为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
如图1~图6所示,一种双工位雾化装置,设置了外壳1,固定支架2,电控组件3,第一雾化器4,第二雾化器5,密封元件6,及气嘴7,固定支架2置于外壳1内、并设有第一安装区、第二安装区、及第三安装区,第二安装区设有第一插槽21和第二插槽22;电控组件3安装在第一安装区;第一雾化器4插设于第一插槽21、且延伸至第三安装区;第二雾化器5插设于第二插槽22、且延伸至第三安装区;密封元件6设于外壳1内、并位于第三安装区,密封元件6设有第一密封舱61和第二密封舱62,第一密封舱61罩设于第一雾化器4,第二密封舱62罩设于第二雾化器5,密封元件6设有导气腔63,导气腔63连通第一密封舱61和第二密封舱62;气嘴7连通至导气腔63。
其中,第一插槽21和第二插槽22为倾斜开设,可节省空间。
参阅图2~图6所示,外壳1包括上壳体11、下壳体12及底盖13,固定支架2通过底盖13固定在下壳体12,上壳体11扣合于下壳体12顶部,气嘴7安装在上壳体11,密封元件6置于上壳体11内,通过上壳体11和下壳体12配合形成的外壳1,并通过底盖13配合固定支架2安装在外壳1内部,结构稳定,组装方便。
在另一实施例中,上壳体11设有调气组件14,调气组件14包括安装在上壳体11的调气阀141、设于密封元件6并与调气阀141连通的导气管142、及连通于导气管142的导气槽143,导气槽143设于第二安装区、并连通第一插槽21和第二插槽22,调气组件14具有调气阀141配合导气管142用于雾化器进行导气,可通过调气阀141调节气压大小,使用方便,导气稳定。
进一步的,调气阀141开设有进气槽141a,导气管142连通有进气仓142a,进气仓142a设有导气壁面与密封壁面,调气阀141延伸至进气阀、并在旋转时使得进气槽141a可闭合于密封壁面或开启于导气壁面,通过进气仓142a配合进气槽141a进行导气,旋转时可开启和闭合,使用方便,调节方便。
进气槽141a三角形状或菱形的进气槽141a,采用三角形或菱形结构的进气槽141a,可根据需要进气大小任意调节。
固定支架2设有上端密封槽23和下端密封槽24,上端密封槽23套设有第一密封圈231,下端密封槽24设有第二密封圈241,第一密封圈231设有第一密封外唇,第二密封圈241设有第二密封外唇,第一插槽21和第二插槽22均为倾斜开设,通过密封槽用于内部结构密封,密封效果好,配合密封外唇对壁面进一步密封。
固定支架2与密封元件6之间设有用于第一雾化器4和第二雾化器5定位的定位支架25;定位支架25两侧设有定位卡扣251,定位卡扣251卡设于外壳1内,通过定位支架25将雾化器固定在固定支架2上,而且配合定位卡扣251进行装配,结构稳定可靠。定位支架25设有磁吸元件252,定位支架25通过磁吸元件252与固定支架2吸附连接。
电控组件3包括控制板31、电源32、第一接电元件33和第二接电元件34,控制板31与电源32和第一接电元件33和第二接电元件34电连接,控制板31设有控制按键311,控制按键311设于外壳1,第一接电元件33延伸至第一插槽21、并与第一雾化器4导电接触,第二接电元件34延伸至第二插槽22、并与第二雾化器5导电接触,通过接电元件配合控制板31连接导电,可控制雾化器进行导电控制。
第一接电元件33包括正负极的电极,第一接电元件33为弹性顶针;第二接电元件34包括正负极的电极,第二接电元件34为弹性顶针,通过弹性顶针接触雾化器导电,方便控制板31控制导电雾化。
密封元件6为硅胶密封元件6,第一密封舱61的内径设有第一密封内唇611,第二密封舱62内径设有第二密封内唇621,气嘴7可拆卸安装在外壳1,气嘴7安装在外壳1的位置设有第三密封圈71,采用硅胶密封元件6用于内部结构密封,密封系数高,防漏效果好。
本发明设置了两个雾化器,两个雾化器通过固定支架2配合密封元件6进行密封固定,解决了现有单个雾化器口味单一的问题,将两个雾化器通过插槽固定,固定后通过密封舱进行密封,预防雾化过程中产生的冷凝液外溢漏出,而且还具有导气腔63配合气嘴7将雾化器雾化后的气体进行导出,使用方便。具体是,设置了外壳1,固定支架2,电控组件3,第一雾化器4,第二雾化器5,密封元件6,及气嘴7,固定支架2置于外壳1内、并设有第一安装区、第二安装区、及第三安装区,第二安装区设有第一插槽21和第二插槽22;电控组件3安装在第一安装区;第一雾化器4插设于第一插槽21、且延伸至第三安装区;第二雾化器5插设于第二插槽22、且延伸至第三安装区;密封元件6设于外壳1内、并位于第三安装区,密封元件6设有第一密封舱61和第二密封舱62,第一密封舱61罩设于第一雾化器4,第二密封舱62罩设于第二雾化器5,密封元件6设有导气腔63,导气腔63连通第一密封舱61和第二密封舱62;气嘴7连通至导气腔63。使用中,通过密封舱将雾化器进行密封,使得雾化器的雾化出口只针对导气腔63将雾化气体导出导气嘴7上,雾化导出稳定,设置电控元件用于电连接和控制雾化器对液体雾化。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:包括
    外壳,
    固定支架,所述固定支架置于外壳内、并设有第一安装区、第二安装区、及第三安装区,所述第二安装区设有第一插槽和第二插槽;
    电控组件,所述电控组件安装在第一安装区;
    第一雾化器,所述第一雾化器插设于第一插槽、且延伸至第三安装区;
    第二雾化器,所述第二雾化器插设于第二插槽、且延伸至第三安装区;
    密封元件,所述密封元件设于外壳内、并位于第三安装区,所述密封元件设有第一密封舱和第二密封舱,所述第一密封舱罩设于第一雾化器,所述第二密封舱罩设于第二雾化器,所述密封元件设有导气腔,所述导气腔连通第一密封舱和第二密封舱;
    气嘴,所述气嘴连通至导气腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上壳体、下壳体及底盖,所述固定支架通过底盖固定在下壳体,所述上壳体扣合于下壳体顶部,所述气嘴安装在上壳体,所述密封元件置于上壳体内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述上壳体设有调气组件,所述调气组件包括安装在上壳体的调气阀、设于密封元件并与调气阀连通的导气管、及连通于导气管的导气槽,所述导气槽设于第二安装区、并连通第一插槽和第二插槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述调气阀开设有进气槽,所述导气管连通有进气仓,所述进气仓设有导气壁面与密封壁面,所述调气阀延伸至进气阀、并在旋转时使得进气槽可闭合于密封壁面或开启于导气壁面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述进气槽三角形状或菱形的进气槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述固定支架设有上端密封槽和下端密封槽,所述上端密封槽套设有第一密封圈,所述下端密封槽设有第二密封圈,所述第一密封圈设有第一密封外唇,所述第二密封圈设有第二密封外唇,所述第一插槽和第二插槽均为倾斜开设。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述固定支架与密封元件之间设有用于第一雾化器和第二雾化器定位的定位支架;所述定位支架两侧设有定位卡扣,所述定位卡扣卡设于外壳内,所述定位支架设有磁吸元件,所述定位支架通过磁吸元件与固定支架吸附连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述电控组件包括控制板、电源、第一接电元件和第二接电元件,所述控制板与电源和第一接电元件和第二接电元件电连接,所述控制板设有控制按键,所述控制按键设于外壳,所述第一接电元件延伸至第一插槽、并与第一雾化器导电接触,所述第二接电元件延伸至第二插槽、并与第二雾化器导电接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述第一接电元件包括正负极的电极,所述第一接电元件为弹性顶针;所述第二接电元件包括正负极的电极,所述第二接电元件为弹性顶针。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的双工位雾化装置,其特征在于:所述密封元件为硅胶密封元件,所述第一密封舱的内径设有第一密封内唇,所述第二密封舱内径设有第二密封内唇,所述气嘴可拆卸安装在外壳,所述气嘴安装在外壳的位置设有第三密封圈。
