[0065] 本实施例的温度感应器 712采用热敏电阻, 根据热电阻测温原理, 当温度感应器 712 接触到人体或其他物体时, 温度感应器 712采集到接触温度或外界温度, 转化为电流信号, 当温度感应器 712 的电阻值发生变化时, 将其传输给温度器电路板 73上的的电路处理单元 进行处理, 电路处理单元收集到变化的电阻值, 经过数据转换并控制显示单元 72 将测量得 到的温度值显示。 这种电子烟增加了新的功能, 能准确测量人体或其他物体温度能, 操作简 单, 方便实用。

[0072】 如图 14 所示, 所述充电组件 87 设于底盒 81 内, 其包括充电电池 871、 充电插座 872、 用于与外部电源插接的 USB接口 873及与三者分别电连接的充电电路处理单元, 本实 施例中, 充电电池 871从底盒 81的底壁插入底盒 81内, 并用所述电池盖 815密封固定。 充 电电池 871用于为所述电子烟 100充电, 充电插座 872由所述第一支架 85和第二支架 86共 同定位, 充电插座 872内设有与电子烟 100的电源杆 91 的正、 负电极相适配的第一电极片 878和第二电极片 879, 第一电极片 878和第二电极片 879与所述充电电池 871 的正电极和 负电极电连接; 本实施例中, 电源杆 91 的螺纹端的内壁作为一电极与所述第一电极片 878 弹性抵接而导电, 第二电极片 879与所述电源杆 91 螺纹端内部的另一电极相弹性抵接而导 电 (如图 15所示); 当电源杆 91插入所述充电插座 872内时, 由充电电池 871为电源杆 91 自动充电, 充满时会自动断电。 所述 USB接口 873用于与外界电源相连接而给所述充电电 池 871 充电。 所述 USB 接口 873 和充电电路处理单元集成于下文将要描述的温度器组件 7' 的温度器电路板上 73 ' 上。

[0074] 所述温度器组件 7' 与所述温度器组件 7的功能和原理相同, 如图 15至 17所示, 所 述温度器组件 7 ' 设于所述底盒 81 内, 用于感应测量人体温度或电子烟外界的温度。 本实 施例中, 其固定于所述第一支架 85 的容置槽 851 内。 所述温度器组件 7' 包括用于感应人 体、 物体或环境温度的测温单元 71 '、 显示单元 72' 及与二者电连接的电路处理单元。 所述 电路处理单元用于接收和处理测温单元 7Γ 的数据, 并控制显示单元 72' 显示数据。 本实 施例中, 所述电路处理单元集成于温度器电路板 73 ', 并由所述底盒 81 内的充电电池 871 供电。 所述温度器电路板 73 ' 固定于所述第一支架 85上, 所述显示单元 72' 固定于温度器 电路板 73 ' 上且其显示屏正对所述观察孔 811, 而所述测温单元 71, 固定于所述底盒 81 上。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括: 外部壳体, 其进一步包括设置于所述外部壳体的温度器组件; 其 中, 所述温度器组件包括测温单元、 显示单元以及与电路处理单元; 测温单元感应待测物或 介质温度数据并传送给电路处理单元, 再经电路处理单元控制显示单元显示被测温度。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述测温单元包括温度感应器和引脚, 所述温度感 应器位于电子烟外部壳体外壁; 而所述温度感应器利用引脚与电路处理单元电连接; 所述显 示单元位于电子烟外部壳体内, 外部壳体上对应设置显示窗; 所述显示窗为透明材质或半透 明材质, 或者为一开口。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟包括吸杆和电池杆; 所述温度器组件设 置于所述吸杆和 /或电池杆的外部壳体。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述温度器组件还包括有独立的温度器电路板, 所 述电路处理单元集成于该温度器电路板上; 温度器电路板与显示单元叠放在一起, 其间插入 隔热和绝缘的隔板。
5. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述温度器组件由一支撑架安装于电子烟内; 所述支撑架上包括上板、 下板及连接上板和下板的侧板, 三者构成用于容置所述温度器组件 的容置腔; 所述显示窗设于侧板上。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述温度器组件安装于所述电池杆底部; 电池杆底 部设有一底盖与所述支撑架的下板活动连接; 所述底盖上设有通孔; 所述温度感应器位于底 盖外侧, 其引脚穿过所述通孔以及支撑架下板并固定于所述支撑架上。
7. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 进一步包括设置于所述外部壳体内的雾化器电路板, 其 中, 所述电路处理单元集成于该雾化器电路板。
8. 如权利要求 3 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆包括作为所述外部壳体的吸筒、 设于吸筒 内的雾化装置和烟液杯、 设于吸筒一端的吸嘴, 所述雾化装置包括含有雾化腔的雾化杯、 至 少两套固定于该雾化腔内的雾化器及用于将烟液杯内的烟液弓 I入雾化腔内的导油组件。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸筒内还设有用于将所述雾化装置固定于吸筒 内的衔接件, 该衔接件为呈圆筒状的筒体结构, 其包括半径依次增大的上部、 中部及下部, 所述衔接件的上部插入所述雾化装置的底部与雾化装置紧固而将雾化装置固定于吸筒内, 所 述衔接件的下部的外壁与所述吸筒的内壁相涨紧配合而使衔接件固定于吸筒内。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述烟液杯包括具有中空内腔的杯体和设于杯体底 部与杯体密封连接的杯座, 所述杯体与所述吸嘴是一体成型的。
11. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化器包括用于雾化烟液的电热丝和支撑该电 热丝且用于吸收烟液纤维件; 所述雾化杯包括杯座、 套设于杯座上的杯筒及盖合于杯筒上与 所述杯座相对的另一端的杯盖, 三者共同限定所述雾化腔; 所述雾化腔内还设有套设于所述 杯筒内的呈筒体状的储液部件、 该储液部件内容置有用于支撑和定位所述雾化器的呈筒体状 的雾化器支座; 所述纤维件固定于所述雾化器支座上, 其纤维件两端伸出雾化器支座的侧壁 抵接于所述储液部件的内壁上, 烟液自导油组件进入雾化腔内吸收和储存于所述储液部件内 并渗透至纤维件内进行雾化。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述导油组件呈人字形, 其包括头端和两个尾 端, 导油组件的头端插入所述烟液杯内, 两个尾端一端伸入所述雾化腔内分别夹持于所述储 液部件的内壁和雾化器支座的外壁之间。
13. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化装置利用其杯筒套设于所述衔接件上而 使雾化装置与衔接件固定连接而固定于吸筒内, 所述吸筒内壁和所述杯筒外壁之间还设有密 封圈; 所述衔接件下部设有沿径向向外延伸的用于与吸筒定位的凸缘、 用于与所述电源杆相 螺纹连接的内螺纹及进气孔。
14. 一种电子烟装置, 包括如权利要求 1 至 13 任一项所述的电子烟, 其还包括电子烟盒, 用于容置所述电子烟。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的电子烟装置, 其中, 所述电子烟盒包括底盒、 盖合于底盒上的盒 盖、 安装于所述底盒或盒盖的温度器组件。
