现有的电子烟雾化器中,由于雾化芯内部没有自身卸压的功能,所以在添加烟油时容易产生溢漏烟油到出气道,而使用户吸食到烟油的可能性增大,同时由于烟油被加热雾化产生的烟雾直接被气流带至吸嘴组件流出,因而烟油雾化喷溅出的大颗粒烟油容易被用户吸到,烟雾口感差,容易烫伤口腔。本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种改进了的电子烟雾化器,通过隔气管将烟油雾化喷溅出的大颗粒烟油阻挡,防止用户吸食到大颗粒烟油,烟雾口感好,防止用户被烫伤口腔,也可以同时解决在添加烟油时产生溢漏烟油的现象。

作为一种优选方式,所述隔气管底端与上电极相抵接,进气道与出气道通过隔气管上设置的第二过气孔相连通。
进一步地,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴与吸嘴内的密封管,所述吸嘴与油杯顶端相螺接,密封管与隔气管顶端相抵接,出气道、密封管、吸嘴依次导通。
密封管抵接在隔气管上,使得雾化芯的出气道与吸嘴相连通,防止漏气。
进一步地,所述密封管具有向隔气管内延伸的导向部。
安装时,将导向部插入雾化芯的隔气管内即可实现对位,然后旋转吸嘴组件即可,操作方便快捷。
作为一种优选方式,所述隔气管底端与上电极之间具有间距,进气道与出气道通过该间距相连通。避免烟雾冷凝在出气道内且形成液滴累积在上电极的表面而使吸烟时产生咕噜咕噜的响声,以及可以防止用户吸食到烟油的现象。
作为一种优选方式,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴与吸嘴内的密封管,所述吸嘴与油杯顶端相螺接,密封管与隔气管连为一体,出气道、密封管、吸嘴依次导通。
密封管与隔气管连为一体,可降低成本。
进一步地,还包括电池组件,所述电池组件包括电池套及电池套内的电池,电池套顶端通过连接环与油杯相连,连接环内设有下电极,下电极与连接环之间通过绝缘环绝缘连接;上电极底面与下电极顶面相抵接。
油杯设置在电池组件上,雾化芯置于油杯内,从而油杯开口比较大,添加烟油时更加方便。雾化芯底部的上电极直接抵接在电池组件的下电极上,使其电连接简单,方便可靠。
作为一种优选方式,所述产烟单元为弹簧发热丝或雾化管。
作为一种优选方式,所述第二过气孔开设于隔气管底部;进气道沿隔气管轴线方向从上往下延伸,进气道底端通过第二过气孔与出气道底端相通,出气道沿隔气管轴线方向从下往上延伸并与吸嘴组件相连通。
作为另一种优选方式,进气道沿隔气管轴线方向从上往下延伸,进气道底端通过所述间距与出气道底端相通,出气道沿隔气管轴线方向从下往上延伸并与吸嘴组件相连通。
借由上述结构,由于进气道和出气道均设置在雾化芯内,且雾化芯的进气口和出气口均设置在雾化芯的同一端,所以气流在雾化芯内循环流动,可以降低烟雾温度,以及出气道上烟油冷凝的液滴可以通过第二过气孔或间距回流到储油棉管上重新利用,同时可以减少吸到烟油的现象。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过隔气管将烟油雾化喷溅出的大颗粒烟油阻挡,防止用户吸食到大颗粒烟油,烟雾口感好,防止用户被烫伤口腔,导油连续性好,产烟单元不会泡油,工作可靠性高。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1至图3所示,电子烟雾化器包括油杯1、雾化芯2和吸嘴组件3,其中雾化芯2包括外套管4、外套管4内的储油棉管5和产烟单元6,储油棉管5套设于产烟单元6与外套管4之间,油杯1内腔与储油棉管5相连通,还包括隔气管7,隔气管7设置于产烟单元6内且隔气管7与产烟单元6之间有间隙,该间隙与外界连通并形成进气道8,隔气管7内腔为与吸嘴组件3相连通的出气道9,进气道8与出气道9相通。
由于产烟单元6内设有隔气管7,因而烟油被加热雾化产生的烟雾直接对着隔气管7侧壁喷出(炸油现象),从而可以通过隔气管7将烟油雾化喷溅出的大颗粒烟油阻挡,防止用户吸食到大颗粒烟油,烟雾口感好,防止用户被烫伤口腔;同时隔气管7还可以吸收烟雾的部分温度,进一步防止烟雾烫伤用户口腔。
雾化芯2置于油杯1内,外套管4的轴线与电子烟长度方向平行,外套管4的底部开口处设有上电极10封口,上电极10上开设连通油杯1内腔与储油棉管5的过油槽101。
雾化芯2插设在油杯1内,油杯1内的烟油主要通过雾化芯2底部的过油槽101进入雾化芯2内部供产烟单元6雾化。由于过油槽101设置在雾化芯2底部,储油棉管5抵接在过油槽101上,使经过过油槽101的烟油被储油棉管5吸收,因而即使油杯1内仅有少量的烟油也可以被储油棉管5吸收利用,使用方便,工作可靠性高。
所述外套管4侧壁上段开设连通油杯1内腔与储油棉管5的通孔401。
在雾化芯2插设在油杯1内时,油杯1内腔产生负压,油杯1内腔的烟油被负压从过油槽101挤压到储油棉管5上,当储油棉管5上的烟油过饱和时,烟油可以通过通孔401卸出至油杯1内腔,从而防止产烟单元6泡油或者烟油溢漏到进气道8内。同时,当雾化器倾斜使用时,该通孔401可以用于将油杯1内腔中的烟油导至储油棉管5上雾化。通孔401与过油槽101配合工作,既可以保证供油连续,防止干烧,又可以防止储油棉管5出现泡油现象。
所述外套管4上开设连通外界与进气道8的第一过气孔402。
所述隔气管7底端与上电极10相抵接,进气道8与出气道9通过隔气管7上设置的第二过气孔701相连通。
所述第二过气孔701开设于隔气管7底部;进气道8沿隔气管7轴线方向从上往下延伸,进气道8底端通过第二过气孔701与出气道9底端相通,出气道9沿隔气管7轴线方向从下往上延伸并与吸嘴组件3相连通。由于进气道8和出气道9均设置在雾化芯内,且雾化芯2的进气口和出气口均设置在雾化芯2的同一端,所以气流在雾化芯2内循环流动,可以降低烟雾温度及出气道9上烟油冷凝的液滴可以通过第二过气孔701回流到储油棉管5上重新利用,同时可以减少吸到烟油的现象。
所述吸嘴组件3包括吸嘴11与吸嘴11内的密封管12,所述吸嘴11与油杯1顶端相螺接,密封管12与隔气管7顶端相抵接。所述吸嘴11侧壁上开始连通第一过气孔402与外界的进气槽111。进气槽111、第一过气孔402、进气道8、第二过气孔701、出气道9、密封管12、吸嘴11依次导通。密封管12抵接在隔气管7上,使得雾化芯2的出气道9与吸嘴11相连通,防止漏气。图1中实线箭头所示方向为气流走向,虚线箭头所示方向为导油方向。
所述密封管12具有向隔气管7内延伸的导向部。安装时,将导向部插入雾化芯2的隔气管7内即可实现对位,然后旋转吸嘴组件3即可,操作方便快捷。
电子烟雾化器还包括电池组件14,所述电池组件14包括电池套15及电池套15内的电池16,电池套15顶端通过连接环17与油杯1相连,连接环17内设有下电极18,下电极18与连接环17之间通过绝缘环19绝缘连接;上电极10底面与下电极18顶面相抵接。油杯1设置在电池组件14上,雾化芯2置于油杯1内,从而油杯1开口比较大,添加烟油时更加方便。雾化芯2底部的上电极10直接抵接在电池组件14的下电极18上,使其电连接简单,方便可靠。
实施例中,所述产烟单元6为弹簧发热丝。产烟单元6也可以为发热管。
实施例二
如图4和图5所示,本发明实施例二和实施例一结构类似,区别在于,所述隔气管7底端与上电极10之间具有间距13,进气道8与出气道9通过该间距13相连通。避免烟雾冷凝在出气道9内且形成液滴累积在上电极10的表面而使吸烟时产生咕噜咕噜的响声,以及可以防止用户吸食到烟油的现象。
进气道8沿隔气管7轴线方向从上往下延伸,进气道8底端通过所述间距13与出气道9底端相通,出气道9沿隔气管7轴线方向从下往上延伸并与吸嘴组件3相连通。由于进气道8和出气道9均设置在雾化芯内,且雾化芯2的进气口和出气口均设置在雾化芯2的同一端,所以气流在雾化芯2内循环流动,可以降低烟雾温度及出气道9上烟油冷凝的液滴可以通过间距13回流到储油棉管5上重新利用,同时可以减少吸到烟油的现象。
所述吸嘴组件3包括吸嘴11与吸嘴11内的密封管12,所述吸嘴11与油杯1顶端相螺接,密封管12与隔气管7连为一体。进气槽111、第一过气孔402、进气道8、间距13、出气道9、密封管12、吸嘴11依次导通。密封管12与隔气管7连为一体,可降低成本。
图4中箭头所示方向为气流走向。对于实施例二中与实施例一中相同的结构,在此不做文字赘述,但并不影响本领域的技术人员对本发明的理解和实现。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是局限性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括油杯(1)、雾化芯(2)和吸嘴组件(3),其中雾化芯(2)包括外套管(4)、外套管(4)内的储油棉管(5)和产烟单元(6),储油棉管(5)套设于产烟单元(6)与外套管(4)之间,油杯(1)内腔与储油棉管(5)相连通,其特征在于,还包括隔气管(7),隔气管(7)设置于产烟单元(6)内且隔气管(7)与产烟单元(6)之间有间隙,该间隙与外界连通并形成进气道(8),隔气管(7)内腔为与吸嘴组件(3)相连通的出气道(9),进气道(8)与出气道(9)相通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,雾化芯(2)置于油杯(1)内,外套管(4)的轴线与电子烟长度方向平行,外套管(4)的底部开口处设有上电极(10)封口,上电极(10)上开设连通油杯(1)内腔与储油棉管(5)的过油槽(101)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外套管(4)侧壁上段开设连通油杯(1)内腔与储油棉管(5)的通孔(401)。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外套管(4)上开设连通外界与进气道(8)的第一过气孔(402)。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述隔气管(7)底端与上电极(10)相抵接,进气道(8)与出气道(9)通过隔气管(7)上设置的第二过气孔(701)相连通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件(3)包括吸嘴(11)与吸嘴(11)内的密封管(12),所述吸嘴(11)与油杯(1)顶端相螺接,密封管(12)与隔气管(7)顶端相抵接,出气道(9)、密封管(12)、吸嘴(11)依次导通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述密封管(12)具有向隔气管(7)内延伸的导向部。
  8. 如权利要求2或3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述隔气管(7)底端与上电极(10)之间具有间距(13),进气道(8)与出气道(9)通过该间距(13)相连通。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件(3)包括吸嘴(11)与吸嘴(11)内的密封管(12),所述吸嘴(11)与油杯(1)顶端相螺接,密封管(12)与隔气管(7)连为一体,出气道(9)、密封管(12)、吸嘴(11)依次导通。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括电池组件(14),所述电池组件(14)包括电池套(15)及电池套(15)内的电池(16),电池套(15)顶端通过连接环(17)与油杯(1)相连,连接环(17)内设有下电极(18),下电极(18)与连接环(17)之间通过绝缘环(19)绝缘连接;上电极(10)底面与下电极(18)顶面相抵接。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述产烟单元(6)为弹簧发热丝或雾化管。
  12. 如权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二过气孔(701)开设于隔气管(7)底部;进气道(8)沿隔气管(7)轴线方向从上往下延伸,进气道(8)底端通过第二过气孔(701)与出气道(9)底端相通,出气道(9)沿隔气管(7)轴线方向从下往上延伸并与吸嘴组件(3)相连通。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,进气道(8)沿隔气管(7)轴线方向从上往下延伸,进气道(8)底端通过所述间距(13)与出气道 (9)底端相通,出气道(9)沿隔气管(7)轴线方向从下往上延伸并与吸嘴组件(3)相连通。
