Abstract

一种雾化器(100)及具有雾化器(100)的电子烟,雾化器(100)包括:储液组件(10)、可拆卸安装于储液组件(10)一端的调节组件(30)和安装于储液组件(10)内的雾化组件(20),调节组件(30)内设有进气通道(31),雾化组件(20)包括雾化头(21)和套设于雾化头(21)外部的雾化套管(22),雾化头(21)包括雾化芯(211),雾化芯(211)的侧壁的外表面上沿轴向开设有至少一个与进气通道(31)连通的进气槽(2112),每一个进气槽(2112)的底部的下端还开设有一个与对应的进气槽(2112)连通的进气孔(2113),空气经由进气通道(31)进入进气槽(2112),进而通过进气孔(2113)进入至雾化芯(211)的内部,防止了当吸液件(212)饱和时,多余的烟液从进气孔(2113)内泄漏的情况发生,进而避免进气孔(2113)被污染,结构简单,使用方便。

Description

一种雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
传统的电子烟通常采用底部进气的方式,对于该进气方式而言,进气口与电子烟的雾化器中的吸液件是相通的,进气孔位于电子烟的底部且暴露在空气中,当吸液件吸收的烟液达到饱和,烟液极易从进气孔渗出,导致浪费,同时使得进气孔容易被烟液污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,现提供一种能够不易漏液、操作简单的雾化器。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种雾化器,其包括储液组件、可拆卸安装于储液组件一端的调节组件和安装于储液组件内的雾化组件,调节组件内设有进气通道,雾化组件包括雾化头和套设于雾化头外部的雾化套管,雾化头包括雾化芯,雾化芯的侧壁的外表面上沿轴向开设有至少一个与进气通道连通的进气槽,每一个进气槽的底部的下端还开设有一个与对应的进气槽连通的进气孔,空气经由进气通道进入进气槽,进而通过进气孔进入至雾化芯的内部。
进一步地,所述雾化芯上开设有凹槽,所述凹槽为相对两侧具有开口的结构,所述雾化头还包括吸液件和发热元件,所述吸液件和发热元件两者中的一 者被另外一者包裹后,吸液件及发热元件设置于所述凹槽内。
进一步地,所述雾化芯包括芯体以及设于所述芯体内壁下端的隔离件,所述凹槽开设在芯体上,所述隔离件对应凹槽两侧边的开口处沿轴向凸设有隔离部,所述吸液件的下端抵接在隔离部上。
进一步地,所述调气组件包括上盖和可转动装设于上盖上的烟嘴连接件,所述上盖上开设至少有一个第一进气孔,烟嘴连接件上对应一个第一进气孔开设有一个第二进气孔,第一进气孔与进气通道相连通,转动烟嘴连接件至第一进气孔与第二进气孔至少部分重合时,第二进气孔与进气通道相连通。
进一步地,所述调节组件还包括上盖连接件和收容于上盖连接件内部的通气管,上盖连接件的一端与雾化套管可拆卸连接,上盖连接件的另一端与上盖紧密连接,通气管的一端与烟嘴连接件连接且相互连通,通气管的另一端与雾化芯内部相连通。
进一步地,所述雾化组件还包括固定安装在雾化芯顶端的顶盖,所述顶盖为两端具有开口的中空结构,所述通气管上远离烟嘴连接件的一端部分收容于顶盖内。
进一步地,所述进气通道由上盖连接件的内侧壁与通气管的外侧壁之间的空腔构成。
进一步地,所述雾化套管的侧壁上开设有至少一个进液孔,吸液件能够完全遮蔽进液孔。
进一步地,所述调节组件还包括密封套装于上盖连接件上的上盖内环和可转动套设于上盖内环上的调节件,上盖内环上开设有第一注液孔,调节件上对应第一注液孔开设有第二注液孔,旋转调节件能够使得第二注液孔与第一注液孔连通。
进一步地,所述储液组件还包括支撑壳体、套设于支撑壳体上的套管、可拆卸设于支撑壳体与套管下端的底座结构以及相对于底座结构可拆卸设于支撑壳体与套管上端的固定件,所述固定件与上盖内环可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述上盖连接件的外侧壁、雾化套管的外侧壁、上盖内环的内侧壁及支撑壳体的内侧壁之间的空间构成与所述第一注液孔连通的储液腔,储液腔内的烟液能够由雾化套管上的进液孔渗透至吸液件。
进一步地,所述雾化套管的内壁与隔离部的外壁之间的空间形成了与芯体内部连通的辅助进液口,所述储液腔内的烟液能够由辅助进液口渗透至吸液件。
一种电子烟,其包括前述任一项所述的雾化器。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的雾化器与传统的雾化器结构相比,有益效果主要体现在以下三个方面:
(1)进气孔开设在雾化芯的侧壁上,防止了当吸液件饱和时,多余的烟液从进气孔内泄漏的情况发生,进而避免进气孔被污染,结构简单,使用方便。
(2)储液腔内的烟液可以从雾化芯的底部渗透至吸液件内,一方面可高效利用烟液,另一方面也避免了储液腔下端存储的烟液因被反复加热而产生危害物质,影响用户健康的情况。
(3)用户可通过转动雾化器上端的烟嘴连接件,调节第一进气孔与第二进气孔的重合面积控制进入电子烟内部的进气量,调节方式更便捷。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
请参照图1和图2,本发明提供了一种电子烟,该电子烟包括雾化器100和设于雾化器100下端的电源装置(图未示出)。雾化器100包括储液组件10、雾化组件20和调节组件30,调节组件30可拆卸安装于储液组件10的一端,雾化组件20安装于储液组件10内。
同时参照图3,储液组件10包括支撑壳体12、套设于支撑壳体12的外部的套管13、可拆卸设于支撑壳体12与套管13下端的底座结构14以及相对于底座结构14可拆卸设于支撑壳体12与套管13上端的固定件15。
固定件15大致呈环状,固定件15的内表面开设有第一内螺纹153。
套管13大致呈上下端具有开口的中空管状结构。
底座结构14包括底座147及装设于底座147上的第一电极146、第一密封件143、电极套144及第二密封件145。
底座147大致呈圆盘状,底座147的中心处开设有第一通孔142,底座147的上端面的边缘处环绕第一通孔142开设有第一环形槽141。第一密封件143与第一电极146沿底座147的下方依次插装于第一通孔142内,第二密封件145与电极套144沿底座147的上方依次插装于第一通孔142内,第一电极146的一端部分收容于电极套144内部且与电极套144电性连接,第一电极146的另一端与电源装置电性连接。
本实施方式中,第一密封件143与第二密封件145由橡胶材料制成。可以理解,第一密封件143与第二密封件145也可以由硅胶材料制成,以起到绝缘的作用。
请同时参阅图8,固定件15上与第一环形槽141相对的表面上开设有第二 环形槽151。支撑壳体12两端分别套设于第一环形槽141和第二环形槽151内,同样,套设在支撑壳体12上的套管13的两端分别紧密卡设在第一环形槽141和第二环形槽151内,为了进一步提升套管13分别与底座14和固定件15之间的紧密配合程度,套管13的上下两端可采用硅胶垫片进行密封。
支撑壳体12可以为玻璃套管、不锈钢套管、玻璃结合不锈钢的套管等,套管13为玻璃套管。本发明的实施例中,支撑壳体12为玻璃套管或玻璃结合不锈钢套管,同时,套管13与支撑壳体12的上端大致位于雾化组件20的上方,能够方便用户通过套管13观察烟液的注入量,实现精准注液,避免烟液加注过量或加注不足。
请同时参照图4和图5,雾化组件20包括雾化头21、套设于雾化头21外部的雾化套管22,固定设于雾化头21顶端的顶盖23,及依次插设于雾化头21下端的第三密封件24和第二电极25。
请同时参阅图6和图9,雾化组件20收容于支撑壳体12内时,支撑壳体12的内侧壁与雾化组件20上的雾化套管22的外侧壁之间的空腔形成了用于储存烟液的储液腔11,雾化套管22的侧壁上开设有能够与储液腔11相连通的进液孔221,雾化套管22的内表面的上部开设有第二内螺纹222。
雾化头21包括雾化芯211、嵌于雾化芯211内部的吸液件212和收容于吸液件212内部的发热元件213。
雾化芯211大致呈圆柱状结构,雾化芯211包括芯体2115以及设于芯体2115内壁下端的隔离件2116。
芯体2115的中部开设有用于安装吸液件212的凹槽2111,凹槽2111为相对的两侧边具有开口的结构,芯体2115的外壁上沿轴向开设有两个相对设置的与进气通道31连通的进气槽2112,每一个进气槽2112的底部的下端还开设有 一个与对应的进气槽2112连通的进气孔2113,进气孔2113与芯体2115的内部连通。
隔离件2116大致呈圆环状结构,隔离件2116对应凹槽2111两侧边的开口处沿轴向凸设有隔离部2117,从而将凹槽2112两侧边的部分开口封堵。
吸液件212安装于雾化芯211上的凹槽2111内,吸液件212的下端抵接在隔离部2117上。吸液件212的中心处开设有收容槽2121,发热元件213收容于收容槽2121内。
在其它未示出的实施例中,可以理解地,在所述吸液件212外侧包裹发热元件213,所述吸液件212及发热元件213设置于所述凹槽2111内。
进一步地,请参考图4,雾化套管22上的进液孔221与凹槽2111对应设置。此时,当雾化套管22套设于雾化芯211的外部时,设置在凹槽2111内的吸液件212能够完全遮蔽住雾化套管22上的进液孔221,使得储液腔11内的烟液从进液孔221渗透至吸液件212内供发热元件213雾化成烟雾。
进一步地,参考图6,雾化套管22的内壁与隔离部2117的外壁之间的空间形成了与芯体2115内部连通的辅助进液口2114,储液腔11内的烟液也可以从辅助进液口2114渗透至吸液件212内,一方面可高效利用烟液,另一方面也避免了储液腔11下端存储的烟液被反复加热而产生危害物质,影响用户健康。
通过设置隔离件2116,烟液进入芯体2115的内部时,必须经过吸液件212,避免了储液腔11内的烟液直接进入进气孔2113,实现了进气与进液分离的效果。
请参考图4,顶盖23为两端具有开口的中空结构,顶盖23设于雾化芯211的顶端,第三密封件24和第二电极25依次插设于雾化芯211的下端,第二电极25的一端安装在隔离件2116上且与发热元件213电性连接,第二电极25的另一端与第一电极146电性连接。
本实施方式中,第三密封件24由橡胶材料制成。可以理解,第三密封件24也可以由硅胶材料制成,以起到绝缘的作用。
本发明的实施例中,吸液件212可以是棉布、多孔陶瓷或者泡沫金属中的一种或者是至少两种的组合。
可选的,本实施例的发热元件213为螺旋形、大致呈筒状的加热丝,不限于此,发热元件213也可以是加热板,也可以是加热管,引伸的,只要是设于吸液件212内且能够对烟液起到雾化作用的元件或是装置均在本发明的保护范围之内。
请参阅图3,调节组件30包括上盖内环33、调节件34、上盖连接件35、通气管36、上盖37和烟嘴连接件38。调节件34可转动套设于上盖内环33上,上盖37收容于上盖内环33内,上盖37的一端与上盖内环33连接,上盖37的另一端与上盖连接件35连接,通气管36收容于上盖连接件35的内部,通气管36的一端穿设于上盖37后与烟嘴连接件38可拆卸连接,烟嘴连接件38与上盖37之间可转动连接。上盖内环33、调节件34、上盖连接件35、通气管36、上盖37和烟嘴连接件38的具体结构下文会有描述。
上盖内环33大致呈两端具有开口的环状结构,上盖内环33的下端开设有与第一内螺纹153匹配的第一外螺纹331,上盖内环33的侧壁上还设有与储液腔11连通的第一注液孔332,上盖内环33还开设有环形的定位槽333。
调节件34大致呈两端具有开口的环状结构,调节件34的侧壁上对应第一注液孔332开设有第二注液孔341,调节件34的内侧壁上对应定位槽333设置有定位块342,当调节件34套设于上盖内环33的外部时,定位块342位于定位槽333内。
转动调节件34,当调节件34上的定位块342转动至的定位槽333的一端时, 调节件34上的第二注液孔341能够完全与上盖内环33上的第一注液孔332连通,此时用户能够向储液腔11内加注烟液;相反,转动调节件34,当定位块342转动至定位槽333的另一端时,第一注液孔332被调节件34的内壁完全遮蔽,此时,第二注液孔341与第一注液孔332不连通,此时用户无法向储液腔11内加注烟液。
请参照图9,转动调节件34使第二注液孔341部分或完全连通上盖内环33上的第一注液孔332,经由第二注液孔341与第一注液孔332向储液腔11内加注烟液,烟液通过设置在雾化套管22上的进液孔221以及从雾化芯211的底部渗透进入吸液件212,进而在发热元件213的加热作用下被雾化。图中箭头所示的方向即为烟液由加注到雾化整个过程的流向。
进一步地,上盖内环33的侧壁上还设有第四密封件334,调节件34转动过程中,第四密封件334能够始终抵持在调节件34的内壁上,增强了转动时的手感,提升了用户的使用体验,同时,也起到了密封作用,防止烟液泄露。
请参考图10,通气管36的内部空腔形成出气通道32,通气管36上远离烟嘴连接件38的一端部分收容于上述的顶盖23内,通气管36的外壁与上盖连接件35的内壁之间的空腔形成进气通道31,进气通道31与雾化组件20上的进气槽2112相连通,电子烟的外部空气经能够经由进气通道31进入进气槽2112。
请参考图9,上盖连接件35的一端开设有与第二内螺纹222匹配的第二外螺纹351,保证了储液腔11的密封性,避免了烟液泄漏至进气通道31内。同时参照图8,上盖37包括上连接件371、设于上连接件371的下端的下连接件372以及设于上连接件371与下连接件372的交汇处的第一连通件373。上连接件371呈盘状结构,下连接件372呈筒状结构,上连接件371与上盖内环33的内壁紧密连接,下连接件372与上盖连接件35的上端紧密连接,第一连通件373 的中心处开设有能够使通气管36穿设的第三通孔3731,第一连通件373的边缘处还开设有至少一个第一进气孔3732,第一进气孔3732与进气通道31连通。
请参考图7,烟嘴连接件38包括本体381、设于本体381的下端且与本体381连通的套接管382,和由套接管382的下端沿径向向外延伸形成的的第二连通件383。通气管36的一端紧密连接在套接管382内,第二连通件383收容于上盖37上的上连接件371内,第二连通件383上对应第一进气孔3732开设有至少一个第二进气孔3831,通过旋转烟嘴连接件38至第二进气孔3831与第一进气孔3732至少部分重合时,第一进气孔3732与第二进气孔3831相互连通。可以理解,用户可直接通过烟嘴连接件38吸食,也可以将两端具有开口的连通件连接在烟嘴连接件38上,用户也可通过该连通件吸食。
请参照图9和图10,用户抽吸时,电子烟的外部空气经由电子烟顶部的第二进气孔3831及第一进气孔3732进入进气通道31,随后经雾化芯211侧壁上的进气槽2112和进气孔2113进入通气管36内的出气通道32,供用户吞食。图9中的箭头方向即为气流的流向。本实施方式中,进气孔2113开设在雾化芯211的侧壁上,防止了当吸液件212饱和时,多余的烟液从进气孔2113内泄漏的情况发生,进而使得进气孔2113不易被污染,结构简单,使用方便。
本发明提供的雾化器或电子烟,使用时,用户可通过调节第一进气孔3732与第二进气孔3831的重合面积控制进入电子烟内部的进气量,调节方式更便捷。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种雾化器,包括储液组件(10)、可拆卸安装于储液组件(10)一端的调节组件(30)和安装于储液组件(10)内的雾化组件(20),调节组件(30)内设有进气通道(31),其特征在于:雾化组件(20)包括雾化头(21)和套设于雾化头(21)外部的雾化套管(22),雾化头(21)包括雾化芯(211),雾化芯(211)的侧壁的外表面上沿轴向开设有至少一个与进气通道(31)连通的进气槽(2112),每一个进气槽(2112)的底部的下端还开设有一个与对应的进气槽(2112)连通的进气孔(2113),空气经由进气通道(31)进入进气槽(2112),进而通过进气孔(2113)进入至雾化芯(211)的内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯(211)上开设有凹槽(2111),所述凹槽(2111)为相对两侧具有开口的结构,所述雾化头(21)还包括吸液件(212)和发热元件(213),所述吸液件(212)和发热元件(213)两者中的一者被另外一者包裹后,吸液件(212)及发热元件(213)设置于所述凹槽(2111)内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化芯(211)包括芯体(2115)以及设于所述芯体(2115)内壁下端的隔离件(2116),所述凹槽(2111)开设在芯体(2115)上,所述隔离件(2116)对应凹槽(2111)两侧边的开口处沿轴向凸设有隔离部(2117),所述吸液件(212)的下端抵接在隔离部(2117)上。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述调节组件(30)包括上盖(37)和可转动装设于上盖(37)上的烟嘴连接件(38),所述上盖(37)上开设至少有一个第一进气孔(3732),烟嘴连接件(38)上对应一个第一进气孔(3732)开设有一个第二进气孔(3831),第一进气孔(3732)与进气通道(31)相连通,转动烟嘴连接件(38)至第一进气孔(3732)与第二进气孔(3831) 至少部分重合时,第二进气孔(3831)与进气通道(31)相连通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述调节组件(30)还包括上盖连接件(35)和收容于上盖连接件(35)内部的通气管(36),上盖连接件(35)的一端与雾化套管(22)可拆卸连接,上盖连接件(35)的另一端与上盖(37)紧密连接,通气管(36)的一端与烟嘴连接件(38)连接且相互连通,通气管(36)的另一端与雾化芯(211)内部相连通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化组件(20)包括固定安装在雾化芯(211)顶端的顶盖(23),所述顶盖(23)为两端具有开口的中空结构,所述通气管(36)上远离烟嘴连接件(38)的一端部分收容于顶盖(23)内。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述进气通道(31)由上盖连接件(35)的内侧壁与通气管(36)的外侧壁之间的空腔构成。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化套管(22)的侧壁上开设有至少一个进液孔(221),吸液件(212)能够完全遮蔽进液孔(221)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述调节组件(30)还包括密封套装于上盖连接件(35)上的上盖内环(33)和可转动套设于上盖内环(33)上的调节件(34),上盖内环(33)上开设有第一注液孔(332),调节件(34)上对应第一注液孔(332)开设有第二注液孔(341),旋转调节件(34)能够使得第二注液孔(341)与第一注液孔(332)连通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述储液组件(10)还包括支撑壳体(12)、套设于支撑壳体(12)上的套管(13)、可拆卸设于支撑壳体(12)与套管(13)下端的底座结构(14)以及相对于底座结构(14)可拆卸设于支撑壳体(12)与套管(13)上端的固定件(15),所述固定件(15) 与上盖内环(33)可拆卸连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖连接件(35)的外侧壁、雾化套管(22)的外侧壁、上盖内环(33)的内侧壁及支撑壳体(12)的内侧壁之间的空间构成与所述第一注液孔(332)连通的储液腔(11),储液腔(11)内的烟液能够由雾化套管(22)上的进液孔(221)渗透至吸液件(212)。
  12. 如权利要求3所述的一种雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化套管(22)的内壁与隔离部(2117)的外壁之间的空间形成了与芯体(2115)内部连通的辅助进液口(2114),所述储液腔(11)内的烟液能够由辅助进液口(2114)渗透至吸液件(212)。
  13. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-12中任一项所述的雾化器。
