极连接件 44 远离发热丝的一端在穿过盲孔 734 并弯折后再向远离凸台 73 的一侧延伸,最后夹持在夹持座 7 与固定件 2 之间,实现了第二电极连接件 44 与固定件 2 的电连接。本实施例设置供第二电极连接件 44 穿设的盲孔 734 ,可避免夹持座 7 的远离发热丝 42 一侧的烟油流至所述发热丝 42 的区域,进而实现避免漏油。
综上所述,本发明的雾化器,将发热组件 4 、支撑件 3 、第一电极 5 和夹持座 7 均设置在固定件 2 内,并通过固定件 2 的夹持固定导油绳 41 ,使导油绳 41 挤压固定在固定件 2 内,防止烟油过度地输送至发热丝 42 处,避免了漏油现象;进一步地在支撑件 3 和第一电极 5 之间安装固定有夹持座 7 ,并在夹持座 7 上设有第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 ,通过将第一电极连接件 43 穿过第一通槽 731 后弯折并夹持固定在第一电极 5 的外壁和夹持座 7 的内壁之间,实现第一电极连接件 43 与第一电极 5 的电连接;第二电极连接件 44 远离发热丝 42 的一端向外弯折呈 U 型,该 U 型的第二电极连接件 44 夹持在第二通槽 732 和固定件 2 之间,使第二电极连接件 44 与固定件 2 电连接,由于固定件 2 又与第二电极 6 抵持固定,从而实现了第二电极连接件 44 与第二电极 6 的电连接。即第一电极连接件 43 和第二电极连接件 44 均是采用夹持的方式实现与第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 的电连接,与现有技术采用焊接的方式相比,采用夹持的固定方式工艺简单、组装方便,连接方式更为可靠,提高工作效率,易于实现自动化生产。
进一步地,固定件 2 由于套设在储油件 1 内,固定件 2 的外壁与储油件 1 的内壁之间形成有存储烟油的储油腔 9 ,且固定件 2 的侧壁上设有至少一个出油口 21 ,则储油腔 9 内的烟油通过出油口 21 后进入固定件 2 内部,然后流至与固定件 2 挤压固定的第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 上,由于第一弯折段 412 和第二弯折段 413 均受到挤压,其横截面积变小,则烟油流向直线段 411 的速度变慢及流量变小,最终使发热丝 42 缠绕的直线段 411 上的烟油较小,即通过第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 对导油绳 41 的挤压夹持固定,防止了烟油过度地输送至发热丝 42 处。使发热丝 42 处的烟油量适当并能及时地对烟油进行雾化,避免了发热丝 42 处烟油过量不能及时雾化,导致发热丝 42 处的烟油滴至雾化器内。
图 9 是本发明另一种较佳实施例提供的雾化器的剖视图,该雾化器包括外套管 a 及分别设置在外套管 a 两端的吸嘴盖 b 和电极组件,外套管 a 内形成有容纳腔 11 。电极组件包括相互电性绝缘的第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 ,第一电极 5 延伸至容纳腔 11 内,第一电极 5 的外壁与外套管 a 的内壁围成有储油腔 9 ,储油腔 9 远离电极组件的一侧设置有出油口 21 。具体地,在本实施例中,第一电极 5 延伸至容纳腔 11 内的一端端部和与该端部对应的外套管 a 的内壁围成该出油口 21 。可以理解的是,为了便于描述夹持座 7 的位置而定义出油口 21 ,出油口 21 的结构及位置不作限定。
容纳腔 11 内还收容有支撑件 3 及固定在支撑件 3 上的发热组件 4 ,发热组件 4 包括与第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 电连接的发热丝 42 及用于将烟油输送给发热丝 42 的导油绳 41 ,导油绳 41 的两端分别延伸至储油腔 9 内。可以理解的是,为了使烟油更好地存储、防止漏油及防止烟油过度输送,储油腔 9 内还可以设置有吸附烟油的储油棉等,在此不作限定。
容纳腔 11 内位于所述发热丝 42 与出油口 21 之间设置有套设在第一电极 5 一端上的夹持座 7 ,夹持座 7 的侧面设置有供导油绳 41 的两端分别穿过的第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 ,且夹持座 7 的周面与外套管 a 的内壁相抵持以密封烟油。支撑件 3 的一端套设在夹持座 7 上,导油绳 41 延伸至夹持座 7 的远离发热丝 42 的一侧,且夹持座 7 分别通过第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 的槽壁夹持在所述导油绳 41 上。本实施例中,设置在储油腔 9 一侧的出油口 21 位于靠近第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 的一侧,且储油腔 9 内的烟油经该出油口 21 从导油绳 41 流向发热丝 42 处供发热丝 42 雾化。
本发明由于容纳腔 11 内位于发热丝 42 与出油口 21 之间设置有夹持座 7 ,并通过夹持座 7 夹持导油绳 41 ,因而使导油绳 41 上的烟油主要聚集在夹持座 7 的远离发热丝 42 一侧的区域内,从而使发热丝 42 处的烟油量适当并使发热丝 42 能及时地对烟油进行雾化,避免了发热丝 42 处烟油过量不能及时雾化,导致发热丝 42 处的烟油滴至容纳腔 11 内,而产生漏油现象,避免了吸烟者吸食到烟油,提高了用户体验。
如图 10 所示,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器 30 和电池杆 20 ,两者可拆卸或不可拆卸地连接成一个整体。雾化器 30 和电池杆 20 之间可通过螺纹连接、卡扣连接、涨紧连接、一体成型、磁力连接等各种方式连接。本发明电子烟的雾化器 30 为上述任一实施例所述的雾化器,由于该雾化器具有上述所述的雾化器的结构特征,因此,该雾化器组成的电子烟也同时具有上述雾化器的效果。在本实施例中,所述雾化器 30 为上述第一种实施例所述的雾化器。所述电池杆 20 为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种雾化器的组装方法,雾化器包括用于储存烟油的储油腔 9 ,容纳腔 11 、收容在容纳腔 11 内的发热组件 4 、以及用于与电池杆电连接的电极组件,发热组件 4 包括与电极组件电连接的发热丝 42 及用于将烟油输送给发热丝 42 的导油绳 41 ,储油腔 9 的一侧设置有出油口 21 ,容纳腔 11 内位于发热丝 42 与出油口 21 之间设置有用于夹持所述导油绳 41 的夹持座 7 ,导油绳 41 延伸至夹持座 7 的远离所述发热丝 42 的一侧,该组装方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将发热组件4 、夹持座7 和电极组件插入容纳腔11 内;
S2:将用于夹持导油绳41 的夹持座7 设置在发热丝 42 和出油口21之间。
其中,电极组件包括相互电性绝缘的第一电极 5 和第二电极 6 ,雾化器还包括储油件 1 、固定件 2 和套设在固定件 2 内并用于固定发热组件 4 的支撑件 3 ,第一电极 5 、夹持座 7 和支撑件 3 由内到外依次套设在固定件 2 内。储油件 1 套设在固定件 2 外,且储油件 1 和固定件 2 形成有用于存储烟油的储油腔 9 ,则固定件 2 的内壁是储油腔 9 的腔壁,出油口 21 开设在固定件 2 的侧壁上。固定件 2 为中空的圆筒状,且固定件 2 的内壁围成容纳腔 11 ,则固定件 2 的内壁是容纳腔 11 的腔壁。
夹持座 7 包括本体 72 及在本体 72 的一端形成的圆形凸台 73 ,第一电极 5 套设在夹持座 7 中空的内部,凸台 73 刚好与固定件 2 的内壁抵持固定,且凸台 73 上设有第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 。
组装该雾化器时,将第一电极 5 、夹持座 7 和支撑件 3 由内到外依次套设在固定件 2 内,发热组件 4 固定在支撑件 3 上,夹持座 7 套设固定在第一电极 5 上,则第一电极连接件 43 夹持在第一电极 5 和夹持座 7 之间从而实现第一电极连接件 43 与第一电极 5 的电连接,第二电极连接件 44 夹持在夹持座 7 和固定件 2 之间从而实现第二电极连接件 44 与第二电极 6 的电连接,导油绳 41 夹持固定在夹持座的第一通槽 731 和第二通槽 732 内。
本发明的雾化器的组装方法,通过将第一电极连接件 43 夹持在夹持座 7 和第一电极 5 之间实现第一电极连接件 43 与第一电极的电连接,第二电极连接件 44 夹持在夹持座 7 与固定件 2 之间,使第二电极连接件 44 通过固定件 2 实现与第二电极 6 的电连接,与现有技术采用焊接的方式相比,采用夹持的固定方式工艺简单、组装方便,连接方式更为可靠,提高工作效率,易于实现自动化生产。
综上所述,实施本发明的雾化器、电子烟及雾化器的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:( 1 )第一电极连接件和第二电极连接件均是采用夹持的方式分别实现与第一电极和第二电极的电连接,与现有技术采用焊接的方式相比,采用夹持的固定方式工艺简单、组装方便,连接方式更为可靠,提高工作效率,易于实现自动化生产;( 2 )储油腔的出油口设置在远离所述发热丝的一端,容纳腔内位于发热丝与出油口之间设置有夹持座,并通过夹持座夹持导油绳,因而使导油绳上的烟油主要聚集在夹持座的远离发热丝一侧的区域内,从而使发热丝处的烟油量适当并使发热丝能及时地对烟油进行雾化,避免了发热丝处烟油过量不能及时雾化,导致发热丝处的烟油滴至容纳腔内,而产生漏油现象,避免了吸烟者吸食到烟油,提高了用户体验;( 3 )由于导油绳一体成型,并形成有贯通的油路通道,便于烟油的流通。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,用于与电池杆组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括储油腔( 9 )、容纳腔( 11 )、收容在所述容纳腔( 11 )内的发热组件( 4 )、以及用于与所述电池杆电连接的电极组件,所述发热组件( 4 )包括与所述电极组件电连接的发热丝( 42 )及用于将烟油输送给所述发热丝( 42 )的导油绳( 41 ),其特征在于,所述储油腔( 9 )的一侧设置有出油口( 21 ),所述容纳腔( 11 )内位于所述发热丝( 42 )与出油口( 21 )之间设置有用于夹持所述导油绳( 41 )的夹持座( 7 ),所述导油绳( 41 )延伸至所述夹持座( 7 )的远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述夹持座( 7 )的侧面设置有供所述导油绳( 41 )的两端分别穿过的第一通槽( 731 )和第二通槽( 732 ),所述第一通槽( 731 )和第二通槽( 732 )的槽壁分别与所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁共同抵持在所述导油绳( 41 )上。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述发热组件( 4 )还包括与所述发热丝( 42 )的端部分别连接并电连接至所述电极组件的第一电极连接件( 43 )和第二电极连接件( 44 ),所述夹持座( 7 )固定在所述电极组件上,所述第一电极连接件( 43 )和 / 或第二电极连接件( 44 )通过夹持的方式固定在所述电极组件和所述夹持座( 7 )之间。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述电极组件包括相互电性绝缘的第一电极( 5 )及第二电极( 6 ),所述第一电极( 5 )延伸至所述容纳腔( 11 )内,所述夹持座( 7 )套设在所述第一电极( 5 )的一端,所述第一电极连接件( 43 )远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一端夹持在所述夹持座( 7 )与所述第一电极( 5 )之间从而实现第一电极连接件( 43 )与所述第一电极( 5 )的电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述夹持座( 7 )外套设有支撑件( 3 ),所述支撑件( 3 )上开设有径向贯通的安装孔,所述发热丝( 42 )穿过所述安装孔后固定在所述支撑件( 3 )上。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述夹持座( 7 )包括筒状的本体( 72 )及在所述本体( 72 )的一端扩径形成的凸台( 73 ),所述本体( 72 )靠近所述第一电极( 5 )的一端开设有插接孔( 721 ),所述第一电极( 5 )的一端套装在所述插接孔( 721 )内,所述凸台( 73 )与所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁抵接并与所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁共同夹持所述导油绳( 41 ),所述支撑件( 3 )的一端与所述凸台( 73 )靠近所述本体( 72 )的端面抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁由导电材料制成,所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁与所述第二电极( 6 )电连接,所述第二电极连接件( 44 )夹持在所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁与所述夹持座( 7 )之间从而实现与所述第二电极( 6 )的电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括套设在所述支撑件( 3 )外并与所述第二电极( 6 )电连接的固定件( 2 ),所述固定件( 2 )为中空的圆筒状,所述固定件( 2 )的内壁围成所述容纳腔( 11 ),所述固定件( 2 )的内壁为所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁,所述第一电极( 5 )、夹持座( 7 )和所述支撑件( 3 )由内到外依次套设在所述固定件( 2 )内。
  9. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一通槽( 731 )和所述第二通槽( 732 )设置在所述凸台( 73 )上并相对于所述凸台( 73 )的中轴线对称,所述第一电极连接件( 43 )沿所述支撑件( 3 )的外侧壁轴向延伸穿过所述第一通槽( 731 )后向所述插接孔( 721 )内弯折从而夹持在所述插接孔( 721 )的内壁和第一电极( 5 )的外壁之间。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述凸台( 73 )远离本体( 72 )的端面上开设有与所述第一通槽( 731 )相连通的开口槽( 733 ),所述第一电极连接件( 43 )依次穿过所述第一通槽( 731 )和所述开口槽( 733 )后沿所述插接孔( 721 )的轴向内壁延伸从而夹持在所述插接孔( 721 )的内壁和第一电极( 5 )的外壁之间。
  11. 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二电极连接件( 44 )远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一端弯折呈 U 型并夹持在所述第二通槽( 732 )和所述固定件( 2 )之间。
  12. 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述凸台( 73 )靠近所述本体( 72 )的端面上设有盲孔( 734 ),所述盲孔( 734 )设置在靠近第二通槽( 732 )的一侧,所述第二电极连接件( 44 )远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一端穿过所述盲孔( 734 )并弯折后夹持在所述夹持座( 7 )与所述固定件( 2 )之间。
  13. 根据权利要求 9 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油绳( 41 )呈 U 型,所述导油绳( 41 )包括用于供所述发热丝( 42 )缠绕的直线段( 411 )及沿所述直线段( 411 )的端部向同侧延伸的第一弯折段( 412 )和第二弯折段( 413 ),所述第一弯折段( 412 )和第二弯折段( 413 )分别挤压固定在所述第一通槽( 731 )和第二通槽( 732 )内。
  14. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括套设在所述固定件( 2 )外的储油件( 1 ),所述储油件( 1 )的内壁与所述固定件( 2 )的外壁共同围成所述储油腔( 9 ),所述第二电极( 6 )卡置在所述储油件( 1 )远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一端并用于密封所述储油腔( 9 ),所述固定件( 2 )插设在所述第二电极( 6 )内并与所述第二电极( 6 )电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述出油口( 21 )设置在所述固定件( 2 )靠近所述第二电极( 6 )的侧壁,所述储油腔( 9 )内的烟油通过所述出油口( 21 )后流至所述导油绳( 41 )上。
  16. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化器和电池杆( 20 ),所述雾化器包括储油腔( 9 )、容纳腔( 11 )、收容在所述容纳腔( 11 )内的发热组件( 4 )、以及用于与所述电池杆电连接的电极组件,所述发热组件( 4 )包括与所述电极组件电连接的发热丝( 42 )及用于将烟油输送给所述发热丝( 42 )的导油绳( 41 ),其特征在于,所述储油腔( 9 )的一侧设置有出油口( 21 ),所述容纳腔( 11 )内位于所述发热丝( 42 )与出油口( 21 )之间设置有用于夹持所述导油绳( 41 )的夹持座( 7 ),所述导油绳( 41 )延伸至所述夹持座( 7 )的远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一侧。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述夹持座( 7 )的侧面设置有供所述导油绳( 41 )的两端分别穿过的第一通槽( 731 )和第二通槽( 732 ),所述第一通槽( 731 )和第二通槽( 732 )的槽壁分别与所述容纳腔( 11 )的腔壁共同抵持在所述导油绳( 41 )上。
  18. 根据权利要求 17 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述发热组件( 4 )还包括与所述发热丝( 42 )的端部分别连接并电连接至所述电极组件的第一电极连接件( 43 )和第二电极连接件( 44 ),所述夹持座( 7 )固定在所述电极组件上,所述第一电极连接件( 43 )和 / 或第二电极连接件( 44 )通过夹持的方式固定在所述电极组件和所述夹持座( 7 )之间。
  19. 根据权利要求 18 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电极组件包括相互电性绝缘的第一电极( 5 )及第二电极( 6 ),所述第一电极( 5 )延伸至所述容纳腔( 11 )内,所述夹持座( 7 )套设在所述第一电极( 5 )的一端,所述第一电极连接件( 43 )远离所述发热丝( 42 )的一端夹持在所述夹持座( 7 )与所述第一电极( 5 )之间从而实现第一电极连接件( 43 )与所述第一电极( 5 )的电连接。
  20. 一种如权利要求 1 所述的雾化器的组装方法, 其特征在于,所述组装方法包括以下步骤:
    S1:将发热组件( 4 )、夹持座( 7 )和电极组件插入容纳腔( 11 )内;
    S2:将用于夹持导油绳( 41 )的夹持座( 7 )设置在发热丝( 42 )和出油口( 21 )之间。
