在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第二连接件还包括第二绝缘件和下电极,所述第二绝缘件设置在所述第二外电极和所述下电极之间。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第二绝缘件与所述环形凸起的径向之间形成所述限位槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述固定套的侧壁上还设有供所述弹性定位件穿过的通孔,所述通孔和所述弹性定位件的数量均为两个且一一相互对应。在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第二连接件内还设有软质内套,所述软质内套套置在所述第二外电极与所述固定套之间。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述每个弹性定位件包括本体和设置在所述本体上的凸起,所述本体固定在所述软质内套的内侧壁上,所述凸起穿过所述通孔并部分凸设在所述固定套的侧壁上;
组装所述电子烟时,所述第一连接件插置于所述对接槽且所述卡扣穿过所述导引槽,则所述凸起挤压所述软质内套发生偏移,然后旋转所述电源杆或雾化器,使所述卡扣在所述限位槽内旋转至所述凸起弹性恢复并卡置于所述定位槽内,使所述电源杆和雾化器可拆分地连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述软质内套由聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶或聚苯乙烯制成。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述两个通孔对称设置在所述对接槽的两侧。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述每个弹性定位件包括弹性变形体和钢球,所述钢球固定在所述弹性变性体上,所述弹性变形体的一端固定在所述第二外电极的内壁上,另一端穿过所述通孔并部分凸设在所述固定套的侧壁上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述弹性变形体为弹簧。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化器和电源杆上分别设置有雾化套和电池套,所述第一连接件或第二连接件分别设置在所述雾化套或电池套上,通过所述第一连接件和第二连接件的连接使所述电池套和所述雾化套可拆卸地连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一连接件和 / 或所述第二连接件上设置有贯穿所述第一连接件和 / 或所述第二连接件两端的气流通道。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果: 通过在第一连接件上设定位槽和卡扣,先将第一连接件插入第二连接件的对接槽内,且卡扣穿过导引槽后进入限位槽内,并能在限位槽内旋转,当旋转至第一连接件上的定位槽与第二连接件上的弹性定位件对应时,弹性定位件卡置于定位槽内从而将雾化器和电源杆有效连接。其连接方式较现有的磁性连接、螺纹连接更牢固, 机械强度好,不容易折断, 连接方式更简单,需要经过插入和旋转两步完成,在组装到位时给用户一个清晰的提示,提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图 1 和图 2 所示,本发明的第一实施例提供的电子烟,包括电源杆 10 、雾化器 20 以及设置在电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 连接处的连接结构,该连接结构包括第一连接件 30 和第二连接件 40 ,通过第一连接件 30 和第二连接件 40 的连接从而将电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 连接起来。且第一连接件 30 和 / 或第二连接件 40 上设置有贯穿第一连接件 30 和 / 或第二连接件 40 两端的气流通道,以使从电子烟侧壁流入的气体,能够流经第一连接件 30 和 / 或第二连接件 40 上的气流通道,实现电子烟内气流的流通。
可以理解, 电源杆 10 靠近雾化器 20 的一端设置第一连接件 30 ,则雾化器 20 靠近电源杆 10 的一端则设置第二连接件 40 ,通过将第一连接件 30 插入第二连接件 40 后并旋转配合,使第一连接件 30 固定在第二连接件 40 上从而实现电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 的连接。在其它实施方式中,电源杆 10 靠近雾化器 20 的一端也可以设置第二连接件 40 ,则雾化器 20 上就需要设置相应的第一连接件 30 ,以实现雾化器 20 和电源杆 10 的连接。
具体在本实施方式中,电源杆 10 上套设有电池套 110 ,电池套 110 内设有第二连接件 40 ,雾化器 20 上套设有雾化套 210 ,雾化套 210 上设有第一连接件 30 ,通过第一连接件 30 与第二连接件 40 的旋转配合实现电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 的连接,并使电池套 110 和雾化套 210 可拆卸地连接。
如图 2 所示,第一连接件 30 包括第一外电极 310 、第一绝缘件 320 和上电极 330 ,第一绝缘件 320 设置在第一外电极 310 和上电极 330 之间,使第一外电极 310 和上电极 330 之间隔离,且第一绝缘件 320 和第一外电极 310 均套设在上电极 330 外,上电极 330 上设置有贯穿上电极 330 两端的气流通道。其中,第一外电极 310 和上电极 330 均匀金属材料制成,具有导电功能。
第一外电极 310 大致为中空的圆筒状,第一绝缘件 320 和上电极 330 均设置在第一外电极 310 内;第一外电极 310 的一端套设在雾化套 210 内,另一端延伸至雾化套 210 外。具体在本实施方式中,延伸至雾化套 210 外的第一外电极 310 的侧壁上设有定位槽 314 和卡扣 312 ,卡扣 312 沿第一外电极 310 的侧壁径向延伸,且卡扣 312 为设置在第一外电极 310 靠近第二连接件 40 的侧壁上的凸起,定位槽 314 大致为设置在第一外电极 310 外周并沿轴向延伸的贯穿侧壁的凹槽。 具体地卡扣 312 的数量为 1 个,定位槽 314 的数量为两个,并相对设置在卡扣 312 的两侧。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,卡扣 312 和定位槽 314 的个数可以根据情况设定。
第二连接件 40 套设在电池套 110 内,第二连接件 4 包括第二外电极 440 、固定套 410 、弹性定位件 430 、第二绝缘件 470 和下电极 480 。其中,固定套 410 、弹性定位件 430 、第二绝缘件 470 和下电极 480 均套设在第二外电极 440 内。
如图 4 和图 5 所示,第二外电极 440 大致为中空的圆筒状,第二外电极 440 的中部向内凸设有环形凸起 442 ,环形凸起 442 上设有凹槽 4420 和第二导引槽 4124 ,其中第二引导槽 4124 设置在环形凸起 442 的侧壁上并贯穿环形凹槽 442 的整个侧壁;凹槽 4420 是由环形凹槽 4420 的端面向下凹陷形成的,并用来固定固定套 410 ,使其卡置在第二外电极 440 内。具体地凹槽 4420 的数量为两个,第二引导槽 4124 的数量为一个。
第二绝缘件 470 和下电极 480 均设置在环形凸起 442 远离雾化器 20 的一侧,且第二绝缘件 470 设置在第二外电极 440 与下电极 480 之间,以使第二外电极 440 与下电极 480 隔开。具体在本实施方式中,第二绝缘件 470 的端面与环形凸起 442 之间设有一定的间隔,该间隔形成卡扣 312 在第二外电极 440 内滑动的限位槽 460 ,即第二绝缘件 470 与环形凸起 442 之间间隔有限位槽 460 。本实施例中,第二外电极 440 与下电极 480 由导电材料制成,具有导电功能。可以理解,下电极 480 上设有与上电极 330 的气流通道相通的通孔(未标出),则下电极 480 上的通孔与上电极 330 的气流通道形成电子烟内的另一气流流通的通道,以使从电子烟的灯帽内流入的气体在电子烟内流通。
如图 3 所示,固定套 410 为两端开口的中空的圆筒状,设置在环形凸起 442 靠近雾化器 20 的一侧,并套设在第二外电极 440 内并与第二外电极 440 的端部共平面设置,且固定套 410 靠近雾化器 20 的一侧凸设有凸沿(未标出)。固定套 410 中空的圆筒形成对接槽 414 ,对接槽 414 的大小形状与延伸至雾化套 210 外的第一外电极 310 相适配,即对接槽 414 用于容纳第一连接件 30 。固定套 410 的内侧壁凹陷形成贯穿固定套 410 整个内侧壁的第一导引槽 4122 ,且该第一导引槽 4122 与第二外电极 440 上的第二导引槽 4124 相连通形成供卡扣 312 向第二外电极 440 内部移动的导引槽 412 , 且导引槽 412 与上述限位槽 460 相通 。 当第一连接件 30 插入对接槽 414 内时,卡扣 312 依次沿该第一导引槽 4122 、第二导引槽 4124 向下移动,直至进入限位槽 460 内。可以理解,对接槽 414 和导引槽 412 的数量均为 1 个。
固定套 410 上设有通孔 4122 和卡合部 416 ,卡合部 416 设置在固定套 410 远离第一连接件 30 的端面上,且卡合部 416 为凸设在固定套 410 端面的两个凸起,具体地卡合部 416 的数量为两个并相对设置,卡合部 416 的形状尺寸与凹槽 4420 相适配,组装电子烟时其固定设置在第二外电极 440 的凹槽 4420 内。
通孔 418 设置在固定套 410 的侧壁上,用于供弹性定位件 430 穿过,通孔 418 的数量为 2 个,且该两个通孔 418 相对于对接槽 414 对称设置。可以理解,通孔 418 的形状并不做限定,可以为方形、圆形或腰形等,只要能使弹性定位件 430 穿过即可。 本实施例中的通孔 418 的形状为矩形。
本实施例的电子烟还包括软质内套 420 ,该软质内套 420 由 聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶或聚苯乙烯 等软质柔性材料制成,并具有一定的弹性,当有外力挤压软质内套 420 时,其会发生一定的弹性偏移,而在外力移出时,软质内套 420 又会恢复原状。软质内套 420 为中空的圆筒状,其外径略大于固定套 410 的外径,并套设在固定套 410 的外部,且软质内套 420 的端面与固定套 410 的凸沿相抵持。本实施例中,软质内套 420 的下端面上也设有两个相对应的凸起部(未标出),当软质内套 420 套设在固定套 410 上时,该软质内套 420 的凸起部与固定套 410 上的卡合部 416 相互重叠并一起卡置于凹槽 4420 内。
弹性定位件 430 卡置于定位槽 314 内,并用于放置第一连接件 30 和第二连接件 40 相对转动,本发明的弹性定位件 430 与定位槽 314 一一对应,因此弹性定位件 430 也为两个。每个弹性定位件 430 包括本体 432 和凸起 434 ,本体 432 为矩形,凸起 434 固定设置在本体 432 的一侧上。具体在本实施方式中,本体 432 固定在软质内套 420 的内侧壁上,且凸起 434 穿过通孔 418 并部分凸设在固定套 410 的侧壁上,即凸起 434 相对于本体 432 的高度大于固定套 410 的侧壁的厚度,以使弹性定位件 430 能够穿过通孔 418 并延伸至固定套 410 的内部。
如图 6 所示,组装本实施例的电子烟时,第一连接件 30 与第二连接件 40 对齐,并将第一连接件 30 插入对接槽 414 内,同时卡扣 312 依次穿过第一导引槽 4122 和第二导引槽 4124 ,最终进入限位槽 460 内,此时弹性定位件 430 受到挤压使软质内套 420 发生弹性偏移被固定在通孔 418 内,然后旋转电源杆 10 或雾化器 20 ,使卡扣 312 在限位槽 460 内旋转,此时卡扣 312 与导引槽 412 与限位槽 460 的相邻位置相互错开并与环形凸起 442 的端面抵接,从而使卡扣 312 固定在限位槽 460 内,并使第一连接件 30 不能从第二连接件 40 内移出,同时当卡扣 312 旋转一定角度后,定位槽 314 与弹性定位件 430 相对应,则弹性定位件 430 弹性恢复至原样并卡置于定位槽 314 内,使电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 连接起来。从图 6 可以看出,组装后的电子烟,第一外电极 310 和第二外电极 440 电接触,上电极 330 和下电极 480 电接触,并分别与电池的正负极连接,从而实现电子烟内电流的流通,并未发热丝供电。
本发明的电子烟,通过在第一连接件 30 上设定位槽 314 和卡扣 312 ,先将第一连接件 30 插入第二连接件 40 的对接槽 414 内,且卡扣 312 穿过导引槽 412 后进入限位槽 460 内,并能在限位槽 460 内旋转,当旋转至第一连接件 30 上的定位槽 314 与第二连接件 40 上的弹性定位件 430 对应时,弹性定位件 430 卡置于定位槽 314 内从而将雾化器 20 和电源杆 10 有效连接。其连接方式较现有的磁性连接、螺纹连接更牢固,连接方式更简单,需要经过插入和旋转两步完成,在组装到位时给用户一个清晰的提示,提高用户体验。
如图 7 、 8 和 9 所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟,其与第一实施例的不同在于:本实施例的电子烟不包括软质内套,而是将弹性定位件 430 直接固定在固定套 410 的内侧壁上。每个弹性定位件 430 包括弹性变形体 436 和钢球 438 ,且钢球 438 固定在弹性变形体 436 上,弹性变形体 436 的一端固定在第二外电极 440 的内壁上,另一端穿过通孔 418 并部分凸设在固定套的侧壁上。在弹性定位件 430 未受到外力挤压时,其长度大于固定套 410 的侧壁的厚度,以使弹性定位件 430 能够穿过通孔 418 并延伸至固定套 410 内部;而当弹性定位件 430 受到外力挤压时,其会向通孔 418 发生一定的弹性偏移。本实施例中,弹性变形体 436 为弹簧。
如图 9 所示,组装本实施例的电子烟时,第一连接件 30 与第二连接件 40 对齐,并将第一连接件 30 插入对接槽 414 内,接着卡扣 312 依次穿过第一导引槽 4122 和第二导引槽 4124 ,最终进入限位槽 460 内,此时弹性定位件 430 收到挤压发生弹性偏移使钢球置于通孔 418 内,然后旋转电源杆 10 或雾化器 20 ,使卡扣 312 在限位槽 460 内旋转,此时卡扣 312 偏移导引槽 412 与限位槽 460 的相邻位置,使第一外电极 310 不能从第二外电极 44 内移出,同时当卡扣 312 旋转一定角度后,定位槽 314 与弹性定位件 430 相对应,则弹性变形体 436 弹性恢复并使钢球 418 卡置于定位槽 314 内,使电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 固定连接。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电源杆( 10 )及雾化器( 20 ),所述电源杆( 10 )与雾化器( 20 )的连接处设置有用于连接所述电源杆( 10 )和雾化器( 20 )的连接结构,所述连接结构包括第一连接件( 30 )和第二连接件( 40 ),其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )的侧壁上设有定位槽( 314 )和沿所述第一连接件( 30 )的侧壁径向延伸的卡扣( 312 );
    所述第二连接件( 40 )上设有供所述第一连接件( 30 )插入的对接槽( 414 )、沿所述对接槽( 414 )的槽壁延伸的与所述卡扣( 312 )相适配的导引槽( 412 )、以及与所述导引槽( 412 )相通的用于供所述卡扣( 312 )旋转的限位槽( 460 ),所述第二连接件( 40 )上还设有与所述定位槽( 314 )相适配的弹性定位件( 430 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )包括第一外电极( 310 )、第一绝缘件( 320 )和上电极( 330 ),所述第一绝缘件( 320 )设置在所述第一外电极( 310 )和所述上电极( 330 )之间,所述定位槽( 314 )和卡扣( 312 )均设置在所述第一外电极( 310 )的侧壁上,且所述定位槽( 314 )与所述卡扣( 312 )间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 上电极( 330 )设置有贯穿所述上电极( 330 )两端的气流通道。
  4. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件( 40 )包括中空的第二外电极( 440 )以及套设在所述第二外电极( 440 )内的固定套( 410 ),所述固定套( 410 )远离所述雾化器( 20 )的端面上延伸有两个相对设置的与所述第二外电极( 440 )相连的卡合部( 416 )。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定套( 410 )为中空的圆筒状,所述固定套( 410 )中空的圆筒形成容纳所述第一连接件( 30 )的所述对接槽( 414 ),所述固定套( 410 )的内侧壁凹陷形成贯穿所述固定套( 410 )内侧壁的第一导引槽( 4122 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二外电极( 440 )向内凸设有环形凸起( 442 ),所述环形凸起( 442 )上设有固定所述卡合部( 416 )的凹槽( 4420 )以及设置在所述环形凸起( 442 )的侧壁上引导所述卡扣( 312 )通过的第二导引槽( 4124 ),所述第二导引槽( 4124 )与所述第一导引槽( 4122 )相连通形成所述导引槽( 412 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件( 40 )还包括第二绝缘件( 470 )和下电极( 480 ),所述第二绝缘件( 470 )设置在所述第二外电极( 440 )和所述下电极( 480 )之间。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二绝缘件( 470 )与所述环形凸起( 442 )的径向之间形成所述限位槽( 460 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定套( 410 )的侧壁上还设有供所述弹性定位件( 430 )穿过的通孔( 418 ),所述通孔( 418 )和所述弹性定位件( 430 )的数量均为两个且一一相互对应。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件( 40 )内还设有软质内套( 420 ),所述软质内套( 420 )套置在所述第二外电极( 440 )与所述固定套( 410 )之间。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述每个弹性定位件( 430 )包括本体( 432 )和设置在所述本体( 432 )上的凸起( 434 ),所述本体( 432 )固定在所述软质内套( 420 )的内侧壁上,所述凸起( 434 )穿过所述通孔( 418 )并部分凸设在所述固定套( 410 )的侧壁上;
    组装所述电子烟时,所述第一连接件( 30 )插置于所述对接槽( 414 )且所述卡扣( 312 )穿过所述导引槽( 412 ),则所述凸起( 434 )挤压所述软质内套( 420 )发生偏移,然后旋转所述电源杆( 10 )或雾化器( 20 ),使所述卡扣( 312 )在所述限位槽( 460 )内旋转至所述凸起( 434 )弹性恢复并卡置于所述定位槽( 314 )内,使所述电源杆( 10 )和雾化器( 20 )可拆分地连接。
  12. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述软质内套( 420 )由聚氨酯橡胶、硅橡胶或聚苯乙烯制成。
  13. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述两个通孔( 418 )对称设置在所述对接槽( 414 )的两侧。
  14. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述每个弹性定位件( 430 )包括弹性变形体( 436 )和钢球( 438 ),所述钢球固定在所述弹性变性体( 436 )上,所述弹性变形体( 436 )的一端固定在所述第二外电极( 440 )的内壁上,另一端穿过所述通孔( 418 ) 并部分凸设在所述固定套( 410 )的侧壁上。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性变形体( 436 )为弹簧。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器( 20 )和电源杆( 10 )上分别设置有雾化套( 210 )和电池套( 110 ),所述第一连接件( 30 )或第二连接件( 40 )分别设置在所述雾化套( 210 )或电池套( 110 )上,通过所述第一连接件( 30 )和第二连接件( 40 )的连接使所述电池套( 110 )和所述雾化套( 210 )可拆卸地连接。
  17. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )和 / 或所述第二连接件( 40 )上设置有贯穿所述第一连接件( 30 )和 / 或所述第二连接件( 40 )两端的气流通道。
