固定座7上对称设置与油仓23连通的两个过油槽71,雾化棉8的两端部81分别穿过两个过油槽71与油仓23内的烟油接触实现烟油传导,且固定座7的底部设置位于过油槽71内侧的导向臂72,导向臂72的外壁面设置为向内倾斜的内斜面721,雾化棉8的中部82沿导向臂72的内斜面721朝雾化片6向下延伸,并经位于固定座7底部的弹簧9压设在雾化片6的上表面电极局部,使雾化棉8传导的烟油和雾化片6接触并且雾化片6对烟油超声雾化产生烟雾。
导向臂72的内斜面721不仅使雾化棉8的中部向雾化片6逐渐弯曲,而且可避免雾化棉8的中部有直角弯折而影响导油效果。
固定座7的轴向中部设置第二通孔73,第一通孔211与第二通孔73相连接,吸嘴盖1的外套管13插入第一通孔211及第二通孔73内,从而使外套管13与雾化片6之间形成雾化腔,且外套管13与第一、二通孔211、73之间形成与进气孔11连通的第一过气通道,外套管13的内腔形成与吸嘴12连通的第二过气通道。
本实施例中提到的雾化片6是超声波雾化片,其中部是设置在上、下表面电极之间的压电陶瓷基体。
雾化座3由软质弹性绝缘材质制作而成,比如硅胶,因此导线10穿过穿线孔323时可以起到密封穿线孔323的作用,使穿线孔323不会引起漏油。
固定座7由软质材质制作而成,比如硅胶,以使过油槽71与雾化棉8的配合度更好,可以更好的控制单位时间内经过雾化棉8的烟油量。
如图5-图6所示,本发明雾化棉8的实施例一包括两个端部81和一个中部82,两个端部81的宽度a大于中部82的宽度b,且雾化棉8的宽度从端部81向中部82逐渐递减,雾化棉8的两端部81与油仓23内的烟油连接,用于吸收并缓存烟油;中部82覆盖在雾化片6的上表面,两端部81吸收的烟油传给中部82,由于两端部81的宽度大于中部82的宽度,所以雾化棉8的两端部81受到挤压后穿过过油槽71,随后端部81的雾化棉8吸收烟油而膨胀回复原来的宽度并呈倒扣状态,从而使雾化棉8的两端部81被过油槽71的上端很好的卡住固定,另外,由于中部82能够吸收和传递的烟油有限,即使两端部81吸收很多烟油也无法同时传递到雾化片6上,因此可以解决雾化片6被烟油浸泡而使其雾化能力减弱,烟雾量变小以及容易吸食到烟油的现象。
如图7所示,本发明雾化棉8的实施例二大致与实施例一相同,区别仅在于雾化棉8的整体形状为工字型,且两个端部81为方型,使雾化棉8的两端部81缓存的烟油量更多,超 声雾化时两端部81的烟油能够持续供应给中部82,可以防止中部82烟油不足时被烧坏(烧坏包括烧黑,烧穿洞等情况)的现象。
本发明雾化器使用时,当吸烟者吸烟时,空气从进气孔11进入,并经第一过气通道到达雾化腔,同时,烟油由雾化棉8导入到雾化片6上,经雾化片6超声振荡后,雾化片6上表面的烟油雾化,雾化的烟气混合外部空气经第二过气通道流出到吸嘴12而被吸烟者吸食。
以上所述,仅是本申请的较佳实施例,并非对本申请做任何形式的限制,虽然本申请以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而并非用以限制本申请,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本申请技术方案的范围内,利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许的变动或修饰均等同于等效实施案例,均属于技术方案范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括内部设置油仓(23)的油仓装置(2),其特征在于,所述油仓装置的底部设置连通所述油仓的过油槽(71),所述过油槽的下方设置所述雾化片(6),所述雾化片的雾化面与雾化棉(8)接触,所述雾化棉的端部宽度大于中部宽度,使所述雾化棉的端部(81)经挤压穿过所述过油槽并被所述过油槽卡设固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化棉的端部倒扣在所述过油槽的上端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化棉的宽度从端部向中部逐渐递减。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化棉为工字型,且两个端部为方型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述油仓装置的底部设置与所述过油槽内侧壁面连接的导向臂(72),且所述导向臂的外壁面设置为向内倾斜的内斜面(721),所述雾化棉的中部(82)沿所述导向臂的内斜面延伸到所述雾化片上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述油仓装置包括相互插设结合的上盖(21)和底座(22),所述上盖与所述底座的中部镂空,且所述上盖与所述底座的中部通过固定座(7)连接,所述上盖、底座及固定座之间设置所述油仓,所述过油槽设置在所述固定座上,所述导向臂设置在所述固定座的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述油仓装置的底部设置雾化座(3),所述雾化座的中部设置雾化芯安装孔(32),所述雾化芯安装孔的中部设置雾化片安装槽(322),所述雾化片安装槽上面的雾化芯安装孔上设置多个用于抵持所述雾化片的凸筋(321),相邻凸筋之间设置变形间隙(325)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化片安装在所述雾化片安装槽内,所述凸筋抵压在所述雾化片的上表面,且所述雾化片安装槽的底面支撑所述雾化片的下表面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座的底部设置外电极安装槽(31),所述雾化片安装槽上设置与所述外电极安装槽连通的穿线孔(323),且所述雾化片的上表面电极连接的导线(10)经所述穿线孔与安装在所述外电极安装槽内的外电极(4)电性连接。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电子烟雾化器。
