Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子加热产品领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有电子烟包括烟嘴,所述烟嘴可以是独立的烟嘴、雾化器的一端或整体烟支的一端,使用时开启开关后便通过烟嘴进行吸食或通过气流传感器感应的方式直接吸食。吸食后所述电子烟可以再放回烟盒内,以便下次重新使用。
由于现有的电子烟没有是否已经吸食过的标识,因而无法辨认电子烟是否已经被吸食过,当多个人同时使用一个烟盒内的电子烟时,容易造成混用,不卫生。此外,虽然是专用的烟盒,但是无法识别烟盒内的电子烟是否被使用过。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于针对现有技术中存在的无法判别电子烟是否已经被吸食过的缺陷,提供一种可以判断出电子烟是否被吸食过的电子烟。
本发明提供的电子烟包括烟杆,所述烟杆设置有供烟雾流通的出气孔,其特征在于,所述出气孔的边缘区域设置有折断后以便于吸食烟雾的折断结构。
上述的电子烟中,所述烟杆包括外套管,所述外套管的端部盖设有吸嘴盖,所述出气孔设置在所述吸嘴盖上。
上述的电子烟中,所述吸嘴盖与所述折断结构为一体成型结构。
上述的电子烟中,所述外套管与所述吸嘴盖及所述折断结构为一体成型结构。
上述的电子烟中,所述折断结构包括捏持部和连接部,所述连接部与所述边缘区域固定连接,所述捏持部设置在所述连接部远离所述边缘区域的一端。
上述的电子烟中,所述连接部与所述边缘区域的连接处形成线连接。
上述的电子烟中,所述线连接为折痕线。
上述的电子烟中,所述折痕线环绕所述出气孔边缘区域四周。
上述的电子烟中,所述折痕线为间隔断开式的线连接。
上述的电子烟中,所述捏持部与所述连接部为一体成型结构。
上述的电子烟中,所述折断结构包括捏持部、连接部和多个连接筋,所述多个连接筋固定连接在所述边缘区域,所述捏持部通过所述连接部与所述多个连接筋连接。
上述的电子烟中,所述折断结构包括捏持部和多个连接筋,所述多个连接筋与所述边缘区域固定连接,所述捏持部连接在所述连接筋上远离所述边缘区域的一端。
上述的电子烟中,所述多个连接筋围绕所述边缘区域间隔设置。
上述的电子烟中,所述每个连接筋的厚度为0.15mm-0.5mm。
上述的电子烟中,所述连接筋呈方形、圆形、椭圆形或三角形中的任意一种。
上述的电子烟中,所述连接部与所述边缘区域的连接处的厚度小于连接部的其它部分的厚度。
上述的电子烟中,所述捏持部呈球形、椭球形、燕尾形、圆盘形或珠串形。
实施本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过在出气孔周围设置折断机构,用户在吸食时将该折断机构折断以作标识。通过该标识可判断出该电子烟是否被吸食过。这就可便于用户辨认烟支是否被吸食过,因而使用更卫生,避免出现疾病在用户之间交叉传播的情况。

具体实施方式
本发明中提供的电子烟,通过在电子烟吸食部位即出气孔附近设置一折断结构使得用户在使用时必须折断该结构以实现吸食,这就使得电子烟形成了标识以区分吸食过的和未吸食的,因而使用更卫生,避免出现疾病在用户之间交叉传播的情况。
参考图1中示出的本发明提供的一种电子烟的较佳实施例示意图。该电子烟包括烟杆,在烟杆中设有供烟雾流通的出气孔,在该出气孔的边缘区域设置有折断后以便于吸食烟雾的折断结构。具体地,在本实施例中,如图1所示,该电子烟包括外套管1、吸嘴盖2、出气孔3以及折断结构4。所述外套管1可以是雾化组件的套管或雾化组件与电池的套管。在本实施例中,所述外套管1是雾化组件与电池杆的套管,所述外套管内设有电热丝组件6、储油棉7、密封圈5及电池9,其中电热丝组件6、储油棉7、密封圈5及电池9及外套管1之间的连接关系和连接方式均可以采用现有的电子烟中这些部件的连接方式和连接关系。所述外套管1外表面设置有用于仿真烟的贴纸8。雾化通道10位于外套管1的内部,用于供内部烟雾流通。在外套管1 的端部盖设有吸嘴盖2,此时吸嘴盖2中设有与雾化通道10相通的出气孔3用于供烟雾向外流出。当然在其他的实施例中,该外套管1上也可以不盖设该吸嘴盖2,外套管1与吸嘴盖2一体成型,则出气孔设置在该外套管的侧壁上。
折断机构4设置在出气孔3的边缘区域。折断机构4可以包覆住整个出气孔3的区域,也可以设计成部分包覆出气孔3的结构,或者是位于出气孔3侧边的某一点区域上。此处设置折断机构4的目的在于使使用者在使用电子烟时必须将折断结构4折断以区分电子烟是否被使用过。因此,此处折断结构4只需要设置在出气孔3的周围区域即可,这样在使用者使用电子烟时便于将此折断结构4折断。折断结构4可与外套管1和/或吸嘴盖2一体成型,当然也可以与其焊接、粘结等方式固定连接而成。
参考图2至图4为图1中折断结构4的多个较佳实施例示意图。从图中可以看出,折断结构4包括捏持部421和连接部422。其中连接部422与出气孔3的边缘区域固定连接,以粘接或焊接等方式固定连接。捏持部421设置在连接部422的远离边缘区域的一端,与连接部422为一体成型结构。当然在其他的实施例中,两者之间也可以通过焊接、铆接、粘接等方式固定连接在一起。在其他的实施例中,还可以在连接部422与捏持部421之间设置过渡部,以增强用户握持的良好手感。
连接部422与边缘区域的连接处形成线连接。该线连接为折痕线。该折痕线可以是围绕出气孔3的边缘区域一周的连续的折痕线,也可以是间隔断开式的折痕线。该间隔断开式的折痕线可以是两边对称的两端折痕线,也可以是环绕整个边缘区域一周的分成多个小段组成的折痕线。设置为线连接的目的在于使折断结构4在不费力的情况下折断。在其他的实施例中,该连接部422与边缘区域可以设计成点连接,也可实现便于折断的目的。
连接部422与边缘区域的连接处厚度小于连接部422的其它部分(除连接处外其余部分的位置)的厚度。这种厚度便于折断结构的折断。
在第一实施例中,该捏持部421为球形,第二实施例中,该捏持部421为圆盘形,在第三实施例中,该捏持部421为钳口型。捏持部还可以是椭球形、燕尾形、圆盘形或珠串形。这种结构的设计便于用户握持以进行折断操作,提升用户体验。
参考图5至图6中示出的折断结构的实施例示意图。从图中可知,该图中示出的折断结构4与前述的折断结构4具有不同的结构。该折断结构4包括捏持部411、连接部412以及多个连接筋413。多个连接筋413连接在出气孔3的边缘区域,连接部412连接在多个连接筋413中远离边缘区域的一端,捏持部411通过连接部412与多个连接筋413连接。该捏持部411、连接部412以及连接筋413可以一体成型。在另一实施例中,也可以捏持部直接与多个连接筋连接,而不需设置连接部。
捏持部411可以为球形、圆盘形、柱状体形、钳口形、珠串形等等;连接部412为柱状体形,可以为实心柱状体或空心柱状体,也可以为等横截面积型柱状体或从远离连接筋413的一端向连接筋413处横截面积。
多个连接筋413环绕边缘区域一周,且相互间隔一定距离排列。相互之间的间隔距离可以相同,也可以不同。每个连接筋413的厚度控制在0.15mm-0.5mm之间,以便于折断操作。每个连接筋413呈方形、圆形、椭圆形、三角形等。当然在其他的实施例中,连接筋413也可以是其他的形状,只要能连接在边缘区域与连接部之间。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括烟杆,所述烟杆设置有供烟雾流通的出气孔,其特征在于,所述出气孔的边缘区域设置有折断后以便于吸食烟雾的折断结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟杆包括外套管,所述外套管的端部盖设有吸嘴盖,所述出气孔设置在所述吸嘴盖上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴盖与所述折断结构为一体成型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外套管与所述吸嘴盖及所述折断结构为一体成型结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述折断结构包括捏持部和连接部,所述连接部与所述边缘区域固定连接,所述捏持部设置在所述连接部远离所述边缘区域的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述边缘区域的连接处形成线连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述线连接为折痕线。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述折痕线环绕所述出气孔边缘区域四周。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述折痕线为间隔断开式的线连接。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述捏持部与所述连接部为一体成型结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述折断结构包括捏持部、连接部和多个连接筋,所述多个连接筋固定连接在所述边缘区域,所述捏持部通过所述连接部与所述多个连接筋连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述折断结构包括捏持部和多个连接筋,所述多个连接筋与所述边缘区域固定连接,所述捏持部连接在所述连接筋上远离所述边缘区域的一端。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述多个连接筋围绕所述边缘区域间隔设置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述每个连接筋的厚度为0.15mm-0.5mm。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接筋呈方形、圆形、椭圆形或三角形中的任意一种。
  16. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述边缘区域的连接处的厚度小于连接部的其它部分的厚度。
  17. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述捏持部呈球形、椭球形、燕尾形、圆盘形或珠串形。
