实施本发明的雾化组件和电子烟,具有以下有益效果:通过安装在所述雾化座的通气孔内或所述通气孔的一端外侧并与所述通气孔的位置相对应的单向阀,阻止气流朝向电池组件的方向流动,可以防止电池组件内的控制模块进行错误控制,同时也防止储油棉上的烟油从所述通气孔泄露至电池组件内而导致电池组件内的控制模块失灵或电池短路等情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明雾化组件和电子烟的结构原理与具体实现作进一步说明:
如图 1-2 所示,一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化组件 1 和电池组件 2 ,雾化组件 1 包括雾化套 10 以及在雾化套 10 内的雾化座 11 ,雾化座 11 的一侧设有储油棉 12 ,雾化座 1 的另一侧设有外电极 13 ,雾化座 11 将储油棉 12 和外电极 13 相隔离,如图 5 和图 10 所示,雾化座 11 上开设有两个贯穿孔 130 ,用于穿插雾化烟油用的发热丝的两根导线 14 。
如图 1 和图 7 所示,雾化套 10 内具有供烟雾气流流通的气流通道 15 ,雾化座 11 上还开设有与气流通道 15 相连通的通气孔 100 ,雾化组件还包括与通气孔 100 位置相对应的单向阀 120 以及用于固定单向阀 120 的安装件 110 。
如图 3 所示,单向阀 120 包括中空的阀管 121 ,阀管 121 远离电池组件 2 的一端为与通气孔 100 相通的开口端 122 ,阀管 121 的另一端可转动连接有一阀门 123 。其中阀管 121 和阀门 123 一体成型且由软质材料制成,主要是由硅胶或软质塑料等制成。
如图 4 所示,安装件 110 包括卡持部 111 和沿卡持部 111 外周缘远离卡持部 111 方向凸设的与单向阀 120 相适配的容纳管 112 ,卡持部 111 上开设有与气流通道 15 相通的通孔 113 。
如图 5-6 和图 9-10 所示,单向阀 120 具有阀门 123 的一端朝向容纳管 112 插进容纳管 112 内且固定嵌置于容纳管 112 内,阀门 123 的外壁面抵持在卡持部 111 的内壁面上,这样单向阀 120 就只能朝向阀管 121 的内部方向打开,即只能朝向开口端 122 打开。因此,优选地,阀管 121 的轴向长度大于或等于阀门 123 的直径,可以避免阀门 123 在打开的过程中被开口端 122 外的其它雾化组件挡住导致开口过小,影响吸烟效果。
如图 5 、图 9 和图 11 所示,当用户吸食电子烟的时候,吸气时,单向阀 120 的阀门 123 就会打开,使气流可以进入到雾化组件 1 内,并不影响吸烟效果;如图 6 和图 10 所示,当发生吹气的情况时,单向阀 120 的阀门 123 由于被安装件 110 的卡持部 111 所抵持,使阀门 123 不能打开,结合图 1-2 所示,就会阻止气流朝向电池组件 2 的方向流动,就可以防止电池组件 2 内的控制模块 21 进行错误控制,即可避免吹气时启动控制模块 21 使雾化组件 1 对烟油进行雾化及用于模仿烟草燃烧的烟灰头灯(图中未标示)开启,同时也防止储油棉 12 上的烟油泄露至电池组件 2 内而导致电池组件 2 内的控制模块 21 失灵或电池短路等情况。
实施例 1 :
如图 1-6 所示,安装件 110 嵌置在通气孔 100 内,进而将单向阀 120 安装在通气孔 100 内。
通气孔 100 包括第一通气孔 101 ,第一通气孔 101 内包括相互连通的第二通气孔 102 和第三通气孔 103 ,第二通气孔 102 相对第三通气孔 103 缩径在第一通气孔 101 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁形成有凸出的第一凸沿 131 ,第二通气孔 102 设置在第一通气孔 101 远离电池组件 2 的一端,安装件 110 固定嵌置在第三通气孔 103 内,从而将单向阀 120 固定安装在第一通气孔 101 内的第三通气孔 103 对应的雾化座 11 上。
安装件 110 的容纳管 112 远离卡持部 111 的一端抵接至第一凸沿 131 的径向面上,优选地,容纳管 112 的外周壁面与第三通气孔 103 对应的雾化座 11 的内周壁面贴合固定,因而可更好地防止储油棉 12 上的烟油从第一通气孔 101 泄露至电池组件 2 内 。
单向阀 120 固定嵌置在安装件 110 内,开口端 122 朝向第二通气孔 102 ,单向阀 120 将第二通气孔 102 覆盖住,即单向阀 120 的开口端 122 的端部抵接至第一凸沿 131 的径向面上,这样吹气时可以更好地阻止气流朝向电池组件 2 流动,同时防止储油棉 12 上的烟油从第一通气孔 101 泄露至电池组件 2 内 。
更优选地,阀管 121 的内壁表面与第二通气孔 102 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁表面在轴向方向上形成共面,即阀管 121 的内径与第二通气孔 102 的直径相同,这样即使阀管 121 的轴向长度小于阀门 123 的直径,当阀门 123 朝向阀管 121 的开口端 122 打开时,不会被其它雾化组件阻隔,可以实现完全打开的状态。
安装件 110 的硬度大于雾化座 11 的硬度,因为雾化座 11 通常由软质的硅胶制成,故安装件 110 用硬质材料制成,可以增强雾化座 11 与雾化套 10 的紧密贴合,受外力挤压时不容易变形而产生漏油。
实施例 2 :
如图 7-10 所示,安装件 110 嵌置在通气孔 100 内,进而将单向阀 120 安装在通气孔 100 内。
与实施例 1 不同之处在于,通气孔 100 除了包括第一通气孔 101 外,还包括与第一通气孔 101 沿轴向方向相连通的第四通气孔 104 ,即雾化座 11 的一端侧壁朝向电池组件 2 方向延伸出一延伸部(图中未标示)围成第四通气孔 104 ,在本实施例中,第一通气孔 101 为单一的第一通气孔,在第一通气孔 101 内不分成多个通气孔,在其它实施例中也还可以包括如实施例 1 中的第二通气孔 102 和第三通气孔 103 。
第一通气孔 101 相对第四通气孔 104 缩径在所述雾化座 11 的内壁形成有凸出的第二凸沿 132 ,第一通气孔 101 设置在雾化座 11 的远离电池组件 2 的一端,第四通气孔 104 设置在雾化座 11 靠近电池组件 2 的一端。
安装件 110 插置在第四通气孔 104 内,容纳管 112 远离卡持部 111 的一端抵接至第二凸沿 132 的径向面上,单向阀 120 固定嵌置在安装件 110 内,开口端 122 朝向第一通气孔 101 ,单向阀 120 将第一通气孔 101 覆盖住,即单向阀 120 的开口端 122 的端部抵接至第二凸沿 132 的径向面上,这样吹气时可以更好地阻止气流朝向电池组件 2 流动,同时防止储油棉 12 上的烟油从通气孔 100 泄露至电池组件 2 内 。
更优选地,阀管 121 的内壁表面与第一通气孔 101 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁表面在轴向方向上形成共面,即阀管 121 的内径与第一通气孔 101 的直径相同,同样,即使阀管 121 的轴向长度小于阀门 123 的直径,当阀门 123 朝向阀管 121 的开口端 122 打开时,不会被其它雾化组件阻隔,可以实现完全打开的状态。
其中安装件 110 的容纳管 112 的外壁面可以固定贴合在第四通气孔 104 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁面上,也可以是如图 7 和图 8 所示,在安装件 110 具有卡持部 111 的端部沿径向远离卡持部 111 方向延伸出一环形连接部 114 ,将该连接部 114 的外周端部固定抵接在第四通气孔 104 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁面上,从而将单向阀 120 固定安装在第四通气孔 104 对应的雾化座 11 上。一般情况,第四通气孔 104 的直径远大于第一通气孔 101 的直径,因此优选为在安装件 110 具有卡持部 111 的端部沿径向远离卡持部 111 方向延伸出一环形连接部 114 ,将该连接部 114 的外周端部固定抵接在第四通气孔 104 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁面上。
安装件 110 的硬度大于雾化座 11 的硬度,同样可以增强雾化座 11 与雾化套 10 的紧密贴合,受外力挤压时不容易变形而产生漏油。
另外连接部 114 上开设有相互对称的穿插孔 115 ,该穿插孔 115 用于穿插发热丝的两根导线 14 。
实施例 3 :
如图 3 、图 8 和图 11 所示,安装件 110 设置在雾化座 11 的一端外侧并与雾化座 11 同轴设置,进而将单向阀 120 安装在通气孔 100 的一端外侧。
与实施例 1 不同之处在于:通气孔 100 由如图 2 所示的第一通气孔 101 构成,即由第二通气孔 102 和第三通气孔 103 相互连通组成,在安装件 110 具有卡持部 111 的端部沿径向远离卡持部 111 方向延伸出一环形连接部 114 ,连接部 114 和卡持部 111 位于通气孔 100 靠近电池组件的一端外侧,将该连接部 114 的外周端部固定抵接在雾化套 10 内壁面上,容纳管 112 插置在第三通气孔 103 内,容纳管 112 远离卡持部 111 的一端抵接至第一凸沿 131 的径向面上。
单向阀 120 固定嵌置在安装件 110 内,开口端 122 朝向第二通气孔 102 ,单向阀 120 将通气孔 100 覆盖住,即单向阀 120 的开口端 122 的端部也抵接至第一凸沿 131 的径向面上,这样吹气时可以更好地阻止气流朝向电池组件 2 流动,同时防止储油棉 12 上的烟油从通气孔 100 泄露至电池组件 2 内 。
更优选地,阀管 121 的内壁表面与第二通气孔 102 对应的雾化座 11 的内壁表面在轴向方向上形成共面,即阀管 121 的内径与第二通气孔 102 的直径相同,同样,即使阀管 121 的轴向长度小于阀门 123 的直径,当阀门 123 朝向阀管 121 的开口端 122 打开时,不会被其它雾化组件阻隔,可以实现完全打开的状态。
另外连接部 114 上开设有相互对称的穿插孔 115 ,该穿插孔 115 用于穿插发热丝的两根导线 14 。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进或变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件( 2 )组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件( 1 )包括雾化套( 10 )及设置在所述雾化套( 10 )内的雾化座( 11 ),所述雾化套( 10 )内具有供烟雾气流流通的气流通道( 15 ),所述雾化座( 11 )上开设有与所述气流通道( 15 )相连通的通气孔( 100 ),其特征在于,还包括用于阻止气流朝向所述电池组件( 2 )的方向流动的单向阀( 120 ),所述单向阀( 120 )安装在所述通气孔( 100 )内或所述通气孔( 100 )的一端外侧并与所述通气孔( 100 )的位置相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 1 )还包括用于固定所述单向阀( 120 )的安装件( 110 ),所述安装件( 110 )嵌置在所述通气孔( 100 )内或设置在所述雾化座( 11 )的一端外侧并与所述雾化座( 11 )同轴设置,所述安装件( 110 )的硬度大于所述雾化座( 11 )的硬度。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述单向阀( 120 )包括中空的阀管( 121 ),所述阀管( 121 )远离所述电池组件( 2 )的一端为与所述通气孔( 100 )相通的开口端( 122 ),所述阀管( 121 )的另一端可转动连接有一阀门( 123 ),所述单向阀( 120 )安装在所述安装件( 110 )上,所述阀门( 123 )远离所述开口端( 122 )的外壁面受所述安装件( 110 )抵持。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述阀管( 121 )与所述阀门( 123 )由软质材料制成且一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求 3 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述安装件( 110 )包括卡持部( 111 )和沿所述卡持部( 111 )外周缘远离所述卡持部( 111 )方向凸设的与所述单向阀( 120 )相适配的容纳管( 112 ),所述单向阀( 120 )固定嵌置于所述容纳管( 112 )内,所述阀门( 123 )的所述外壁面抵持在所述卡持部( 111 )的内壁面上,所述卡持部( 111 )上开设有与所述气流通道( 15 )相通的通孔( 113 )。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气孔( 100 )包括第一通气孔( 101 ),所述第一通气孔( 101 )内包括相互连通的第二通气孔( 102 )和第三通气孔( 103 ),所述第二通气孔( 102 )相对所述第三通气孔( 103 )缩径使所述第一通气孔( 101 )对应的所述雾化座( 11 )的内壁形成有凸出的第一凸沿( 131 ),所述第二通气孔( 102 )设置在所述第一通气孔( 101 )远离所述电池组件( 2 )的一端,所述安装件( 110 )固定嵌置在所述第三通气孔( 103 )内,所述容纳管( 112 )远离所述卡持部( 111 )的一端抵接至所述第一凸沿( 131 )的径向面上。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述容纳管( 112 )的外周壁面与所述第三通气孔( 103 )对应的所述雾化座( 11 )的内周壁面贴合固定。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述阀管( 121 )的内壁表面与所述第二通气孔( 102 )对应的所述雾化座( 11 )的内壁表面在轴向方向上形成共面,所述单向阀( 120 )的所述开口端( 122 )的端部抵接至所述第一凸沿( 131 )的径向面上。
  9. 根据权利要求 5 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述通气孔( 100 )包括第一通气孔( 101 )及与第一通气孔( 101 )沿轴向相连通的第四通气孔( 104 ),所述第一通气孔( 101 )相对所述第四通气孔( 104 )缩径使所述雾化座( 11 )的内壁形成有凸出的第二凸沿( 132 ),所述第一通气孔( 101 )设置在所述雾化座( 11 )的远离所述电池组件( 2 )的一端,所述安装件( 110 )插置在所述第四通气孔( 104 )内,所述容纳管( 112 )远离所述卡持部( 111 )的一端抵接至所述第二凸沿( 132 )的径向面上。

  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述连接部( 114 )上开设有相互对称的穿插孔( 115 )。

  13. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的雾化组件( 1 )和电池组件( 2 ),所述雾化组件( 1 )包括雾化套( 10 )及设置在所述雾化套( 10 )内的雾化座( 11 ),所述雾化套( 10 )内具有供烟雾气流流通的气流通道( 15 ),所述雾化座( 11 )上开设有与所述气流通道( 15 )相连通的通气孔( 100 ),其特征在于,还包括用于阻止气流朝向所述电池组件( 2 )的方向流动的单向阀( 120 ),所述单向阀( 120 )安装在所述通气孔( 100 )内或所述通气孔( 100 )的一端外侧并与所述通气孔( 100 )的位置相对应。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 1 )还包括用于固定所述单向阀( 120 )的安装件( 110 ),所述安装件( 110 )嵌置在所述通气孔( 100 )内或设置在所述雾化座( 11 )的一端外侧并与所述雾化座( 11 )同轴设置,所述安装件( 110 )的硬度大于所述雾化座( 11 )的硬度。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述单向阀( 120 )包括中空的阀管( 121 ),所述阀管( 121 )远离所述电池组件( 2 )的一端为与所述通气孔( 100 )相通的开口端( 122 ),所述阀管( 121 )的另一端可转动连接有一阀门( 123 ),所述单向阀( 120 )安装在所述安装件( 110 )上,所述阀门( 123 )远离所述开口端( 122 )的外壁面受所述安装件( 110 )抵持。
