Description

电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。目前市场上的电子烟的结构包括外套管、电池组件,以及雾化器组件,通过电池组件为雾化器组件供电以产生烟雾供使用者吸食,模拟吸烟。
现有技术中,电子烟的外套管通常采用钢管等硬质材料制成,与现有的香烟差别较大,在使用过程中触摸电子烟时的手感较差、用户体验效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述电子烟中的外套管在使用时手感较差的缺陷,提供一种在使用过程中手感较好、提高用户体验的电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电子烟,包括外套管,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括填充物层 及外包层;所述填充物层位于所述外套管与所述外包层之间,所述外包层用于包覆所述填充物层 。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外套管包括雾化套管,以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管上的电池套管;所述填充物层包括包覆于所述雾化套管的外壁的第一填充物层,以及包覆于所述电池套管的外壁的第二填充物层。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一填充物层与所述第二填充物层的厚度相同。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管一端的吸嘴;所述吸嘴为扁平状结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述填充物层包括用于模仿香烟烟丝的碳颗粒、塑胶颗粒、玻璃颗粒、木质颗粒以及金属颗粒中的一种或者几种。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述填充物层为用于模仿香烟烟丝的丝状、层状或网状的结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述电子烟还包括用于将所述填充物层粘接在所述外套管上的粘接层。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述填充物层熔接于所述外套管上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述填充物层嵌置于所述外套管上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述 填充物层与所述外套管或所述外包层一体成型 。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外包层为水松纸、铜板纸、塑胶纸以及合成纸中的任意一种。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述外包层的外侧包覆有透明的保护层。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述保护层外侧设置有呈凹凸状的防滑部。
在本发明所述的电子烟中, 所述填充物层的厚度为0.5mm~3mm。
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
所述电子烟采用填充物层包覆于外套管外壁的结构,该填充物层用于模仿香烟烟丝的构造,用户在使用过程中触摸所述电子烟时手感较好,能够有与触摸香烟时类似的感觉,从而提高了用户体验;再者,采用填充物层包覆于外套管外壁的结构,可以有效地解决在使用过程中因外套管过热而产生烫手的问题。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一 提供一种电子烟,其包括外套管1、填充物层2及外包层4。外套管1内部设置有雾化器组件5与电池组件6。填充物层2包覆于外套管1的外壁,其位于外套管1与外包层4之间。该填充物层2用于模仿香烟烟丝的构造,用户在使用过程中触摸所述电子烟时的手感较好,从而能够提高所述电子烟的用户体验;再者,填充物层2能够起到隔热的作用,可以有效地解决在使用过程中因外套管1过热而产生烫手的问题。
如图3所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二 提供一种电子烟,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于外套管1与填充物层2的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括雾化套管11,以及电池套管12。雾化器组件5安装在雾化套管11的内部。电池组件6安装在电池套管12的内部,且电池组件6可拆卸地连接在雾化套管11上。该实施例中采用螺纹连接的方式将电池组件6可拆卸地连接在雾化套管11上。填充物层2包括第一填充物层21,以及第二填充物层22。该第一填充物层21包覆于雾化套管11的外壁。该第二填充物层22包覆于电池套管12的外壁。该实施例中,第一填充物层21与第二填充物层22的厚度相同,其整体性效果好。外套管1采用分离式的雾化套管11以及电池套管12的结构,且雾化套管11以及电池套管12分别对应设置第一填充物层21以及第二填充物层22的结构,上述结构同样可以提高所述电子烟的用户体验,以及起到隔热的效果。
如图4所示,本发明的较佳实施例之三 提供一种电子烟,所述电子烟还包括安装在外套管1一端的吸嘴3,其与实施例之一的不同之处在于吸嘴3的结构。该实施例中,该吸嘴3为扁平状结构,其远离外套管1的端部开设有供烟雾流通的通气孔,该通气孔亦可以设计在吸嘴3的侧壁上。吸嘴3与外套管1可以为一体成型的结构,亦可以与外套管1形成可拆卸连接的结构。吸嘴3采用上述结构,使得所述电子烟的形状趋于多样化,同时可以提高使用所述电子烟时的用户体验。
在本发明的上述实施例中,填充物层2包括用于模仿香烟烟丝的碳颗粒、塑胶颗粒、玻璃颗粒、木质颗粒以及金属颗粒中的一种或者几种。优选地,该填充物层2的厚度为0.5mm~3mm。可以理解的是,填充物层2中的上述颗粒的种类没有限制,可根据不同的需要而设置不同种类的颗粒,由于碳颗粒、塑胶颗粒、玻璃颗粒、木质颗粒以及金属颗粒的形状均为颗粒状,其与真实的烟叶、烟丝形状较为接近,可用于模仿香烟烟丝。同时,由于填充物层2包括颗粒状的结构,其隔热效果较好。为了使填充物层2更具有真实感,填充物层2亦可以采用真实的烟叶或烟丝。
在本发明的上述实施例中,填充物层2采用丝状、层状或网状的结构。该丝状、层状或网状的结构用于模仿香烟烟丝,同样能够起到隔热的作用。
为了使填充物层2能够牢固地包覆于外套管1的外壁上,本发明的上述实施例中,可采用多种方式将填充物层2连接在外套管1上。第一种是可以采用粘接的方式,所述电子烟还包括粘接层(图未示),粘接层用于将填充物层2粘接在外套管1上,该粘接层可以采用胶水、双面胶或树脂胶等。第二种是可以采用熔接的方式,首先对填充物层2进行加热,然后贴覆在外套管1上。第三种是可以采用嵌置的方式,填充物层2采用上述颗粒状的结构,外套管1的外壁上设置有与上述颗粒状的结构相适配的安装孔,上述颗粒状的结构镶嵌在该安装孔中从而将填充物层2嵌置在外套管1上。可以理解的是,填充物层2与外套管1并不局限于上述连接方式。
为了使所述电子烟更加近似于真实的香烟,本发明的上述实施例中,所述外包层4为包覆于填充物层2外侧的贴纸。该实施例中,外包层4可以为标贴、logo等,其采用粘胶剂粘接在填充物层2的外侧。外包层4可以采用水松纸、铜板纸、塑胶纸以及合成纸中的任意一种。外包层4的外侧包覆有透明的保护层,该保护层外侧设置有呈凹凸状的防滑部,可有效防止所述电子烟从用户手中滑落。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,例如,所述填充物层2与所述外套管1或外包层4一体成型等,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括外套管(1),其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括填充物层(2)及外包层(4);所述填充物层(2)位于所述外套管(1)与所述外包层(4)之间,所述外包层(4)用于包覆所述填充物层(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括雾化套管(11),以及可拆卸地连接在所述雾化套管(11)上的电池套管(12);所述填充物层(2)包括包覆于所述雾化套管(11)的外壁的第一填充物层(21),以及包覆于所述电池套管(12)的外壁的第二填充物层(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一填充物层(21)与所述第二填充物层(22)的厚度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)一端的吸嘴(3);所述吸嘴(3)为扁平状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述填充物层(2)包括用于模仿香烟烟丝的碳颗粒、塑胶颗粒、玻璃颗粒、木质颗粒以及金属颗粒中的一种或者几种。
  6. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述填充物层(2)为用于模仿香烟烟丝的丝状、层状或网状的结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括用于将所述填充物层(2)粘接在所述外套管(1)上的粘接层。
  8. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述填充物层(2)熔接于所述外套管(1)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述填充物层(2)嵌置于所述外套管(1)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述填充物层(2)与所述外套管(1)或所述外包层(4)一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外包层(4)为水松纸、铜板纸、塑胶纸以及合成纸中的任意一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外包层(4)的外侧包覆有透明的保护层。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述保护层外侧设置有呈凹凸状的防滑部。
  14. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述填充物层(2)的厚度为0.5mm~3mm。
