实施本发明的电子烟雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟组装方法,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟雾化器采用雾化组件位于套管的吸嘴端与储油组件之间的结构,使得雾化组件工作产生的烟雾流经较短距离即能到达吸嘴端,可有效地避免烟雾在流通过程中产生冷凝,从而改善用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2、图3以及图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟雾化器,其包括套管1、吸嘴盖2、雾化组件3、储油组件4、雾化座5以及电连接件6。雾化组件3安装在套管1内部,并与储油组件4相互抵持。储油组件4设置在套管1内,用于给雾化组件3提供其工作时产生烟雾所需的烟油,该储油组件4设置有用于将储油组件4内的烟油输出至雾化组件3的烟油流通通道。该雾化组件3位于套管1的吸嘴端(未标号)与储油组件4之间,使得雾化组件工作产生的烟雾流经较短距离即能到达吸嘴端,可有效地避免烟雾在流通过程中产生冷凝,从而改善用户体验。
具体地,如图1以及图2所示,套管1大致为中空的管状结构。吸嘴盖2安装在套管1的吸嘴端,电连接件6安装在套管1远离吸嘴盖2的一端。雾化组件3、储油组件4以及雾化座5均设置在套管1的内部。吸嘴盖2上设置有供烟雾流通的通道,雾化组件3工作时产生的烟雾从该吸嘴盖2中排出。
如图2并参阅图1所示,雾化组件3包括玻纤线31以及发热丝32。雾化座5为采用一体成型而成的结构,其安装在外套管1的内壁上。玻纤线31卡装固定于雾化座5,其安装方便。该玻纤线31与储油组件4相互抵持,使得玻纤线31能够吸附储油组件4中的烟油。发热丝32缠绕在玻纤线31上,电连接件6中的两个电极分别与该发热丝32的两端连接,以实现对发热丝32的供电。发热丝32工作时可使得该雾化组件3产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。本实施例中,雾化座5的形状大致为圆筒状,其尺寸和形状与套管1的内壁相适配,其材质采用耐热性能较好的材料,例如硅胶,使得雾化座5的隔热效果较好,使用时套管1的外壁温度较低,不会烫手和烫嘴,再者采用雾化座5的结构,同时还能够使得雾化组件3稳固地安装在套管1内。
如图1并参阅图2以及图3所示,储油组件4用于储存所述电子烟雾化器工作时所需的烟油,其包括储油腔41、烟油缓存件42以及隔油板43。储油腔41大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其设置在套管1内并用于储存烟油。该储油腔41的一端具有朝向雾化组件3的开口。烟油缓存件42与隔油板43用于将储油腔41中的烟油引导至雾化组件3中进行雾化,且烟油缓存件42与隔油板43相互贴合。隔油板43安装在烟油缓存件42与开口之间,且该隔油板43上开设有供烟油流通至烟油缓存件42的通油孔431。隔油板43将液态烟油封存于储油腔41内,该隔油板43与开口为过盈配合。烟油缓存件42用于吸取从隔油板43中渗透出来的烟油,其采用高温棉、玻纤棉或厚布棉制成,能够像海绵一样吸水和蓄水,使得烟油缓慢地渗透到雾化组件3的玻纤线31上。该烟油缓存件42为薄片状结构实心体,其外形与导油板31的外形相同。烟油缓存件42的一面与导油板31相互贴合,该烟油缓存件42的另一面与玻纤线31相互抵持。采用烟油缓存件42以及隔油板43的结构,其引油效果好,而且能够有效地防止烟油从储油腔41中漏出。在本发明的其它实施例中,储油组件4可以采用储油棉或储油杯的结构,同样能够起到为雾化组件3提供烟油的作用。
本实施例中,所述电子烟雾化器还包括径向设置在套管1的内壁上的底板7,该底板7与套管1一体成型。所述电子烟雾化器还包括穿线腔8,该穿线腔8用于供连接雾化组件3与电连接件6的导线穿过并用于供气流流进套管1内的雾化通道,且该穿线腔8贯穿储油腔41。该实施例中,所述电子烟雾化器还包括轴向设置在套管1的内壁上的隔板9。该隔板9大致为方形板状结构,其与套管1一体成型。穿线腔8由套管1远离储油腔41的内壁和隔板9围合而成。采用穿线腔8的结构,组装连接雾化组件3与电连接件6的导线时操作较为简便。
如图5、图6、图7以及图8所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟雾化器,其与实施例之一所不同之处在于穿线腔8的结构。本实施例中,隔板9设置有两个,两个隔板9相对设置在套管1的内壁上。隔板9呈圆弧形,该圆弧形朝向套管1轴线的一侧弯曲。两个隔板9分别与套管1远离储油腔41的内壁围合形成两个分离的穿线腔8。采用两个分离的穿线腔8的结构,能够便于连接雾化组件3与电连接件6的导线的梳理,使得组装所述电子烟雾化器时更加简便。在本发明的其它实施例中,隔板9的形状或设置的位置亦可以有其它的选择,例如隔板9的圆弧形向远离套管1轴线的一侧弯曲,或者两个隔板9不采用相对设置的结构等。
本发明的较佳实施例之一以及之二中,储油腔41由套管1的内壁,以及与套管1的内壁一体成型的底板7和隔板9围合而成。穿线腔8由与套管1的内壁,以及与套管1的内壁一体成型的隔板9围合而成。也即,隔板9将套管1的内壁分隔成相互独立的储油腔41与穿线腔8。
如图9、图10、图11以及图12所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三提供一种电子烟雾化器,其与实施例之一所不同之处同样在于穿线腔8的结构。本实施例中,所述电子烟雾化器还包括穿线柱10。该穿线柱10由底板7朝向套管1的吸嘴端的一侧延伸,且该穿线柱10与底板7一体成型,在本发明的其它实施例,穿线柱10可以固定连接在底板7上。穿线腔8为贯穿穿线柱10与底板7的通孔,该通孔为圆孔结构。
基于上述电子烟雾化器的结构,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括如上实施例所述的电子烟雾化器,以及与该电子烟雾化器电连接的电池杆(未图示)。该电池杆包括电池套管(未图示),该电池套管与套管1采用螺纹连接的方式进行连接。在本发明的其它实施例中,电子套管与套管1采用一体成型的结构,该电子烟即为常见的一次性电子烟。
使用上述电子烟时,由于所述电子烟雾化器采用雾化组件3位于套管1的吸嘴端与储油组件4之间的结构,使得雾化组件3工作产生的烟雾流经较短距离即能到达吸嘴端,然后直接进入吸烟者口腔,可有效地避免烟雾在流通过程中产生冷凝,从而能够改善用户的体验。
基于上述电子烟的结构,本发明还提供了一种电子烟组装方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供套管1,套管1的内部设置有储油组件4;
具体地,储油组件4采用如上实施例所述的储油腔41、烟油缓存件42以及隔油板43共同组成的结构。组装所述储油组件4时,首先将烟油注入储油腔41内,再依次将隔油板43以及烟油缓存件42安装在储油腔41的开口上。在本发明的其它实施例中,该储油组件4采用可拆卸地安装在套管1内的储油棉或者储油杯的结构。
S2、将雾化组件3安装在套管1的吸嘴端与储油组件3之间并与储油组件4相互抵持。
具体地,将雾化组件3卡接固定在雾化座5上,再将雾化座5安装在套管1上使得玻纤线31与烟油缓存件42相互抵持,且将导线穿过穿线腔8与电连接件6连接,最后将电连接件6安装在套管1远离雾化组件3的一端,再将吸嘴盖2安装在套管1的吸嘴端。
采用如上所述的电子烟,由于所述电子烟雾化器采用雾化组件3位于套管1的吸嘴端与储油组件4之间的结构,使得雾化组件3工作产生的烟雾流经较短距离即能到达吸嘴端,即可直接进入吸烟者口腔,可有效地避免烟雾在流通过程中产生冷凝,从而能够改善用户的体验。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括套管(1)、安装在所述套管(1)内部的雾化组件(3),以及用于给所述雾化组件(3)提供烟油的储油组件(4);其特征在于:所述储油组件(4)设置有用于将所述储油组件(4)内的烟油输出至所述雾化组件(3)的烟油流通通道,且所述雾化组件(3)位于所述套管(1)的吸嘴端与所述储油组件(4)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述储油组件(4)包括设置于所述套管(1)内并用于储存烟油的储油腔(41);所述储油腔(41)的一端具有朝向所述雾化组件(3)的开口,所述开口上安装有烟油缓存件(42);所述雾化组件(3)与所述烟油缓存件(42)相互抵持。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述烟油缓存件(42)与所述开口之间安装有隔油板(43);所述隔油板(43)上开设有供烟油流通至所述烟油缓存件(42)的通油孔(431)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括安装在所述套管(1)远离所述套管(1)的吸嘴端的电连接件(6);所述电子烟雾化器还包括用于供连接所述雾化组件(3)与所述电连接件(6)的导线穿过和供气流流进所述套管(1)内的雾化通道的穿线腔(8);所述穿线腔(8)贯穿所述储油腔(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括轴向设置在所述套管(1)的内壁上的隔板(9);所述穿线腔(8)由所述套管(1)远离所述储油腔(41)的内壁和所述隔板(9)围合而成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔板(9)设置有两个,两个所述隔板(9)相对设置在所述套管(1)的内壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔板(9)呈圆弧形;所述圆弧形朝向所述套管(1)轴线的一侧弯曲。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括径向设置在所述套管(1)的内壁上的底板(7);所述储油腔(41)由所述底板(7)和所述套管(1)的内壁围合而成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括由所述底板(7)朝向所述套管(1)的吸嘴端延伸的穿线柱(10);所述穿线腔(8)为贯穿所述穿线柱(10)与所述底板(7)的通孔。
  10. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟雾化器以及与所述电子烟雾化器电连接的电池杆;所述电子烟雾化器包括套管(1)、安装在所述套管(1)内部的雾化组件(3)、用于给所述雾化组件(3)提供烟油的储油组件(4);其特征在于:所述储油组件(4)设置有用于将所述储油组件(4)内的烟油输出至所述雾化组件(3)的烟油流通通道,且所述雾化组件(3)位于所述套管(1)的吸嘴端与所述储油组件(4)之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述储油组件(4)包括设置于所述套管(1)内并用于储存烟油的储油腔(41);所述储油腔(41)的一端具有朝向所述雾化组件(3)的开口,所述开口上安装有烟油缓存件(42);所述雾化组件(3)与所述烟油缓存件(42)相互抵持。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟油缓存件(42)与所述开口之间安装有隔油板(43);所述隔油板(43)上开设有供烟油流通至所述烟油缓存件(42)的通油孔(431)。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括安装在所述套管(1)远离所述套管(1)的吸嘴端的电连接件(6);所述储油组件(4)还包括用于供连接所述雾化组件(3)与所述电连接件(6)的导线穿过和供气流流进所述套管(1)内的雾化通道的穿线腔(8);所述穿线腔(8)贯穿所述储油腔(41)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括轴向设置在所述套管(1)上的隔板(9);所述穿线腔(8)由所述套管(1)远离所述储油腔(41)的内壁和所述隔板(9)围合而成。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔板(9)设置有两个,两个所述隔板(9)相对设置在所述套管(1)的内壁上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔板(9)呈圆弧形;所述圆弧形朝向所述套管(1)轴线的一侧弯曲。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括径向设置在所述套管(1)的内壁上的底板(7);所述储油腔(41)由所述底板(7)和所述套管(1)的内壁围合而成。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括由所述底板(7)朝向所述套管(1)的吸嘴端延伸的穿线柱(10);所述穿线腔(8)为贯穿所述穿线柱(10)与所述底板(7)的通孔。
  19. 一种电子烟组装方法,电子烟包括电子烟雾化器以及与所述电子烟雾化器电连接的电池杆,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1、提供套管(1),所述套管(1)的内部设置有储油组件(4);
    S2、将雾化组件(3)安装在所述套管(1)的吸嘴端与所述储油组件(3)之间并与所述储油组件(4)相互抵持。
