如图1~图6所示,一种烟弹,包括外壳1,所述外壳1内设有用于储存烟油的储油腔11、及居中设于储油腔11连通至外壳1外部的烟道12、及位于烟道12下方的回字形雾化腔13,所述回字形雾化腔13连通于烟道12;导油座2,所述导油座2设于回字形雾化腔13并连通至储油腔11,所述导油座2与储油腔11之间设有密封罩21,所述导油座2设有导油槽22和输油腔23,所述导油槽22将输油腔23与储油腔11连通;固定支架3,所述固定支架3安装于输油腔23并靠近导油槽22;导油棉4,所述导油棉4安装于固定支架3,并连通于导油槽22;发热片底座5,所述发热片底座5连接于导油座2的底部;发热片本体6,所述发热片本体6安装于发热片底座5,所述发热片本体6设有微孔渗透结构61用于烟油渗透,所述发热片本体6的底部设有发热线路62,所述发热线路62对应回字形雾化腔13;储油棉7,所述储油棉7的双面分别贴合于导油棉4和发热片本体6;防漏底座8,所述防漏底座8连接于导油座2、并位于发热片底座5下方,所述防漏底座8设有导气柱81,所述导气柱81连通至回字形雾化腔13,所述回字形雾化腔13位于导气柱81上方设有防漏钢板82,所述防漏钢板82对应发热片本体6。
参阅图2~图3所示,外壳1设有烟嘴14,所述烟嘴14与烟道12连通,当烟油紧固发热片本体6加热雾化后形成烟雾,通过回字形雾化腔13导入至烟道12进行传输,方便吸食。
导油座2设有导气接口24,所述导气接口24连接于烟道12;所述导油槽22开设于导油座2的表面两侧,用于将烟油导入至输油腔23内的导油棉4,通过导气接口24可将雾化后的烟雾导入至烟道12,结构可靠。设置在两侧的导油槽22用于接触储油仓,将烟油导入至输油腔23内进行传输,导油效果好。
固定支架3外部套设有密封圈31,所述密封圈31将固定支架3密封安装于输油腔23内,所述密封圈31包括密封内圈311和密封外唇312,所述密封外唇312与输油腔23的壁面贴合密封,所述密封内圈311将固定支架3密封固定,通过密封圈31的密封内圈311和密封外唇312配合,用于结构的密封和连接安装,结构密封效果好,防漏效果好。
导油棉4插设于固定支架3的内部,所述导油棉4的两端分别将导油槽22与储油棉7接触,方便导油棉4用于将烟油从中间导入至储油棉7,导油效果好。储油棉7的密度大于导油棉4的密度。
发热片底座5的两侧设有连接卡扣51,所述导油座2对应连接卡扣51设有连接卡槽,所述连接卡扣51卡设于所述连接卡槽,设置连接卡扣51和连接卡槽相互卡合连接,结构连接稳定。
参阅图4~图6所示,发热片本体6由单晶硅片加工成型,所述发热片本体6双面设置封装元件63,所述封装元件63开设有空腔,所述空腔连通至微孔渗透结构61,采用单晶硅加工成型的发热片,发热稳定,结构紧凑,设置封装元件63进行封装保护,密封效果好。
微孔渗透结构61均布有微孔,所述微孔贯通于发热片本体6,所述微孔的孔径尺寸为80纳米~1500纳米;所述发热线路62连接有电极接触点621,所述电极接触点621为极柱、接电片或接触引脚,采用贯通设计的微孔,以便烟油渗透,在吸食过程中产生气压差形成的虹吸原理,将烟油导入至发热线路62进行发热。通过电极接触点621用于连接导电,接电方便,发热稳定可靠。
防漏底座8设有接电极柱83,所述接电极柱83与发热片本体6电性连接,所述防漏底座8位于接电极柱83两侧设有磁性块84;所述防漏钢板82底部设有储油槽821,所述储油槽821内设有吸油棉822,通过磁性块84用于结构吸附和固定使用,而接电极柱83用于发热片供电。设置吸油棉822用于吸附雾化后的烟油产生的冷凝液。
本发明结构设计合理紧凑,采用了导油棉4和储油棉7的配合,将烟油紧固导油槽22导入至发热片本体6,发热片本体6上具有微孔渗透结构61,通过微孔渗透结构61将烟油渗透,通过发热线路62用于对微孔渗透结构61的烟油进行加热雾化,在吸食过程中产生气压差形成的虹吸原理,将烟油导入至发热线路62进行发热,实现了烟油的发热雾化工作。具体是,设置了外壳1,所述外壳1内设有用于储存烟油的储油腔11、及居中设于储油腔11连通至外壳1外部的烟道12、及位于烟道12下方的回字形雾化腔13,所述回字形雾化腔13连通于烟道12;导油座2,所述导油座2设于回字形雾化腔13并连通至储油腔11,所述导油座2与储油腔11之间设有密封罩21,所述导油座2设有导油槽22和输油腔23,所述导油槽22将输油腔23与储油腔11连通;固定支架3,所述固定支架3安装于输油腔23并靠近导油槽22;导油棉4,所述导油棉4安装于固定支架3,并连通于导油槽22;发热片底座5,所述发热片底座5连接于导油座2的底部;发热片本体6,所述发热片本体6安装于发热片底座5,所述发热片本体6设有微孔渗透结构61用于烟油渗透,所述发热片本体6的底部设有发热线路62,所述发热线路62对应回字形雾化腔13;储油棉7,所述储油棉7的双面分别贴合于导油棉4和发热片本体6;防漏底座8,所述防漏底座8连接于导油座2、并位于发热片底座5下方,所述防漏底座8设有导气柱81,所述导气柱81连通至回字形雾化腔13,所述回字形雾化腔13位于导气柱81上方设有防漏钢板82,所述防漏钢板82对应发热片本体6。设置导气柱81保证电子烟吸附时起到导气作用,而发热片雾化时通过雾化腔进行雾化导向,同时设置防漏钢板82起到防漏隔离作用,防漏效果好。
另外,采用了单晶硅片加工成型的发热片本体6,并在发热片本体6上通过蚀刻或光刻等工艺形成微孔渗透结构61,用于电子烟的烟油渗透,将烟油渗透到发热线路62,经过电极接触点621接触发热线路62进行发热,从而使得烟油产生雾化气体,对比雾化棉芯和陶瓷发热体雾化效果更好,使用寿命更长,发热雾化更加均匀可靠,也保证了电子烟吸食的口感。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烟弹,包括
    外壳,所述外壳内设有用于储存烟油的储油腔、及居中设于储油腔连通至外壳外部的烟道、及位于烟道下方的回字形雾化腔,所述回字形雾化腔连通于烟道;
    导油座,所述导油座设于回字形雾化腔并连通至储油腔,所述导油座与储油腔之间设有密封罩,所述导油座设有导油槽和输油腔,所述导油槽将输油腔与储油腔连通;
    固定支架,所述固定支架安装于输油腔并靠近导油槽;
    导油棉,所述导油棉安装于固定支架,并连通于导油槽;
    发热片底座,所述发热片底座连接于导油座的底部;
    发热片本体,所述发热片本体安装于发热片底座,所述发热片本体设有微孔渗透结构用于烟油渗透,所述发热片本体的底部设有发热线路,所述发热线路对应回字形雾化腔;
    储油棉,所述储油棉的双面分别贴合于导油棉和发热片本体;
    防漏底座,所述防漏底座连接于导油座、并位于发热片底座下方,所述防漏底座设有导气柱,所述导气柱连通至回字形雾化腔,所述回字形雾化腔位于导气柱上方设有防漏钢板,所述防漏钢板对应发热片本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述外壳设有烟嘴,所述烟嘴与烟道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述导油座设有导气接口,所述导气接口连接于烟道;所述导油槽开设于导油座的表面两侧,用于将烟油导入至输油腔内的导油棉。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述固定支架外部套设有密封圈,所述密封圈将固定支架密封安装于输油腔内,所述密封圈包括密封内圈和密封外唇,所述密封外唇与输油腔的壁面贴合密封,所述密封内圈将固定支架密封固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述导油棉插设于固定支架的内部,所述导油棉的两端分别将导油槽与储油棉接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述发热片底座的两侧设有连接卡扣,所述导油座对应连接卡扣设有连接卡槽,所述连接卡扣卡设于所述连接卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述发热片本体由单晶硅片加工成型,所述发热片本体双面设置封装元件,所述封装元件开设有空腔,所述空腔连通至微孔渗透结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述微孔渗透结构均布有微孔,所述微孔贯通于发热片本体,所述微孔的孔径尺寸为80纳米~1500纳米;所述发热线路连接有电极接触点,所述电极接触点为极柱、接电片或接触引脚。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的烟弹,其特征在于:所述防漏底座设有接电极柱,所述接电极柱与发热片本体电性连接,所述防漏底座位于接电极柱两侧设有磁性块;所述防漏钢板底部设有储油槽,所述储油槽内设有吸油棉。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的烟弹。
