一种超声波电子烟雾化芯及雾化器,包括雾化芯固定套,该雾化芯固定套内设有第一雾化片、第一导油组件和支架,所述第一雾化片包括第一面和第二面,所述第一雾化片架设固定在所述支架上,所述第一导油组件与第一面相抵接;所述雾化芯固定套内还设有第二雾化片和第二导油组件,所述第二雾化片包括第三面和第四面,所述第二雾化片架设固定在所述支架上,所述第二导油组件与第四面相抵接;所述支架上开设与外界相通的第一过气孔和第二过气孔,第一过气孔和第二过气孔均与第一面相连通,第一过气孔和第二过气孔均与第四面相连通。
借由上述结构,第一导油组件将烟油导至第一雾化片的第一面进行雾化,第二导油组件将烟油导至第二雾化片的第四面进行雾化,因此第一面和第四面可同时用于雾化烟油,烟雾量大。若第一面和第四面分别用于雾化不同口味的烟油,还可以满足烟民的不同口感需求。
进一步地,所述第二面和第三面相对设置,所述第二面和第三面之间夹设有固体烟草制品;第一过气孔和第二过气孔均与固体烟草制品相连通。
借由上述结构,固体烟草制品(烟丝、烟膏、香烟香料等)设置在第一雾化片和第二雾化片之间且与二者接触,雾化芯工作时,第一面和第四面将烟油雾化产生烟雾,同时固体烟草制品将吸收第二面和第三面上的热量并产生真烟烟雾和香味,然后与烟油生产的烟雾混合,最终达到真烟口感、增大烟雾量,提升用户体验。
作为一种优选方式,所述第一导油组件包括导油棉、固定环、储油棉和控油盖,所述导油棉由相对的两侧壁以及雾化棉围成U型结构,所述导油棉的两侧壁穿过所述固定环并与所述储油棉的一侧面相接触,所述储油棉的另一侧面与控油盖的一侧相接;所述雾化棉的一侧与第一面相接。
借由上述结构,烟油从控油盖进入储油棉,再从储油棉导至导油棉的两侧壁,通过导油棉的两侧壁导至雾化棉,被第一雾化片雾化。当第一导油组件使用时间比较长时可更换,使其更加卫生,烟油口感更加纯正。
作为一种优选方式,所述第二导油组件的结构和第一导油组件的结构相同。
基于同一个发明构思,本实用新型还提供了一种超声波电子烟雾化器,包括油杯以及与该油杯侧壁一端相连的吸嘴,所述油杯内设有所述的超声波电子烟雾化芯,所述油杯内设有隔板,所述隔板侧壁内设有支管;所述隔板和雾化芯将油杯隔成互不相通的第一油仓和第二油仓,所述第一油仓通过第一导油组件与所述第一面相连通,所述第二油仓通过第二导油组件与所述第四面相连通;所述支管内设有烟雾混合管,所述第二过气孔通过烟雾混合管与所述吸嘴相连通。
根据用户的不同需求,可以在第一油仓和第二油仓内存储不同口味和浓度的烟油,第一导油组件和第二导油组件分别将对应油仓内的烟油导至对应的雾化片表面进行雾化,同时固体烟草制品吸收热量产生真烟烟雾和香味,三种烟雾在烟雾混合内混合后供用户吸食,烟雾量大,烟雾口感好,提升用户对烟雾口味的体验,满足多种口味混合的需求。同时也可以在一个油仓内存放无味的烟油即仅用于提供烟雾,另一个油仓内存储烟草提取液即用于提供有口味的烟雾,然后将两种烟雾混合,既可以增大烟雾量又可以模拟真烟的口味。
进一步地,所述雾化芯与支管内侧壁之间设有第一密封盖,所述第一密封盖上开有连通第二过气孔和吸嘴的第三过气孔。
第一密封盖使得雾化芯与支管之间密封良好,防止烟油泄漏。
作为一种优选方式,所述油杯侧壁远离吸嘴的一端连有底盖,所述雾化芯远离支管的一端与底盖固连,所述底盖上开有与所述第一过气孔相通的通孔,所述雾化芯与底盖内侧壁之间设有第二密封盖,所述第二密封盖上开有与第一过气孔 相通的第四过气孔;气体从通孔进入,经第四过气孔和第一过气孔后分成三路,第一路流经第一面后至第二过气孔流出,第二路流经固体烟草制品后至第二过气孔流出,第三路流经第四面后至第二过气孔流出。
第二密封盖使得雾化芯与底盖之间密封良好,防止烟油泄漏。
作为另一种优选方式,所述支管内侧壁与烟雾混合管外侧壁之间具有与外界相通的空腔,第一雾化片和第二雾化片均与烟雾混合管相抵接;所述空腔通过第一面和固体烟草制品相连通,所述空腔还通过第四面和固体烟草制品相连通;气体从空腔进入后分成两路,第一路依次流经第一面和固体烟草制品后至第二过气孔流出,第二路依次流经第四面和固体烟草制品后至第二过气孔流出。
借由上述结构,气体从雾化烟油的雾化面进入,然后再从两个雾化片之间排出,使其烟雾混合更加均匀;同时固体烟草制品还可以将烟油生产的大颗粒烟雾过滤或再次雾化,使最后得到的烟雾口感更加细腻。
作为一种优选方式,所述雾化芯与所述隔板可拆卸相连。
进一步地,所述烟雾混合管设有内螺纹。
在烟雾混合管内设内螺纹,使得烟雾在烟雾混合管内以螺旋状行走,从而烟雾混合更加均匀,提升用户体验。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型不仅能同时雾化两种烟油,还能雾化固体烟草制品,烟雾量大,可以满足烟民的不同口感需求,特别是对真烟口感的需求。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型雾化芯的实施例一包括雾化芯固定套1,该雾化芯固定套1内设有第一雾化片2、第一导油组件3和支架6,所述第一雾化片2包括第一面S1和第二面S2,所述第一雾化片2架设固定在所述支架6上,所述第一导油组件3与第一面S1相抵接;所述雾化芯固定套1内还设有第二雾化片5和第二导油组件4,所述第二雾化片5包括第三面S3和第四面S4,所述第二雾化片5架设固定在所述支架6上,所述第二导油组件4与第四面S4相抵接;所述支架6上开设与外界相通的第一过气孔7和第二过气孔8,第一过气孔7和第二过气孔8均与第一面S1相连通,第一过气孔7和第二过气孔8均与第四面S4相连通。
所述第一雾化片2和第二雾化片5均为实心压电陶瓷片。
所述第二面S2和第三面S3相对设置,所述第二面S2和第三面S3之间夹设有固体烟草制品9;第一过气孔7和第二过气孔8均与固体烟草制品9相连通。
所述支架6包括可拆卸相连的上支架61和下支架62,所述下支架62内侧壁开设用于卡设固定第一雾化片2的第一卡槽28和用于卡设固定第二雾化片5的第二卡槽29。将第一雾化片2和第二雾化片5装入下支架62,随后将固体烟草制品9填充在第一雾化片2和第二雾化片5之间,再盖上上支架61即可,组装简单。
下支架62设置有与第一过气孔7相通的第一穿槽30,上支架61设置有与第二过气孔8相通的第二穿槽31,该第一穿槽30主要用于连通第一雾化片2和第二雾化片5上的雾化面,使得进入支架6内的气体分别流经每个雾化片,将烟雾或香气带走,第二穿槽31使得每个雾化面雾化产生的烟雾或香气都汇聚于第二过气孔8内,并排出供用户吸食。图1中箭头所示方向为气体流动方向。
所述第一导油组件3包括导油棉10、固定环11、储油棉12和控油盖13,所述导油棉10由相对的两侧壁以及雾化棉101围成U型结构,所述导油棉10的两侧壁穿过所述固定环11并与所述储油棉12的一侧面相接触,所述储油棉12的另一侧面与控油盖13的一侧相接;所述雾化棉101的一侧与第一面S1相接。如附图所示,由于雾化棉101与第一雾化片2的接触面积较小,因而雾化启动时间短,提升用户体验。
所述第二导油组件4的结构和第一导油组件3的结构相同。
如图5至图11所示,本实用新型雾化器的实施例一包括油杯14以及与该油杯14侧壁一端相连的吸嘴15,所述油杯14内设有实施例一中所述的超声波电子烟雾化芯,所述油杯14内设有隔板16,所述隔板16侧壁内设有支管17;所述隔板16和雾化芯将油杯14隔成互不相通的第一油仓18和第二油仓19,所述第一油仓18通过第一导油组件3与所述第一面S1相连通,所述第二油仓19通过第二导油组件4与所述第四面S4相连通;所述支管17内设有烟雾混合管20,所述第二过气孔8通过烟雾混合管20与所述吸嘴15相连通。雾化器中还设有用于对第一雾化片2和第二雾化片5供电的工作电源,在附图中未示出。
所述雾化芯与支管17内侧壁之间设有第一密封盖21,所述第一密封盖21上开有连通第二过气孔8和吸嘴15的第三过气孔22。
所述油杯侧壁远离吸嘴15的一端连有底盖23,所述雾化芯远离支管17的一端与底盖23固连,所述底盖23上开有与所述第一过气孔7相通的通孔24,所述雾化芯与底盖23内侧壁之间设有第二密封盖25,所述第二密封盖25上开有与第一过气孔7相通的第四过气孔26;气体从通孔24进入,经第四过气孔26和第一过气孔7后分成三路,第一路流经第一面S1后至第二过气孔8流出,第二路流经固体烟草制品9后至第二过气孔8流出,第三路流经第四面S4后至第二过气孔8流出。图5中虚线箭头所示方向为导油方向,实线箭头所示方向为气体流动方向。
所述雾化芯与所述隔板16可拆卸相连。所述第一面S1和所述隔板16均与电子烟长度方向平行,所述隔板16开有容纳所述雾化芯的腔体,腔体侧壁上设有与电子烟长度方向平行的导向槽32,雾化芯固定套1上设有与所述导向槽32对应的导向条33。
所述烟雾混合管20设有内螺纹。
所述吸嘴15通过上盖34与油杯14相连。吸嘴15与上盖34之间设有密封圈35。所述上盖34上开设与第一油仓18相通的第一加油孔36、与第二油仓19相通的第二加油孔37,第一加油孔36配有第一加油塞38,第二加油孔37配有 第二加油塞39。
所述底盖23背离雾化芯的一侧与连接座40固连,内电极41通过绝缘环42固定在连接座40底部,内电极41上开设第一进气孔43,所述第一进气孔43通过所述通孔24与第四过气孔26相通。如图5所示,气体从第一进气孔43进入,依次通过通孔24、第四过气孔26和第一过气孔7进入支架6,分成三路,第一路流经第一面S1后至第二过气孔8,第二路流经固体烟草制品9后至第二过气孔8,第三路流经第四面S4后至第二过气孔8,三种烟雾在第二过气孔8处汇合后,通过第三过气孔22进入烟雾混合管20,在烟雾混合管20内混合,最后由吸嘴15进入人嘴。
实施例二
图12至图18中示出本实用新型雾化芯及雾化器第二实施例的结构,实施例二中的结构与实施例一中的结构类似。区别在于,气流走向不同。实施例二中的内电极41上没有设置实施例一中的第一进气孔43,同时实施例二中的第二密封盖25上也没有设置实施例一中的第四过气孔26。在实施例二中,上盖34上设置有第二进气孔44,第一密封盖21上设置第三进气孔45,支管17内侧壁与烟雾混合管20外侧壁之间具有通过第二进气孔44与外界相通的空腔27,第一雾化片2和第二雾化片5均与烟雾混合管20相抵接;所述空腔27通过第一面S1和固体烟草制品9相连通,所述空腔27还通过第四面S4和固体烟草制品9相连通。图12中箭头所示方向为气流走向,如图12所示,气体依次流经第二进气孔44、空腔27和第三进气孔45,进入雾化芯固定套1后分成两路,第一路依次流经第一面S1和固体烟草制品9后至第二过气孔8,第二路依次流经第四面S4和固体烟草制品9后至第二过气孔8,混合后的烟雾再通过第三过气孔22、烟雾混合管20和吸嘴15进入人嘴。
对于实施例二中与实施例一中相同的结构,在此不作赘述,但并不影响本领域的技术人员对本实用新型的理解和实现。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是局限性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超声波电子烟雾化芯,包括雾化芯固定套(1),该雾化芯固定套(1)内设有第一雾化片(2)、第一导油组件(3)和支架(6),所述第一雾化片(2)包括第一面(S1)和第二面(S2),所述第一雾化片(2)架设固定在所述支架(6)上,所述第一导油组件(3)与第一面(S1)相抵接;其特征在于,所述雾化芯固定套(1)内还设有第二雾化片(5)和第二导油组件(4),所述第二雾化片(5)包括第三面(S3)和第四面(S4),所述第二雾化片(5)架设固定在所述支架(6)上,所述第二导油组件(4)与第四面(S4)相抵接;所述支架(6)上开设与外界相通的第一过气孔(7)和第二过气孔(8),第一过气孔(7)和第二过气孔(8)均与第一面(S1)相连通,第一过气孔(7)和第二过气孔(8)均与第四面(S4)相连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化芯,其特征在于,所述第二面(S2)和第三面(S3)相对设置,所述第二面(S2)和第三面(S3)之间夹设有固体烟草制品(9);第一过气孔(7)和第二过气孔(8)均与固体烟草制品(9)相连通。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化芯,其特征在于,所述第一导油组件(3)包括导油棉(10)、固定环(11)、储油棉(12)和控油盖(13),所述导油棉(10)由相对的两侧壁以及雾化棉(101)围成U型结构,所述导油棉(10)的两侧壁穿过所述固定环(11)并与所述储油棉(12)的一侧面相接触,所述储油棉(12)的另一侧面与控油盖(13)的一侧相接;所述雾化棉(101)的一侧与第一面(S1)相接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化芯,其特征在于,所述第二导油组件(4)的结构和第一导油组件(3)的结构相同。
  5. 一种超声波电子烟雾化器,包括油杯(14)以及与该油杯(14)侧壁一端相连的吸嘴(15),其特征在于,所述油杯(14)内设有如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超声波电子烟雾化芯,所述油杯(14)内设有隔板(16),所述隔板(16)侧壁内设有支管(17);所述隔板(16)和雾化芯将油杯(14)隔成互不相通的第一油仓(18)和第二油仓(19),所述第一油仓(18)通过第一导油组件(3)与所述第一面(S1)相连通,所述第二油仓(19)通过第二导油组件(4)与所述第四面(S4)相连通;所述支管(17)内设有烟雾混合管(20),所述第二过气孔(8)通过烟雾混合管(20)与所述吸嘴(15)相连通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯与支管(17)内侧壁之间设有第一密封盖(21),所述第一密封盖(21)上开有连 通第二过气孔(8)和吸嘴(15)的第三过气孔(22)。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述油杯(14)侧壁远离吸嘴(15)的一端连有底盖(23),所述雾化芯远离支管(17)的一端与底盖(23)固连,所述底盖(23)上开有与所述第一过气孔(7)相通的通孔(24),所述雾化芯与底盖(23)内侧壁之间设有第二密封盖(25),所述第二密封盖(25)上开有与第一过气孔(7)相通的第四过气孔(26);气体从通孔(24)进入,经第四过气孔(26)和第一过气孔(7)后分成三路,第一路流经第一面(S1)后至第二过气孔(8)流出,第二路流经固体烟草制品(9)后至第二过气孔(8)流出,第三路流经第四面(S4)后至第二过气孔(8)流出。
  8. 如权利要求5或6所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述支管(17)内侧壁与烟雾混合管(20)外侧壁之间具有与外界相通的空腔(27),第一雾化片(2)和第二雾化片(5)均与烟雾混合管(20)相抵接;所述空腔(27)通过第一面(S1)和固体烟草制品(9)相连通,所述空腔(27)还通过第四面(S4)和固体烟草制品(9)相连通;气体从空腔(27)进入后分成两路,第一路依次流经第一面(S1)和固体烟草制品(9)后至第二过气孔(8)流出,第二路依次流经第四面(S4)和固体烟草制品(9)后至第二过气孔(8)流出。
  9. 如权利要求5或6所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化芯与所述隔板(16)可拆卸相连。
  10. 如权利要求5或6所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述烟雾混合管(20)设有内螺纹。
