Abstract
The present invention provides an electronic cigarette device includes an inhalation pole and a power supply pole. The inhalation pole includes an inhalation tube and an atomizer disposed in the inhalation tube for producing smoke. Wall of the inhalation tube defines at least three ventilation holes as inlets of channel of smoke. utilizing the wall of the inhalation tube defining at least three ventilation holes as inlets of channel of smoke, the user' finger will not press on all the ventilation holes simultaneously when smoking, and no dust or impurities will block all the ventilation holes, then it achieves the technical effect of ensuring smooth ventilation.
Description
- The present invention relates to an electronic cigarette.
- Electronic cigarette is a simulating cigarette which utilizes heating wire to heat and atomize flavor-containing substance to produce smoke for users smoking. Outer tube of current electronic cigarette defines only one or two air ventilation holes. When smokers use the electronic cigarette for smoking, the air ventilation hole always is blocked by fingers pressing or impurity.
- Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic cigarette for smooth smoking.
- To achieve the above-mention object, the present invention provides an electronic cigarette includes an inhalation pole and a power supply pole. The inhalation pole includes an inhalation tube and an atomizer disposed in the inhalation tube for producing smoke. Wall of the inhalation tube defines at least three ventilation holes as inlets of channel of smoke.
- In a further embodiment, the ventilation holes are arranged in the wall of the inhalation tube along the axial direction of the inhalation tube.
- In a further embodiment, the ventilation holes are arranged linearly.
- In a further embodiment, the ventilation holes are arranged in the wall of the inhalation tube along circumferential direction of the inhalation tube.
- In a further embodiment, the center axis of the ventilation holes are arranged in the same cross-section of the inhalation tube.
- In a further embodiment, the ventilation holes are arranged to be pattern-shaped or word-shaped.
- In a further embodiment, the ventilation holes are one or more of circular, oval, triangular, rectangular and polygonal.
- In a further embodiment, the number of the ventilation holes is three to ten.
- In a further embodiment, the inhalation pole further includes an inhalation cover disposed at one end of the inhalation tube, and a first connector disposed at another end of the inhalation tube and connected with the power supply pole.
- In a further embodiment, the power supply pole includes a power supply tube and a power supply disposed in the power supply tube one end of the power supply tube has a second connector matched with the first connector, and another end of the power supply tube has a switch module and light cap assembly.
- In a further embodiment, the first connector and the second connector are all formed by an outer electrode ring, an insulating ring, and the inner electrode orderly nested with each other.
- In a further embodiment, the atomizer includes an atomizer chamber, which is formed by an liquid storage element and a guiding tube orderly nested with each other, and both ends thereof is sealed, and a heater disposed in the atomizer chamber, the two ends of the atomizing chamber are sealed by the inhalation cover and the outer electrode ring.
- In a further embodiment, the heater includes a liquid guiding element, both ends of which extend out of the outer sidewall of the guiding tube and abuts with the liquid storage element, and a heating wire coiled around the outer surface of the liquid storage element, the two ends of the heating wire are respectively electrically connected with an inner electrode and the outer electrode ring.
- The electronic cigarette of the present invention has the following advantage: utilizing the wall of the inhalation tube defining at least three ventilation holes as inlets of channel of smoke, the user' finger will not press on all the ventilation holes simultaneously when smoking, and no dust or impurities will block all the ventilation holes, then it achieves the technical effect of ensuring smooth ventilation.

FIG. 11 is schematic view of the inhalation pole of the electronic cigarette according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 12 is schematic view of the inhalation pole of the electronic cigarette according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. - It is needed to state that embodiments and all element limitations in all embodiments may be combined in the case of no conflicts. The present invention will be described in detail in the following combining figures and embodiments.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the present invention provide a smooth ventilation electronic cigarette, will not be blocked even if finger pressing or dust and impurities inside. The electronic cigarette includes mutual buttedinhalation pole 10 andpower pole 20. - Referring to
FIG. 2 toFIG. 5 , theinhalation pole 10 includes aninhalation tube 11, anatomizer 12 disposed in theinhalation tube 11 and producing smoking, aninhalation cover 13 disposed at one end of theinhalation tube 11, and a first connector disposed at other end of theinhalation tube 11 and connected with thepower pole 20. In this embodiment, an outer surface of theinhalation tube 11 is sleeved asticker 14. - Referring to
FIG. 6 andFIG. 12 , theinhalation tube 11 is sleeve-shaped. The wall of theinhalation tube 11 defines at least threeventilation holes 110 as inlets of ventilation channel of smoke. Specifically, the number of theventilation hole 110 is three to ten. Referring toFIG. 8 andFIG. 11 , the number of theventilation holes 110 is three or four, which are all axially arranged the inhalation tube wall. As an embodiment, theventilation holes 110 are arranged linearly in the wall of theinhalation tube 11. Referring toFIG. 6 ,FIG. 7 , and also referring toFIG. 9 ,FIG. 10 , the number of theventilation holes 110 are respectively three and four, which are arranged in the wall of theinhalation tube 11 along circumferential direction of theinhalation tube 11. As an embodiment, the center axes of theventilation holes 110 are arranged in the same cross-section of theinhalation tube 11. Thereby, by using of the plurality ofventilation holes 110 and the above-mentioned arrangement mode, the user' finger will not press on all theventilation holes 110 simultaneously when smoking, and no dust or impurities will block all theventilation holes 110, then it achieves the technical effect of ensuring smooth ventilation. - Referring to
FIG. 12 , the plurality ofventilation holes 110 are arranged to be pattern-shaped or word-shaped. As an embodiment, the plurality ofventilation holes 110 are arranged irregularly. As an embodiment, the shape of the ventilation hole is one or more of circular, oval, triangular, rectangular and polygonal. Thereby, by using the above-mentioned arrangement and the above-mentioned shape of the plurality ofventilation holes 110, it achieves and ensures the technical effects of smooth ventilation on the one hand, and it plays a decorative role to meet users aesthetic needs on the other hand. - The
atomizer 12 includes an atomizer chamber which is formed by anliquid storage element 120 and a guidingtube 121 in turn nested and sealed at both ends , and aheater 122 disposed in the atomizer chamber. The two ends of the atomizing chamber are respectively sealed by theinhalation cover 13 and anouter electrode ring 31. Theheater 122 includes a liquid guidingelement 1220, both ends of which extend out of the outer sidewall of the guidingtube 121 and abut with theliquid storage element 120, and aheating wire 1221 coiled around the outer surface of theliquid storage element 1220. The two ends of theheating wire 1221 are respectively electrically connected with aninner electrode 33 and theouter electrode ring 31. In this embodiment, theliquid storage element 120 is a liquid storage cotton. The guidingtube 121 is yellow nanotube. The liquid guidingelement 1220 is liquid guiding rope. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , thepower supply pole 20 includes apower supply tube 21 and apower supply 22 disposed in thepower supply tube 21. One end of thepower supply tube 21 has a second connector matched with the first connector. Another end of thepower supply tube 21 has aswitch module 23 andlight cap assembly 24. Theswitch module 23 includes asupport 230 andairflow sensor 231 securely disposed on thesupport 230. Thelight cap assembly 24 includeslight cap 240 andLED light 241 disposed in thelight cap 240. TheLED light 241 is red and used for simulate burning smoke for state indication. - Both the first connector and the second connector are composed of the
outer electrode ring 31, an insulatingring 32, and theinner electrode 33 in turn nested with each other. The insulatingring 32 is used to insulate theouter electrode ring 31 and theinner electrode 33. - The above-mentioned is embodiments of the present invention. It is pointed out that various improvements and modifications can be made to the embodiments by those skilled in the art without departing from the true spirit and scope of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (13)
1. An electronic cigarette comprising:
an inhalation pole, the inhalation pole including an inhalation tube and an atomizer disposed in the inhalation tube for producing smoke; and
a power supply pole;
wherein wall of the inhalation tube defines at least three ventilation holes as inlets of channel of smoke.
2. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1 , wherein the ventilation holes are arranged in the wall of the inhalation tube along the axial direction of the inhalation tube.
3. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 2 , wherein the ventilation holes are arranged linearly.
4. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1 , wherein the ventilation holes are arranged in the wall of the inhalation tube along circumferential direction of the inhalation tube.
5. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 4 , wherein the center axis of the ventilation holes are arranged in the same cross-section of the inhalation tube.
6. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1 , wherein the ventilation holes are arranged to be pattern-shaped or word-shaped.
7. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1 , wherein the ventilation holes are one or more of circular, oval, triangular, rectangular and polygonal.
8. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1 , wherein the number of the ventilation holes is three to ten.
9. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 1 , wherein the inhalation pole further includes an inhalation cover disposed at one end of the inhalation tube, and a first connector disposed at another end of the inhalation tube and connected with the power supply pole.
10. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 9 , wherein the power supply pole includes a power supply tube and a power supply disposed in the power supply tube, one end of the power supply tube has a second connector matched with the first connector, and another end of the power supply tube has a switch module and light cap assembly.
11. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 10 , wherein the first connector and the second connector are all formed by an outer electrode ring, an insulating ring, and the inner electrode orderly nested with each other.
12. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 11 , wherein the atomizer includes an atomizer chamber, which is formed by an liquid storage element and a guiding tube orderly nested with each other, and both ends thereof is sealed, and a heater disposed in the atomizer chamber, the two ends of the atomizing chamber are sealed by the inhalation cover and the outer electrode ring.
13. According to the electronic cigarette in claim 12 , wherein the heater includes a liquid guiding element, both ends of which extend out of the outer sidewall of the guiding tube and abuts with the liquid storage element, and a heating wire coiled around the outer surface of the liquid storage element, the two ends of the heating wire are respectively electrically connected with an inner electrode and the outer electrode ring.
