Description

一种超声波电子烟雾化器及电子烟 技术领域
本发明属于电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种超声波电子烟雾化器及电子烟。
背景技术
现有的超声波电子烟雾化器包括外壳和安装在外壳顶部的吸嘴,外壳内设有储油装置、位于储油装置下方的超声雾化片、与超声雾化片上表面贴合的片状储油体。储油装置一般只有烟油瓶本体,超声雾化片和片状储油体均水平放置(即垂直于电子烟长度方向)。现有的超声波电子烟雾化器工作时,需要借助外部的导油结构将烟油从上往下导至储油体上,利用超声雾化片振荡加热烟油,产生烟雾,从而使得用户获得吸烟体验。然而,现有的超声波电子烟雾化器具有以下缺点:
第一,由于超声雾化片和片状储油体均水平设置于储油装置下方,由于重力的作用,导致烟油易在储油体和超声雾化片处积累,长时间放置时容易产生泡油现象,从而使用时需要加热较长时间才能产生烟雾,雾化启动速度慢,用户体验差。
第二,由于需要借助外部的导油结构将烟油从开口朝下的烟油瓶内导出,在重力的作用下,烟油容易从导油结构与烟油瓶开口之间的缝隙流出,因而储油装置密封性不好,容易漏油。
第三,储油体的烟雾释放面无遮挡,储油体烟雾释放面直接通过出气通道与吸嘴相连通,储油体喷出烟雾后,烟雾直接通过出气通道经吸嘴供用户 吸食,因而雾化烟雾中的小颗粒烟雾和影响吸食口感的大颗粒烟雾均会被吸入口腔,烟雾整体口感差。
发明内容
现有的超声波电子烟雾化器容易产生泡油现象,雾化等待时间长,用户体验差,同时容易漏油。本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种改进了的超声波电子烟雾化器及电子烟,不会在超声雾化片表面积累过多烟油,雾化启动速度快,密封性能好,不易漏油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种超声波电子烟雾化器,包括外壳,外壳内设有储油瓶、超声雾化片和与超声雾化片一侧面相贴合的片状储油体,其结构特点是所述储油瓶至少一侧外壁上固定有导油体;所述导油体的一侧面与所述储油瓶内腔连通,所述导油体的另一侧面与储油体远离超声雾化片的一侧面接触连接;超声雾化片和储油体均平行于电子烟长度方向设置。
借由上述结构,由于超声雾化片和储油体均平行于电子烟长度方向设置,不用时将电子烟竖直放置,可以避免烟油在储油体和超声雾化片处积累,长时间放置也不会产生泡油现象,从而使用时能快速加热产生烟雾,雾化启动速度快,用户体验好。同时由于储油瓶上的出油口设置在侧面,相对于现有技术中开口朝下的储油瓶,本发明不易漏油。储油瓶的外侧壁上固定有导油体,在组装或更换储油瓶时,不需要对位等复杂动作就可以将导油体和储油体连接即可以实现烟油传导,操作简单,使用简便。再者,由于储油体的烟雾释放面正对导油体,因而超声雾化片工作过程储油体中释放出的大颗粒烟雾会被冲击回导油体,从而经导油体再次导至储油体进行加热雾化,吸入口 腔的烟雾中基本滤除了影响吸食口感的大颗粒烟雾,烟雾整体口感好。
进一步地,还包括外壳顶部的吸嘴,所述导油体远离所述储油瓶的表面开设有竖直通气槽;所述竖直通气槽进气端与外部连通,所述竖直通气槽出气端与所述吸嘴连通;所述储油瓶外壁上设有用于容纳所述导油体的容纳槽;所述容纳槽内开设有渗油孔;所述容纳槽与开设在所述储油瓶外壁上的凹槽连通;当所述导油体固定在所述容纳槽内时,所述竖直通气槽与所述凹槽连通,在所述储油瓶外表面形成连通气道。
借由上述结构,储油瓶内的烟油通过渗油孔经导油体导致储油棉和超声雾化片表面雾化,同时雾化产生的烟雾通过连通气道流出,还可以避免导油体与储油体接触面积过大而产生漏油现象。
进一步地,所述储油瓶一端通过油瓶塞密封,为了方便注入烟油及进一步保证储油瓶的密封性。
进一步地,所述油瓶塞侧边覆盖在所述储油瓶侧边上,且所述凹槽对应位置的油瓶塞侧边设有与所述凹槽连通的缺口。

借由上述结构,当储油瓶插入外壳内,导油针刺破密封盖使得烟油顺着导油针的中空腔流到导油体上。通过导油针和密封盖配合的方式,增强了导油针和密封盖之间的密封性,避免了漏油。导油针出来的烟油被导油体吸收,导油体将烟油传输到超声雾化片上供其雾化。由于超声雾化片本身的低温特性,在雾化时温度较低,温度一般不超过170摄氏度,不会产生焦味或者异味。
进一步地,所述储油瓶与外壳可拆卸连接,外壳内部一侧设有用于放置储油瓶的第一空腔,并设有用于封装储油瓶的第一侧盖。第一侧盖与外壳磁性连接或卡扣连接。

电子烟雾化器还包括外壳11顶部的吸嘴13,所述导油体2远离所述储油瓶1的表面开设有竖直通气槽3;所述竖直通气槽3进气端与外部连通,所述竖直通气槽3出气端与所述吸嘴13连通;所述储油瓶1外壁上设有用于容纳所述导油体2的容纳槽4;所述容纳槽4内开设有渗油孔5;所述容纳槽4与开设在所述储油瓶1外壁上的凹槽6连通。导油体2可以与外壳11一体成型,也可以镶嵌在容纳槽4内。该实施例中的导油体2为圆形,容纳槽4相应也为圆形,导油体2的外径与容纳槽4的内径匹配。当所述导油体2固定在所述容纳槽4内时,所述竖直通气槽3与所述凹槽6连通,在所述储油瓶1外表面形成连通气道,即形成贯通储油瓶1表面的轴向连通气道(即与储油瓶1轴线平行的气道),使得气体从该连通气道排出,及可防止漏油的现象。
为了方便注入烟油,所述储油瓶1一端通过油瓶塞7密封。当需要添加烟油时,打开油瓶塞7即可注入烟油。
实施例1中,油瓶塞7包括一个形状大小与储油瓶1上端形状大小匹配的端面,该端面下表面(靠近储油瓶1的一面)与连接部连接,该连接部形状大小与储油瓶1上的开口形状大小匹配。所述油瓶塞7侧边覆盖在所述储油瓶1侧边上,且所述凹槽6对应位置的油瓶塞7侧边设有与所述凹槽6连通的缺口8,使通过连通气道的气体从缺口8处顺畅排出。
所述储油瓶1两侧外壁均设有所述导油体2,两面均可导油。
所述超声雾化片12固定在雾化后盖15内;所述超声雾化片12远离所述储油瓶1一侧的雾化后盖15内固定有电极支架16;所述电极支架16上固定有弹片电极17,且该弹片电极17与超声雾化片12接触;所述雾化后盖15上 固定有第一弹性电极18和第二弹性电极19;所述第一弹性电极18与所述弹片电极17接触;所述第二弹性电极19与所述超声雾化片12接触。
本发明中的超声雾化片12采用实心压电陶瓷片,压电陶瓷片两个表面均涂覆导电层,两个导电层分别与正、负电极接触,通电时即可发生高频振荡。
雾化后盖15外壁上设有安装凸块33,该安装凸块33上开设有两个安装通孔34,第一弹性电极18和第二弹性电极19分别固定在两个安装通孔34内。
电极支架16为圆环形,该圆环形上设有安装凸起35,弹片电极17两端均设有安装孔36,安装时,圆环形上对应位置的两个安装凸起35分别伸入两个安装孔36内。弹片电极17面对超声雾化片12的表面设有连接凸起37,该连接凸起37与超声雾化片12表面接触。
连接凸起37和第二弹性电极19分别与超声雾化片12的正极、负极接触,通电时即可取得超声雾化片12振荡。
雾化前盖20对应雾化后盖15上安装凸块33的位置开设安装缺口38,方便雾化前盖20和雾化后盖15连接。
为了防止雾化器漏油和保证结构美观,所述雾化后盖15远离所述储油瓶1的一侧通过雾化前盖20密封。
所述雾化后盖15与所述雾化前盖20之间通过第一密封圈29密封连接,进一步防止雾化器漏油,使其内部结构更加紧凑稳固。
所述储油瓶1两侧的外壳11内均设有超声雾化片12,可以提高雾化效率,满足大烟雾量的需求。
所述储油瓶1下方的外壳11内固定有连接电极22;所述连接电极22与所述储油瓶1之间设有空隙23;所述连接电极22内开设有进气孔31;所述进气孔31、空隙22、导油体2下方储油瓶1上的凹槽6、导油体2上的竖直 通气槽3、导油体2上方储油瓶1上的凹槽6、吸嘴13依次连通,形成雾化器的气流通道。连接电极22与外壳11之间通过绝缘环32绝缘,绝缘环32外壁设有外螺纹21,外螺纹21与外壳11上的内螺纹配合,安装拆卸方便。
储油瓶1两侧的结构对称,使得该雾化器结构更加美观。
储油瓶1和超声雾化片12等均可拆卸,因此组装和维护方便。
实施例二
如图4至图6中示出本发明电子烟中的超声波电子烟雾化器实施例二的结构,与实施例一中类似,区别在于,所述储油瓶1一侧设有与所述储油瓶1内腔连通的凸起9;所述凸起9内设有油瓶塞7;所述导油体2填充在所述油瓶塞7内的安装孔10中,且所述导油体2开设有竖直通气槽3的一面伸出所述油瓶塞7。油瓶塞7内开设有过油孔30,导油体2填充到安装孔10内时,通过过油孔30与储油瓶1内腔连通。烟油通过过油孔30流入导油体2。
实施例2的储油瓶1为圆柱体状,凸起9设在该圆柱体的底面上,导油体2为块状导油棉或者导油体2与油瓶塞7一体成型即为一体,结构简单,生产成本低。
外壳11内固定有限位支架24;所述储油瓶1固定在所述限位支架24内,且所述导油体2开设有竖直通气槽3的表面伸出所述限位支架24与所述储油体14接触。限位支架24起到固定储油瓶1的作用,防止储油瓶1安装好后移动,保证导油体2与储油体14之间的良好接触。
第一弹性电极18、第二弹性电极19均与固定在所述限位支架24和外壳11之间的导电板26上表面接触;所述导电板26上开设有通气孔27;所述导电板26下表面与两个固定在所述外壳11上的连接电极22上端接触;所述导 电板26下表面与所述外壳11的内壁之间设有间隙25;所述通气孔27连通所述间隙25和所述竖直通气槽6;所述连接电极22下端伸出所述外壳11。导电板26可以保证雾化器内部电连接良好。两个连接电极22可以分别与电池的正极和负极接触,并通过导电板26分别与第一弹性电极18、第二弹性电极19实现导通。
导电板26可以采用PCB板,成本低。
所述储油瓶1远离所述超声雾化片12一侧的外壳11通过第一侧盖40密封;所述第一侧盖40上开设有观察窗28;所述观察窗28与所述间隙25连通。观察窗28、间隙25、通气孔27、通气槽6、吸嘴13依次连通,形成气流通道。既可以通过观察窗可以查看储油装置内的烟油情况,方便及时判断是否需要添加烟油;又可以作为一个气流通道的进气口,使结构简单及美观。
如图6所示,该实施例的雾化器外壳1为一两端开口的圆柱体,圆柱体侧壁上开设有吸嘴安装孔39,吸嘴13底端与安装孔39内壁螺接,方便拆卸更换或清洁。
实施例三
如图7至图9所示,本发明电子烟中的超声波电子烟雾化芯实施例三包括外壳11,外壳11内设有储油瓶1、超声雾化片12和与超声雾化片12一侧面相贴合的片状储油体14,其特征在于,所述储油瓶1至少一侧外壁上固定有导油体2;所述导油体2的一侧面与所述储油瓶1内腔连通,所述导油体2的另一侧面与储油体14远离超声雾化片12的一侧面接触连接;超声雾化片12和储油体14均平行于电子烟长度方向设置。
雾化器还包括外壳11顶部的吸嘴13,所述外壳11内还设有导油针固定 座44,导油针固定座44上设有中空的导油针41;所述储油瓶1上设有出油孔43;所述储油瓶1出油孔43处设有可被导油针41刺破的密封盖45,该密封盖45封堵住出油孔43;所述导油针41从密封盖45插入储油瓶1内腔;导油针41的出油端与导油体2接触连接;所述外壳11下部设有进气孔31,在外壳11内部、进气孔31与吸嘴13之间留有气流通道;外壳11内还设有可使超声雾化片12与电源导通的导电体。密封盖45优选采用硅胶制成。
所述储油瓶1与外壳11可拆卸连接,外壳11内部一侧设有用于放置储油瓶1的第一空腔,并设有用于封装储油瓶1的第一侧盖40。
所述导电体包括与超声雾化片12远离储油体14的一侧面接触连接的第三弹性电极47、与第三弹性电极47通过导线连接的连接电极22,所述连接电极22设置于外壳11底部,连接电极22另一端与外部电源可拆卸连接。
雾化器还包括雾化片固定座48和电极固定座49,超声雾化片12以及储油体14一起竖直安装在雾化片固定座48上;所述电极固定座49上设有电极安装孔,第三弹性电极47固定在电极安装孔上;所述雾化片固定座48与电极固定座49连接。
所述导油针固定座44上设有水平通气槽42,导油体2固定安装于导油针固定座44上,且导油体2上设有竖直通气槽3;水平通气槽42和竖直通气槽3连通,形成第一气流通道51;储油体14和导油针固定座44之间留有间隙,该间隙与第一气流通道51连通,气流经过第一气流通道51和间隙最终上升直达吸嘴13。
实施例四
图10中示出本发明电子烟中的超声波电子烟雾化器实施例四的结构,与 实施例三中类似,区别在于,超声雾化片12和电极固定座49与外壳11之间为可拆卸连接,外壳11内部与储油瓶1相对的一侧设有第二空腔,并设有用于封闭第二空腔的第二侧盖50。第二侧盖50与第二空腔壁通过第二密封圈52密封。
所述导油体2为柱状,导油体2从导油针41的中空腔中穿过并伸入储油瓶1内腔。
所述储油瓶1侧壁与导油针固定座44之间设有弹簧46,储油瓶1被封装在外壳11内后,弹簧46被压缩。当储油瓶1内的烟油被用完之后,掀开第一侧盖40,储油瓶1被弹簧46顶出来,方便用户更换储油瓶1。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是局限性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种超声波电子烟雾化器,包括外壳(11),外壳(11)内设有储油瓶(1)、超声雾化片(12)和与超声雾化片(12)一侧面相贴合的片状储油体(14),其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)至少一侧外壁上固定有导油体(2);所述导油体(2)的一侧面与所述储油瓶(1)内腔连通,所述导油体(2)的另一侧面与储油体(14)远离超声雾化片(12)的一侧面接触连接;超声雾化片(12)和储油体(14)均平行于电子烟长度方向设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括外壳(11)顶部的吸嘴(13),所述导油体(2)远离所述储油瓶(1)的表面开设有竖直通气槽(3);所述竖直通气槽(3)进气端与外部连通,所述竖直通气槽(3)出气端与所述吸嘴(13)连通;所述储油瓶(1)外壁上设有用于容纳所述导油体(2)的容纳槽(4);所述容纳槽(4)内开设有渗油孔(5);所述容纳槽(4)与开设在所述储油瓶(1)外壁上的凹槽(6)连通;当所述导油体(2)固定在所述容纳槽(4)内时,所述竖直通气槽(3)与所述凹槽(6)连通,在所述储油瓶(1)外表面形成连通气道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)一端通过油瓶塞(7)密封。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述油瓶塞(7)侧边覆盖在所述储油瓶(1)侧边上,且所述凹槽(6)对应位置的油瓶塞(7)侧边设有与所述凹槽(6)连通的缺口(8)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)两侧外壁均设有所述导油体(2)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括外壳 (11)顶部的吸嘴(13),所述导油体(2)远离所述储油瓶(1)的表面开设有竖直通气槽(3);所述竖直通气槽(3)进气端与外部连通,所述竖直通气槽(3)出气端与所述吸嘴(13)连通;所述储油瓶(1)一侧设有与所述储油瓶(1)内腔连通的凸起(9);所述凸起(9)内设有油瓶塞(7);所述导油体(2)填充在所述油瓶塞(7)内的安装孔(10)中,且所述导油体(2)开设有竖直通气槽(3)的一面伸出所述油瓶塞(7)。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述超声雾化片(12)固定在雾化后盖(15)内;所述超声雾化片(12)远离所述储油瓶(1)一侧的雾化后盖(15)内固定有电极支架(16);所述电极支架(16)上固定有弹片电极(17),且该弹片电极(17)与超声雾化片(12)接触;所述雾化后盖(15)上固定有第一弹性电极(18)和第二弹性电极(19);所述第一弹性电极(18)与所述弹片电极(17)接触;所述第二弹性电极(19)与所述超声雾化片(12)接触。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化后盖(15)远离所述储油瓶(1)的一侧通过雾化前盖(20)密封。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化后盖(15)与所述雾化前盖(20)之间通过第一密封圈(29)密封连接。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)两侧的外壳(11)内均设有超声雾化片(12)。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)下方的外壳(11)内固定有连接电极(22);所述连接电极(22)与所述储油瓶(1)之间设有空隙(23);所述连接电极(22)内开设有进气孔(31);所述进气孔(31)、空隙(22)、导油体(2)下方储油瓶(1)上的凹 槽(6)、导油体(2)上的竖直通气槽(3)、导油体(2)上方储油瓶(1)上的凹槽(6)、吸嘴(13)依次连通。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳(11)内固定有限位支架(24);所述储油瓶(1)固定在所述限位支架(24)内,且所述导油体(2)开设有竖直通气槽(3)的表面伸出所述限位支架(24)与所述储油体(14)接触。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,第一弹性电极(18)、第二弹性电极(19)均与固定在所述限位支架(24)和外壳(11)之间的导电板(26)上表面接触;所述导电板(26)上开设有通气孔(27);所述导电板(26)下表面与两个固定在所述外壳(11)上的连接电极(22)上端接触;所述导电板(26)下表面与所述外壳(11)的内壁之间设有间隙(25);所述通气孔(27)连通所述间隙(25)和所述竖直通气槽(6);所述连接电极(22)下端伸出所述外壳(11)。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)远离所述超声雾化片(12)一侧的外壳(11)通过第一侧盖(40)密封;所述第一侧盖(40)上开设有观察窗(28);所述观察窗(28)与所述间隙(25)连通。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括外壳(11)顶部的吸嘴(13),所述外壳(11)内还设有导油针固定座(44),导油针固定座(44)上设有中空的导油针(41);所述储油瓶(1)上设有出油孔(43);所述储油瓶(1)出油孔(43)处设有可被导油针(41)刺破的密封盖(45),该密封盖(45)封堵住出油孔(43);所述导油针(41)从密封盖(45)插入储油瓶(1)内腔;导油针(41)的出油端与导油体(2)接 触连接;所述外壳(11)下部设有进气孔(31),在外壳(11)内部、进气孔(31)与吸嘴(13)之间留有气流通道;外壳(11)内还设有可使超声雾化片(12)与电源导通的导电体。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)与外壳(11)可拆卸连接,外壳(11)内部一侧设有用于放置储油瓶(1)的第一空腔,并设有用于封装储油瓶(1)的第一侧盖(40)。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述储油瓶(1)侧壁与导油针固定座(44)之间设有弹簧(46),储油瓶(1)被封装在外壳(11)内后,弹簧(46)被压缩。
  18. 如权利要求15所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导电体包括与超声雾化片(12)远离储油体(14)的一侧面接触连接的第三弹性电极(47)、与第三弹性电极(47)通过导线连接的连接电极(22),所述连接电极(22)设置于外壳(11)底部,连接电极(22)另一端与外部电源可拆卸连接。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括雾化片固定座(48)和电极固定座(49),超声雾化片(12)以及储油体(14)一起竖直安装在雾化片固定座(48)上;所述电极固定座(49)上设有电极安装孔,第三弹性电极(47)固定在电极安装孔上;所述雾化片固定座(48)与电极固定座(49)连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,超声雾化片(12)和电极固定座(49)与外壳(11)之间为可拆卸连接,外壳(11)内部与储油瓶(1)相对的一侧设有第二空腔,并设有用于封闭第二空腔的第二侧盖(50)。
  21. 如权利要求15至20任一项所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油针固定座(44)上设有水平通气槽(42),导油体(2)固定安装于导油针固定座(44)上,且导油体(2)上设有竖直通气槽(3);水平通气槽(42)和竖直通气槽(3)连通,形成第一气流通道(51);储油体(14)和导油针固定座(44)之间留有间隙,该间隙与第一气流通道(51)连通,气流经过第一气流通道(51)和间隙最终上升直达吸嘴(13)。
  22. 如权利要求15至20任一项所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油体(2)为柱状,导油体(2)从导油针(41)的中空腔中穿过并伸入储油瓶(1)内腔。
  23. 一种超声波电子烟,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1至22任一项所述的超声波电子烟雾化器。
