技术解决方案

本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种基于多孔硅雾化片的雾化结构,包括外壳、开设于外壳内的储油腔、设于外壳并延伸至储油腔的气道、设于储油腔底部并连接于气道的导油座、连接于导油座的固定支架、安装于导油座内的导油组件、及设于固定支架并贴合导油组件的多孔硅雾化片;所述多孔硅雾化片包括片体、设于所述片体的渗透结构、及设于片体且背离所述导油组件一面的发热线路;所述固定支架开设有安置槽,所述片体设于安置槽内、并使发热线路和渗透结构朝下外露。

有益效果
相比现有的电子烟,本发明采用多孔硅雾化片将烟油导入进行加热雾化,结构简单,加热效率高,节省空间面积,结构成本低,实用性强。另外,采用多孔硅雾化片对比雾化棉芯和陶瓷发热体雾化效果更好,使用寿命更长,发热雾化更加均匀可靠,也保证了电子烟吸食的口感。具体是,设置了外壳、开设于外壳内的储油腔、设于外壳并延伸至储油腔的气道、设于储油腔底部并连接于气道的导油座、连接于导油座的固定支架、安装于导油座内的导油组件、及设于固定支架并贴合导油组件的多孔硅雾化片;所述多孔硅雾化片包括片体、设于所述片体的渗透结构、及设于片体且背离所述导油组件一面的发热线路;所述固定支架开设有安置槽,所述片体设于安置槽内、并使发热线路和渗透结构朝下外露。在片体上均布多孔渗透结构,配合用于将烟油导出,在经过发热线路时进行加热雾化形成烟雾,方便将烟雾导出,结构稳定可靠,设置安置槽配合片体的安装和固定,结构简单可靠,雾化效果好。

导油座4开设有导油槽41和导油腔42,所述导油槽41连通至所述导油腔42,所述导油组件6安装于导油腔42内,所述导油组件6包括导油密封圈61、设于导油密封圈61内的固定内环62、设于固定内环62内的导油棉63、及将导油棉63与多孔硅雾化片7贴合的储油棉64,采用多孔硅雾化片7配合新的导油结构,在使用中,通过导油棉63将烟油导入至储油棉64,后通过储油棉64锁油并导入至多孔硅雾化片7,多孔硅雾化片7将烟油加热雾化,将产生的烟雾通过气道3导出供吸食,整体结构简单可靠,缩小结构空间和面积,节省成本。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的基于多孔硅雾化片的雾化结构,其特征在于:所述安置槽设有定位托板,所述定位托板设于安置槽的外沿,所述多孔硅雾化片安装于安置槽内、并通过定位托板将多孔硅雾化片的四角托起。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于多孔硅雾化片的雾化结构,其特征在于:所述安置槽靠近导油组件一面设有扩张斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于多孔硅雾化片的雾化结构,其特征在于:所述导油密封圈的外沿设有密封外唇、内径设有密封固定槽,所述密封外唇与导油腔密封抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的基于多孔硅雾化片的雾化结构,其特征在于:所述固定内环设于密封固定槽内,所述导油棉固定于固定内环的内圈,所述导油棉将储油棉压紧贴合于多孔硅雾化片。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的基于多孔硅雾化片的雾化结构。
