Description

雾化组件以及电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电加热产品领域,更具体的说,涉及一种雾化组件以及电子烟。
背景技术
目前市场上的电子烟包括用于雾化烟液的雾化组件和用于为雾化组件供电的电池组件,当电子烟工作时,电池组件为雾化组件中的发热件供电,发热件发热使烟液雾化,以达到产生烟雾的效果。
现有技术中的雾化组件包括油杯组件、连接组件以及 雾化芯 ,其中,雾化芯与连接组件的端部是采用固定连接的方式。因此,拆装雾化芯不方便,而且在更换雾化芯时,需将连接组件连同雾化芯一起扔掉,因而造成更换雾化芯的成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于为解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种便于雾化芯的拆装和更换,且更换成本较低的雾化组件以及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 本发明提供了一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括 连接组件、 雾化芯 、油杯组件以及用于防止烟油沿所述油杯组件与所述连接组件之间的间隙漏出的密封垫;所述连接组件包括用于分别与所述油杯组件和所述电池组件可拆卸连接的连接座和用于与所述电池组件电连接的下电极;所述油杯组件包括储油套、位于所述储油套内用于将所述雾化芯雾化所得的烟雾排出的通气管以及用于容置所述雾化芯 的 安装套,所述储油套、所述通气管和所述安装套围成用于存储烟油的储油腔;所述连接座与所述储油套抵接或涨紧配合插接相连,且所述连接座盖设在所述储油套的加油口上;所述安装套的一端与所述通气管固定相连,所述安装套的另一端通过螺纹或卡扣结构与所述连接座可拆卸的连接,所述安装套上开设有与所述储油腔相连通的第一导油孔;所述雾化芯包括雾化套、电热丝组件、由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件以及内电极,其中,所述电热丝组件与所述内电极电连接并和所述烟油锁存件容置于所述雾化套内,所述烟油锁存件用于吸附所述第一导油孔导出的烟油以供所述电热丝组件雾化,所述内电极位于所述雾化套的一端,所述内电极与所述下电极相抵紧且电连接;所述雾化芯可滑动地套设在所述安装套内,以使在拆开所述连接组件后将所述雾化芯取出。

实施本发明的雾化组件以及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
( 1 )本发明中的 雾化芯 不像现有技术中那样与连接组件固定相连,而是采用两端夹紧的方式固定并可滑动地套设在安装套内 。使用者在需要拆卸雾化芯时,只需先将油杯组件与连接组件拆离,然后将雾化芯滑出即可,且取出雾化芯时无须旋扭或接触雾化芯,较好地避免烟油污染,也不需要其他辅助工具,不仅简化了拆装雾化芯的步骤,还大大减少了拆装过程所损耗的时间,且通过 两端夹紧的方式 能够能较好地密封烟油,避免了雾化芯通过螺纹等连接方式容易产生烟油从纹路处泄漏以及容易错位等问题。
( 2 )由于连接座与储油套为抵接或涨紧配合插接相连,且连接座盖设在储油套的加油口上,因而当需要添加烟油时仅需将所述连接组件拆出即可,无需拆卸所述雾化芯,可避免频繁的拆卸雾化芯导致连接结构之间松弛而产生的电连接不可靠及容易漏油的问题。
( 3 )雾化芯的两端分别与油杯组件和下电极抵接,并被油杯组件和下电极夹紧固定,这种固定方式可以起到缓冲作用,增强雾化芯的抗震能力,较好地密封烟油,防止烟油泄漏。
( 4 )由于密封垫套设在安装套外且密封垫的外壁面与限位凸起相抵紧,密封垫密封盖设在储油套的加油口上,因而较好地避免烟油从连接组件及储油套与安装套之间的缝隙泄露出来。
( 5 ) 内电极在与下电极相抵紧的端面上设置有磁性件,以便于从安装套中取出雾化芯。
( 6 )在通气管与雾化盖之间设置弹性件,便于从安装套中取出雾化芯;同时,在连接组件与油杯组件旋紧时,进一步夹紧雾化芯以确保内电极与下电极之间可靠的电连接;此外,还可以起到缓冲作用,增强雾化芯的抗震能力。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案以及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件(图中未示出)组合形成电子烟,其中,电池组件包括用于为雾化组件供电的电池、用于控制雾化组件工作状态的控制电路板、用于与雾化组件电连接的电池电极以及用于容置电池、控制电路板和电池电极的电池套,由于本申请中电池组件的相关结构和设置属于现有技术范畴,在此不再赘述。
实施例一:请参阅图 1 ,并结合图 2 、图 3 、图 4 、图 5 和图 6 所示。
本实施例中的雾化组件包括 连接组件 1 、 雾化芯 2 、油杯组件 3 、密封垫 4 以及吸嘴组件 5 ,连接组件 1 分别与油杯组件 3 、密封垫 4 和电池组件可拆卸的连接,且雾化芯 2 的两端分别与连接组件 1 和油杯组件 3 抵紧。
连接组件 1 包括用于分别与油杯组件 3 和电池组件可拆卸连接的连接座 11 、用于与电池组件电连接的下电极 12 以及用于使连接座 11 与下电极 12 电隔离的第一绝缘套 13 。
结合图 3 ,连接座 11 采用导电材料制成或表面设置有导电层,使得连接座 11 可直接作为电极分别与电池组件和雾化芯 2 电连接,第一绝缘套 13 卡设在连接座 11 与下电极 12 之间,确保连接座 11 与下电极 12 电性隔离。
连接座 11 具有贯穿自身的连接通孔 112 和插设在连接通孔 112 的靠近油杯组件 3 一端的第一连接套管 113 ,连接通孔 112 沿其轴向呈阶梯状,其内还插设有用于与电池组件中的电极相抵接以实现电连接的下电极 12 和第一绝缘套 13 ;第一连接套管 113 为阶梯状套管,其具有较大直径的部分与连接通孔 112 之间通过过盈配合以固定连接,防止第一连接套管 113 从连接通孔 112 中脱出;其具有较小直径的部分设置有螺纹结构,以用于与油杯组件 3 可拆卸的相互连接。
可以理解的是,连接座 11 也可以是一体成型结构。
图 6 结合图 1 ,油杯组件 3 包括储油套 31 、位于储油套 31 内用于将雾化芯 2 雾化所得的烟雾排出的通气管 32 以及用于容置雾化芯 2 的 安装套 34 ,储油套 31 、通气管 32 和安装套 34 围成用于存储烟油的储油腔 33 。
储油套 31 的加油口被连接座 11 完全盖住,以防止烟液漏出,且连接座 11 与储油套 31 相抵接或通过涨紧配合插接相连。在本实施例中,为了增强连接座 11 与储油套 31 之间的密封能力,在两者之间增加了密封垫 4 。
优选的,储油套 31 为由塑胶等材料制成的透明体 ,因而可更好地观察 储油腔 33 内烟油的剩余量,以便在烟油用尽时及时地添加烟油 。
通气管 32 为中空管状结构,围成用于供烟雾流通的气流通道;优选的,通气管 32 沿雾化组件的轴向设置。其一端插入吸嘴组件 5 中,另一端插入安装套 34 内,且通气管 32 分别与吸嘴组件 5 和安装套 34 过盈配合以实现固定连接。
可以理解的是,通气管与吸嘴组件5 和安装套 34 之间的连接方式还可以是螺纹连接、卡扣连接等其他连接方式,在此不作具体限定。
安装套 34 用于容置雾化芯 2 ,其一端套设在通气管 32 的端部,其另一端通过螺纹或卡扣结构与连接座 11 中的第一连接套管 113 可拆卸地连接。安装套 34 与第一连接套管 113 上分别开设有相匹配的螺纹结构,以实现连接座 11 与油杯组件 3 之间的可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,安装套 34 与第一连接套管 113 之间的可拆卸连接还可以是卡合连接等其他方式,在此不作具体限定。
在本实施例中,下电极 12 和通气管 32 分别从两端夹紧以固定雾化芯 2 ,可以理解的是,当通气管 32 伸入安装套 34 内的部分较短时,也可以使雾化芯 2 的两端分别与下电极 12 和安装套 34 抵接,只要能确保油杯组件 3 和下电极 12 分别从两端夹紧固定雾化芯 2 即可,在此不作具体限定。
优选的,雾化芯 2 的外壁面与安装套 34 的内壁面贴合,以防止雾化芯 2 在安装套 34 内出现晃动而导致雾化芯 2 中的内电极 24 与下电极 12 之间的电连接不稳定。
优选的,雾化芯 2 的外壁面与安装套 34 的内壁面之间存在间隙时,为确保内电极 24 与下电极 12 稳定电连接,可以在雾化芯 2 与安装套 34 之间设置硅胶套等缓冲结构,在此不作具体限定。
密封垫 4 用于防止烟油沿油杯组件 3 与连接组件 1 之间的间隙流出储油腔 33 ,在本实施中,密封垫 4 套设在安装套 34 外,且密封垫 4 上开设有环形的密封凹槽 41 ,储油套 31 的端部插入并卡设在密封凹槽 41 内。
通过通气管 32 与第一连接套管 113 之间的螺纹结构,旋紧油杯组件 3 与连接组件 1 ,使储油套 31 的端部在插入密封凹槽 41 后进一步压紧密封垫 4 以实现密封。
连接座 11 的端面沿周向凸出形成用于对密封垫 4 进行限位的限位凸起 111 ,且密封垫 4 的外壁面与该限位凸起 111 相抵紧,使密封垫 4 完全密封盖住储油套 31 的加油口。在旋紧油杯组件 3 与连接组件 1 时,储油套 31 压紧密封垫 4 ,并使密封垫 4 在安装套 34 与限位凸起 111 的限位作用下挤压变形以充分填补油杯组件 3 与连接组件 1 之间的间隙,进一步增强密封垫 4 的密封效果。
优选的,限位凸起 111 与连接座 11 一体成型且两者的外壁面平滑连接。
优选的,密封垫 4 在靠近连接座 11 的端面上开设有至少一个变形凹槽 42 ,用于增大密封垫 4 的柔软度和变形能力,从而更进一步的增强密封垫 4 的密封效果。
雾化芯 2 可滑动地套设在安装套 34 内,以便于在拆开连接组件 1 后取出雾化芯 2 ,雾化芯 2 的两端被下电极 12 和通气管 32 夹紧固定。本申请中的雾化芯 2 不再像现有技术中那样与连接组件 1 固定相连,而是通过 安装套 34 、下电极 12 和通气管 32 配合来固定。在解除下电极 12 的抵紧作用后,雾化芯 2 可在安装套 34 内滑动。 使用者在需要拆卸雾化芯 2 时,只需先将油杯组件 3 与连接组件 1 拆离,然后使雾化芯 2 直接从安装套 34 中滑出即可,整个过程无须旋扭或接触雾化芯,较好地避免烟油污染,也不需要其他辅助工具,不仅简化了拆装雾化芯的步骤,还大大减少了拆装过程所损耗的时间,且通过 两端夹紧的方式 能够能较好地密封烟油,避免了雾化芯通过螺纹等连接方式容易产生烟油从纹路处泄漏以及容易错位等问题。
此外,连接座 11 和密封垫 4 均包覆储油套 31 的加油口,使得当需要添加烟油时仅需将所述连接组件拆出即可,无需拆卸所述雾化芯,可避免频繁的拆卸雾化芯导致连接结构之间松弛而产生的电连接不可靠及容易漏油的问题。
结合图 4 和图 5 ,雾化芯 2 包括雾化套 21 、电热丝组件 22 、由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件 23 、内电极 24 、雾化盖 25 以及第二绝缘套 26 。
其中,电热丝组件 22 和烟油锁存件 23 均容置于雾化套 21 内,内电极 24 和雾化盖 25 分别位于雾化套 21 的两端,内电极 24 分别与电热丝组件 22 和下电极 12 电连接,且内电极 24 与下电极 12 抵紧,雾化盖 25 与通气管 32 抵紧以使所述通气管 32 稳固地收容在所述雾化套 21 内。当然,也可以无需设置所述雾化盖 25 ,在此不作具体限定。
优选的,雾化盖 25 与通气管 32 之间还可以设置密封垫片等其他密封结构以防止雾化所得的烟雾漏出。
雾化套 21 采用导电材料制成或表面设置有导电层,使雾化套 21 可以作为电极分别与连接组件 1 和电热丝组件 22 电连接。因此,套设在雾化套 21 与内电极 24 之间的第二绝缘套 26 使雾化套 21 与内电极 24 电性隔离。
雾化套 21 的内周面向内突出形成固定凸台 212 ,第二绝缘套 26 上开设有用于与固定凸台 212 卡合连接的固定槽 261 (如图 5 所示);第二绝缘套 26 插置于雾化套 21 内,内电极 24 插设在第二绝缘套 26 内。
当电池组件给雾化组件供电时,连接座 11 分别与电池组件和雾化套 21 电连接,下电极 12 分别与电池组件和内电极 24 电连接,雾化套 21 和内电极 24 分别与电热丝组件 22 电连接。
为确保储油腔 33 内的烟油能顺利进入雾化芯 2 内供电热丝组件 22 雾化,安装套 34 上开设有与储油腔 33 相连通的第一导油孔 341 ,雾化套 21 上对应开设有与第一导油孔 341 相连通的第二导油孔 211 。
电热丝组件 22 包括与烟油锁存件 23 抵接的导油件 221 、 缠绕固定在导油件 221 上的电热丝 222 以及玻纤管 223 。其中, 导油件 221 由吸油材料制成, 用于传导从烟油锁存件 23 上获取的烟油以供 电热丝 222 加热雾化 ; 玻纤管 223 位于雾化套 21 内,其上 开设有供 导油件 221 穿过的安装孔 224 ,导油件 221 位于 玻纤管 223 内的部分上绕设有 电热丝 222 。
烟油锁存件 23 优选采用无纺布或储油棉等吸油材料制成,且烟油锁存件 23 套设在雾化套 21 内并与雾化套 21 的内周面相贴合;同时,烟油锁存件 23 完全覆盖第二导油孔 211 ,以防止烟油直接通过第二导油孔 211 过量的涌入雾化套 21 内,在本实施例中,储油腔 33 内的烟油通过第二导油孔 211 渗入烟油锁存件 23 ,进而被烟油锁存件 23 输送给与之相连的导油件 221 中以供电热丝 222 雾化。
雾化盖 25 设置在雾化套 21 上靠近通气管 32 的一端,雾化盖 25 上开设有贯穿自身的雾化盖通孔 251 ,雾化盖通孔 251 分别与雾化套 21 和通气管 32 相连通。
结合图 6 ,吸嘴组件 5 与 油杯组件 3 可拆卸的连接,吸嘴组件 5 具有贯穿自身的吸烟通道 51 ,且该吸烟通道 51 与通气管 32 相连通以供雾化所得的烟雾通过。
吸嘴组件 5 包括 供使用者吸食烟雾的 吸嘴 52 、吸嘴连接套管 53 以及第二连接套管 54 ,吸嘴连接套管 53 的两端分别与吸嘴 52 和第二连接套管 54 可拆卸的连接。
可以理解的是,吸嘴组件 5 本身也可以为一体成型结构。
在本实施例中, 吸嘴连接套管 53 的两端分别与吸嘴 52 和第二连接套管 54 可拆卸的连接。吸嘴连接套管 53 的靠近油杯组件 3 的端面向外延伸形成内套管 531 和套在内套管 531 外的外套管 532 ;其远离油杯组件 3 的端面向外延伸形成吸嘴固定套管 533 ,用来固定吸嘴 52 。
第二连接套管 54 的一端插置于内套管 531 内,其另一端设置有用于与 储油套 31 可拆卸连接的螺纹结构。 第二连接套管 54 与内套管 531 通过过盈配合的方式固定连接。
可以理解的是,第二连接套管 54 与 储油套 31 之间可拆卸的连接方式并不限于本实施例中的螺纹连接,还可以是卡合连接、过盈配合等其他方式;同样的, 第二连接套管 54 与内套管 531 之间的连接方式也不限于本实施例中的过盈配合连接,还可以是螺纹连接、卡扣连接等 。
优选的,内套管 531 与外套管 532 之间还卡设有 密封环 6 ,用于防止烟油沿吸嘴组件 5 与油杯组件 3 之间的间隙流出储油腔 33 。储油套 31 的端面与密封环 6 相抵紧,使密封环 6 的内壁面与第二连接套管 54 贴紧,密封环 6 受压变形使其外壁面与 吸嘴连接套管 53 的内壁面贴紧以实现密封。
吸嘴连接套管 53 包裹在储油套 31 与第二连接套管 54 的连接部,将储油套 31 卡在 外套管 532 与第二连接套管 54 之间的空隙内,以防止储油套 31 松脱。
优选的,储油套 31 在靠近 吸嘴组件 5 的一端设置有凹口,储油套 31 在凹口处的厚度与 吸嘴连接套管 53 的厚度相适配,当通过第二连接套管 54 和储油套 31 之间的螺纹结构旋紧油杯组件 3 和吸嘴组件 5 时, 电子烟的外周面平整、美观。由金属材料制成的第二连接套管 54 可增强其与 储油套 31 螺纹连接时的可靠性,提高电子烟的使用寿命。
吸嘴 52 可供用户吸食雾化所得的烟雾,同时,油杯组件 3 中的储油腔 33 可用来储存烟油,这样的设置可以缩短电子烟的长度,方便用户携带。在烟油用尽后只需要拆下连接组件 1 ,通过加油口向储油腔 33 内添加烟油即可增加电子烟的使用时间。
可以理解的是,本实施例中的油杯组件 2 和吸嘴组件 5 还可以为一体成型结构。
实施例二:请参阅图 7 ,结合图 1 所示。
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于内电极 24 在与下电极 12 相抵紧的端面上设置有与连接组件 1 磁吸相连的磁性件 241 ,以便于在拆离连接组件 1 时将雾化芯 2 从安装套 34 中吸取出。内电极 24 上开设有用于容纳磁性件 241 的连接凹槽 242 。
优选的,下电极 12 的对应端面上也嵌入有另一磁性件,通过内电极 24 与下电极 12 之间的磁性吸附力,以确保内电极 24 与下电极 12 之间可靠电连接。
实施例三 请参阅图 8 ,结合图 1 所示。
本实施例与实施例一和二的不同之处在于,雾化芯 2 还包括设置在通气管 32 与雾化盖 25 之间的弹性件 27 ,雾化芯 2 通过弹性件 27 与通气管 32 弹性抵接。
当拆开连接组件 1 和油杯组件 3 时,弹性件 27 可以将雾化芯 2 顶出以便于取出雾化芯 2 ;同时,当连接组件 1 与油杯组件 3 旋紧时,弹性件 27 可以进一步压紧雾化芯 2 ,确保内电极 24 与下电极 12 之间可靠电连接,并起到缓冲作用以增强雾化芯 2 的抗震能力
当连接组件 1 与油杯组件 3 旋紧时,弹性件 27 维持在压缩状态以确保下电极 12 与内电极 24 相抵紧,确保能夹紧固定雾化芯 2 。
弹性件 27 可以是弹簧、弹性橡胶垫等常见弹性件。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同或相似的部分互相参见即可。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括 连接组件( 1 )、 雾化芯( 2 ) 、油杯组件( 3 )以及用于防止烟油沿所述油杯组件( 3 )与所述连接组件( 1 )之间的间隙漏出的密封垫( 4 );
    所述连接组件( 1 )包括用于分别与所述油杯组件( 3 )和所述电池组件可拆卸连接的连接座( 11 )和用于与所述电池组件电连接的下电极( 12 );
    所述油杯组件( 3 )包括储油套( 31 )、位于所述储油套( 31 )内用于将所述雾化芯( 2 )雾化所得的烟雾排出的通气管( 32 )以及用于容置所述雾化芯 ( 2 )的 安装套( 34 ),所述储油套( 31 )、所述通气管( 32 )和所述安装套( 34 )围成用于存储烟油的储油腔( 33 );所述连接座( 11 )与所述储油套( 31 )抵接或涨紧配合插接相连,且所述连接座( 11 )盖设在所述储油套( 31 )的加油口上;所述安装套( 34 )的一端与所述通气管( 32 )固定相连,所述安装套( 34 )的另一端通过螺纹或卡扣结构与所述连接座( 11 )可拆卸的连接,所述安装套( 34 )上开设有与所述储油腔( 33 )相连通的第一导油孔( 341 );
    所述雾化芯( 2 )包括雾化套( 21 )、电热丝组件( 22 )、由吸油材料制成的烟油锁存件( 23 )以及内电极( 24 ),其中,所述电热丝组件( 22 )与所述内电极( 24 )电连接并和所述烟油锁存件( 23 )容置于所述雾化套( 21 )内,所述烟油锁存件( 23 )用于吸附所述第一导油孔( 341 )导出的烟油以供所述电热丝组件( 22 )雾化,所述内电极( 24 )位于所述雾化套( 21 )的一端,所述内电极( 24 )与所述下电极( 12 )相抵紧且电连接;所述雾化芯( 2 )可滑动地套设在所述安装套( 34 )内,以使在拆开所述连接组件( 1 )后将所述雾化芯( 2 )取出。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,其特征在于, 所述下电极( 12 )和所述通气管( 32 )分别从两端夹紧以固定所述雾化芯( 22 )。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述密封垫( 4 )位于所述油杯组件( 3 )与所述连接组件( 1 )之间,所述密封垫( 4 )上开设有环形的密封凹槽( 41 ),所述储油套( 31 )插设在所述密封凹槽( 41 )内。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于, 所述连接座( 11 )的端面沿周向凸出形成用于对所述密封垫( 4 )进行限位的限位凸起( 111 );所述密封垫( 4 )套设在所述安装套( 34 )外且所述密封垫( 4 )的外壁面与所述限位凸起( 111 )相抵紧,以使所述密封垫( 4 )密封盖设在所述储油套( 31 )的加油口上。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,用作导油通道的所述第一 导油孔( 341 )开设在所述安装套( 34 )的侧壁上,所述雾化套( 21 )上开设有与所述第一导油孔( 341 )相连通的第二导油孔( 211 ),以供所述储油腔( 33 )内的烟油流入所述雾化芯( 2 )内;
    所述烟油锁存件( 23 )插设在所述雾化套( 21 )内并与所述雾化套( 21 )的内周面贴合,用于存储通过所述第一导油孔( 341 )和所述第二导油孔( 211 )流入所述雾化芯( 2 )内的烟油,并将所述烟油输送给所述电热丝组件( 22 )雾化。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述 连接座( 11 )具有贯穿自身的连接通孔( 112 ),所述连接通孔( 112 )在靠近所述通气管( 32 )的一端设置有第一连接套管( 113 ),所述安装套( 34 )上开设有与所述第一连接套管( 113 )相匹配的螺纹结构;所述连接通孔( 112 )内插设有所述下电极( 12 )。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述 第一连接套管( 113 )的外壁面与所述连接通孔( 112 )的内壁面之间过盈配合。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述 电热丝组件( 22 )包括与所述烟油锁存件( 23 )相连接的导油件( 221 )以及 缠绕固定在所述导油件( 221 )上的电热丝( 222 ),所述 导油件( 221 )用于传导从所述烟油锁存件( 23 )上获取的烟油以供所述 电热丝( 222 )加热雾化 。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述 电热丝组件( 22 )还包括插设在所述烟油锁存件( 23 )内的 玻纤管( 223 ),所述玻纤管( 223 )上开设有供所述 导油件( 221 )穿过的安装孔( 224 ),所述电热丝( 222 )缠绕在位于所述 玻纤管( 223 )内的 所述导油件( 221 )上。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,还包括与所述 油杯组件( 3 )可拆卸连接的吸嘴组件( 5 ),所述吸嘴组件( 5 )具有贯穿自身的吸烟通道( 51 ),所述吸烟通道( 51 )与所述通气管( 32 )相连通以供雾化所得的烟雾通过。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件( 5 )包括 供使用者吸食烟雾的 吸嘴( 52 )、吸嘴连接套管( 53 )以及第二连接套管( 54 ),所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )的一端与所述吸嘴( 52 )可拆卸的连接和 / 或一体成型,所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )的另一端与所述第二连接套管( 54 )可拆卸的连接和 / 或一体成型。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )与所述第二连接套管( 54 )可拆卸的连接,所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )在靠近所述油杯组件( 3 )的端面向外延伸形成内套管( 531 ),所述第二连接套管( 54 )的一端插置于所述内套管( 531 )内,所述第二连接套管( 54 )的另一端与所述 储油套( 31 )可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,还包括 用于防止烟油沿所述连接组件( 1 )与所述油杯组件( 3 )之间的间隙流出所述储油腔( 33 )的密封环( 6 )。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )的端面上还设置有套在所述内套管( 531 )外的外套管( 532 );所述 密封环( 6 )卡设在所述 内套管( 531 )与所述外套管( 532 )之间,所述 储油套( 31 )的端面与 所述 密封环( 6 )相抵紧 。
  15. 根据权利要求 11 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )与所述吸嘴( 52 )可拆卸的连接,所述吸嘴连接套管( 53 )在靠近所述吸嘴( 52 )的端面向外延伸形成吸嘴固定套管( 533 );所述吸嘴( 52 )插置于所述吸嘴固定套管( 533 )内。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 雾化组件 ,其特征在于, 所述雾化芯( 2 )还包括设置在所述雾化套( 21 )的远离所述内电极( 24 )一端的雾化盖( 25 ) , 所述 雾化盖( 25 )上开设有贯穿所述雾化盖( 25 )的雾化盖通孔( 251 ),所述雾化盖通孔( 251 )与所述通气管( 32 )相连通。
  17. 据权利要求 1 所述的 雾化组件 ,其特征在于,所述连接座( 11 )和所述雾化套( 21 )采用导电材料制成或表面设置有导电层,所述电池组件给所述雾化组件供电时,所述连接座( 11 )分别与所述电池组件和所述雾化套( 21 )电连接,所述下电极( 12 )分别与所述电池组件和所述内电极( 24 )电连接;
    所述连接座( 11 )与所述下电极( 12 )之间设置有第一绝缘套( 13 ),所述第一绝缘套( 13 )使所述连接座( 11 )与所述下电极( 12 )电隔离;所述雾化套( 21 )与所述内电极( 24 )之间设置有第二绝缘套( 26 ),所述第二绝缘套( 26 )使所述雾化套( 21 )与所述内电极( 24 )电隔离。
  18. 根据权利要求 1 所述的 雾化组件 ,其特征在于,所述内电极( 24 )在与所述下电极( 12 )相抵紧的端面上设置有与所述连接组件( 1 )磁吸相连的磁性件( 241 ),以使在拆出所述连接组件( 1 )时将所述雾化芯( 2 )吸出。
  19. 根据权利要求 1 所述 的 雾化组件 ,其特征在于,所述雾化芯( 2 )还包括设置在所述雾化套( 21 )的远离所述内电极( 24 )一端的雾化盖( 25 )以及设置在所述通气管( 32 )与所述雾化盖( 25 )之间的弹性件( 27 ),所述雾化芯( 2 )通过所述弹性件( 27 )与所述通气管( 32 )弹性抵接。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括如权利要求 1 至 19 中任一项所述的雾化组件以及为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件。
