本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提供一种超声波雾化器及电子烟。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种超声波雾化器,包括设在外套内的储液腔、超声振荡组件、气道及与外部电源电连接以用于驱动所述压电陶瓷片振荡的电极;所述超声振荡组件包括压电陶瓷片和储液体;所述压电陶瓷片沿所述超声波雾化器的纵向延伸设置,以使在竖直放置该超声波雾化器时所述压电陶瓷片呈竖直状态;所述压电陶瓷片至少一面与所述储液体接触;所述储液体与所述储液腔连通并用于吸附所述储液腔内的液体;所述储液体与气道连通,以使所述压电陶瓷片将所述储液体上的液体雾化后,汽雾从所述气道排出。
所述储液体位于所述压电陶瓷片的表面且所述储液体的背向所述压电陶瓷片的表面与所述气道连通。
所述储液体由吸油材料制成并呈板状结构,所述储液体盖设在所述压电陶瓷片上。储液体将液体传输给压电陶瓷雾化,延长压电陶瓷的寿命。
本发明的一种优选方案中,所述储液腔和所述压电陶瓷片并排设置,所述超声波雾化器还包括侧盖,所述侧盖盖设在所述外套的一侧;所述侧盖内设有容纳腔;所述压电陶瓷片设在容纳腔内,以使固定所述压电陶瓷片,可防止其震动而影响雾化效果。
所述超声波雾化器还包括支架和固定座,所述固定座上开设有用于容纳所述超声振荡组件的腔体,所述超声振荡组件固定在所述固定座内,且通过所述支架将所述固定座嵌设在所述容纳腔内,且所述支架固定在固定座和侧盖之间。防止压电陶瓷片松动,使雾化器内部结构更加紧凑和稳固。
所述支架上开设有第一通气槽,所述固定座上开设有第二通气槽,所述第一通气槽、第二通气槽均与所述储液体的背向所述压电陶瓷片的表面连通,以使所述压电陶瓷片将所述储液体上的液体雾化后,汽雾从所述所述第一通气槽和/或第二通气槽排出。
本发明的另一种优选方案中,所述压电陶瓷片设在所述储液腔上方,且所述压电陶瓷片两面均与气道连通,所述压电陶瓷片两侧面均与储液体接触,所述储液体的背向所述压电陶瓷片的表面均与所述气道连通。储液腔设置在压电陶瓷片的下方,有效解决了压电陶瓷片上积累过多液体导致雾化器启动缓慢的问题。
所述外套内设有弹性安装套;所述弹性安装套内设有用于容纳所述压电陶瓷片的容纳槽,所述容纳槽的槽壁与所述压电陶瓷片和所述储液体弹性抵持。防止压电陶瓷片晃动影响雾化效果,使得压电陶瓷片更加稳固。
所述储液体远离所述吸嘴的一端插入所述储液腔内。使用雾化器时,液体从储液体下端吸附到整个储液体上,即液体逆着重力方向渗透到储液体中,防止压电陶瓷片上积累过多液体导致雾化器启动缓慢。
所述弹性安装套的两侧分别设置有用于固定所述压电陶瓷片的第一外盖和第二外盖;所述第一外盖和第二外盖上均设有与所述气道连通的通气槽,且所述通气槽分别与所述压电陶瓷片两侧的气道连通。使得所述压电陶瓷两面都雾化的液体后的汽雾随通气槽进入到气道混 合,既可以进一步增大汽雾量,又可以改善吸烟口感,提高了用户体验。
所述第一外盖中部设置有第一通孔,所述第二外盖面向所述第一外盖的表面设置有固定槽,所述压电陶瓷片设在所述固定槽内,所述固定槽面向所述第一通孔的槽壁设置有第二通孔;所述第一通孔、第二通孔分别设在所述压电陶瓷片的两侧,且均通过所述通气槽与所述气道连通。
所述第一外盖和第二外盖的背向所述压电陶瓷片的表面均设置有密封垫,所述密封垫与所述储液体的背向所述压电陶瓷片的表面之间均为间隙设置,以使所述密封垫不堵塞所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔。确保汽雾被顺畅带走,提升用户体验。
所述外套一端与吸嘴连接,且所述吸嘴与所述气道连通,当吸烟时,烟雾随吸嘴到用户口腔,满足用户吸烟的需求。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括上述超声波雾化器和为所述超声波雾化器提供工作电源的电源组件;超声波雾化器的外套底端与所述电源组件螺接、插接或者磁性连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明结构简单,利用超声波原理雾化烟油等液体,有效解决了现有电子烟容易产生糊味,口感差的问题;能量利用率高;压电陶瓷片竖直设置在雾化器外套内,能有效防止压电陶瓷片雾化面上积累过多液体,影响雾化器内的压电陶瓷启动慢,烟雾量小的问题,并且解决了现有电子烟雾化器容易漏油的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例1的雾化器包括设在外套4内的储液腔1、超声振荡组件2、气道5及与外部电源电连接以用于驱动所述压电陶瓷片21振荡的电极17;所述超声振荡组件2沿所述超声波雾化器的纵向延伸设置,以使在竖直放置该超声波雾化器时所述压电陶瓷片21呈竖直状态,(即压电陶瓷片21竖直设置在外套4内);所述压电陶瓷片21一面与所述储液体3(储油棉)接触;所述储液体3与所述储液腔1连通;所述储液体3与气道5连通,以使所述压电陶瓷片21将所述储液体3上的液体雾化后,汽雾从所述气道5排出。
本发明的压电陶瓷片两面均可为雾化面(即振荡使液体雾化的面),且该压电陶瓷片为实心陶瓷也就是说该压电陶瓷片的表面无孔设置,液体无法穿过该压电陶瓷片。
本发明中,为了保证出雾量及快速启动压电陶瓷片雾化储液体上的液体,储液体的厚度设为0.05~2.5mm。
本发明实施例1的储液腔1和压电陶瓷片21并排设置。
如图1,实施例1中,侧盖8顶端(靠近吸嘴18的一端)通过螺母41与外套顶端固定连接,需要维护时,可以拆卸雾化芯部分,更换方便。
如图2和图3所示,雾化芯部分包括设在外套4内的侧盖8;所述侧盖8内设有容纳腔9;压电陶瓷片21固定在支架10上部,支架10上部固定在所述容纳腔9内,且所述支架10固定在固定座11和侧盖8之间;支架10上开设有第一通气槽12,所述固定座11上开设有第二通气槽13,所述第一通气槽12、第二通气槽13均与所述压电陶瓷片21的雾化面连 通,第一通气槽12和第二通气槽13连通,使得烟雾流通更加畅通及速度更快;压电陶瓷片21的两面分别与一个电极17接触。固定座11上开设有用于容纳储液体3和压电陶瓷片21的腔体36。
如图1所示,隔热层51和雾化芯之间有第一空隙,第一通气槽12、第二通气槽13连通后与第一空隙连接,侧盖8顶端和大支架50之间设有第二空隙,第一空隙、第二空隙连通形成气道5。
实施例1中,如图2和图3,支架10底部开设有安装孔22,导油绳34穿过该安装孔22,储液体上部截面为圆形,该圆形上带有凸起,凸起部分与导油绳接触,方便烟油从导油绳导入到储液体内。
导油绳一端通过储液腔1底端(远离吸嘴的一端)伸入储液腔1内,导油绳另一端与储液体3底部(远离吸嘴的一端)接触,将烟油导入储液体中。
电极17与压电陶瓷片21之间设置弹片35,进一步保证电接触良好。
压电陶瓷片21和侧盖8之间可以设置密封垫25,该密封垫25为硅胶,有弹性,可以进一步保护压电陶瓷片,防止其在振荡过程中损坏。
为了进一步保证电接触良好,本发明采用弹簧电极19紧固连接支架10和侧盖8。
本发明中,固定座11采用硅胶座,防止压电陶瓷片振荡过程中损坏。
外套4顶端(气体流出方向的一端)与吸嘴18连接,且所述吸嘴18与所述气道5连通;外套4底端与底盖20固定连接。
如图4,本发明实施例2的雾化器储液腔1设置在压电陶瓷片21下方,压电陶瓷片21的两面均与储液体3接触,且储液体3一端伸入储液腔1内与液体接触,以使储液体3通过自身的吸附力将储液腔1内的液体往压电陶瓷片21两面输送及供压电陶瓷片21雾化。
分别与压电陶瓷片21两面相连通的有第一通气道51和第二通气道52,第一通气道51和第二通气道52沿气流方向上均与气道5相通也就是说将第一通气道51和第二通气道52的烟雾汇集在气道5上,以使更大的烟雾供给用户使用;外套4两侧面上开设有与第一通气道51和第二通气道52连通的进气孔23。
如图5和图6所示,本发明实施例2中,雾化芯部分包括设在外套4内的弹性安装套6;所述弹性安装套6内设有用于容纳所述压电陶瓷片21和储液体3的容纳槽7;储液体3包覆盖在压电陶瓷片21的两侧面,然后将储液体3和压电陶瓷片21组成的组件卡入容纳槽7内。弹性安装套6的两侧分别设置有用于固定所述弹性安装套6的第一外盖14和第二外盖15;所述第一外盖14和第二外盖15上均设有通气槽16,且所述通气槽16分别与所述压电陶瓷片21两侧的第一通气道51和第二通气道52连通。
第一外盖14和第二外盖15上均开设有电极片安装孔24,安装时,通过硅胶垫25将电极片17固定在电极片安装孔24内,且使压电陶瓷片21的两侧面分别与对应的电极片17之间有气体可通过的间隙,该间隙为第一通气道51和第二通气道52,当压电陶瓷片21工作时,储液体3上的液体被雾化形成烟雾,该烟雾被通过第一通气道51和第二通气道52的气流带至用户口腔。
第一外盖14和第二外盖15分别与弹性安装套6的两侧固定连接,然后分别在第一外盖14和第二外盖15外侧放置一个硅胶垫25,通过螺钉紧固上述组件即可。
将该雾化芯固定在外套4内时,可以使用硅胶座39隔离雾化芯部分和储液腔顶端,减震的同时,还可以防止烟油泄露。
本实施例中,弹性安装套6采用硅胶,防止压电陶瓷片21振荡过程中损坏,延长其使用寿命。
本实施例中,储液腔1底端(远离吸嘴的一端)固定在底座37上,底座37内设有注油塞38,且注油塞38穿过底盖20,需要注入烟油时,取下注油塞即可加入烟油。
如图7,实施例2中,外套4上开设观察窗26,便于观察储液腔内是否需要补充烟油, 底盖上设置进油孔40,便于注入烟油。
图8为本发明的电源组件结构示意图,其包括盒体27,盒体27内通过电池支架29固定有锂电池28,盒体27的上盖30上固定有与上盖30绝缘的电源弹簧电极31,电源弹簧电极31与锂电池28接触。控制板32竖直设置在盒体27内,盒体27一侧固定有按键33,按键33与控制板32电连接。
使用时,将雾化器的底盖20与电源组件的上盖30螺纹连接、磁性连接或者插拔连接即可。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种超声波雾化器,其特征在于,包括设在外套(4)内的储液腔(1)、超声振荡组件(2)、气道(5)及与外部电源电连接以用于驱动所述超声振荡组件(2)振荡的电极(17);所述超声振荡组件(2)包括压电陶瓷片(21)和储液体(3);所述压电陶瓷片(21)沿所述超声波雾化器的纵向延伸设置;所述压电陶瓷片(21)至少一面与所述储液体(3)接触;所述储液体(3)与所述储液腔(1)连通;所述储液体(3)与气道(5)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液腔(1)和所述压电陶瓷片(21)并排设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,还包括侧盖(8),所述侧盖(8)盖设在所述外套(4)的一侧;所述侧盖(8)内设有容纳腔(9);所述压电陶瓷片(21)设在容纳腔(9)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,还包括支架(10)和固定座(11),所述固定座(11)上开设有用于容纳所述超声振荡组件(2)的腔体,所述超声振荡组件(2)固定在所述固定座(11)内,且通过所述支架(10)将所述固定座(11)嵌设在所述容纳腔(9)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述支架(10)上开设有第一通气槽(12),所述固定座(11)上开设有第二通气槽(13),所述第一通气槽(12)、第二通气槽(13)均与所述储液体(3)背向所述压电陶瓷片(21)的表面连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述压电陶瓷片(21)设在所述储液腔(1)上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述压电陶瓷片(21)两侧面均与储液体(3)接触,所述储液体(3)背向所述压电陶瓷片(21)的表面与所述气道(5)连通。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述外套(4)内设有弹性安装套(6);所述弹性安装套(6)内设有用于容纳所述压电陶瓷片(21)和所述储液体(3)的容纳槽(7),所述容纳槽(7)的槽壁与所述压电陶瓷片(21)和所述储液体(3)弹性接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述弹性安装套(6)的两侧分别设置有用于固定所述压电陶瓷片(21)的第一外盖(14)和第二外盖(15),所述第一外盖(14)和第二外盖(15)上均设有与所述气道(5)连通的通气道槽(16),且所述通气道槽(16)分别与所述压电陶瓷片(21)两侧的气道(5)连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一外盖(14)中部设置有第一通孔,所述第二外盖(15)面向所述第一外盖(14)的表面设置有固定槽,所述压电陶瓷片(21)设在所述固定槽内,所述固定槽面向所述第一通孔的槽壁设置有第二通孔;所述第一通孔、第二通孔分别设在所述压电陶瓷片(21)的两侧,且均通过所述通气槽(16)与所述气道(5)连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一外盖(14)和第二外盖(15)背向所述压电陶瓷片(21)的表面均设置有密封垫(25),所述密封垫(25)与所述储液体(3)背向所述压电陶瓷片(21)的表面之间设有间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述外套(4)一端与吸嘴(18)连接,且所述吸嘴(18)与所述气道(5)连通。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液体(3)远离所述吸嘴(18)的一端插入所述储液腔(1)内。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液体(3)位于所述压电陶瓷片(21)的表面,且所述储液体(3)背向所述压电陶瓷片(21)的表面与所述气道(5)连通。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的超声波雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液体(3)由吸油材料制成并呈板状结构,所述储液体(3)设在所述压电陶瓷片(21)上。
  16. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至15任一项所述的超声波雾化器和为所述超声波雾化器提供工作电源的电源组件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述超声波雾化器与所述电源组件螺接、插接或者磁性连接。
