本发明的电子烟中,所述第二外电极内设置有环形挡圈,所述环形挡圈与所述限位件之间形成供所述卡扣滑动的所述卡槽。
本发明的电子烟中,所述第二连接件的端面上设置有紧固突起,用于所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件连接时使将所述卡扣限位在所述卡槽内防止其滑动。
本发明的电子烟中,所述限位件远离所述第二外电极开口的一端延伸有对称设置的至少一个支撑件,任一所述支撑件位于相邻所述卡槽之间,用于对所述卡扣进行限位。
本发明的电子烟中,所述第一连接件安装在所述雾化组件靠近所述电池组件的一端;所述第二连接件安装在所述电池组件内靠近所述雾化组件的一端。
本发明的电子烟中,所述雾化组件内设置有用于雾化烟油的发热组件,所述发热组件分别与所述第一外电极、第一内电极电连接。
本发明的电子烟中,所述电池组件包括电池,所述电池的正极与所述第二内电极或所述第二外电极电连接,所述电池的负极与所述第二外电极或所述第二内电极电连接。
本发明的电子烟中,所述电池与所述第二内电极之间安装有电极盖,所述第二外电极、第二绝缘件及所述电极盖相邻两者之间通过过盈配合的方式进行限位连接。
本发明的电子烟中,所述电极盖与所述第二绝缘件之间形成用于容纳所述第二内电极的容置空间,所述容置空间包括靠近所述限位件的第一容纳部与靠近所述电池的第二容纳部,所述第二容纳部的直径大于所述第一容纳部,所述第二内电极穿过所述第一容纳部及第二容纳部进行固定,所述第二内电极外侧靠近所述第一、第二容纳部的连接处突出有环形限位圈,所述环形限位圈与所述电极盖之间环绕所述第二内电极设置有弹性限位件,所述弹性限位件一端与所述环形限位圈抵接,另一端与所述电极盖相抵接。
本发明的电子烟中,所述弹性限位件为弹簧。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过将电池组件与所述雾化组件通过旋转卡合的方式连接,使得用户能快速地将电池组件与雾化组件组装成一体,且旋转卡合的连接结构其连接效果更稳固,设计巧妙,能满足用户的多种需求,提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明的较佳实施例提供一种电子烟,本发明的电子烟由两部分连接组成,包括雾化组件10及电池组件20,所述雾化组件10及所述电池组件20的对接位置处设置有连接结构,所述连接结构包括第一连接件104及第二连接件204;其中,
所述第一连接件104具有远离所述第一连接件104中心轴径向延伸的卡扣101,如图1所示,卡扣101突出于第一连接件104的外侧设置。
所述第二连接件204有对接槽,所述对接槽侧壁上具有与所述卡扣相适配的引导槽201,所述引导槽201的一侧沿周向开设有供所述卡扣101滑动的并与所述引导槽201相连通的卡槽206。
所述第一连接件104通过将所述卡扣101沿所述引导槽201插入到所述第二连接件204内并沿所述卡槽206旋转实现固定连接。
如图1所示,本发明的卡扣101数量为2个,对称突出于第一连接件的外侧,应当理解,本发明的卡扣101 的数量及位置并不限于图1所示,卡扣101可以设置在第一连接件104外侧面的任意位置,卡扣101的数量可以为1个或多个,然而作为优选,在节约材料及利于加工的基础上,本实施例中的两个对称设置的卡扣可以确保第一连接件104与第二连接件204之间的有效固定。应当理解卡扣101的数量还可以为三个及以上,优选为对称设置,以利于加工及可靠连接。
图1所述的电子烟中,所述带有卡扣101的第一连接件设置在雾化组件10的一端,而具有有与卡扣101相适配的引导槽201及供卡扣101滑动的卡槽206的第二连接件204则设置在电池组件20的用于与雾化组件10对接的一端,通过第一连接件104与第二连接件204之间的连接实现雾化组件10与电池组件20的固定连接。应当理解,本发明的第一连接件104也可以设置在电池组件20上,对应的第二连接件204则设置在雾化组件10上,同样也可以实现雾化组件10与电池组件20的连接。
如图2所示为本发明的第一实施例的雾化组件10的剖视图,所述第一连接件104包括中空的第一外电极102及插置在所述第一外电极102中的第一内电极103,所述第一内电极103与所述第一外电极102之间设置有第一绝缘件105,至少两个所述卡扣101突出于第一外电极102外侧。所述第一外电极102及第一内电极103由导电材料制成,例如五金或合金(铜、铁、铝、锌或铝合金、锌合金等);所述第一绝缘件由塑胶、橡胶、硅胶、刚分子材料等绝缘材料制成。
从图2可以看出,本发明的雾化组件10远离所述地连接件104的一端设置有吸嘴盖1,雾化组件包括分别与吸嘴盖1及第一外电极102过盈配合连接的雾化套2。雾化套2内沿吸嘴盖1至第一连接件104的方向上依次安装有通气管4、雾化座8,所述通气管4内安装了用于烟油雾化的发热组件7。吸嘴盖1卡合在雾化套2的顶端,其连接方式可以为可拆卸式,例如螺纹旋合或过盈配合等。通气管4的外壁与雾化套3的内壁构成了放置储油棉6的储油腔(未标注),通气管4上设有用于安装发热组件7的第一通孔(未示出),以便发热组件7对所述储油棉6内的烟油进行加热使其雾化。此外,雾化套3外侧贴附了至少一层贴纸2,用于隔热和模仿真烟。
第一外电极102卡接在所述雾化套3的末端,所述第一内电极102内还设置有第一内电极103,且第一外电极102第一内电极103之间设置有第一绝缘件105,所述第一外电极102、第一绝缘件105及第一内电极103相邻两者之间进行互相限位,其限位方式可以是过盈配合的方式。
雾化座8包括一体成型的基座80与主体81,所述基座80抵接第一外电极102,所述主体81插置于所述通气管4内,由此该雾化座8实现对该通气管4的支撑。此外,雾化座8为中空结构,形成与通气管4同轴向的且相连通的雾化通道(未示出)。所述通气管4外围设置有固定管5。雾化座8的基底上开设有两个通孔(未示出),所述发热组件7分别经所述通孔电连接到第一外电极102、第一内电极103。第一内电极103穿过所述第一绝缘件105插置到雾化座8中。所述第一外电极103、第一绝缘件105及第一内电极102相邻两者之间互相限位,优选的限位方式为过盈配合。
参考图3,为图2所述电子烟的第一外电极102的立体示意图,从图中可以看出第一外电极102包括基底部1021与旋转扣合部1022,所述旋转扣合部1022的直径小于所述基底部1021,所述基底部1021用于与雾化座8的基座80限位连接,优选的限位连接方式为过盈配合。所述旋转扣合部1022外侧开设有与卡扣101相适配的所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽106。所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽106沿第一连接件104的轴向距离所述基底部一预设的距离,该预设距离与引导槽201沿第二连接件204径向的长度相对应。
参考图4,所述卡扣101突出于所述第一绝缘件105的侧壁并与所述第一绝缘件105一体成型,所述卡扣101与所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽106相卡合适配后突出于所述旋转扣合部外壁。所述至少两个卡扣101突出于所述旋转扣合部外侧。卡扣101插入到所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽106中进行固定,因此卡扣101与所述基底部也具有上述的预设距离。在第一连接件104与第二连接件204匹配卡合时,首先卡扣101适配到引导槽201中,并进一步卡合到卡槽206中,由于卡扣101与所述基底部之间的所示预设距离,卡扣101完全进入卡槽206后可通过第一连接件104与第二连接件204之间的相对旋转,使卡扣101与引导槽201之间的相对位置发生改变,因此确保卡扣101能限位在卡槽206内,避免卡扣101沿引导槽201滑动。
如图5所示,为本发明的电子烟的上述第一实施例的电池组件20的剖视图。图5所示的电池组件20包括电池套17,电池套17一端安装了用于与上述的第一连接件104相匹配的第二连接件204,电池组件20远离所述第二连接件204的一端安装了灯帽210。灯帽210与电池套17之间可选的连接方式包括过盈配合、螺纹连接等。电池套17内,沿第二连接件至灯帽210的方向依次设置有用于对上述的雾化组件10供电的电池230、以及用于感应气流及控制电子烟工作的咪头220,所述咪头220集成有气流传感器及控制器,其为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
图5所示的第二连接件204包括中空的第二外电极202及插置在所述第二外电极202中的第二内电极203,所述第二外电极202与所述第二内电极203之间设置有第二绝缘件205。所述第二外电极203、第二绝缘件205及第二内电极206相邻两者之间互相限位,优选的限位连接方式为过盈配合。电池230的正极与所述第二内电极203或所述第二外电极202电连接,电池230的负极与所述第二外电极202或所述第二内电极203电连接。
可以理解的是,在一种实施方式中,所述第二外电极202内侧轴向上对应上述卡扣101设置有引导槽201,第二外电极202内侧周向上设置有与引导槽201相连通的卡槽206,所述引导槽201及所述卡槽206与所述卡扣101相适配。
特别地,所述引导槽201与所述卡槽206可以与第二外电极202一体成型,即直接在所述第二外电极202的内壁上开设与卡扣101相适配的引导槽201与卡槽206,且卡槽206沿第二外电极202的周向长度可依据实际情况进行设定。
参考图6,本实施例中,通过在第二外电极202内设置一限位件209来形成所述引导槽201及卡槽206。从图2的电池组件20的破试图也可以看出,所述限位件209内壁对应于所述卡扣101的位置设置有与所述卡扣101相适配的所述引导槽201。第二外电极202内设置有环形挡圈200,所述环形挡圈200与所述限位件209之间形成供所述卡扣101滑动的所述卡槽206。应当理解,本发明的环形挡圈200可以与第二外电极202一体成型,也可以过盈配合等方式设置在第二外电极202内。第一连接件104与第二连接件204连接时,卡扣101沿引导槽201的方向插入到沿第二外电极102周向所述的卡槽206中,所述卡槽206再沿电池组件20的轴向上对卡扣101进行限位。此外,限位件209远离所述第二外电极202开口的一端延伸有对称设置的至少两个支撑件211,任一所述支撑件211位于相邻所述引导槽201之间,用于对所述卡扣101进行限位。
为了方便第二外电极203及第二内电极202分别与电池230正负极之间的连接,本实施例中第二连接件204与电池230之间还设置有电极盖207,所述第二外电极202、第二绝缘件205及所述电极盖207相邻两者之间通过过盈配合的方式进行限位连接。所述电极盖207与所述第二绝缘件205之间形成用于容纳所述第二内电极203的容置空间,所述容置空间包括靠近所述限位件209的第一容纳部(未示出)与靠近所述电池230的第二容纳部,所述第二容纳部的直径大于所述第一容纳部。第二内电极203穿过所述第一容纳部及第二容纳部进行固定。
参考图7,所述第二绝缘件205靠近所述限位件209的端面设置有紧固突起208,用于所述第一连接件104与所述第二连接件204连接时使将所述卡扣101限位在所述卡槽206内防止其滑动。
为了确保第一连接件104与第二连接件204旋转卡和时第一内电极103与第二内电极203的有效电连接,第二内电极203与所述第一连接件104相接触的端面略高于第二绝缘件205的端面。如图8所示,第二内电极203外侧靠近所述第一、第二容纳部的连接处突出有环形限位圈,所述环形限位圈与所述电极盖207之间环绕所述第二内电极203设置有弹性限位件214,所述弹性限位件214一端与所述环形限位圈抵接,另一端与所述电极盖207相抵接。将第一连接件104插入到第二连接件时,卡扣101沿引导槽201插入的过程中,第一内电极103首先抵接到第二内电极203,进一步压缩弹性限位件214以确保第一外电极102与第二外电极203有效接触性连接,卡扣201进入卡槽206后,对雾化组件10进行整体的旋转使得卡扣101偏离引导槽201的正下方,由卡槽206对卡扣101沿电子烟轴向的运动进行限制,因此实现第一连接件104与第二连接件204之间的固定。优选地,所述弹性限位件为弹簧。
参考图9,图9为本发明的电子烟的第一实施例的爆炸图,本实施例中采用限位件209形成所述引导槽201及卡槽206,用于对卡扣101的固定。图10为本发明的电子烟的第一实施例的剖视图。从图10可以看出,组装后的本发明的电子烟中,第一外电极103与第二外电极203电接触,第一内电极102与第二内电极202电接触,由此获得了发热组件7与电池230的正负极之间的有效连接。
本发明的电子烟,通过在雾化组件10与电池组件20的对应连接端设置具有卡扣101的第一连接件104及具有与卡扣101向适配的引导槽201及卡槽206的第二连接件204,通过旋转卡扣的方法获得雾化组件10与电池组件20的有效连接,其连接方式较现有的插拔连接更稳固,较螺纹连接等连接方式操作更简便,满足了用户旋转后实现雾化组件10与电池组件20连接的使用习惯,能满足用户的多种需求,提高了用户体验,更利于戒烟。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括雾化组件(10)及电池组件(20),其特征在于,所述雾化组件(10)及所述电池组件(20)的对接位置处设置有连接结构,所述连接结构包括第一连接件(104)及第二连接件(204);其中,
    所述第一连接件(104)包括中空的第一外电极(102)及插置在所述第一外电极中的第一内电极(103),所述第一内电极(103)与所述第一外电极(102)之间设置有第一绝缘件(105),所述第一绝缘件(105)具有远离所述第一连接件(104)中心轴径向延伸至所述第一外电极(102)外的卡扣(101);
    所述第二连接件(204)设置有对接槽,所述对接槽侧壁上具有与所述卡扣(101)相适配的引导槽(201),所述引导槽(201)的一侧沿周向开设有供所述卡扣(101)滑动的并与所述引导槽(201)相连通的卡槽(206);
    所述第一连接件(104)通过将所述卡扣(101)沿所述引导槽(201)插入到所述第二连接件(204)内并沿所述卡槽(206)旋转实现固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(104)设置在雾化组件(10)或电池组件(20)上,所述第二连接件(204)设置在电池组件(20)或雾化组件(10)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一外电极侧壁上开设有第一卡孔或第一卡槽(106),所述卡扣(101)穿过所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽(106)突出于所述第一外电极(102)外侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一外电极(102)包括基底部(1021)与旋转扣合部(1022),所述旋转扣合部(1022)的直径小于所述基底部(1021),所述卡扣(101)突出于所述旋转扣合部外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡扣(101)突出于所述第一绝缘件(105)的侧壁并与所述第一绝缘件(105)一体成型,所述旋转扣合部(1022)对应于所述卡扣(101)的位置开设有所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽(106),所述卡扣(101)与所述第一卡孔或第一卡槽(106)相卡合适配并突出于所述旋转扣合部(1022)外壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(204)包括中空的第二外电极(202)及插置在所述第二外电极(202)中的第二内电极(203),所述第二外电极(202)与所述第二内电极(203)之间设置有第二绝缘件(205),所述第二外电极(202)朝向所述第一连接件(104)的端部安装了与所述旋转扣合部(1022)相匹配卡合的限位件(209),所述限位件(209)内壁对应于所述卡扣(101)的位置设置有与所述卡扣(101)相适配的所述引导槽(201)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二外电极(202)内设置有环形挡圈(200),所述环形挡圈(200)与所述限位件(209)之间形成供所述卡扣(101)滑动的所述卡槽(206)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(204)的对接槽底壁上设置有紧固突起(208),用于所述第一连接件(104)与所述第二连接件(204)连接时使将所述卡扣(101)限位在所述卡槽(206)内防止其滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位件(209)远离所述第二外电极(202)开口的一端延伸有对称设置的至少一个支撑件(211),任一所述支撑件(211)位于相邻所述引导槽(201)之间,用于对所述卡扣(101)进行限位。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(104)安装在所述雾化组件(10)靠近所述电池组件(20)的一端;所述第二连接件(204)安装在所述电池组件(20)内靠近所述雾化组件(10)的一端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(10)内设置有用于雾化烟油的发热组件(7),所述发热组件(7)分别与所述第一外电极(102)、第一内电极(103)电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池组件(20)包括电池(230),所述电池(230)的正极与所述第二内电极(203)或所述第二外电极(202)电连接,所述电池(230)的负极与所述第二外电极(202)或所述第二内电极(203)电连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池(230)与所述第二内电极(203)之间安装有电极盖(207),所述第二外电极(202)、第二绝缘件(205)及所述电极盖(207)相邻两者之间通过过盈配合的方式进行限位连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电极盖(207)与所述第二绝缘件(205)之间形成用于容纳所述第二内电极(203)的容置空间,所述容置空间包括靠近所述限位件(209)的第一容纳部与靠近所述电池(230)的第二容纳部,所述第二容纳部的直径大于所述第一容纳部,所述第二内电极(203)穿过所述第一容纳部及第二容纳部进行固定,所述第二内电极(203)外侧靠近所述第一、第二容纳部的连接处突出有环形限位圈,所述环形限位圈与所述电极盖之间环绕所述第二内电极(203)设置有弹性限位件(214),所述弹性限位件(214)一端与所述环形限位圈抵接,另一端与所述电极盖相抵接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性限位件(214)为弹簧。
