Description
本发明属于电子烟烟具技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置电子烟具。
随着健康意识逐步提高,吸烟者越来越意识到抽吸传统烟对健康的危害,促进了电子烟及低温烘烤型烟具等戒烟替烟产品的发展,电子烟是利用发热元件将烟油、烟膏等能产生烟雾的介质加热以产生烟雾,来满足烟民抽吸传统烟时的视觉体验,虽然其中可以添加尼古丁等能提供刺激性的物质,电子烟抽吸的口感与传统烟相比还是有较大差别,实际效果并不理想;低温烘烤型烟具是利用加热元件加热特殊制备的烟支,以让烟支中含有的尼古丁等物质挥发出来,让抽吸者得到口感上的满足,由于加热温度相对不高,烟支产生的烟雾较抽吸传统烟小,抽吸者视觉体验上得不到较好的满足,故也未能被烟民普遍接受。
传统电子烟采用自动气流感应传感器和手动按键方式启动,传感器式气流感应电子烟雾化器的气道和传感器的启动气道是共用气道。抽烟时,气流经过传感器再到雾化器吸嘴然后被抽吸,这种电子烟的气道结构在抽吸时容易产生冷凝,长时间的冷凝积聚造成传感器损坏,使传感器功能失效,从而影响产品的寿命。
目前市面上没有将电子雾化与低温烘烤技术结合的较好的产品。而且市面上现有的电子雾化装置有的需要重复注油,操作不方便,也不够清洁卫生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置电子烟具,其有效解决了电子烟和低温烘烤卷烟抽吸感差、传感器气流通道和烟气气流通道重合导致抽吸不稳定和雾化器产生的冷凝液对传感器的损坏问题。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置电子烟具,包括:
主机1,所述主机1上设有第一凸块101和发热杯组件容纳仓1103;
雾化器2,所述雾化器2上设有凹槽203;
所述雾化器2与所述主机1通过所述第一凸块101和所述凹槽203可拆卸连接。
上述所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,所述主机1包括外壳、内壳11和底盖5;所述外壳上设有滑动开关102;所述内壳11上设置有传感器6、传感器套7、密封盖8、导气座13、发热杯组件容纳仓1103和雾化仓底托(1102),所述传感器6套装固定在所述传感器套7内,所述传感器套7和所述导气座13分别套装固定在所述密封盖8的两端,所述发热杯组件容纳仓1103和所述雾化仓底托1102通过第二进气槽1101与所述雾化器(2)上的第八通气孔(202)气流导通连接;所述底盖5包括第一进气槽501和USB口502。
上述所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,所述发热杯组件容纳仓1103内设有卡座12和发热杯组件9,所述发热杯组件9包括发热杯10,所述发热杯组件9组件上开设有第五通气孔901,所述发热杯10上开设有第六通气孔1001,所述发热杯10的外壁包裹有隔热套,所述发热杯10固定在所述卡座12上,所述发热杯10与所述隔热套之间由气凝胶密封固定。
上述所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,所述传感器6上设有第一通气孔601,所述传感器套7上设有第二通气孔701,所述密封盖8上开设有第三通气孔801和第四通气孔802,所述第一通气孔601、所述第二通气孔701、所述第三通气孔801、所述第五通气孔901、所述第六通气孔1001和所述USB口502气流导通连接,共同限定出传感器气流通道。
上述所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,所述雾化器2包括雾化座3、储油盖4和储油仓14,所述储油仓14固定在所述储油盖4上,所述雾化座3上设有第三进气槽301,所述储油盖4设有中空第二凸块401,所述第二凸块401嵌合在所述第三进气槽301内。
上述所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,所述雾化器2还包括第七通气孔201和第八通气孔202,所述第一进气槽501、所述第三进气槽301、所述第七通气孔201和所述第八通气孔202共同限定出烟雾气流通道。

本发明的关键点是:1、将烟具设计成所述主机、雾化器三个可拆卸的组件,方便吸烟者操作,而且本发明所述雾化器为一次性使用,无需重复注油,操作方便,清洁卫生;2、将所述传感器气流通道与所述烟支气流通道设计为连两个相互独立的气流通道,可有效避免烟气气流通道所产生的冷凝液体对所述传感器造成损害;另一方面,本发明将电子烟雾化液体烟油与低温烘烤卷烟相结合,不仅提高了烟雾量还能有效改善电子烟的抽吸口感。
本发明的工作过程为:
打开烟具上的推盖,将烟支插入所述发热杯10中,再将所述雾化器2插入所述烟具中,并按下滑盖开关102,所述烟具进入工作状态,所述发热杯10对插入其中的烟支进行加热,所述雾化器2内的发热丝进入预热状态,待加热完成后,抽吸者可通过烟支吸嘴进行抽吸,抽吸过程中传感器气流通道中的空气也会被抽吸走,从而给所述传感器6产生负压,进而触发所述雾化器2内的发热丝工作,即所述雾化器将烟油雾化,空气从所述底盖5底部的缺口进入所述第二进气槽501内,并到达所述雾化器2内,携带发热丝加热雾化后的烟油进入所述发热杯10内,与所述发热杯10加热烟支后所产生的烟气混合,然后被抽吸者吸入口中。
本发明有益效果:
1.将烟具设计成主机和雾化器两个可拆卸组件,方便吸烟者操作,而且本发明所述雾化为一次性使用,无需重复注油,操作方便,而且清洁卫生。
2.本发明通过在烟具内同时设置发热杯和雾化器,可实现低温烘烤烟支和电子烟雾化液体烟油的合二为一,有效弥补了雾化器所产生的液体烟雾抽吸感差,香味不足的缺点。
3.本发明在烟具内并列设置两个独立的传感器气流通道和烟气气流通道,有效改善了传感器气流通道与烟气气流通道重合导致气流分布不均,抽吸功能不稳定的情况,同时还避免了因传感器气流通道与烟气气流通道重合,抽吸过程中产 生的冷凝液对传感器所造成的损害。

- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述发热杯组件容纳仓(1103)内设有卡座(12)和发热杯组件(9),所述发热杯组件(9)包括发热杯(10),所述发热杯组件(9)组件上开设有第五通气孔(901),所述发热杯(10)上开设有第六通气孔(1001),所述发热杯(10)的外壁包裹有隔热套,所述发热杯(10)固定在所述卡座(12)上,所述发热杯(10)与所述隔热套之间由气凝胶密封固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述传感器(6)上设有第一通气孔(601),所述传感器套(7)上设有第二通气孔(701),所述密封盖(8)上开设有第三通气孔(801)和第四通气孔(802),所述第一通气孔(601)、所述第二通气孔(701)、所述第三通气孔(801)、所述第五通气孔(901)、所述第六通气孔(1001)和所述USB口(502)气流导通连接,共同限定出传感器气流通道。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述雾化器(2)包括雾化座(3)、储油盖(4)和储油仓(14),所述储油仓(14)固定在所述储油盖(4)上,所述雾化座(3)上设有 第三进气槽(301),所述储油盖(4)设有中空第二凸块(401),所述第二凸块(401)嵌合在所述第三进气槽(301)内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述雾化器(2)还包括第七通气孔(201)和第八通气孔(202),所述第一进气槽(501)、所述第三进气槽(301)、所述第七通气孔(201)和所述第八通气孔(202)共同限定出烟雾气流通道。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟气流通道与传感器气流通道分离设置的电子烟具,其特征在于,所述传感器气流通道与所述烟雾气流通道并列设置并通过所述第二进气槽(1101)和第九通气孔(803)与所述烟气气流通道气流导通连接,导通连接点位于所述发热杯(10)的上游且位于所述烟雾气流通道的下游,所述传感器(6)位于该传感器气流通道内。
