电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子器件领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟一般包括雾化器和电池杆,现有技术的电子烟中,雾化器与电池杆之间的连接方式多为螺纹连接,通过旋转雾化器或电池杆,以实现两者之间的物理及电性连接,雾化器内的烟油用尽后,通过反方向拧所述雾化器,以实现将所述雾化器取出然后更换新的雾化器。
然而,螺纹式连接方式不易判断是否到位,容易错位,装卸不方便,不人性化,用户体验差,用户使用该种连接方式的电子烟时通常会产生抗拒心理,不利于戒烟。此外,由于电子烟在外形和手感上均要求最大限度模仿真烟,其本身又具有较多的零部件,因而其直径小,壁较薄。因此,在电子烟上设螺纹时,不仅制造不方便,而且降低了电子烟的机械强度,容易折断,电子烟的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
针对现有技术中电池杆和雾化器拆卸和安装不方便的缺陷,提供一种电池杆与雾化器便于拆卸和安装的电子烟。
本发明解决技术问题采用的技术方案:提供一种电子烟,包括电池杆及雾化器,所述雾化器与所述电池杆的连接处设置有用于连接所述雾化器和所述电池杆的连接机构,所述连接机构包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件包括内部设置有弹性机构的第一连接部以及限位部,所述限位部与所述弹性机构弹性抵持地安装在所述第一连接部上,使得所述限位部可沿所述第一连接部的径向弹性伸缩;所述第二连接件的内壁上对应设置有与所述限位部相适配的凹槽,所述第一连接件插接在所述第二连接件中,所述限位部的一端容置在所述凹槽中。

连接套41内卡接有第二绝缘环43和电极套42。第二绝缘环43和电极套42沿着连接套41轴向并列卡接在连接套41内。第二绝缘环43和电极套42内穿置有第二电极柱60。第二电极柱60和电极套42之间设置有弹簧44,弹簧44给第二电极柱60一个沿着第二电极柱60的轴向并指向第一电极柱50的弹性力。该弹簧44使得第一电极柱50和第二电极柱60之间弹性抵接并电性连接。弹性抵接使得电性连接更加稳定。
由于安装座是弹性材料制成的,因此在第一连接件30插接进第二连接件40的时候,该两个限位部32受到压迫力后沿着弹性机构311的径向向内位移,使得限位部32由部分伸出第一通孔的状态变成缩进第一通孔。第一连接件30可以继续插进第二连接件40,当限位部32遇到第二连接件40的凹槽411时,弹性机构311的弹力使得限位部32的第一端部321进入凹槽411中。第一连接件30和第二连接件40实现连接。
可以理解的,安装座也可以不是弹性材料制成的。弹性机构311还包括设置在的安装槽3111的第一弹簧(未示出)。第一弹簧连接在限位部32和安装槽3111的底壁之间,给限位部32一个沿远离第一连接部31的轴心线方向的弹力。采用在安装槽3111内安装第一弹簧使得安装座无需发生弹性形变即可实现限位部32的弹性伸缩式安装,弹性机构311能够更加稳固地卡接在外套件312中。
可以理解的,第一连接件30和第二连接件40的位置可以交换。第一连接件30连接在电池杆1的电池套管上,第二连接件40连接在雾化器2的雾化套管上。优选地,第一连接件30过盈配合在电池杆1的电池套管的的一端上,第二连接件40过盈配合在雾化器2的雾化套管的一端上。
在另一实施例中,电子烟还还包括尾盖70,尾盖70与电池杆1可拆卸地卡扣连接。具体地,尾盖70上也设置有上述实施例中的第一连接件30。电池杆1上对应设置有与限位部32相互适配的第二凹槽(未示出)。该第二凹槽与限位部32的第一端部321的端面形状适配。第一连接件30的端面上还设置有用于和电池杆1内的电池弹性抵接的压簧71。
综上所述,本发明提供的电子烟的第一连接件30上设置有可弹性伸缩的限位部32,第二连接件40的内壁上设置有与该限位部32适配的凹槽411,第一连接件30插接在第二连接件40中,限位部32的一端容置在凹槽411中,通过直接插接并卡扣的方式连接,无需旋转雾化器2或电池杆1,使得能快速地装卸电池杆1与雾化器2,生产时可提高生产效率,使用时可便于用户更换雾化器,设计巧妙,连接稳固可靠,机械强度好,不容易折断,能满足用户的多种需求,提高用户体验,更利于戒烟。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电池杆(1)及雾化器(2),所述雾化器(2)与所述电池杆(1)的连接处设置有用于连接所述雾化器(2)和所述电池杆(1)的连接机构(3),所述连接机构(3)包括第一连接件(30)和第二连接件(40),其特征在于,所述第一连接件(30)包括内部设置有弹性机构(311)的第一连接部(31)以及限位部(32),所述限位部(32)与所述弹性机构(311)弹性抵持地安装在所述第一连接部(31)上,使得所述限位部(32)可沿所述第一连接部(31)的径向弹性伸缩;所述第二连接件(40)的内壁上对应设置有与所述限位部(32)相适配的凹槽(411),所述第一连接件(30)插接在所述第二连接件(40)中,所述限位部(32)的一端容置在所述凹槽(411)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位部(32)包括位置相对的第一端部(321)和第二端部(322),所述第一端部(321)呈曲面状,所述凹槽(411)呈与所述第一端部(321)相适配的形状,所述第一端部(321)容置在所述凹槽(411)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(31)包括外套件(312)和卡接在所述外套件(312)中的所述弹性机构(311),所述外套件(312)上设置有至少两个第一通孔,所述弹性机构(311)包括安装座,所述安装座的侧壁面上对应设置有至少两个安装槽(3111),所述安装座采用弹性材料制成;
    所述限位部(32)至少为两个且与所述第一通孔位置相对应,每一所述限位部(32)的所述第二端部(322)分别卡持在对应的所述安装槽(3111)中并与所述安装槽(3111)的底壁弹性抵持,每一所述限位部(32)的所述第一端部(321)部分地延伸至对应的所述第一通孔外。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位部(32)还包括设置在所述第一端部(321)和所述第二端部(322)之间的连接部(323),所述第二端部(322)的直径大于所述连接部(323)的直径,每一所述安装槽(3111)包括第一槽体和用于配合所述第二端部(322)扣入所述第一槽体的让位槽,所述第一槽体和所述让位槽连通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(31)包括外套件(312)和卡接在所述外套件(312)中的所述弹性机构(311),所述外套件(312)上设置有至少两个第一通孔,所述弹性机构(311)包括安装座和第一弹簧,所述安装座的侧壁面上对应设置有至少两个安装槽(3111),所述第一弹簧安装在所述安装槽(3111)中以给所述限位部(32)提供一个沿远离所述第一连接部(31)的轴心线方向的弹力,所述第二端部(322)安装在所述安装槽(3111)中,所述第一端部(321)部分地延伸出对应的所述第一通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述限位部(32)的第一端部(321)的端面呈球面状。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(40)包括连接套(41),所述至少两个凹槽(411)设置在所述连接套(41)的内壁上,所述连接套(41)的内壁上设置有至少两个导引槽,每一所述导引槽由所述连接套(41)的端部延伸至对应的所述凹槽(411)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括第一电极柱(50)和第二电极柱(60),所述第一电极柱(50)穿置在所述第一连接件(30)中,所述第二电极柱(60)设置在所述连接套(41)中,所述第一电极柱(50)和所述第二电极柱(60)抵接并电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接套(41)中设置有电极套(42),所述电极套(42)和所述第二电极柱(60)之间设置有弹簧(44),所述第一电极柱(50)和所述第二电极柱(60)弹性抵接并电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池杆(1)上远离所述雾化器(2)的一端设置有电池盖(4),所述电池盖(4)上设置有所述第一连接件(30),所述电池杆(1)的内壁上对应设置有与所述限位部(32)的所述第一端部(321)相适配的第二凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(30)过盈配合在所述电池杆(1)的电池套管上,所述第二连接件(40)过盈配合在所述雾化器(2)的雾化套管上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(30)过盈配合在所述雾化器(2)的雾化套管上,所述第二连接件(40)过盈配合在所述电池杆(1)的电池套管上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹槽(411)呈环状。
