发热片本体6由单晶硅片加工成型,所述发热片本体6双面设置封装元件63,所述封装元件63开设有空腔,所述空腔连通至微孔渗透结构61;采用单晶硅加工成型的发热片,发热稳定,结构紧凑,设置封装元件63进行封装保护,密封效果好。
微孔渗透结构61均布有微孔,所述微孔贯通于发热片本体6,所述微孔的孔径尺寸为80纳米~1500纳米;所述发热线路62连接有电极接触点621,所述电极接触点621为极柱、接电片或接触引脚;采用贯通设计的微孔,以便烟油渗透,在吸食过程中产生气压差形成的虹吸原理,将烟油导入至发热线路62进行发热。通过电极接触点621用于连接导电,接电方便,发热稳定可靠。
一种电子烟,采用以上结构的电子烟,导油稳定,对烟油加热雾化均匀,结构可靠。
本发明通过储油腔11与导油槽22连通,将烟油导入至导油棉4和储油棉7后输入至发热片本体6,在发热线路62的作用下对烟油进行加热雾化,加热雾化产生的烟雾通过吸力的作用下通过烟道12导出进行吸食,整体结构使用稳定可靠,雾化效率高,均匀性好。具体是,设置了包括外壳1,所述外壳1内设有用于储存烟油的储油腔11、及居中设于储油腔11连通至外壳1外部的烟道12;导油座2,所述导油座2设于外壳1底部并连接于储油腔11,所述导油座2与储油腔11之间设有密封罩21,所述导油座2设有导油槽22和输油腔23,所述导油槽22将输油腔23与储油腔11连通;固定支架3,所述固定支架3安装于输油腔23并靠近导油槽22;导油棉4,所述导油棉4安装于固定支架3,并连通于导油槽22;发热片底座5,所述发热片底座5连接于导油座2的底部;发热片本体6,所述发热片本体6安装于发热片底座5,所述发热片本体6设有微孔渗透结构61用于烟油渗透,所述发热片本体6的底部设有发热线路62,所述发热线路62对应回字形雾化腔;储油棉7,所述储油棉7的双面分别贴合于导油棉4和发热片本体6。采用了导油棉4和储油棉7的配合,将烟油紧固导油槽22导入至发热片本体6,发热片本体6上具有微孔渗透结构61,通过微孔渗透结构61将烟油渗透,通过发热线路62用于对微孔渗透结构61的烟油进行加热雾化,在吸食过程中产生气压差形成的虹吸原理,将烟油导入至发热线路62进行发热,实现了烟油的发热雾化工作。
另外,采用了单晶硅片加工成型的发热片本体6,并在发热片本体6上通过蚀刻或光刻等工艺形成微孔渗透结构61,用于电子烟的烟油渗透,将烟油渗透到发热线路62,经过电极接触点621接触发热线路62进行发热,从而使得烟油产生雾化气体,对比雾化棉芯和陶瓷发热体雾化效果更好,使用寿命更长,发热雾化更加均匀可靠,也保证了电子烟吸食的口感。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种导油结构,其特征在于:包括
    外壳,所述外壳内设有用于储存烟油的储油腔、及居中设于储油腔连通至外壳外部的烟道;
    导油座,所述导油座设于外壳底部并连接于储油腔,所述导油座与储油腔之间设有密封罩,所述导油座设有导油槽和输油腔,所述导油槽将输油腔与储油腔连通;
    固定支架,所述固定支架安装于输油腔并靠近导油槽;
    导油棉,所述导油棉安装于固定支架,并连通于导油槽;
    发热片底座,所述发热片底座连接于导油座的底部;
    发热片本体,所述发热片本体安装于发热片底座,所述发热片本体设有微孔渗透结构用于烟油渗透,所述发热片本体的底部设有发热线路;
    储油棉,所述储油棉的双面分别贴合于导油棉和发热片本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述外壳设有烟嘴,所述烟嘴与烟道连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述导油座设有导气接口,所述导气接口连接于烟道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述导油槽开设于导油座的表面两侧,用于将烟油导入至输油腔内的导油棉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述固定支架外部套设有密封圈,所述密封圈将固定支架密封安装于输油腔内,所述密封圈包括密封内圈和密封外唇,所述密封外唇与输油腔的壁面贴合密封,所述密封内圈将固定支架密封固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述导油棉插设于固定支架的内部,所述导油棉的两端分别将导油槽与储油棉接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述发热片底座的两侧设有连接卡扣,所述导油座对应连接卡扣设有连接卡槽,所述连接卡扣卡设于所述连接卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述发热片本体由单晶硅片加工成型,所述发热片本体双面设置封装元件,所述封装元件开设有空腔,所述空腔连通至微孔渗透结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的导油结构,其特征在于:所述微孔渗透结构均布有微孔,所述微孔贯通于发热片本体,所述微孔的孔径尺寸为80纳米~1500纳米;所述发热线路连接有电极接触点,所述电极接触点为极柱、接电片或接触引脚。
  10. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的导油结构。
