调气组件及可吸入装置 技术领域
本申请涉及将可雾化基质雾化后输入人体的技术领域,尤其涉及一种调气组件及可吸入装置。
背景技术
可吸入装置通常包括储液部件、雾化器和供电装置。雾化器可通过雾化的手段对液态可雾化基质进行加热,使其生成雾化气体通过气流通道以供使用者吸食。供电装置用于向雾化器进行供电。储液部件为雾化器提供吸附液态可雾化基质。
然而,可吸入装置中气流通道的通气孔的大小是固定不变的,使用者吸食的口感较为单一。

下面对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、详细地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
下文,将详细地描述本申请的实施方式。但是,本申请可体现为许多不同的形式,并且不应解释为限于本文阐释的示例性实施方式。而是,提供这些示例性实施方式,从而使本申请透彻的和详细的向本领域技术人员传达。
另外,为了简洁和清楚,在附图中,各种组件、层的尺寸或厚度可被放大。遍及全文,相同的数值指相同的要素。如本文所使用,术语“及/或”、“以及/或者”包括一个或多个相关列举项目的任何和所有组合。另外,应当理解,当要素A被称为“连接”要素B时,要素A可直接连接至要素B,或可能存在中间要素C并且要素A和要素B可彼此间接连接。

请参阅图1和图2,本申请提供一种调气组件100,调气组件100用于安装于外壳400(见图7)内且用于调整进入外壳400内的进气量。调气组件100包括底盖10、安装座20和盖合体30,底盖10和盖合体30分别安装于安装座20的两侧。调气组件100容置于外壳400的端部内。
参阅图2和图3,安装座20的轮廓大致为圆柱形。安装座20包括基板25、第一侧壁27和第二侧壁28,基板25包括相对设置的第一表面252和第二表面253,基板25上具有贯通第一表面252和第二表面253的两个通槽21,两个通槽21关于基板25的中心轴对称设置。第一侧壁27位于第一表面252且围设形成均与两个通槽21连通的第一容纳槽22。第二侧壁28位于第二表面253且围设形成均与两个通槽21连通的第二容纳槽26,也就是说第一容纳槽22和第二容纳槽26通过通槽21连通。在一些实施例中,通槽21绕着基板25的中心轴呈扇形设置于基板25上。
参阅图2、图3和图5,底盖10上设有关于底盖10中心轴对称的两组卡扣11。底盖10大致为圆形。底盖10上还设有多个贯通底盖10的第一进气孔12。在一些实施例中,以六个第一进气孔12进行示例,其中,底盖10上第一进气孔12的大小和个数可以具体根据需求进行设置。底盖10转动地容置于第一容纳槽22内,两组卡扣11分别穿过对应的通槽21转动连接在基板25上且可绕着基板25的中心轴在通槽21内转动,以调整底盖10与通槽21对应的第一进气孔12的数量。本申请中提供的两组卡扣11结构,便于吸食者在转动底盖10时更加平稳。
参阅图2和图3,底盖10背离卡扣11的表面上还设有手持部14,使用者可以通过作 用于手持部14以转动底盖10。在一些实施例中,手持部14可以设为凸出底盖10表面的凸块。当吸食者需要吸食时,使用者通过手持部14转动底盖10,使得多个第一进气孔12与对应的局部通槽21连通,外界的空气通过多个第一进气孔12、通槽21及第二容纳槽26向外壳400内输送,以供吸食者吸食。若吸食者需要体验不同的吸食口感时,可以进一步转动底盖10,使得选择性地调整第一进气孔12与对应的通槽21连通的个数,以达到不同进气量而实现不同吸食口感的效果。
参阅图3和图5,在一些实施例中,基板25的第一表面252上设有与第一容纳槽22连通的凹槽251,凹槽251内设有密封圈40,密封圈40位于底盖10与基板25之间。如此设置,底盖10与基板25之间紧密连接,以便于提高底盖10与安装座20连接的稳定性。在一些实施例中,密封圈40采用硅胶材质。
参阅图2、图3和图5,在一些实施例中,基板25在第二表面253上设有安装筒23,安装筒23位于第二容纳槽26。基板25上开设有气流孔24,气流孔24连通第一容纳槽22和安装筒23。底盖10在对应气流孔24的位置设有第二进气孔13,第二进气孔13与外界连通,第二进气孔13位于底盖10的中部。安装筒23大致为圆柱形,安装筒23位于基板25的中部。安装筒23包括第一部分231和与第一部分231连接的第二部分232,第二部分232设于基板25和第一部分231之间。第一部分231的内径大于第二部分232的内径。安装筒23的第一部分231内装设有气流传感器50。气流传感器50用于感应由第二进气孔13经过气流孔24到达安装筒23的气流。
参阅图2、图4和图5,在一些实施例中,第一部分231上开设有缺口233,缺口233还延伸至部分第二部分232。通过缺口233使得安装筒23与第二容纳槽26连通,即通过第二容纳槽26向外壳400内输送气流。安装筒23上缺口233的设置即不影响对气流传感器50的安装,且也实现了与第二容纳槽26的连通,结构简单。
参阅图3和图5,在一些实施例中,盖合体30朝向安装座20的一侧的边缘处延伸出凸环31,凸环31容置于安装座的第二容纳槽26中。在凸环31的外侧壁的周向方向上还设有多条弹性环32,弹性环32弹性抵持在安装座的第二容纳槽26的内壁上,以提高盖合体30与安装座20连接的稳定性。在一些具体的实施例中,气流传感器50为咪头,盖合体30的材质可以为硅胶或橡胶。
参阅图3、图4和图5,在一些实施例中,盖合体30上还设有多个贯通盖合体30的导气孔34,导气孔34与第二容纳槽26连通。外界空气依次通过第一进气孔12、通槽21、 第二容纳槽26和导气孔34导出,并通过供电组件200与外壳400内壁之间的缝隙流向雾化器300。
参阅图3和图5,在一些实施例中,盖合体30朝向安装筒23的一侧设有第三容纳槽33,安装筒23的第一部分231局部容置于第三容纳槽33内。第三容纳槽33使得气流传感器50更加稳定地限定于安装筒23与盖合体30之间。
参阅图6和图7,本申请还提供一种可吸入装置1000,可吸入装置1000包括供电组件200、雾化器300、外壳400以及上述的调气组件100。外壳400大致为中空的圆柱状,雾化器300用于加热液态可雾化基质,使其生成气溶胶通过气流通道以供使用者吸食。雾化器300一端设有吸嘴310,吸嘴310伸出所述外壳400一端,以供吸食者从吸嘴310处吸食。雾化器300的另一端收容于外壳400内。在一些实施例中,外壳400通过胶粘剂(图未示)固定于雾化器300的外侧壁上。在一些实施例中,吸嘴310的形状可采用满足人体工学的圆形、椭圆形、鸭嘴型等。
参阅图5和图7,供电组件200容置于外壳400内,并通过调气组件100将供电组件200固定于外壳400内。供电组件200用于为雾化器300加热液态可雾化基质提供电能。当吸食者吸食时,第二进气孔13内的气流经过气流孔24到达第一部分231,使气流传感器50启动,气流传感器50将信息传至控制器(图未示),控制器控制供电组件200为雾化器300供电。雾化器300加热雾化产生气溶胶,气溶胶经过吸嘴310供吸食者吸食。通过调气组件100调整进入外壳400内的气流,使气流经过供电组件200与外壳400之间的缝隙流向雾化器300中的吸食道以调整吸食者不同吸食口感。在一些实施例中,供电组件200可以圆柱形的电池。
参阅图6和图7,外壳400远离吸嘴310的端部还套设有可拆卸的保护盖500,当吸食者未使用可吸入装置1000时,可通过保护盖500盖合在外壳400远离吸嘴310的端部,避免外界的杂质或水汽经过底盖10进入外壳400内,保护外壳400内的供电组件200。
在一些实施例中,可吸入装置1000可以为电子烟,即可雾化基质为烟油。在另一些实施例中,可吸入装置1000并不限于电子烟,还可以是用于将可雾化基质雾化成气溶胶供使用者吸食的其它雾化器300。例如,可吸入装置1000还可以是将液体雾化后输入人体的器械设备,如用于治疗上呼吸道疾病的医疗雾化吸入器。此时,可雾化基质可为治疗上呼吸道疾病对应的药液。依靠病人呼吸,将药液雾化后形成的药雾吸入人体呼吸道直至肺泡,从而用于上呼吸道局部药物治疗。可吸入装置1000也可以应用于可雾化基质雾化成 气溶胶输送至皮肤表面上,如将气溶胶喷至皮肤上也能够起到美容效果。
相较于常见的静脉注射和口服药物,药液雾化方式可以将药液雾化形成气溶胶直接作用于所需治疗的位置,能够达到更好的治疗效果。代替如静脉注射方式,通过注射器将药液输送至静脉血管内最后输送至所需治疗位置,此过程需要经过血液循环和代谢;或如口服药物方式,如口服药物方式治疗疾病需要经过消化系统和血液循环代谢到达治疗位置,这两种方式并不能保证药物充分作用于治疗位置。同时,在一些场合,相较于口含药物,不如药液雾化更加便利,比如喉咙疼,如果口含药物会影响讲话。
本申请中,通过底盖10上卡扣11穿过基板25的通槽21连接于安装座20上,使用者通过相较于安装座20转动底盖10,使得卡扣11于通槽21内转动,进而控制底盖10与通槽21对应的第一进气孔12的数量,以控制进入外壳400内的进气量,从而实现使用者通过控制不同进气量而带来不同的吸食口感,此种结构方式简单便捷,便于使用者操作。
以上仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种调气组件,其特征在于,所述调气组件包括:
    底盖,设有卡扣,所述底盖上还设有多个贯通所述底盖的第一进气孔;
    安装座,包括基板和第一侧壁,所述基板包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述基板上具有贯通所述第一表面和所述第二表面的通槽,所述第一侧壁位于所述第一表面且围设形成与所述通槽连通的第一容纳槽,所述底盖转动地收容于所述第一容纳槽中,且所述卡扣穿过所述通槽,所述底盖相较于所述安装座转动时用于调整与所述通槽对应的所述第一进气孔的数量。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的调气组件,其特征在于,所述基板上设有相对于所述基板的中心轴对称设置的两个所述通槽,所述底盖上设有两个对应的卡扣。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的调气组件,其特征在于,所述第一表面还设有与所述第一容纳槽连通的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有密封圈,所述密封圈设于所述底盖与所述基板之间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的调气组件,其特征在于,所述安装座还包括第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁设于所述第二表面且围设形成与所述通槽连通的第二容纳槽,所述第二表面上还设有安装筒,所述安装筒位于所述第二容纳槽内,所述基板上设有气流孔,所述气流孔连通所述第一容纳槽和所述安装筒,所述底盖在对应所述气流孔的位置设有第二进气孔,所述安装筒内设有气流传感器,所述气流传感器用于感应由所述第二进气孔经过所述气流孔到达所述安装筒的气流。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的调气组件,其特征在于,所述安装筒包括第一部分和与所述第一部分连接的第二部分,所述第二部分安装于所述基板和所述第一部分之间,所述第二部分的内径小于所述第一部分的内径,所述气流传感器设置于所述第一部分,所述第一部分上开设有缺口,所述缺口还延伸至部分所述第二部分。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的调气组件,其特征在于,所述调气组件还包括盖合体,所述盖合体朝向所述安装座的一侧的边缘处延伸出凸环,所述凸环容置于所述第二容纳槽中,所述盖合体上设有多个贯通所述盖合体的导气孔,所述导气孔与所述第二容纳槽连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的调气组件,其特征在于,在所述凸环的外侧壁的周向方向上设有多条弹性环。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的调气组件,其特征在于,所述盖合体朝向所述安装筒的一侧 设有第三容纳槽,所述安装筒的所述第一部分局部容置于所述第三容纳槽内。
  9. 一种可吸入装置,包括外壳和供电组件,其特征在于,所述可吸入装置还包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的调气组件,所述供电组件设置于所述外壳内,所述调气组件安装于所述外壳的端部,并将所述供电组件密封于所述外壳内。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可吸入装置,其特征在于,所述可吸入装置还包括保护盖,所述保护盖套设于所述外壳装设有所述调气组件的端部。
