与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明结构简单,利用超声波原理雾化烟油等液体有效解决了现有电子烟容易产生糊味,口感差的问题;两个超声雾化组件的雾化面相对设置,当两个超声雾化组件工作时,向对方喷射烟雾,以使大颗粒烟雾被雾化面上的储油体吸收再雾化,由于气流通过两个超声雾化组件之间的空隙,所以小颗粒的烟雾被气流直接带走,既可以增大烟雾量又可以有效地改善吸烟口感;能量利用率高;压电陶瓷片竖直设置在雾化器外套内,能有效防止压电陶瓷片的雾化面上积累过多液体而产生压电陶瓷片启动慢,烟雾量小的问题,并且解决了现有电子烟雾化器容易漏油的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例1的雾化器包括外套3和与所述外套3一端连接的吸嘴6;外套1内设有烟油腔1和雾化芯2;所述雾化芯2包括第一超声 雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件,所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件相对设置;所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件之间设有空隙4;所述空隙4与吸嘴6连通;所述所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件分别与第一储油体7A、第二储油体7B接触;所述第一储油体7A和第二储油体7B均与所述烟油腔1连通。
所述第一超声雾化组件的一表面为第一雾化面,所述第二超声雾化组件一表面为第二雾化面,所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面相对设置且所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面之间设置有用于连通所述所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面的空隙4。
所述第一储油体7A的一端盖设在所述第一雾化面上,另一端与所述烟油腔1连通;所述第二储油体7B一端盖设在所述第二雾化面上,另一端与所述烟油腔1连通;以使所述第一储油体7A和第二储油体7B将所述烟油腔1内的液体导至所述所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面上。
如图2,实施例1中,第一超声雾化组件包括第一压电陶瓷片8和第一支架9;所述第一支架9上开设有用于容纳所述第一压电陶瓷片8和第一储油体7A的第一安装孔10;所述安装孔10下方的第一支架9上设有第二安装孔11;所述第二安装孔11内固定有硅胶套13,硅胶套12内安装有导油体12;所述第一储油体7A靠近所述第二安装孔11的一侧与所述导油体12接触。
导油体可以采用导油绳,起到缓冲烟油的作用,防止导油速度过快而产生积油或漏油的现象,经过雾化面雾化出来的烟雾直接被带走,避免积雾而引起的烟雾口感差的现象。
如图2所示,第一安装孔10和第二安装孔11之间设有连通口20,导油体12上设有突起21,硅胶套13上设有与突起21大小形状匹配的通孔22,安装时,突起21穿过通孔22,嵌入到连通口20内,并与第一储油体7A接触。
为了紧固第一压电陶瓷片8,在第一支架9上安装第一弹性垫23,第一弹性垫23上带有突出24,安装时,该突出24嵌入第一支架9的安装口25内。第一弹性垫还可以起到防止第一压电陶瓷片8变形的作用,可以起到很好的缓冲作用。
如图3所示,第二超声雾化组件包括第二压电陶瓷片14和第二支架15;所述第二支架15上设有用于安装所述第二压电陶瓷片14的容纳腔25;所述第二压电陶瓷片14相对所述第一压电陶瓷片8的一面与所述第二储油体7B贴合;所述第二储油体7B上带有凸起16,该凸起16与所述导油体12伸出所述第二安装孔11的一端接触。
正电极26和负电极27用于驱动压电陶瓷片振动。
为了使第二超声雾化器的结构更加稳固,使用第二弹性垫28将第二压电陶瓷片14压紧在第二支架15上,第二支架15远离第二弹性垫28的一侧与侧盖29连接。
如图4,第一支架9上设有用于容纳第二超声雾化组件的腔体30,方便第二超声雾化组件更换和拆卸;第一支架9靠近吸嘴6的一端设有与空隙4连通 的烟气通道31,该烟气通道与吸嘴6内腔连通。
如图5,实施例1的雾化器,其外套上开设了观察窗19,便于观察烟油腔1内的烟油储备情况。外套3靠近吸嘴的端部设有加油塞32,打开加油塞,即可往烟油腔1内添加烟油。外套3侧面开设了进气孔33,进气孔33与空隙4连通。
如图6和图7,本发明实施例2的雾化器包括外套3,外套3内设有烟油腔1,烟油腔1中部设有腔体5,该腔体5用于固定第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件。腔体5的顶端伸出外套3,并与吸嘴6连接,腔体5与吸嘴6内腔相通。
如图8,第一超声雾化组件包括第一压电陶瓷片8;所述第一压电陶瓷片8通过第一弹性垫23与所述腔体5内壁固定连接;第二超声雾化组件包括第二压电陶瓷片14;所述第二压电陶瓷片14通过第二弹性垫28与所述腔体5内壁固定连接。外套3靠近吸嘴的端部设有加油塞32,打开加油塞,即可往烟油腔1内添加烟油。
如图8,第一弹性垫23和第二弹性垫28上均设有弹性柱34,当两个压电陶瓷片分别与对应的弹性垫贴合时,弹性柱可以防止压电陶瓷片和弹性垫之间无空隙贴合而堵塞烟气通道,影响吸烟效果。
第一弹性垫23的中部设置有第一通孔17;所述第二弹性垫28的中部设置有第二通孔18;所述第一通孔17和第二通孔18位于所述第一压电陶瓷片8和第二压电陶瓷片14之间,并连通所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面。
如图7,外套3远离吸嘴6的一端通过底盖35密封,底盖35上固定有电极36,电极36通过绝缘环37与底盖35绝缘,电极36一端伸入腔体5内。
本发明的雾化面是指压电陶瓷片与储液体接触的一面(即可以喷出雾化气体的一面)。
两个陶瓷雾化片的雾化面相对设置,当其中一个陶瓷雾化片雾化后产生粒径较大的烟雾分子时,其可以喷到另外一个陶瓷雾化片表面上并被再次雾化,从而使得粒径较大的烟雾分子变成粒径较小的烟雾分子,烟雾口感更佳细腻。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,包括外套(3)和与所述外套(3)一端连接的吸嘴(6);所述外套(3)内设有烟油腔(1)和雾化芯(2);所述雾化芯(2)包括第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件,所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件相对设置;所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件之间设有空隙(4);所述空隙(4)与吸嘴(6)连通;所述所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件分别与第一储油体(7A)、第二储油体(7B)接触;所述第一储油体(7A)和第二储油体(7B)均与所述烟油腔(1)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一超声雾化组件的一表面为第一雾化面,所述第二超声雾化组件一表面为第二雾化面,所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面相对设置,且所述空隙(4)连通所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一储油体(7A)的一端设在所述第一雾化面上,另一端与所述烟油腔(1)连通;所述第二储油体(7B)一端设在所述第二雾化面上,另一端与所述烟油腔(1)连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一超声雾化组件和第二超声雾化组件均与沿所述外套(3)纵向延伸设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储液体(7)远离所述吸嘴(6)的一端与所述烟油腔(1)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5之一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述 雾化芯(2)与所述烟油腔(1)并排设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一超声雾化组件包括第一压电陶瓷片(8)和第一支架(9);所述第一支架(9)上开设有用于容纳所述第一压电陶瓷片(8)和第一储油体(7A)的第一安装孔(10);所述安装孔(10)下方的在所述第一支架(9)上设有第二安装孔(11);导油体(12)贯穿所述第二安装孔(11)且固定在所述第二安装孔(11)内;所述第一储油体(7A)靠近所述第二安装孔(11)的一侧与所述导油体(12)接触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一压电陶瓷片(8)与所述第一储油体(7A)接触的一面为所述第一雾化面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油体(12)固定在硅胶套(13)内,所述硅胶套(13)穿过且固定在所述第二安装孔(11)内。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二超声雾化组件包括第二压电陶瓷片(14)和第二支架(15);所述第二支架(15)上设有用于安装所述第二压电陶瓷片(14)的容纳腔(25);所述第二压电陶瓷片(14)相对所述第一压电陶瓷片(8)的一面与所述第二储油体(7B)接触;所述第二储油体(7B)上带有凸起(16),该凸起(16)与所述导油体(12)伸出所述第二安装孔(11)的一端接触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二 压电陶瓷片(14)与所述第二储油体(7B)接触的一面为所述第二雾化面。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(2)设在所述烟油腔(1)内的腔体(5)内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一超声雾化组件包括第一压电陶瓷片(8)和第一弹性垫(23);所述第一压电陶瓷片(8)通过所述第一弹性垫(23)与所述腔体(5)内壁抵持连接;所述第二超声雾化组件包括第二压电陶瓷片(14)和第二弹性垫(28);所述第二压电陶瓷片(14)通过所述第二弹性垫(28)与所述腔体(5)内壁抵持连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一弹性垫(23)的中部设置有第一通孔(17);所述第二弹性垫(28)的中部设置有第二通孔(18);所述第一通孔(17)和第二通孔(18)位于所述第一压电陶瓷片(8)和第二压电陶瓷片(14)之间,并连通所述第一雾化面和第二雾化面。
  15. 根据权利要求7~14之一所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟油腔(1)外的外套(3)上开设有观察窗(19)。
