进一步地,所述烟弹还包括烟弹载体,所述压板、密封件和调节件收容于所述烟弹载体内,所述烟弹底座可拆卸地设于烟弹载体上靠近雾化器的一端,所述烟弹载体包括储液管和沿烟弹载体的轴向贯穿于储液管内的出气管,所述储液腔为储液管的内壁与出气管的外壁之间的空间,所述出气管的内部空间形成出气通道。
进一步地,所述压板上开设有第一安装孔,所述密封件上开设有第二安装孔,所述调节件上开设有第三安装孔,所述调节件的内腔形成雾化腔,所述出气管依次穿过第一安装孔、第二安装孔以及第三安装孔,使得雾化腔与出气通道连通。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括壳体、收容于壳体内的电池以及安装在雾化底座上的发热装置,所述壳体为一端具有开口的管状结构,所述雾化底座安装在壳体的开口端。
进一步地,所述发热装置包括吸液件以及与电池电性连接的发热件,所述吸液件裹覆于发热件上或发热件裹覆于吸液件上。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括声电传感器,所述声电传感器设于壳体内靠近进气孔的一端且与进气孔相连通,声电传感器能够检测到进气孔处的气流声,从而控制电池向发热装置供电。
进一步地,所述烟弹还包括烟弹底座,所述烟弹底座设有限位凹槽,所述调节件设有第二限位槽,所述雾化底座对应所述第二限位槽设有第二限位凸起,所述烟弹底座的限位凹槽与调节件的第二限位槽对位,第二限位凸起穿过烟弹底座进而与调节件的第二限位槽卡合连接,所述调节件在第二限位凸起的带动下在密封件的内腔中转动。
进一步地,所述调节件的内腔形成雾化腔,所述密封件的内壁上开设有与所述第二进液孔连通的凹槽,当转动调节件至连通槽与密封件的凹槽部分或完全重合时,储液腔内烟液进入雾化腔内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种电子烟,包括烟弹和与烟弹可拆卸连接的雾化器,使用时,雾化底座与调节件卡合,转动烟弹或雾化器,调节件在雾化底座的作用下转动,从而使连通槽与储液腔连通,储液腔内的烟液进入雾化腔加热雾化;停止使用时,只需转动调节件,使连通槽关闭,从而将剩余烟液封闭在储液腔内。本发明的电子烟,保证了烟液的清洁度,结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作详细的说明。此图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
请参阅图1-图3,本发明提供的一种电子烟100,该电子烟100包括用于存储烟液的烟弹10以及用于将烟液雾化成烟雾的雾化器20,烟弹10与雾化器20可拆卸地连接。
请同时参阅图4,烟弹10包括烟弹载体11,收容于烟弹载体11内部的压板12、密封件13和调节件14,以及可拆卸地设置在烟弹载体11的一端的烟弹底座15,调节件14可转动安装在密封件13与烟弹底座15之间。
请同时参阅图5,烟弹载体11大致呈圆管状。烟弹载体11包括一端具有开口的储液管111和沿烟弹载体11的轴向贯穿收容于储液管111内的出气管112,出气管112设置在储液管111的中心处。储液管111的内壁与出气管112的外壁之间的空间形成了用于存储烟液的储液腔113,出气管112的内部空间形成了便于用户抽吸烟雾的出气通道114。
进一步地,储液管111的内壁上靠近开口处沿周向凸设形成圆环状的抵持部1111。
本发明的实施方式中,烟弹载体11可以直接当作烟嘴使用。可以理解地,也可在烟弹载体11上连接与出气通道114连通的连通件,用户通过该连通件抽吸烟雾。
压板12大致呈圆片状,压板12的中心处开设有与出气管112相匹配的第一安装孔121,压板12上围绕第一安装孔121开设有第一进液孔122以及定位孔123,第一进液孔122与储液腔113连通。安装时,压板12通过第一安装孔 121套设在出气管112上,压板12的边缘抵接在储液管111的抵持部1111上且与储液管111的内壁紧密连接。
本发明的实施方式中,第一进液孔122有两个且关于第一安装孔121对称排列,定位孔123有两个且关于第一安装孔121对称排列,第一进液孔122与定位孔123均布交错排列在同一个圆周上。可以理解地,本发明在其他的实施方式中,第一进液孔122和定位孔123可以为一个或两个以上。
本发明的实施方式中,压板12为塑料圆片。可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,压板12也可以是不锈钢片、陶瓷片等硬质材料。
请同时参阅图6,密封件13大致呈套筒状结构,密封件13的底壁13a上开设有与出气管112相匹配的第二安装孔131,第二安装孔131与密封件13的内腔连通。密封件13的底壁13a上围绕第二安装孔131开设有与第一进液孔122一一对应的第二进液孔132以及凸设有与定位孔123一一对应的定位凸起133,密封件13的内壁上开设有两个相对设置的凹槽134,一个凹槽134与其中一个第二进液孔132连通,另一个凹槽134与另外一个第二进液孔132连通,密封件13上远离底壁13a的一端开设有第一限位槽135。本实施方式中,第一限位槽135有四个,且均匀分布。
密封件13通过第二安装孔131套设在出气管112上,定位凸起133与定位孔123配合连接后,第二进液孔132与第一进液孔122连通,密封件13的外壁与储液管111的内壁紧密贴合。
本发明的实施方式中,密封件13由橡胶材料制成。可以理解地,密封件13也可以由硅胶材料制成,以起到密封作用。
由于密封件13的材质较软,压板12紧贴密封件13能够保证密封件13不发生变形,从而避免漏液。
可以理解地,在其他实施方式中,压板12也可以通过粘结的方式固定在密封件13上。
请同时参阅图7和图11,调节件14大致呈套筒状结构,调节件14的内腔形成雾化腔143,调节件14的底部对应第二安装孔131开设有雾化腔143连通的第三安装孔141,调节件14上远离雾化器20的一端可转动地收容于密封件13的内腔,调节件14上远离雾化器20一端的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的连通槽142,每一个连通槽142分别对应与一个凹槽134相互连通。
调节件14转动过程中,调节件14的外壁与密封件13的内壁始终紧密贴合,当连通槽142与凹槽134部分或完全连通时,储液腔113内的烟液能够依次经由第一进液孔122、第二进液孔132、凹槽134以及连通槽142进入至雾化腔143内。
进一步地,调节件14上靠近雾化器20一端的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的第二限位槽144。
烟弹底座15大致呈两端具有开口的筒状结构,烟弹底座15通过过盈配合固定安装在储液管111上靠近雾化器20的一端。
请同时参阅图8和图11,烟弹底座15靠近雾化器20的一端沿径向向内凸设有两个相对设置的限位部151,两个相对设置的限位部151之间形成两个限位凹槽153,烟弹底座15另一端的筒壁上沿烟弹底座15的轴向凸设有与第一限位槽135一一对应的第一限位凸起152。
因为烟弹底座15与烟弹载体11是固定连接的,而烟弹底座15上的第一限位凸起152与密封件13上的第一限位槽135卡合连接后,密封件13以及与密封件13卡合的压板12就固定在烟弹载体11内,它们之间不会发生相对运动。此时密封件13位于烟弹底座15的上方。调节件14上靠近雾化器20的一端抵 持于限位部151上,调节件14上远离雾化器20的一端抵持在密封件13的底壁13a内侧,从而限制了调节件14的轴向运动。
本发明的电子烟100是由烟弹10和雾化器20组装而成的,出厂时,烟弹10与雾化器20已经分别组装到位,用户只需将二者连接即可。请参阅图9,雾化器20准备插入或雾化器20准备退出的状态下,调节件14上的连通槽142被密封件13的内壁密封,即连通槽142与凹槽134不连通,储液腔113内的烟液无法进入雾化腔143内,从而保证了储液腔113内的烟液无法泄漏。优选的,所述连通槽142与密封件13接触的这端开口是周向设置,并被密封件13的侧壁所密封。侧密封减少了对调节件14的强度要求,使得调节件14不容易损坏。需要指出的是,连通槽142与凹槽134不连通时,调节件14上的第二限位槽144能够与烟弹底座15上的限位凹槽153对位,从而保证雾化器20能够贯穿烟弹底座15与调节件14连接。而且,连通槽142连通凹槽134时,第二限位槽144与限位凹槽153错开。
雾化器20包括壳体21、收容于壳体21内的电池22、可拆卸地安装于壳体21一端的雾化底座23、设置在雾化底座23上的发热装置24和雾化压盖25,以及控制电池22给发热装置24供电的控制装置(图未示出)。
请同时参阅图11,壳体21呈一端具有开口的中空管状结构,壳体21的底部开设有与壳体21内腔连通的进气孔211。
如图4所示,雾化底座23大致呈圆柱状,雾化底座23的中心处开设有与壳体21内腔连通的出气孔231,雾化底座23上靠近烟弹10的一端对应调节件14上的连通槽142开设有进液口232,雾化底座23的侧壁上对应第二限位槽144凸设有两个相对设置的第二限位凸起233。
请参阅图9和图10,雾化器20与烟弹10连接使用时,雾化底座23通过第 二限位凸起233与第二限位槽144的卡合作用与调节件14连接,同时,进液口232与调节件14上的连通槽142始终对位连通,并且在转动过程中,这种对位连通的关系也不发生改变。
发热装置24设于进液口232内,发热装置24包括吸液件241和与电池22电性连接的发热件242,吸液件241裹覆在发热件242上或发热件242裹覆在吸液件241上。吸液件241可以由具有良好的吸收烟液能力的玻璃纤维或天然纤维等材料制成,发热件242的材质可以是镍铬合金丝等。
第二限位凸起233穿过烟弹底座15与第二限位槽144配合连接后,发热装置24收容于雾化腔143内。
雾化压盖25大致呈圆片状,雾化压盖25可拆卸地封盖在雾化底座23上具有进液口232的一端,雾化压盖25的中心处开设有与出气孔211连通的透气孔251,以实现将发热装置24固定在雾化底座23上,防止发热装置24脱落。
可以理解地,在其他的实施方式中,雾化压盖25可以省略,只需在雾化底座23的侧壁上开设一与出气孔231连通的贯穿孔(图未示出),将发热装置24固定穿设在该贯穿孔内即可。
本发明的实施方式中,控制装置包括收容于壳体21内的声电传感器26以及控制器(图未示出),控制器的一端与声电传感器26连接,控制器的另一端与电池22连接。请参阅图11和图12,声电传感器26设置在壳体21内靠近进气孔211的一端,且声电传感器26与进气孔211相连通。当用户抽吸时,外部空气经由进气孔211进入至壳体21内,进气孔211处的空气震动产生的气流声能够被声电传感器26捕捉,并将该信号传递给控制器,由控制器控制电池22向发热装置24供电,从而实现自动通电以雾化烟液的功能。
可以理解地,在本发明的其他实施方式中,控制装置还可以是安装在壳体 21外壁上的开关(图未示出),该开关的两端接在电池22与发热件242的回路中。具体的,用户手动按压开关,回路导通,发热装置24工作以雾化烟液,停止按压开关,发热装置24停止工作。
下面结合附图,说明本发明的电子烟100的组装及使用过程。
当需要将烟弹10和雾化器20两者组装在一起时,连通槽142与凹槽134不连通,并且此时,由于烟弹底座15的限位凹槽153与调节件14的第二限位槽144对位,故雾化底座23能够通过限位凹槽153贯穿于烟弹底座15,且雾化底座23的第二限位凸起233穿过烟弹底座15进而与调节件14的第二限位槽144卡合连接,转动雾化器20或烟弹10,调节件14在第二限位凸起233的带动下在密封件13的内腔中转动,请参阅图10,当转动调节件14至连通槽142与密封件13的凹槽134部分或完全重合时,储液腔113内烟液依次经由第一进液孔122、第二进液孔132、凹槽134、连通槽142以及进液口232进入雾化腔143内,被吸液件241吸收,在发热件242的加热作用下被雾化成烟雾。烟液的流向请参阅图12中箭头所指的方向。
进一步地,请参阅图12,转动过程中,雾化底座23的第二限位凸起233由限位凹槽153转向限位部151,最终,第二限位凸起233抵持在烟弹底座15的限位部151上,从而保证烟弹10和雾化器20之间连接牢靠,避免脱离。
用户抽吸时,空气由壳体21的进气孔211进入,依次通过出气孔231、透气孔251进入至雾化腔143内,混合烟雾后最终从出气通道114进入用户口中。
停止使用时,只需转动烟弹10或雾化器20,当转动至调节件14的第二限位槽144与烟弹底座15的限位凹槽153对位时,便能够退出雾化器20。此时,调节件14的连通槽142与密封件13的凹槽134不连通,从而将剩余的烟液密封在储液腔113内,使储液腔113的烟液与发热装置24隔离开,避免了烟液的 污染。
本发明的一种电子烟,使用时烟液与发热装置24接触以便雾化,不使用时烟液与发热装置24隔离开,保证了烟液的清洁度,结构简单,操作方便。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括烟弹(10)及与烟弹(10)可拆卸连接的雾化器(20),所述烟弹(10)内设有储液腔(113)以及与所述储液腔(113)连通的第二进液孔(132),所述烟弹(10)包括转动设于所述储液腔(113)一端的调节件(14),所述调节件(14)上设有连通槽(142),所述雾化器(20)包括卡合连接于所述调节件(14)上的雾化底座(23),转动所述雾化器(20)/所述烟弹(10),所述调节件(14)能够相对所述储液腔(113)转动,从而使得所述连通槽(142)与所述第二进液孔(132)连通或不连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹(10)还包括封堵于所述储液腔(113)上靠近所述雾化器(20)一端的密封件(13),所述第二进液孔(132)设于所述密封件(13)的底壁(13a)上,所述密封件(13)的内壁上开设有与所述第二进液孔(132)连通的凹槽(134),所述连通槽(142)对应所述凹槽(134)设于所述调节件(14)的侧壁上,所述调节件(14)设于密封件(13)靠近雾化器(20)的一端,转动调节件(14)能够使得连通槽(142)连通凹槽(134)或连通槽(142)被密封件(13)的内壁密封。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹(10)还包括封堵于所述储液腔(113)靠近雾化器(20)一端的烟弹底座(15),所述烟弹底座(15)靠近雾化器(20)的一端沿径向向内凸设有两个相对设置的限位部(151),所述调节件(14)上靠近雾化器(20)的一端抵持于限位部(151)上,调节件(14)上远离雾化器(20)的一端抵持于密封件(13)的底壁(13a)内侧,从而使得调节件(14)可转动地抵持于烟弹底座(15)与密封件(13)之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:两个相对设置的所述限位部(151)之间形成两个限位凹槽(153),所述调节件(14)上靠近雾化器(20) 一端的侧壁上开设有两个相对设置的第二限位槽(144),所述雾化底座(23)的侧壁上对应所述第二限位槽(144)凸设有两个相对设置的第二限位凸起(233),连通槽(142)被密封件(13)的侧壁密封时,第二限位槽(144)与限位凹槽(153)对位,连通槽(142)连通凹槽(134)时,第二限位槽(144)与限位凹槽(153)错开。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹(10)还包括压板(12),所述压板(12)固定安装在密封件(13)的底壁(13a)上,压板(12)对应第二进液孔(132)开设有与储液腔(113)连通的第一进液孔(122)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹(10)还包括烟弹载体(11),所述压板(12)、密封件(13)和调节件(14)收容于所述烟弹载体(11)内,所述烟弹底座(15)可拆卸地设于烟弹载体(11)上靠近雾化器(20)的一端,所述烟弹载体(11)包括储液管(111)和沿烟弹载体(11)的轴向贯穿于储液管(111)内的出气管(112),所述储液腔(113)为储液管(111)的内壁与出气管(112)的外壁之间的空间,所述出气管(112)的内部空间形成出气通道(114)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述压板(12)上开设有第一安装孔(121),所述密封件(13)上开设有第二安装孔(131),所述调节件(14)上开设有第三安装孔(141),所述调节件(14)的内腔形成雾化腔(143),所述出气管(112)依次穿过第一安装孔(121)、第二安装孔(131)以及第三安装孔(141),使得雾化腔(143)与出气通道(114)连通。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器(20)还包括壳体(21)、收容于壳体(21)内的电池(22)以及安装在雾化底座(23)上 的发热装置(24),所述壳体(21)为一端具有开口的管状结构,所述雾化底座(23)安装在壳体(21)的开口端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述发热装置(24)包括吸液件(241)以及与电池(22)电性连接的发热件(242),所述吸液件(241)裹覆于发热件(242)上或发热件(242)裹覆于吸液件(241)上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化器(20)还包括声电传感器(26),所述声电传感器(26)设于壳体(21)内靠近进气孔(211)的一端且与进气孔(211)相连通,声电传感器(26)能够检测到进气孔(211)处的气流声,从而控制电池(22)向发热装置(24)供电。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述烟弹(10)还包括烟弹底座(15),所述烟弹底座(15)设有限位凹槽(153),所述调节件(14)设有第二限位槽(144),所述雾化底座(23)对应所述第二限位槽(144)设有第二限位凸起(233),所述烟弹底座(15)的限位凹槽(153)与调节件(14)的第二限位槽(144)对位,第二限位凸起(233)穿过烟弹底座(15)进而与调节件(14)的第二限位槽(144)卡合连接,所述调节件(14)在第二限位凸起(233)的带动下在密封件(13)的内腔中转动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述调节件(14)的内腔形成雾化腔(143),所述密封件(13)的内壁上开设有与所述第二进液孔(132)连通的凹槽(134),当转动调节件(14)至连通槽(142)与密封件(13)的凹槽(134)部分或完全重合时,储液腔(113)内烟液进入雾化腔(143)内。
