Claims (15)
- 電子タバコ用のカプセルであって、電子タバコ装置と係合するための第1の端部と、蒸気出口を有するマウスピース部分として構成される第2の端部とを有し、更に、
− 気化される液体を収容するように構成されている液体貯蔵庫と、
− ヒーター及び流体移送部材を備える気化ユニットであって、気化チャンバ内部に配置された気化ユニットと、
− 前記気化チャンバから前記マウスピース内の前記蒸気出口まで延びる主蒸気チャネルと、
− 前記液体貯蔵庫及び前記気化ユニットを封入するハウジングと、を含み、
前記ヒーターは前記流体移送部材の高さの25%〜50%に相当する高さを有し、前記ヒーターの対流は4000〜7000W/m2Kの間であり、電力密度は1.10〜2.350ワット/mm2の間、好ましくは1.220〜2.320ワット/mm2の間、より好ましくは1.15〜1.16の間である、カプセル。 - 前記流体移送部材は、少なくとも1つの液体入口によって前記液体貯蔵庫と流体接続され、前記流体移送部材は、その中で受け取った液体に対して毛管作用を提供し、前記ヒーターは前記液体入口に実質的に隣接する位置、又は前記液体入口と前記マウスピースとの間の位置に設けられる、請求項1に記載のカプセル。
- 前記流体移送部材は、前記主蒸気チャネル内部に配置され、前記カプセルの長手方向軸と一致する長手方向成分を有し、それによって、前記流体移送部材中の液体に対する前記毛管作用は前記マウスピースに向かい、重力の影響を打ち消し、それによって前記液体貯蔵庫から前記流体移送部材への液体の流れを調節する、請求項2に記載のカプセル。
- 前記液体入口は、使用時には、前記流体移送部材の底部から0〜1mmの距離で、前記流体移送部材の底部に設けられる、請求項2又は3に記載のカプセル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの液体入口は、0.8〜1.3mmの間、好ましくは0.95〜1.15の間、より好ましくは1.03〜1.14mmの間の直径を有する、請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記ハウジングは、一緒に組み立てられる内側ハウジング及び外側ハウジングを含み、前記気化チャンバは実質的に前記内側ハウジングの内部に配置され、前記液体貯蔵庫は前記内側ハウジングと前記外側ハウジングとの合間の空隙に配置される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記内側ハウジング及び前記外側ハウジングは第1の接合部及び第2の接合部を使用して組み立てられ、前記第2の接合部は前記第1の接合部の半径方向内側に配置され、また、前記第2の接合部は、前記内側ハウジングと前記外側ハウジングの相対的な軸方向の位置を変えられるように、前記カプセルの前記軸方向に前記内側ハウジングと前記外側ハウジングとの間の動きを可能にする、請求項6に記載のカプセル。
- 前記内側ハウジングは、間に溝を画定する第1の肩部及び第2の肩部を有し、前記外側ハウジングは突起部を有し、前記突起部は前記溝の中に可変の深さで延びるように構成されている、請求項7に記載のカプセル。
- 前記内側ハウジング及び前記外側ハウジングは、断面幅よりも大きな断面高さを有する圧縮性封止体によって、一緒に封止される、請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記封止体は、前記内側ハウジング内に画定された前記溝の中に設けられる、請求項9に記載のカプセル。
- 前記封止体は、楕円形である断面形状を有する、請求項9又は10に記載のカプセル。
- 前記封止体は、前記封止体の軸方向の圧縮可能方向を横切る方向に突き出ている、横方向突起部を有する断面形状を有し、前記横方向突起部は、一旦圧縮閾値に達すると、前記内側ハウジング又は前記外側ハウジングに対して封止するように構成されている、請求項9〜11の何れか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記流体移送部材の毛管高さは、前記加熱コイルの軸方向高さを超える、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記加熱コイルは、前記流体移送部材の高さの25%〜50%、好ましくは25%〜45%、又は最も好ましくは35%に相当する高さを有する、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記流体移送部材は、前記流体移送部材の実際の高さに相当する毛管高さを有する、請求項14に記載のカプセル。
