在本实施例中, 非金属止动件 104置入磁性环 1041的空腔中, 并在空腔 的外侧留有凸出部与电子烟本体 100表面可以滑动的连接。 非金属止动件 104 可以为硅胶或橡胶, 即所述非金属止动件可以由硅胶或橡胶材料制成。 由于橡 胶或硅胶材料的性能柔软、 耐磨, 与电子烟本体表面接触, 无论是在滑动或不 滑动, 均不会划伤电子烟本体表面。 而且釆用非金属止动件 104置入磁铁内空 腔的连接方式, 使非金属止动件 104与磁性环 1041连接牢固, 在非金属止动 件 104与电子烟本体 100滑动时,不会因电子烟使用时间久而非金属止动件脱 落。
在本实施例中磁性环 1041的空腔可以为全部磁铁均为内部空腔结构, 也 可以在磁铁内部分段设置空腔。具体的如果为分段设置空腔, 至少设置四个空 腔。因为空腔的数量少于四个将影响非金属止动件 104与电子烟本体 100滑动 连接。 当然无论是磁铁内部全部设置有空腔, 还是分段设置空腔, 所述非金属 - - 止动件均填充在空腔中, 并与电子烟本体滑动连接。
在本实施例中, 所述定位件 102为磁性材料或磁铁。可以与位于非金属止 动件上的磁铁产生磁吸。 在用户需要使用功能元件 103时, 移开套筒 101, 且 定位件 102与套筒 101之间产生的磁力将所述套筒 101可靠固定,避免所述套 筒 101任意滑动而影响用户使用。 同样, 用户在罩住功能元件 103时, 定位件 102与套筒 101之间产生的磁力将所述套筒 101可靠固定, 避免所述套筒 101 任意滑动而滑开, 使功能元件外露。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 3所示, 所述磁性环 1041中间设置有至少三个 T形空腔 1042;
所述 T形空腔 1042内部设置有凸出所述 T形空腔 1042,且与所述电子烟 本体表面接触的非金属止动件 104。
在本实施例中, 请参阅图 5所示, 所述磁性环 1041的磁铁中间设置有至 少三个 T形空腔 1042;所述 T形空腔 1042内部设置有凸出所述 T形空腔 1042, 且与所述电子烟本体表面接触的非金属止动件 104。 非金属止动件 104置入磁 性环 1041的 T形空腔 1042内,在 T形空腔 1042内部的非金属止动件面积大, 而在 T形口处, T形的两个端面起到了阻碍非金属止动件 104掉落空腔的作用, 非金属止动件 104的凸出部由 T形口端伸出与电子烟本体连接。这种结构使磁 性环 1041与非金属止动件 104牢固连接, 不易从磁铁掉落, 从而不会出现因 电子烟使用时间久而非金属止动件脱落的现象。由此釆用 T形空腔固定方式比 非金属止动件 104直接安装在磁铁端部或其他方式固定更加牢固、耐用, 套筒 101在电子烟本体上反复开关, 非金属止动件 104不会从非金属止动件脱落。
在本实施例中, 所述磁性环 1041的磁铁中间可以设置三个、 四个或五个 T形空腔 1042。 本实施例中, 设置为四个为最佳。 因为在所述磁性环 1041的 磁铁中间可以设置四个 T形空腔 1042,使套筒 101在电子烟本体上滑动稳定, 不易晃动。 如果设置数量过多的 T形空腔 1042将增加制作的工作量, 起到的 效果与设置四个 T形空腔 1042相同。 具体数量这里不做限定。
在本实施例中, 非金属止动件 104 釆用点接触的方式在电子烟本体上滑 动。 点接触滑动要比面接触滑动摩擦力小, 用户更便于使用。
在本实用新型中还有一种实施例为: 请参阅图 4和图 5所示,
所述套筒为套设在所述电子烟本体上的套筒 101, 因而组装更方便, 连接 - - 更稳固; 所述非金属止动件 104为凸出于所述套筒 101内表面,且沿着电子烟 本体 100周向的非金属止动件 104; 非金属止动件 104套设在所述套筒 101内 壁的环形凹槽 1053内; 所述定位件 102为套设在所述电子烟本体 100上的周 向定位环 102; 所述定位环 102设置在非金属止动件 104之间, 且还用于与非 金属止动件 104相抵持, 以限定套筒 101滑动的距离。
在本实施例中, 所述周向定位环 102设置有至少两个滑槽 1052; 所述套 筒 101还设置有与所述滑槽相适配,且用于能够相对所述电子烟本体 100做轴 向滑动的滑轨 1051;
所述非金属止动件 104设置在所述滑轨的两端;
所述滑轨 1051的设置方向为沿着所述电子烟本体 100的轴向方向。
在本实施例中, 套筒 101两端设置有由磁铁制成的磁性环,磁性环中间设 置有空腔。 非金属止动件 104置入所述空腔中。 非金属止动件 104设置有凸出 所述空腔,且与所述电子烟本体表面连接; 非金属止动件可以为硅胶制件或橡 胶制件。由于橡胶或硅胶材料本身的性能柔软、耐磨,与电子烟本体表面接触, 无论是在滑动或不滑动, 均不会划伤电子烟本体表面。 而且釆用非金属止动件 置入磁铁内空腔的连接方式,使非金属止动件与磁铁连接牢固,在非金属止动 件与电子烟本体滑动时, 不会因电子烟使用时间久而非金属止动件脱落。
在本实施例中, 套筒 101可以与电子烟本体 100相对滑动,在用户需要使 用功能元件 103时滑开套筒 101, 不需要时将套筒 101罩在保护功能元件 103 上起到保护作用。避免了功能部件 103的外露, 防止用户在携带电子烟时容易 误触动, 使电子烟能够正常工作。
在本实施例中,套筒 101的沿着电子烟本体轴向长度可以设置为与所述功 能元件 103的尺寸一样, 或稍大一些, 这里不做限定, 只要套筒能够包裹住全 部功能元件即可。
在本实施例中, 定位环 102固定在所述电子烟本体 100上,且设置在套筒 101内部, 所述非金属止动件 104之间。 为防止套筒 101从电子烟本体 100滑 落, 可以将的定位环 102的周向宽度,也就是厚度能够刚好接触或留有一定距 离。釆用所述宽度刚好接触套筒 101的内表面或与套筒 101的内表面留有一定 距离, 所述非金属止动件 104的周向宽度也就是厚度, 能够使套筒 101滑动到 一端时, 所述非金属止动件 104与所述定位环 102的侧面相互接触, 而且无论 - - 套筒 101是轴向滑动还是周向滑动, 所述非金属止动件 104与所述定位环 102 的侧面都能相互接触, 起到阻碍套筒 101 继续滑动的作用。 这样就防止套筒 101从电子烟本体 100滑落。
在本实施例中, 套筒 101通过滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052相适配,在电子烟本 体 100滑动, 滑动距离能够罩住功能元件。 在滑开时, 能够不影响用户使用功 能元件 103。 为了滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052更好的配合, 可以将滑轨 1051与滑 槽 1052的横截面设置成等边梯形,这样滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052可以相互卡合, 连接稳固。
在本实施例中, 所述定位环 102的滑槽 1052可以设置成三个, 或四个等 等。设置数量多能够稳固滑轨 1051与滑槽 1052之间的连接配合,也就是使套 筒 101与电子烟本体连接稳固。本实施例中, 以滑槽 1052设置成三个为最佳。 因为三个滑槽 1052, 比较稳固, 套筒 101不会在电子烟本体 100产生晃动, 而且滑槽 1052数量如果设置多了为制作加工带来麻烦。 同样三个滑槽 1052, 要与三个滑轨相适配。 这里对具体数量不做限定。
在本实施例中, 所述定位环 102为磁性材料; 非金属止动件 104的磁铁与 定位环 102的磁性材料产生磁吸, 使套筒 101可以在两侧连接可靠。 当套筒 101滑动到一侧时, 比如滑开功能元件 103, 用户操作功能元件, 由于非金属 止动件 104和定位环 102之间的磁铁和磁性材料之间相互吸合,使套筒紧紧的 靠在这一侧, 不能自由滑动, 防止影响用户操作功能元件。 同样道理, 套筒 101罩住功能元件后, 非金属止动件 104和定位环 102之间的磁铁和磁性材料 之间相互吸合, 使套筒 101固定的罩住功能元件 103, 不会自动滑开。
在本实施例中, 所述套筒 101为塑胶材料。 由于套筒两端的磁铁和定位环 102釆用磁铁或 /和磁性材料, 套筒釆用非磁性材料, 可以避免磁铁的吸合, 影 响用户使用。 由于塑胶材料较为耐磨, 套筒设置在电子烟本体 100外部, 用户 手摸的感觉比较合适,所以这里釆用塑胶材料为佳。当然也可以釆用其他材料, 这里不做限定。
在本实用新型中,还有另一种实施例, 这个实施例与上述实施例的区别在 于套筒 101的滑动方向不一样, 上述是沿着电子烟本体 100的轴向滑动, 本实 施例时沿着电子烟本体 100的周向滑动。 但所述套筒 101起到作用相同。
所述套筒 101设置有能够让用户使用所述功能元件 103的开口;所述套筒 - - 设置有至少两个沿着所述电子烟本体 100周向方向的周向凹槽; 所述定位件 102设置有与所述周向凹槽相适配的周向凸台; 所述套筒 101通过所述周向凹 槽与所述周向凸台相适配, 能够沿着所述电子烟本体 100做周向滑动。
在本实施例中, 所述定位件设置有凸台, 所述套筒 101设置有与所述凸台 相适配的凹槽。 所述凹槽和所述凸台的方向都是沿着电子烟本体的周向。 凸台 的数量可以为两个, 或三个, 或四个, 具体数量这里不做限定。 所述凹槽的数 量与凸台数量相适配。
在本实施例中,套筒 101设置有一个与功能元件 103面积一样或比功能元 件面积大的开口。 当套筒 101周向旋转使开口与功能元件 103重合时,这时用 户可以使用功能元件 103。 在用户不使用功能元件 103时, 将套筒 101周向旋 转使开口转离开功能元件 103, 这样起到保护作用。
在本实施例中,所述套筒 101还设置有在所述开口两侧沿着所述电子烟本 体轴向方向的非金属止动件;所述电子烟本体还设置有与所述非金属止动件相 适配, 且用于限制所述套筒滑动范围定位件。
所述非金属止动件设置在所述开口两侧,定位件设置在两个非金属止动件 之间, 两个非金属止动件与定位件能够相互触碰, 阻碍所述套筒的周向滑动, 这样可以控制所述套筒的周向滑动距离,控制在两个非金属止动件之间。 两个 非金属止动件之间的距离就是功能元件的面积,这里也可以比功能元件的面积 大一些。 这种方式方便用户使用, 避免用户通过旋转套筒开口找功能元件。
在本实施例中, 所述非金属止动件包括硅胶制件或橡胶制件等胶类材料, 所述非金属止动件上固定有磁铁; 所述定位件为磁性材料。釆用磁铁与磁性材 料相互吸合的方式, 用户将开口对准功能元件后, 用户操作功能元件, 由于非 金属止动件上的磁铁和定位件之间相互吸合,使套筒紧紧的靠在这一侧, 不能 自由滑动, 防止影响用户操作功能元件。 同样道理, 套筒罩住功能元件后, 非 金属止动件上的磁铁和定位件之间相互吸合,使套筒固定的罩住功能元件, 不 会自动滑开。
当然在本实用新型的另一实施例中,所述非金属止动件上可设置有磁性材 料; 所述定位件设置为磁铁。 具体工作方式和作用同上述, 这里不再复述。
在本实施例中, 可以在套筒两端设置磁铁, 所述磁铁中间设置有空腔; 非 金属止动件置入空腔空腔中, 并与电子烟本体滑动连接。 非金属止动件不会划 - - 伤或损伤电子烟本体表面, 非金属止动件置入磁铁空腔内, 与磁铁连接更加牢 固。 既方便用户使用, 又提高了用户体验, 延长电子烟使用寿命。
在本实用新型中,请参阅图 6所示, 图 6所示是本实用新型的电子烟的整 体结构图, 所示图中电子烟本体还包括吸烟端 201, 用户通过该吸烟端 201即 可进行吸烟。
用于容纳烟液的储油器 202, 即在该储油器 202内存储有可雾化的烟液。 用于雾化所述烟液的雾化组件 203,即通过雾化组件 203可使得储油器 202 内的烟液雾化。
在该电子烟本体内还形成有用于流通已雾化的烟液的烟雾通道(图中未示 出), 使得用户通过吸烟端 201吸食流经该烟雾通道内的烟液。
该电子烟本体还包括用于给所述雾化组件 203供电的电池杆组件 204。 所述功能元件 103设置在所述雾化组件或所述电池杆组件上。
由图 6所示可知,所述储油器 202设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟 端 201的一端, 釆用此种设置方式的优势在于, 因储油器 202设置的位置远离 吸烟端 201, 使得位于该电子烟本体内的烟雾通道不会经过该储油器 202, 从 而使得储油器 202内未经雾化的烟液不会泄露到烟雾通道内,进而使得用户不 会吸食到未经雾化的烟液,从而有效的避免了烟液的泄露。 而且不流经储油器 202的烟雾通道还可避免烟雾在烟雾通道内冷凝, 从而有效的避免冷凝后的烟 液堵塞烟雾通道。
进一步结合图 6对本实施例所提供的电子烟的具体结构进行进一步的详 细说明, 所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油器 202之间, 且所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧、 或所述吸烟端 201 位于所述电池杆组件 204的中部、 或所述吸烟端 201位于所述电池杆组件 204 上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
具体的,位于所述电池杆组件 204的一端外侧的该吸烟端 201可与电池杆 组件 204同轴设置,釆用该种设置方式可使得电子烟的外形直观的模拟了真实 的香烟, 且使整体的烟雾通道较直, 可有效减少积油的现象。
或将吸烟端 201设置在电池杆组件 204的中部、或所述吸烟端 201位于所 述电池杆组件 204上远离所述雾化组件 203的位置。
在本实用新型中, 该吸烟端 201的具体位置不作限定。 - - 在本实施例中, 为使得该电子烟的整体结构模仿真实的香烟、符合用户的 使用习惯以及减少积油, 该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204同轴设置。
当然, 具体的设置方式在本实施例中并不做限定, 例如依次连接的所述电 池杆组件 204、 雾化组件 203和所述储油器 202可交错设置, 使得该电子烟整 体的外形为异形, 该异形的具体形状可为任意形状。
该雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204还可非同轴设置, 即将储油器 202 和雾化组件 203釆用并列设置的方式,使得储油器 202和雾化组件 203分别与 电池杆组件 204连接, 使得该电子烟的整体结构呈 T型。
即在本实施例中, 该电子烟的整体的外形结构并不做限定, 只要储油器 202设置在远离吸烟端 201的位置即可。
且在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 203位于所述电池杆组件 204和所述储油 器 202之间, 即雾化组件 203离吸烟端 201的位置较远, 而用户釆用本实施例 所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时, 雾化组件 203的位置离用户口腔的位置较远, 即 可使得雾化组件 203雾化烟液时所产生的热量不会烫伤用户,有效的提升了电 子烟的使用安全, 而且用户吸烟过程中通常会夹持电池杆组件 204进行吸烟, 而避免了现有技术中夹持发热的雾化组件 203进行吸烟,使得用户在使用本实 施例所提供的电子烟进行吸烟时手部不会出现烫伤的情况,有效的模拟了真实 香烟的温度, 提升用户吸烟过程中的使用体验。
较佳的是, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203为可拆卸连接和 /或所述 雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204为可拆卸连接。
具体的, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203和 /或所述雾化组件 203与 所述电池杆组件 204的可拆卸的连接方式可为螺纹连接或卡合连接等,具体的 连接方式在本实施例中不作限定, 只要使得所述储油器 202 与所述雾化组件 203和 /或所述雾化组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204的可拆卸连接即可。
釆用上述可拆卸的连接方式的优势在于, 方便用户随时更换雾化组件 203 或以及随时拆卸储油器 202, 从而方便用户往储油器 202内加烟液或更换该储 油器 202。 当然, 所述储油器 202与所述雾化组件 203之间之间和 /或所述雾化 组件 203与所述电池杆组件 204的连接方式可为不可拆卸的连接方式,在此不 作限定。
在本实施例中,所述雾化组件 203包括用于雾化所述烟液并与所述电池杆 - - 组件 204内的电池电连接的电热丝组件(图中未示出)及用于将储油器内的烟液 输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油装置(图中未示出), 所述导油装置的一 端插入所述储油器 202内而另一端延伸至所述储油器外,所述电热丝组件位于 所述导油装置的与所述电池杆组件 204相邻的一端。其中, 所述导油装置包括 由棉或纤维制成的导油绳等, 在此不作限定。
在本实用新型中, 套筒用于罩住功能元件 103。 套筒设置的位置可以根据 功能元件 103来定。 在所述雾化组件或所述电池杆组件表面都可以。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实 施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人 员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型 保护的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体上设置有功能元件、 套筒和定位件;
所述套筒与所述电子烟本体滑动连接, 并用于罩合在所述功能元件上; 所述定位件固定在所述电子烟本体上,位于所述套筒与所述电子烟本体之 间, 且用于所述套筒与所述电子烟本体滑动连接;
所述套筒的两端设置有凸出所述套筒内表面,且与所述电子烟本体表面接 触的非金属止动件;
所述定位件位于所述非金属止动件之间,且用于与所述非金属止动件相抵 持, 以限定所述套筒滑动的距离, 防止所述套筒从所述电子烟本体滑落。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述套筒的两端还设置有凸出所述套筒内表面的磁性环;
所述磁性环设置有空腔;
所述空腔内部设置有凸出所述空腔,且与所述电子烟本体表面连接的非金 属止动件;
所述定位件为磁铁,且与所述磁性环磁吸相连, 并用于在所述套筒打开或 罩合在所述功能元件上时, 阻碍所述套筒在所述电子烟本体上任意滑动。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述磁性环中间设置有至少三个 T形空腔;
所述 T形空腔内部设置有凸出所述 T形空腔, 且与所述电子烟本体表面 接触的非金属止动件。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述定位件设置有至少两个滑槽;
所述套筒还设置有与所述滑槽相适配,且用于能够相对所述电子烟本体做 轴向滑动的滑轨;
所述非金属止动件设置在所述滑轨的两端;
所述滑轨的设置方向为沿着所述电子烟本体的轴向方向。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述套筒设置有能够让用户使用所述功能元件的开口; 所述套筒设置有至少两个沿着所述电子烟本体周向方向的周向凹槽; 所述定位件设置有与所述周向凹槽相适配的周向凸台;
所述套筒通过所述周向凹槽与所述周向凸台相适配,能够沿着所述电子烟 本体做周向滑动。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述套筒还设置有在所述开口两侧沿着所述电子烟本体轴向方向的非金 属止动件;
所述电子烟本体还设置有与所述非金属止动件相适配,且用于与所述非金 属止动件相 4氏持限制所述套筒滑动范围定位件。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述功能元件包括按键和 /或显示屏。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述非金属止动件为硅胶, 或橡胶。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述定位件分为上下两部分;
所述上部与所述套筒接触, 为硅胶, 或橡胶;
所述下部与所述电子烟本体连接, 且为磁性材料。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述套筒两端设置有横截面为梯形, 且用于放置非金属止动件的凹槽; 所述非金属止动件与所述套筒釆用可拆卸连接方式。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述电子烟本体还设置有吸烟端、用于容纳烟液的储油器、用于雾化所述 烟液的雾化组件以及用于给所述雾化组件供电的电池杆组件;
所述储油器设置于所述电子烟本体上远离所述吸烟端的一端;
所述功能元件设置在所述雾化组件或所述电池杆组件上。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件位于所述电池杆组件和所述储油器之间,且所述吸烟端位于 所述电池杆组件的一端外侧、或所述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件的中部、或所 述吸烟端位于所述电池杆组件上远离所述雾化组件的位置。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述储油器与所述雾 化组件为可拆卸连接;
和 /或,
所述雾化组件与所述电池杆组件为可拆卸连接。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件与所述 电池杆组件同轴设置。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件包括: 用于雾化所述烟液的电热丝组件;
用于将储油器内的烟液输送给所述电热丝组件进行雾化的导油装置。
16、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
在所述雾化组件或所述电池杆组件表面设置有用于罩合在所述功能元件 上的所述套筒。
