一种电子烟及电子烟装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种电子烟及电子烟装置。
背景技术
传统吸烟是通过用明火点燃烟草,烟草燃烧产生烟雾以供吸烟者吸食。烟草燃烧产生的烟雾通常会含有上千种有害物质,因而,传统烟草不但给吸烟者造成严重的呼吸系统疾病,还容易带来二手烟危害。
为解决传统烟草燃烧产生较多有害物质的技术问题,技术人员开发了雾化电子烟及电子烤烟,然而,所述雾化电子烟通过雾化烟液形成烟雾,以供吸烟者吸食,雾化电子烟虽然克服了传统卷烟的以上不足,能够在一定程度上满足消费者对烟草的依赖,但电子烟的烟液是由香精香料调配而成,并不是真正的卷烟产品,其烟味淡,缺乏烟草的芳香,而不能被消费者广泛地接受。
现有的低温电子烤烟采用低温(100摄氏度左右)不燃烧方式加热烟丝,由于其加热温度较低,所以加热产生的危害物质少,但烟雾量明显不足。而若采用高温的温度对所述烟草进行加热,则容易将烟草考黑,碳化,且热量分布不均,容易产生部分烟草已经碳化而另一部分温度还不足的问题,因而也产生较多的有害物质。如何能够吸出烟草的芳香味又能够较大程度降低有害物质已成为烟草行业亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种电子烟及电子烟装置,可以较大降低用户吸食到烟草有害物质。
本发明第一方面提供了一种电子烟,其包括用于雾化烟液的雾化组件和用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;
所述雾化组件包括烟液杯、烟液吸附件、电热件及电极组件,所述烟液杯为一体成型结构,所述烟液吸附件插设在所述烟液杯内并用于吸附所述烟液杯 内的烟液,所述电热件与所述烟液吸附件相接触并用于雾化所述烟液吸附件上的烟液,所述烟液杯设置有用于将所述电热件雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道及与所述烟雾通道相连通的烟草容纳腔,所述烟草容纳腔与所述烟液杯外表面相连通,所述烟草容纳腔用于装烟草,所述电热件雾化的烟雾用于将烟草容纳腔内烟草的烟味蒸出来。
可选的,所述烟液杯包括储液管、通气管及容纳管,所述通气管插设在所述储液管内,所述通气管的一端与所述储液管的一端相连,所述通气管与所述储液管之间形成有储液腔,所述通气管内形成有所述烟雾通道;所述容纳管的一端与所述通气管的一端相连,所述容纳管位于所述储液管外,所述容纳管的内部空间形成有所述烟草容纳腔。
可选的,所述通气管的面向所述容纳管的一端管口的横截面积大于所述通气管的背向所述容纳管的一端管口的横截面积。
可选的,所述烟液杯包括储液管及通气管,所述通气管插设在所述储液管内,所述通气管的一端与所述储液管的一端相连,所述通气管与所述储液管之间形成有储液腔,所述通气管内形成有所述烟雾通道及所述烟草容纳腔。
可选的,所述烟草容纳腔的横截面的面积大于所述烟雾通道的横截面面积。
可选的,所述雾化组件还包括中空的雾化座,所述雾化座的侧壁上设置有进油孔,所述雾化座的一端插设在所述储液管中,所述雾化座的另一端插设在所述通气管内。
可选的,所述烟液吸附件为由多孔陶瓷材料制成的陶瓷管,所述陶瓷管外套设有柔性管,所述柔性管的外壁面与所述雾化座的内壁面相抵持,所述柔性管的内壁面与所述陶瓷管的外壁面相抵持。
可选的,所述柔性管为硅胶管,所述柔性管的管壁上设置有与所述进油孔相连通的导油孔,所述导油孔用于将所述进油孔的烟液导入所述陶瓷管内。
可选的,所述柔性管的外周面上设置有第一隔液环及第二隔液环,所述第一隔液环与所述第二隔液环同轴设置,所述导油孔位于所述第一隔液环和所述第二隔液环之间,所述第一隔液环和所述第二隔液环用于阻挡烟液朝所述柔性 管的两端运动。
可选的,所述第一隔液环及第二隔液环之间形成有环形的储液槽,所述储液槽与所述进液孔及所述导液孔相连通。
可选的,所述电热件为电热丝,所述电热丝绕成柱状结构并固定在所述陶瓷管的内壁面上。
可选的,所述电极组件包括连接套、上绝缘环及上电极,所述上绝缘环插设在所述连接套内,所述上电极插设在所述绝缘环内,所述电热件与所述连接套及所述上电极电连接,以通过所述连接套及所述上电极与电池组件电连接。
可选的,所述电池组件包括电池套、充电接口组件、连接组件、气流感应控制组件及电池,所述充电接口组件及所述连接组件分别插设在所述电池套位置相对的两端,所述充电接口组件与所述电池电连接并用于与外部充电器连接以对所述电池充电,所述连接组件用于与所述雾化组件相连,所述连接组件与所述气流感应控制组件及所述电池电连接,所述气流感应控制组件位于所述连接组件及所述电池之间并固定在所述连接组件面向所述电池的一端,所述连接组件设置有与所述雾化组件及所述气流感应控制组件相连通的气道,以使用户在吸烟时,所述气道内的大气压强变小,以使所述述气流感应控制组件控制所述电池为所述雾化组件供电。
本发明第二方面提供了一种电子烟装置,其包括电子烟,其特征在于:还包括插设在所述电子烟上的烟草,其中,所述电子烟为上述任一项所述的电子烟,所述烟草的一端插设在所述电子烟内,所述烟草的另一端延伸至所述电子烟外。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明所述电子烟的烟液杯设置有用于将所述电热件雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道及与所述烟雾通道相连通的烟草容纳腔,使得所述电热件雾化的烟雾可以将烟草容纳腔内烟草的烟味蒸出来,以供用户抽吸。即本发明雾化器内的烟草仅是通过雾化组件产生的高温烟雾进行加热,无需额外的电加热器件对烟草进行烘烤,因而能够均匀地加热和较为充分地将烟草容纳腔内烟草的芳香味蒸出来,而且烟雾量较大,避免了现有技术中通过电加热器件烘烤烟草时容易碳化而导致仍然产生较多有害物质的问题;此外,由 于所述烟液杯为一体成型结构,因而较好地阻碍烟液杯内的烟液泄露至所述烟草容纳腔内。

实施例一
本实施例提供了一种电子烟,通过本实施例所示的电子烟能够使得用户在抽吸烟雾的过程中,能够吸食到与真烟口感大致相同的味道,而且能够避免真烟燃烧时所产生的焦油对用户身体的伤害。
以下首先结合图1及图2对本实施例所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行示例性说明,其中,图1为本发明所提供的电子烟的一种实施例中雾化组件的剖面结构示意图;图2为本发明所提供的电子烟的一种实施例中电池组件剖面结构示意图。
请参阅图1,本实施所示的电子烟包括雾化组件101、电池组件102,其中,所述电池组件102用于为所述雾化组件101供电,所述雾化组件包括烟液杯1011、烟液吸附件1012、电热件1013及电极组件1014,所述烟液杯1011为一体成型结构。
具体的,所述烟液吸附件1012插设在所述烟液杯内并用于吸附所述烟液杯1011内的烟液,所述电热件1013与所述烟液吸附件相接触并用于加热雾化所述烟液吸附件1012上的烟液,所述烟液杯1011设置有用于将所述电热件1013雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道及与所述烟雾通道相连通的烟草容纳腔,所述烟草容纳腔与所述烟液杯1011外表面相连通,所述烟草容纳腔用于装烟草,所述电热件1013雾化的烟雾用于熏蒸烟草容纳腔内烟草,使得烟草被熏蒸加热后能够生成与市场上销售的香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气。
本实施例对所述雾化组件101的中的烟液杯1011、烟液吸附件1012、电热件1013及电极组件1014,具体结构不做限定,只要所述雾化组件101在电池组件102供电的情况下所雾化的烟雾可以蒸位于所述烟草容纳腔内的烟草,并从所述烟草容纳腔排出以供用户吸食即可。
采用本实施例所示的电子烟具体结构的有益效果在于:
本实施例所示电子烟的雾化组件产生的烟雾能够对位于所述烟草容纳腔中的烟草进行熏蒸加热,从而烟草被加热后能够生成与市场上销售的香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,则在用户抽吸烟雾出口时,即可吸食到包含有两种口感的混合烟雾,即混合烟雾中的一部分为所述雾化组件对烟液进行雾 化所生成的烟雾,另一种为与香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,从而丰富了用户吸食烟雾的口感。
本实施例所述的烟雾在对所述烟草进行加热时,虽然烟草在烟雾高温的作用下会生成与香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,但是该烟气中不包含有焦油,从而有效的避免了焦油对用户身体的危害,有效的保障了用户使用本实施例所提供的电子烟的安全。
实施例二
本实施例对实施例一所示的电子烟的具体结构进行详细的说明,需明确的是,本实施例对所述电子烟的结构的说明为可选的示例,不作限定。
请参阅图3及图4,图3为本发明所提供的电子烟的另一种实施例中雾化组件的剖面结构示意图,本实施所示的电子烟包括雾化组件101、电池组件102,其中,所述电池组件102用于为所述雾化组件101供电,所述雾化组件包括烟液杯1011、烟液吸附件1012、电热件1013及电极组件1014,所述烟液杯1011为一体成型结构。
其中,所述烟液吸附件1012用于吸附所述烟液杯1011内的烟液,所述电热件1013用于加热雾化所述烟液吸附件1012上的烟液,所述烟液杯1011设置有用于将所述电热件1013雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道及与所述烟雾通道相连通的烟草容纳腔,所述烟草容纳腔与所述烟液杯1011外表面相连通,所述电热件1013雾化的烟雾用于熏蒸烟草容纳腔内烟草,使得烟草被熏蒸加热后能够生成与市场上销售的香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气。
具体的,请参阅图3,本实施例中所述烟液杯1011包括储液管100、通气管200,所述通气管200插设在所述储液管100内,所述通气管200的一端与所述储液管100的一端相连,所述通气管200与所述储液管100之间形成有储液腔300,所述通气管内形成有所述烟雾通道;
本实施例所示的电子烟内部还设置有烟草容纳腔,本实施例所示的烟草容纳腔的具体结构有两种示例:
第一种,本种设置方式所示的烟草容纳腔400设置在所述通气管200外部;
第二种,本种设置方式所示的烟草容纳腔500设置在所述通气管200内部。
首先对第一种设置方式,即所述烟草容纳腔400进行说明:

在本种设置方式中,烟草容纳腔400设置在所述通气管200外部,具体的,所述烟液杯1011还包括容纳管600,所述容纳管600的一端与所述通气管200的一端相连,所述容纳管600位于所述储液管100外,所述容纳管600的内部空间形成有所述烟草容纳腔400。
可选的,所述通气管200的面向所述容纳管600的一端管口的横截面积大于所述通气管200的背向所述容纳管600的一端管口的横截面积。
采用本实施例所示的电子烟的具体结构的有益效果在于:
本实施例所示电子烟中所述烟液吸附件1012可以从所述储液腔300中吸附和导入烟液,所述电热件1013可以雾化所述烟液吸附件上的烟液产生烟雾,该烟雾能够对位于所述烟草容纳腔400中的烟草进行熏蒸加热,从而烟草被加热后能够生成与市场上销售的香烟燃烧后产生的口感相同或相近的烟气,其次所述通气管200的面向所述容纳管600的一端管口的横截面积大于所述通气管200的背向所述容纳管600的一端管口的横截面积,不仅可以阻碍烟草朝所述电热件1013运动,避免了烟草直接接触电热件1013而烧焦烟草,而且使排出的高温烟雾尽可能散布到烟草的整个端面,从而尽可能地将烟草的烟味蒸出来。
其次,对所述第二种设置方式,请参阅图5,即所述烟草容纳腔500的具体结构进行说明:

可选的,所述烟草容纳腔500的横截面的面积大于所述烟雾通道的横截面面积。
第二种设置方式中所示的雾化组件中的其他组件与图3所示的雾化组件 类似,具体此处不再赘述。
本实施例中,烟草容纳腔500设置在所述通气管200内部不需要再设置其他结构来容纳烟草,结构简单,其次烟草与电热件产生的烟雾的距离更近,烟雾的温度更高,可以将烟草熏蒸出更好的味道,满足了不同用户对电子烟口感的需求。
上面对本实施例中烟草容纳腔及烟液杯的具体结构进行了说明,下面对本发明实施例中的雾化组件其他结构进行说明,请参阅图3、图4及图6,其中,图6为本发明所提供的电子烟的另一种实施例中柔性管的整体结构示意图。
具体的,在本实施例中所示的雾化组件还包括中空的雾化座1015,所述雾化座的一端插设在所述储液管100中,所述雾化座1015的一端插设在所述通气管200内所述雾化座1015的侧壁上设置有进油孔700。所述储液腔300中的烟液可以通过所述进油孔700流向所述烟液吸附件1012。所述雾化组件还可以设置有连接件与密封件,具体可以包括第一密封垫1016与第二密封垫1017、密封圈1018、密封环1019以及外电极1020,所述第一密封垫1016与通气管200的一端连接,所述第二密封1017垫设置在所述烟液吸附件1012与所述雾化座1015之间,所述密封圈1018套设在所述雾化组件1015上,用于防止所述储液腔300中的烟液泄露,所述密封环1019设置于所述外电极1020与所述雾化座1015之间。
可选的,所述烟液吸附件1012可以为由多孔陶瓷材料制成的陶瓷管,所述陶瓷管外套设有柔性管800,所述柔性管800的外壁面与所述雾化座1015的内壁面相抵持,所述柔性管800的内壁面与所述陶瓷管的外壁面相抵持。
可选的,所述柔性管800可以为硅胶管,也可以由无纺布缠绕形成。进一步的,所述硅胶管800的管壁上设置有与所述进油孔相连通的导油孔900,所述导油孔用于将所述进油孔的烟液导入所述陶瓷管内。
进一步的,所述柔性管800的外周面上可以设置有第一隔液环801及第二隔液环802,所述第一隔液环801与所述第二隔液环802同轴设置,所述导油孔900位于所述第一隔液环801和所述第二隔液环802之间,用于阻挡烟液朝所述柔性管800的两端运动,该种结构较好地避免烟油渗漏,避免用户吸到渗 漏的烟油。
可选的,所述第一隔液环801及第二隔液环802之间形成有环形的储液槽803,所述储液槽803与所述进油孔700及所述导油孔900相连通。采用所述环形的储液槽803可以使得烟液流动顺畅。
本实施例中的电热件1013为陶瓷电热管,所述陶瓷电热管包括陶瓷管及置于所述陶瓷管内的电阻元件,所述电阻元件与所述电极组件电连接。可以理解的是,所述电热件1013可以为电热丝,所述电热丝绕成柱状结构并固定在所述陶瓷管的内壁面上;当然,所述电热件1013还可以为电热片等,再此不做具体限定。
本实施例中雾化组件中的电极组件1014包括连接套10、上绝缘环20及上电极30,所述上绝缘20环插设在所述连接套10内,所述上电极30插设在所述绝缘环20内,所述电热件1013与所述连接套10及所述上电极30电连接,以通过所述连接套10及所述上电极30与电池组件102电连接。
上面对本实施例中烟液杯、烟液吸附件、电热件及电极组件的具体结构进行了说明,下面对本发明实施例中的电池组件具体结构进行说明,请参阅图7,图7为本发明实施例中电池组件的剖面结构示意图。
本实施例中的电池组件102包括电池套1021、充电接口组件1022、连接组件1023、气流感应控制组件1024及电池1025,所述充电接口组件1022及所述连接组件1023分别插设在所述电池套1021位置相对的两端,所述充电接口组件1022与所述电池1025电连接并用于与外部充电器连接以对所述电池1025充电,所述连接组件1023用于与所述雾化组件101相连,所述连接组件1023与所述气流感应控制组件1024及所述电池1025电连接,所述气流感应控制组件1024位于所述连接组件1023及所述电池1025之间并固定在所述连接组件1023面向所述电池1025的一端,所述连接组件1023设置有与所述雾化组件101及所述气流感应控制组件1024相连通的气道,以使用户在吸烟时,所述气道内的大气压强变小,以使所述述气流感应控制组件1024控制所述电池为所述雾化组件101供电。
在上述实施例一及实施例二的基础上,本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟 装置,请参阅图8及图9,图8为本发明所提供的电子烟装置的一种实施例整体剖面结构示意,图9为本发明所提供的电子烟装置的另一种实施例整体剖面结构示意。所述电子烟装置包括上述图1至图7所示的任一种实施例中的电子烟及插设在所述上的烟草A,所述烟草A的一端插设在所述电子烟内,所述烟草A的另一端延伸至所述电子烟外,使得用户口腔可直接吸烟草A的一端,提高了用户体验。

    所述雾化组件包括烟液杯、烟液吸附件、电热件及电极组件,所述烟液杯为一体成型结构,所述烟液吸附件插设在所述烟液杯内并用于吸附所述烟液杯内的烟液,所述电热件与所述烟液吸附件相接触并用于雾化所述烟液吸附件上的烟液,所述烟液杯设置有用于将所述电热件雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道及与所述烟雾通道相连通的烟草容纳腔,所述烟草容纳腔与所述烟液杯外表面相连通,所述烟草容纳腔用于装烟草,所述电热件雾化的烟雾用于将烟草容纳腔内烟草的烟味蒸出来。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述烟液杯包括储液管、通气管及容纳管,所述通气管插设在所述储液管内,所述通气管的一端与所述储液管的一端相连,所述通气管与所述储液管之间形成有储液腔,所述通气管内形成有所述烟雾通道;所述容纳管的一端与所述通气管的一端相连,所述容纳管位于所述储液管外,所述容纳管的内部空间形成有所述烟草容纳腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述通气管的面向所述容纳管的一端管口的横截面积大于所述通气管的背向所述容纳管的一端管口的横截面积。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述烟液杯包括储液管及通气管,所述通气管插设在所述储液管内,所述通气管的一端与所述储液管的一端相连,所述通气管与所述储液管之间形成有储液腔,所述通气管内形成有所述烟雾通道及所述烟草容纳腔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述烟草容纳腔的横截面的面积大于所述烟雾通道的横截面面积。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化组件还包括中空的雾化座,所述雾化座的侧壁上设置有进油孔,所述雾化座的一端插设在所述储液管中,所述雾化座的另一端插设在所述通气管内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述烟液吸附件为由多孔陶瓷材料制成的陶瓷管,所述陶瓷管外套设有柔性管,所述柔性管的外壁面与所述雾化座的内壁面相抵持,所述柔性管的内壁面与所述陶瓷管的外壁面相抵持。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述柔性管为硅胶管,所述柔性管的管壁上设置有与所述进油孔相连通的导油孔,所述导油孔用于将所述进油孔的烟液导入所述陶瓷管内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述柔性管的外周面上设置有第一隔液环及第二隔液环,所述第一隔液环与所述第二隔液环同轴设置,所述导油孔位于所述第一隔液环和所述第二隔液环之间,所述第一隔液环和所述第二隔液环用于阻挡烟液朝所述柔性管的两端运动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述第一隔液环及第二隔液环之间形成有环形的储液槽,所述储液槽与所述进液孔及所述导液孔相连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述电热件为电热丝,所述电热丝绕成柱状结构并固定在所述陶瓷管的内壁面上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述电极组件包括连接套、上绝缘环及上电极,所述上绝缘环插设在所述连接套内,所述上电极插设在所述绝缘环内,所述电热件与所述连接套及所述上电极电连接,以通过所述连接套及所述上电极与电池组件电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:
    所述电池组件包括电池套、充电接口组件、连接组件、气流感应控制组件及电池,所述充电接口组件及所述连接组件分别插设在所述电池套位置相对的两端,所述充电接口组件与所述电池电连接并用于与外部充电器连接以对所述电池充电,所述连接组件用于与所述雾化组件相连,所述连接组件与所述气流感应控制组件及所述电池电连接,所述气流感应控制组件位于所述连接组件及所述电池之间并固定在所述连接组件面向所述电池的一端,所述连接组件设置有与所述雾化组件及所述气流感应控制组件相连通的气道,以使用户在吸烟 时,所述气道内的大气压强变小,以使所述述气流感应控制组件控制所述电池为所述雾化组件供电。
  14. 一种电子烟装置,其包括电子烟,其特征在于:还包括插设在所述电子烟上的烟草,其中,所述电子烟为权利要求1至13任一项所述的电子烟,所述烟草的一端插设在所述电子烟内,所述烟草的另一端延伸至所述电子烟外。
