S2、将所述导电体的第一端与雾化组件连接、且所述导电体的第二端穿过所述穿设通道后与电池组件连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟的组装方法中,若所述步骤S1中的所述套管用于与电池套管可拆卸的连接,则所述导电体为导线,所述套管远离所述雾化座的端部与所述雾化座之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间,所述套管靠近所述雾化座的端部与所述雾化座之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间;
所述步骤S2具体包括以下步骤:
S210、将所述导线的第一端依次穿过所述第二容纳空间、穿设通道、第一容纳空间,并将所述导线的第二端收容在所述第二容纳空间内;
S220、将所述导线的第一端与雾化组件连接;

在本发明所述的电子烟的组装方法中,所述步骤S2中将所述导电体的第一端与雾化组件连接具体包括以下步骤:
S10、将所述导电体与发热件连接;
S20、将通气管套合于与所述发热件上;
S30、在所述通气管外周面包覆一层无纺布;
S40、在所述无纺布外周面包覆一层蓄油棉。
实施本发明的雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:本发明中的电子烟套管和雾化座一体成型,避免了雾化座与套管内壁可能会出现贴合不紧密而导致的漏油现象,且本发明的组装方法克服了现有组装方法中零件易错位或零件相互挤压的缺陷。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明为了解决现有技术的雾化座与套管内壁可能会出现的安装不够紧密的缺陷,提供一种雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟的组装方法。
参考图1A和图1B是本发明雾化器的套管和雾化座的立体剖视结构示意图;图2是本发明雾化器与电池组件组合形成的电子烟的结构示意图;图3是本发明雾化器与电池组件组合形成的电子烟的立体分解图;
本发明的雾化器,用于与电池组件6组合形成电子烟,雾化器包括套管1和安装在套管1内的雾化座2,套管1与雾化座2一体成型。
套管1包括雾化部12以及自雾化部12端部起以缩径方式形成的沿远离雾化部12方向轴向延伸的连接部11;连接部11用于与电池组件6的电池套管可拆卸连接。参考图2,雾化器通过与电池组件6连接形成可拆卸的电子烟。
套管1远离雾化座2的端部与雾化座2之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间,套管1靠近雾化座2的端部与雾化座2之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间。
雾化器还包括固定安装在雾化座2上的位于第一容纳空间的雾化组件3,雾化组件3包括沿套管1轴向设置发热件31、套设于发热件31上的通气管32、包覆在通气管32外周面上的无纺布33以及包覆在无纺布33外周面的蓄油棉34。
套管1靠近雾化组件3的一端的盖设有一吸嘴盖5,吸嘴盖5上开设有出气孔。
雾化器与电池组件6组合形成电子烟,雾化器需要电池供电且电池组件6中的控制器控制雾化器的雾化工作,因此为了实现雾化组件3和电池组件6的电连接,必须在雾化座2上设置供导线100穿设的穿设通道。
具体的,雾化座2包括与套管1内壁相互抵持的座体21以及沿座体21轴向开设的导线孔24,导线孔24作为穿设通道。导线100的第一端穿设导线孔24后与雾化组件3连接;导线100的第二端收容在第二容纳空间内,用于与电池组件6连接,具体的,导线100的第一端与雾化组件中的发热件31铆合连接,另一端与电池组件6连接。
由于导线100相对较柔软,本实施例中优选的将导线100的长度足够到超过套管1的轴向长度,将导线100的第一端首先从连接部11的开口处穿过第二容纳空间后,再从导线孔24引出,并继续穿过第一容纳空间,从套管1靠近吸嘴盖5的一端引出,再与雾化组件3电连接,此时必须保持导线100的第二端始终在第二容纳空间,将雾化组件3插入套管1的过程中同时牵引导线100的第二端使得导线100尽量不会在第一容纳空间出现聚团打结的现象,最后把导线100的大部分囤积在第二容纳空间内。
座体21沿套管1的轴向开设有用于供气体流通的通气孔23,沿通气孔23周向侧缘朝向第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成环形凸起22,环形凸起22套设在通气管32内,并与吸嘴盖5上的出气孔形成雾化通道。
参考图3,将该雾化器与电池组件组合形成电子烟时,利用贴纸7包覆在套管1和电池组件的电池套管外。
上述雾化座是与雾化套管一体成型,对于利用一个套管收容电池组件和雾化组件的电子烟,也可以设计雾化座与套管一体成型。
参考图4A和图4B是本发明电子烟的套管和雾化座的立体结构示意图;图5是本发明电子烟的较佳实施例的爆炸图;图6是本发明电子烟的较佳实施例的立体分解图。
本发明的电子烟,包括套管1,还包括沿套管1的轴向依序设置的电池组件6、雾化座2和雾化组件3,套管1与雾化座2一体成型,套管1外表面包覆有一层贴纸7.
雾化座2上设置有供导电柱200穿设的穿设通道,雾化座2朝向雾化组件的一侧与套管1的端部之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间;雾化座2朝向电池组件6的一侧与套管1的端部之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间。
雾化组件3包括沿套管1轴向设置的发热件31、套设于发热件31上的通气管32、包覆在通气管32外周面上的无纺布33以及包覆在无纺布33外周面的蓄油棉34。
套管1靠近雾化组件3的一端的盖设有一吸嘴盖5,吸嘴盖5上开设有出气孔。
上述雾化器中的套管1是与电池套管可拆卸连接的,所以可以利用导线连接雾化组件和电池组件6,而对于电池套管和雾化套管一体成型的套管1来说,由于雾化座2设置在套管的中部,如果电池组件6与雾化组件3之间采用导线连接,参考图1-3,相当于将套管1沿朝向电池一端延伸以使得套管1同时容纳电池组件6和雾化组件3,考虑到安装的便捷,较佳实施例中将导线100用硬质的导电柱200替代,具体的,雾化座2包括与套管1内壁相互抵持的座体21,在座体21上沿其轴向开设有导柱孔25;导柱孔25作为穿设通道,第二容纳空间设置有用于固定PCB板42的固定支架41,导电柱200的第一端与雾化组件3连接,导电柱200的第二端穿设导柱孔25后插置在PCB板42上。PCB板42在装入套管1之前,通过导线与电池连接。
座体21沿套管1的轴向开设有用于供气体流通的通气孔23,沿通气孔23周向侧缘朝向第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成环形凸起22,环形凸起22套设在通气管32内,并与盖设在套管1靠近雾化组件3的一端的吸嘴盖5的出气孔形成雾化通道。
本发明还提供一种电子烟的组装方法,方法包括以下步骤:
S1、提供套管1,套管1的内部同轴设置有雾化座2,雾化座2与套管1一体成型,在雾化座2与套管1相邻接处形成有一供导电体穿设的穿设通道;
S2、将导电体的第一端与雾化组件3连接、且导电体的第二端穿过穿设通道后与电池组件6连接。
若步骤S1中的套管1用于与电池套管可拆卸的连接,则导电体为导线100,参考图3,套管1远离雾化座2的端部与雾化座2之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间,套管1靠近雾化座2的端部与雾化座2之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间;且步骤S2具体包括以下步骤:
S210、将导线100的第一端依次穿过第二容纳空间、穿设通道、第一容纳空间,并将导线100的第二端收容在第二容纳空间内;
由于导线100硬度不够,优选的导线100的长度超过套管1的长度,将导线100的第一端首先从连接部11的开口处穿过第二容纳空间后,再从导线孔24引出,并继续穿过第一容纳空间,从套管1靠近吸嘴盖5的一端引出,再与雾化组件3电连接,此时必须保持导线100的第二端始终在第二容纳空间。
S220、将导线100的第一端与雾化组件3连接;其中,将导电体的第一端与雾化组件3连接具体包括以下步骤:
S10、将导电体与发热件31连接;
S20、将通气管32套合于与发热件31上;
S30、在通气管32外周面包覆一层无纺布33;
S40、在无纺布33外周面包覆一层蓄油棉34。
S230、将雾化组件3插入第一容纳空间并固定在雾化座2上。将雾化组件3插入套管1的过程中同时牵引导线100的第二端使得导线100尽量不会在第一容纳空间出现聚团打结的现象,最后把导线100的大部分囤积在第二容纳空间内。雾化组件3固定在雾化座2上,具体为将通气管32套设在雾化座2的环形凸起22上,环形凸起22为沿雾化座2的轴向开设的通气孔23的周向侧缘朝向第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成。
若步骤S1中的套管1用于同时容纳电池组件6和雾化组件3,则导电体为导电柱200,参考图6,雾化座2朝向电池组件6的一侧与套管1的端部之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间;雾化座2朝向雾化组件的一侧与套管1的端部之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间;
且步骤S1和S2之间进一步包括:
S12、将PCB板42与两根导线的第一端连接,然后将PCB板42安置于固定支架41上,将固定支架41插入第二容纳空间,这里两根导线的长度要求大于第二容纳空间在轴向上的长度,保证将PCB板42和固定支架41插入到第二容纳空间、与雾化座2抵接时,两根导线的第二端都处于套管1的端口外,再将两根导线的第二端分别与电池的正负极连接,最后将电池组件6安装于第二容纳空间的剩余空间。
且步骤S2具体包括以下步骤:
S210’、将导电柱200的第一端与雾化组件3连接;其中,将导电体的第一端与雾化组件3连接具体包括以下步骤:
S10、将导电体与发热件31连接;
S20、将通气管32套合于与发热件31上;
S30、在通气管32外周面包覆一层无纺布33;
S40、在无纺布33外周面包覆一层蓄油棉34。
S220’、将雾化组件3插入第一容纳空间,并使导电柱200的第二端依次穿过第一容纳空间、穿设通道、第二容纳空间后插置在PCB板42上。具体为,将通气管32套设在雾化座2的环形凸起22上且同时使导电柱200的第二端插置在PCB板42上,环形凸起22为沿雾化座2的轴向开设的通气孔23的周向侧缘朝向第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成。
综上,本发明中的电子烟套管和雾化座一体成型,避免了雾化座与套管内壁可能会出现贴合不紧密而导致的漏油现象,且本发明的组装方法克服了现有组装方法中零件易错位或零件相互挤压的缺陷。

  1. 一种雾化器,用于与电池组件(6)组合形成电子烟,所述雾化器包括套管(1)、安装在所述套管(1)内的雾化座(2),其特征在于,所述套管(1)与所述雾化座(2)一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述套管(1)包括雾化部(12)以及自所述雾化部(12)端部起以缩径方式形成的沿远离所述雾化部(12)方向轴向延伸的连接部(11);所述连接部(11)用于与所述电池组件(6)的电池套管可拆卸连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化座(2)上设置有供导线(100)穿设的穿设通道,所述套管(1)远离所述雾化座(2)的端部与所述雾化座(2)之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间,所述套管(1)靠近所述雾化座(2)的端部与所述雾化座(2)之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括固定安装在所述雾化座(2)上的位于所述第一容纳空间的雾化组件(3),
    所述雾化座(2)包括与所述套管(1)内壁相互抵持的座体(21)以及沿所述座体(21)轴向开设的导线孔(24),所述导线孔(24)作为所述穿设通道,
    所述导线(100)的第一端穿设所述导线孔(24)后与所述雾化组件(3)连接;所述导线(100)的第二端收容在所述第二容纳空间内、并用于与所述电池组件(6)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)包括沿所述套管(1)轴向设置的通气管(32),所述座体(21)沿所述套管(1)的轴向开设有用于供气体流通的通气孔(23),沿所述通气孔(23)周向侧缘朝向所述第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成环形凸起(22),所述环形凸起(22)套设在所述通气管(32)内、并与盖设在所述套管(1)靠近所述雾化组件(3)的一端的吸嘴盖(5)上的出气孔形成雾化通道。
  6. 一种电子烟,包括套管(1)及沿所述套管(1)的轴向依序设置的电池组件(6)、雾化座(2)和雾化组件(3),其特征在于,所述套管(1)与所述雾化座(2)一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座(2)上设置有供导电柱(200)穿设的穿设通道,所述雾化座(2)朝向所述雾化组件的一侧与套管(1)的端部之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间;所述雾化座(2)朝向所述电池组件(6)的一侧与套管(1)的端部之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化座(2)包括与所述套管(1)内壁相互抵持的座体(21)以及沿所述座体(21)轴向开设的导柱孔(25);所述导柱孔(25)作为所述穿设通道,所述第二容纳空间设置有用于固定PCB板(42)的固定支架(41),
    所述导电柱(200)的第一端与所述雾化组件(3)连接,所述导电柱(200)的第二端穿设所述导柱孔(25)后插置在所述PCB板(42)上。

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(3)包括沿所述套管(1)轴向设置的通气管(32),所述座体(21)沿所述套管(1)的轴向开设有用于供气体流通的通气孔(23),沿所述通气孔(23)周向侧缘朝向所述第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成环形凸起(22),所述环形凸起(22)套设在所述通气管(32)内、并与盖设在所述套管(1)靠近所述雾化组件(3)的一端的吸嘴盖(5)上的出气孔形成雾化通道。
  13. 一种电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、提供套管(1),所述套管(1)的内部同轴设置有雾化座(2),所述雾化座(2)与所述套管(1)一体成型,在所述雾化座(2)与所述套管(1)相邻接处形成有供导电体穿设的穿设通道;
    S2、将所述导电体的第一端与雾化组件(3)连接、且所述导电体的第二端穿过所述穿设通道后与电池组件(6)连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,若所述步骤S1中的所述套管(1)用于与电池套管可拆卸的连接,则所述导电体为导线(100),所述套管(1)远离所述雾化座(2)的端部与所述雾化座(2)之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间,所述套管(1)靠近所述雾化座(2)的端部与所述雾化座(2)之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间;
    所述步骤S2具体包括以下步骤:
    S210、将所述导线(100)的第一端依次穿过所述第二容纳空间、穿设通道、第一容纳空间,并将所述导线(100)的第二端收容在所述第二容纳空间内;
    S220、将所述导线(100)的第一端与雾化组件(3)连接;
    S230、将所述雾化组件(3)插入所述第一容纳空间并固定在所述雾化座(2)上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S230中包括:将通气管(32)套设在所述雾化座(2)的环形凸起(22)上,所述环形凸起(22)为沿所述雾化座(2)轴向开设的通气孔(23)的周向侧缘朝向所述第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,若所述步骤S1中的所述套管(1)用于同时容纳电池组件(6)和雾化组件(3),则所述导电体为导电柱(200);所述雾化座(2)朝向所述雾化组件的一侧与套管(1)的端部之间的轴向空间形成第一容纳空间;所述雾化座(2)朝向所述电池组件(6)的一侧与套管(1)的端部之间的轴向空间形成第二容纳空间;
    所述步骤S1和S2之间进一步包括:
    S12、将PCB板(42)安置于固定支架(41)上后将所述固定支架(41)插入所述第二容纳空间,再将所述电池组件(6)安装于所述第二容纳空间的剩余空间。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,
    所述步骤S2具体包括以下步骤:
    S210’、将所述导电柱(200)的第一端与雾化组件(3)连接;
    S220’、将所述雾化组件(3)插入所述第一容纳空间,并使所述导电柱(200)的第二端依次穿过所述第一容纳空间、穿设通道、第二容纳空间后插置在所述PCB板(42)上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S220’中包括:将通气管(32)套设在所述雾化座(2)的环形凸起(22)上且同时使所述导电柱(200)的第二端插置在所述PCB板(42)上,所述环形凸起(22)为沿所述雾化座(2)轴向开设的通气孔(23)的周向侧缘朝向所述第一容纳空间的方向轴向延伸形成。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟的组装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中将所述导电体的第一端与雾化组件(3)连接具体包括以下步骤:
    S10、将所述导电体与发热件(31)连接;
    S20、将通气管(32)套合于与所述发热件(31)上;
    S30、在所述通气管(32)外周面包覆一层无纺布(33);
